Hey! Sorry about not updating this for a while, I've just been busy with school and having some writer's block. Hopefully, I'll be able to update every week-ish now. Probably not, but hey, a gal can hope. Onto le review

: Ah, thanks Paige! She might realize soon; I haven't exactly decided yet. I really only have a vague idea of what I'm going to be doing in the middle of this story. I have the ending figured out though. Not sure how useful that is if I don't have a middle planned out though. Anyways, thanks for reviewing!

Annabeth

It was the middle of the school week, Wednesday. Days have been going by normally. Texting Neptune in the mornings, school, going home with Calypso mainly talking about Percy, sometimes coffee stops and then talking with Neptune before going to sleep for that day.

She was at her locker, putting her away her math books and getting ready for history and Percy went up to her with his lopsided grin.

"Hey Anniebeth, do yo-"

"It's just Annabeth."

"Right, Annabeth. Do you want to hang out later today? Me, two of my friends, Leo, and Rachel who I think you know and your friend, Calypso are heading to Hestia's Hearth after school. It'd be cool if you joined."

Annabeth thought about it before shrugging and nodding her head. It sounded nice to hang out with Rachel again and she hasn't really talked to Leo so she might as well meet him.

"Yeah sure."

"Sweet! I'll meet you at the front of the school?"

"I'll be there."

Percy's grin grew as he waved and jogged over to his next class which reminded Annabeth that she had to get to class soon or she would be late. Annabeth rushed off to her history class and got there just before it officially started.

Annabeth didn't know anyone in the class, but she didn't really mind since she needed to focus anyways. Every class she had with Percy, he always ended up distracting her with notes, whispering to her or just grinning over in her direction.

After the class, she had lunch. She packed up her books and put them back into her locker, then heading off to the cafeteria. Calypso was already there, sitting at their usual table, but this time, Percy was also there speaking with her.

Annabeth immediately sounds Calypso's sparkling eyes as they spoke and her large smile. She narrowed her eyes at the two of them and just stood there, looking on for a while before finally moving to go sit down.

She sat down at the table, but Calypso didn't seem to notice for a few moments.

"Hey Annabeth! Do you mind Percy sitting with us today?"

"Not at all." Annabeth responded with a hint of bitterness in her voice, but it went unnoticed by Calypso. She thought that she saw Percy curiously looking at her, as if asking why the bitterness in her voice but it quickly disappeared so she thought she was just imagining it.

Calypso nodded quickly at Annabeth before resuming to talk with Percy. Annabeth kept a neutral expression as she picked at her lunch. She tried to tune out the conversation Percy and Calypso were having. It was something about food and swimming, she wasn't sure. When she thought about swimming, her mind instantly went to Neptune, who said that he loved swimming and was also goo at it. Well, he never said he was good at it, but Annabeth learned that he was modest, so when he said he was okay, Annabeth guessed that he was actually good.

Annabeth shook her head to clear her mind and quietly eat her lunch and after a bit she heard the bell ring. They headed off to their lockers to get ready for their classes. The rest of the day went by normally. Annabeth, being one of the few people who paid attention in classes and Percy trying to speak with her during class.

She headed to the front of the school, and she wasn't surprised she was the first one there. Calypso and Percy were probably out talking somewhere. Annabeth didn't have to wait long until Rachel showed up with the elf looking guy, Leo.

"Hey Rachel and Leo."

Leo looked up from tinkering with a contraption in his hands and offered her a mischievous smile while Rachel waved at her.

"Hey Annabeth. Has Percy arrived yet?"

"No, he hasn't. And neither has Calypso." Annabeth found herself getting annoyed when Rachel only asked about Percy, and not Calypso.

Rachel nodded and turned her head to the door, probably looking for when Percy went through. Annabeth did not like how much time Rachel and Calypso have been spending with Percy since they met him.

Annabeth looked over to Leo when he spoke up and asked her a question. "Your names Annabeth, right?"

"Yes, Rachel just said my name while saying hello."

Leo shrugged like 'whatever' and continued to tinker with the machine parts in his hands. There was an awkward silence between the three for a while before Percy and Calypso showed up together, laughing like they've been best friends for years.

Percy smiled at Annabeth, and she just waved back, expressionless. "Hey guys. Ready to head to the best coffee shop around?"

There were nods around the group and they headed out together. Obviously, Percy and Calypso were next to each other as they walked, but Rachel was also there. Annabeth was able to tell that Calypso was at least a little annoyed by that fact.

Annabeth was walked behind everyone. Leo was at the front, leading the way and the group of three was in the middle. Sometimes she thought that Percy looked back at her, but she was staring at the ground, so she didn't know for sure.

They reached the small coffee shop after a little bit and entered together. Annabeth was still at the back. Coffees were ordered and Percy, Calypso and Rachel continued talking and laughing together. Annabeth didn't feel the need to chime in every once in a while, like Leo did. He also made a catapult that he could use to fling sugar cubes at people. Annabeth should have expected something like that from the look in his eyes.

She sometimes spoke when one of them asked her a question, but other then that, she wasn't involved in the conversation. Annabeth looked over at Leo, who was flinging sugar cubes around. Rolling her eyes, she turned away and decided on looking out a window.

A while passed, around forty minutes before Leo announced that he should get going, so they decided to all go. People said their goodbyes and Annabeth started walking home with Calypso.

"Annabeth, don't you love Percy's personality? He's really funny, nice, modest, and sweet. Also have you seen his sea green eyes?" Annabeth just nodded and attempted to change the conversation to something else.

"How has your theatre class been going?"

"Oh, it's been great, the first play has been decided and auditions are next week. Rachel, Percy, and I are trying out together. Are you going to be auditioning too?"

"Maybe, I'm not sure yet. What about your other classes?"

"They've been fine, normal. Boring. I much prefer theatre. I really don't understand how you manage to pay attention in every single class."

Annabeth chuckled and shrugged. "What can I say, I actually enjoy school and want to get good grades."

Calypso playfully looked at Annabeth like she was insane and they both laughed at that. They kept talking together, Percy only getting brought up a couple times which Annabeth was pleased about.

They reached home after a while and again, Annabeth did her routine. School, Neptune, dinner, Neptune, get ready for bed, Neptune and then sleep.

So yeah, that's it, hope ya enjoyed. There'll be some actually progression to the story next chapter. Adios now.
