Chapter 10: The Angels Of Science

~FLASHBACK OCCURRED TO MAY 31ST, 2017.~

It was a cloudy evening. Davion Brando was in his mansion in Poland, working on the Stand arrows and their origins and appearances.

"Out of all the places they have been from, they are from Egypt… I am not sure if Egypt knows about these arrows, but if I can get the whole world to know about these deadly weapons, then I'm pretty sure that, SHE, will not be returned…" Davion said. "...My sister with an evil heart like no other…"

Then, Davion heard glass being shattered.

"What the hell?!" Davion shouted.

Davion then exited his lab with a knife in his hand.

"Who's there?!" Davion shouted.

Then, someone went down behind him. When Davion turned around, he was punched in the face. Davion falls.

"Argh! Who did that?!" Davion shouted.

Then, Davion felt a long arm sticking to his back, keeping him from getting up.

"Agh! I can't get up!" Davion shouted. "(Looks behind him) No! There's no way that's another enemy Stand!"

The Stand that's keeping Davion from getting up was called back.

"Huh?! Hey!" Davion shouted as he got up. "Get out of my lab!"

Davion then went inside his lab, only to see that the stranger he was attacked by broke out from the window.

"Damn it! Someone left! (Went over to his desk, only to see that the Stand Arrows he has were taken away) No! My Stand Arrows are gone!" Davion shouted. "Whoever did this all by breaking in my home and stealing what is mine is gonna be REALLY sorry!"

~2 DAYS LATER…~

An airplane was being taken off from Poland to The United States. A scientist with a device in his ears was looking out the window.

"Hmm… Wonder what will America bring me, now that I got the job as a scientist there…" He said.

Then, he got a phone call.

"(Got out his phone and answered the phone) Hello? Ah, boss… Yes, I am here… Uh-huh… Is that so? Well now, do I gotta be with him? Ok… Yes, I understand, boss…" He said. "Don't worry boss… I, Arkay-Diuz will not fail you."

Arkay-Diuz then hung up.

"Heh heh heh… This will be a treat…" Arkay-Diuz said.

Jocelyn, Ashley, Iz and Kaihekoa then arrived at Ashley's house where she and Katsuma lived, including their only child, Troy.

"Alright, here we are." Ashley said as she and the others got out of the car. "I'll go knock on the door."

Ashley then knocks on the front door. The door was opened, revealing Katsuma.

"There you are, Ashley." Katsuma said.

"Sorry! Someone almost tried to kill me and Jocelyn." Ashley whispered.

"Oh, I see." Katsuma said. "Anyways, why don't you all come in."

They all went inside the house.

"Alright… Why don't you three go upstairs to talk to Troy?" Ashley said. "Because I want to talk to Katsuma, privately."

"Sounds fair." Iz said.

"(Sighs) Alright… Guess we're going upstairs…" Jocelyn said.

Jocelyn and her friends then went upstairs to go to Troy's room. Jocelyn knocks on his down.

"Coming!" Troy shouted.

Troy then opens his door to see Jocelyn, Iz and Kaihekoa.

"Jocelyn? Since when did we have guests?" Troy asks.

"We want to talk for a moment." Iz replied.

"(Sighs) Ok then…" Troy said. "Come in."

They all went inside Troy's room.

"Iz and Kaihekoa… I guess I'll try and remember those names." Troy said.

"Yeah, they are here for something to say." Jocelyn said as she looked at a rabbit Troy has in a cage. "(Gasps) Oh my God! You have a pet bunny!"

"Hey!" Troy said as he protected the cage that had his pet rabbit in it. "Nimrod doesn't like it when strangers get all hyper!"

Iz and Kaihekoa were confused.

"What?! You named your rabbit Nimrod?!" Jocelyn asked.

"Yeah! Nimrod is a king, and I'll make him fit like a king in his cage." Troy replied as he showed his friend his pet rabbit, Nimrod in his cage.

"AWWW! So cute!" Jocelyn said in excitement.

"Ok, calm down, Jocelyn." Troy said as he got out Nimrod and patted him on the head. "Now then, sorry for this, Iz… Kaha?"

"Kaihekoa." Kaihekoa said as he giggled a bit. "It's alright."

"Yes, Kaihekoa… Ok…" Troy said. "Sorry."

"It's fine, Troy." Iz said. "Anyways, I suppose we'll explain to Troy what's going on, since you are in the same family as Jocelyn."

"We are cousins, so go ahead." Troy said. "What do you have to say to me?"

"Joshua Joestar… He's your Uncle, correct?" Iz asked. "Since you said that you and Jocelyn are cousins."

"Yeah, Mom told me that he's in the hospital for a weird illness he has." Troy replied.

"Guess he already knows." Kaihekoa said.

"Why do you have to tell me that?" Troy wonders.

"Well it's because of some group of scientists that Jocelyn and your mother have encountered on the way here." Kaihekoa replied.

Troy then got up to put Nimrod back in his cage. He then gets out a bag of baby carrots and gives Nimrod one.

"You have a bag of baby carrots?" Kaihekoa wonders.

"For right now." Troy replied. "Fruits and vegetables are what rabbits should eat, yes? (Gets out a baby carrot from the bag and takes a bite from it) We're sharing the bag."

"Heh heh… You know Troy. Ranch goes well with raw vegetables." Iz said.

"I don't have any ranch, so I'm eating this dry."

"(Sighs) Ok then… Anyways, let's continue this little talk."

Iz took a deep breath.

"There's a group of evil scientists called, The Angels Of Science. They want to use their Stands as experiments. So they do that by going around to innocent people, Stand Users or not, and killing them for science." Iz said. "Their main leader, who we don't know the name to or what he looks like, is responsible for it all. However, he's not responsible for the hospitalization of Joshua Joestar."

"Huh? Who put my dad in the hospital?" Jocelyn asked, worried.

"One of the leader's scientists. You have to have a Stand so good at making people have an illness like what Joshua has." Iz replied.

"Dad…" Jocelyn slowly said. "Whoever did this to him will get it, big time."

"Let's not get a bit angry right now, Jocelyn." Iz said. "We're gonna have to find the person that's responsible for the sickening of Joshua and then put him or her out of his or her misery. Let's just hope…"

Meanwhile in a building, there was a meeting going around. The people in the building had their faces covered in the shadow. The main leader then shows up.

"Hello there, everyone…" He said. "Welcome to the meeting. Unfortunately, Lora Piazza won't be attending this meeting due to her, "Retirement" and for loving memories of Christopher Door… We've lost 2 of our great scientists…"

Everyone was silent for a moment.

"Sir, who is gonna be out next?" A feminine voice asked.

"It doesn't matter who… We're all strong enough to take them down." The leader replied. "(Looks at Arkay-Diuz arriving) Arkay-Diuz! You're late!"

"I'm sorry, sir." Arkay-Diuz said. "Our little monster tried to ambush me. He'll be on his way, though."

"Oh! Now I understand… Sit down, let's continue this meeting." The leader said.

Arkay-Diuz then sat down on a chair.

"Anyways, let's continue this meeting…" The leader said. "If our little monster shows up late, then he'll be warned."

"And you give Arkay-Diuz a pass?" A masculine voice said. "Talk about cherry-picking."

"(Slams hand on table) I'm the boss, so I get to decide who should get warnings!" The leader shouted. "Understand?"

"Y-Yes sir…"

"Good… Now, I suppose that-"

Another masculine scientist showed up, who was preferred as their little monster.

"Ah! You've arrived late as well… This is only just a warning." The leader said. "Sit down."

"..." He was silent. "(Sat next to Arkay-Diuz) Guess you're here…"

"Y-Yes…" Arkay-Diuz said, nervously. "Ahem, continue sir."

"I will… Heh heh heh…" The leader said.

Back at The Higashikata house, Ashley and Katsuma were in a conversation.

"So that woman that almost killed you was a scientist…" Katsuma said.

"Yes… She looks like she was part of an organization. Iz told me that a man was also part of it." Ashley said.

"(Sighs) This is gonna be something… What are we gonna do?"

"I really don't know, Katsuma… (Looks at an amethyst Katsuma was holding) The Amethyst Gardens sure did take me back… Maybe we should go back to it, just to see how it's doing…"

"We'll visit The Amethyst Gardens, if you want."

"Thank you. I'll go ask Troy and see if he wants to come with us as well."

"Ok."

Ashley kissed Katsuma on his face and went back into the house. She went upstairs and knocked on Troy's door.

"Huh? Who could that be" Troy wonders as he walks to the door and opens it. "Hey mom."

"Hey, do you want to go somewhere with me and your father?" Ashley asked.

"Sure. Hold on."

"Take your time."

"(Looks at his friends) I have to go somewhere, so you guys may want to leave."

"We will take our leave." Iz said. "(Looks at Ashley) Me and Kaihekoa will look after Jocelyn until you return."

"Thanks." Ashley said.

"Alright, thanks for the talk." Troy said.

Jocelyn, Iz and Kaihekoa then left the house while Ashley, Katsuma and Troy went off to The Amethyst Gardens.

"Alright, let's have a plan to form." Iz said. "Me and Kaihekoa know where the building is thanks to the man we have talked to."

"Ok? I'm still wondering who would try to sicken my dad…" Jocelyn wonders.

"We will find out." Kaihekoa said. "Trust us."

Meanwhile, Arkay-Diuz was drinking a cup of water.

"Ahhh… Refreshing." Arkay-Diuz said. "(Looks at one of the scientists on the team to reveal himself) You got something to say?"
