Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom or Spider-Man. I do not own the original story this is based on.

"You know this guy?" Eduardo asked, a little miffed at how close Kylie was in prodigy to the ghost boy.

Kylie merely nodded with a blush, something the boys, besides Eduardo, egged her bout quietly.

"This is Danny Phantom. He's supposed to be a ghostly hero from Amity Park..."Kylie said, still blushing. "Well, according to the news, they still haven't made up their minds yet. But I say he's a hero."

Danny noticed and was surprised this girl had heard of him. Being a small-town hero had its advantages, such as not getting much attention from the world, especially with big shots like the Justice League and Avengers. So, having a fan here in New York was something that did not mean the ghost boy was not appreciative. After all, it may save him from being mistaken for a criminal.

"Uh, wow..." Danny said, staring at Kylie. Eduardo was unsure of the situation. It seemed like a stretch to him.

"What are you doing in New York anyway?" Eduardo asked.

"I just came for a visit," Danny said, giving a censored version of the truth.

Eduardo and Garret did not buy the story. Roland went to their vehicle, the Ecto-1, and got on the radio to headquarters, but not before a quick maintenance check.

"Alright, spook, how long have you been here? And what are you doing here?"

"He's been here since last night, that's for sure," Kylie commented.

"How do you know?" Eduardo asked skeptically.

"Didn't you see the news?" Kylie asked.

"No."

"Internet video by Deadpool?" Garret asked. Danny made a mental note to see what that was about.

"Was it trending?"

"Jonah Jameson's reaction and commentary on the video?" Roland added as he grabbed the radio head

"Not big on politics."

Everyone eye-rolled at that. While it was understandable, you'd think any of those options would reach the ears of anyone.

But they ignored it. Roland had just dialed in headquarters.

"Either way, I'm calling in," he said as the receiver buzzed to life.

"What for? Don't you have a phone to check with?" Eduardo asked.

"It's at the firehouse, which last I check is where everyone's is."

A few moments of patting pockets had everyone proving Roland right. They were glad only Danny caught wind of that, as the embarrassment was almost too much.

Within seconds the phones were a distance thought as a voice came from the other end.

"Like, Extreme Ghostbusters' HQ. How can I help you, dude?" A laid back voice said. Perry McDonald, an intern, or guy who was too interested in ghosts, came from Greendale.

"Perry, we have a ghost here, calls himself Danny Phantom. We need you to do some research for us on him."

"Right on, dude," the boy said before cutting off.

The Extreme Ghostbusters gave a flat look. They were thankful for another member, especially Kylie, since not many were interested in the occult. However, the Asian boy's Hawaiian accent, coupled with his slightly laid back attitude, made them wonder about his personality. There was only a certain spectrum of personality one could except in life, and Perry was on the far end in the outfield.

"Dude checks out," Perry said after a few seconds. "Protects a place ripe with ghosts called Amity Park."

"Thanks, Perry. We'll contact you again if we need help."

"Righteous, Dude."

The radio went dead, and Roland put it away. Danny gave a nervous smile with everything good, but it turned normal as the Ghostbusters returned it.

"If you ever need a hand, you know who to call," Garret said as he wheeled in the trunk. His fingers made a phone.

"Just make sure we know you're in the area. Trust me, you do not want to go into the container," Eduardo added, getting into the Ecto-1.

"You can definitely relate to that," Roland commented before he waved. "Thanks for the help, Phantom."

Kylie was the last one to get in, but not before she blew a kiss.

"See you around...Phantom," Kylie said softly with a wink before the gang drove away. Their signature siren echoes in the streets.

Danny floated with a blush. Kylie was not playing hard to get. It kinda reminded him about Felicia, who was still probably waiting. Thinking fast and flying faster, the boy raced to transform back and meet up with his girlfriend and friends.

He returned to see Sam staring at Felicia, and then the new arrived Danny, while Tucker was researching on his PDA. As a usual routine, there were also a few boys staring at Felicia.

Again.

The blonde beauty only cared about the ghost boy, who came back and glared at some of the gawkers. It was apparent how the boys were irking the ghostly hero.

"Danny," Felicia said, grabbing the boy's hand. "How was the ghost?"

"Funny story. I saw a group of guys that called themselves the Extreme Ghostbusters," Danny remarked as Sam and Tucker stared in surprise.

"Those weird extreme sports ghost hunters from before?" Tucker asked, befuddled. A duo like that would be more likely seen in open environments like mountains and fields.

"Those were the Extreme Ghostbreakers," Sam corrected. "And last I heard, they were still in the hospital."

Danny rolled his eyes, figured such a thing would have. That duo had an extreme method of fighting. Not to mention the boy stuffed them into a dumpster with other ghost hunters, the Guys in White, and not to mention the scaredy-cat that came in the form of a white tiger with a dog that agitated it.

Despite the damage, he might have caused, the ghost boy did not regret that. They were bothering him too much, not to mention aiding Vlad in a scheme.

The boy turned to see his girlfriend staring at the trio, confused.

"It's a long story. I'll tell you another time," Danny said.

"More like it was something you had to be there for," Sam added with a scowl.

Felicia ignored this before turning her attention back to Danny.

"Well, next I come over, I'll be sure to see more of the town with Blue Eyes here," Felicia said sweetly.

Danny was once again melting with a dreamy face as Sam scowled and Tucker sighed. He knew the darkness-loving girl would not give up, but at some point, the towel had to be thrown. He saw nothing wrong with the blonde girl and did not mean how she looks either.

The girl is smart, beautiful, and it is clear that she does like Danny. So, Tucker decided to let her be. He was happy for his friend.

"Anyway, I believe we have more of the city to enjoy," Felicia said.

Danny smiled.

"Sure, Felicia," Danny said while Sam rolled her eyes.

The gang continued the tour of New York as the ghost boy contemplated about the ghost hunters in the city. But he knew there was more.

The gang had returned home in the afternoon for some rest. The teens plopped onto the couch as Tucker rubbed his feet. The techno-geek had seen a lot of exercise helping his friend with ghost fighting, but it did not compare to the tour. It was the city that never sleeps, where nobody uses cars that much.

Everyone walked.

Mrs. Hardy had already left for work and said that they should enjoy the city's sights as much as they can, as long as they came back by curfew.

"So, what's left for today?" Danny asked.

"How about a dinner date? Just you...and me," Felicia said with a coy smile.

Danny was putty at the sight of it, and Felicia giggled.

He's so cute. Felicia thought affectionately.

The moment was ruined when a certain goth girl intervened. Call people crazy, but everyone had a feeling this would happen. An inevitable event ever since Sam volunteered to join.

"And I'll be sure to keep you company," Sam snarked. Felicia rolled her eyes. She knew the goth would just follow her and Danny all day. Well, it would be more of stalking, but that did not change anything. However, this cat had enough brains for nine lives.

"Did I mention my friends would be giving a free tour of Horizon High? No one would bother you while you check out all their equipment," Felicia said coyly.

"Oh please," the goth girl spoke sarcastically with her arms crossed. "If you think—"

"Where do I start!?" Tucker exclaimed over his friend. His enthusiasm blocked anything Sam glared at him with.

"How about I call my friends to meet you? They won't allow you into Horizon without actual students," Felicia answered.

"Alright!" Tucker cheered.

Sam wanted to protest.

"But—"

"Sam, I'll be fine. Besides, I think Tucker will need extra hands to restraint him," Danny said, pointing at the awestruck technogeek. He was almost going into a coma from the excitement. Or at least it seemed that way.

Sam would have argued, but the sight of Tucker proved too valid a point for a debate. But she would remember this with a glare at Felicia.

Which was ignored.

With a fun afternoon alone, Danny and Felicia were now having dinner at one of Felicia's favorite restaurants, Jeju Noodle Bar. Danny was surprised to see a high scale ramen shop. The place even had a Michelin star. This was not somewhere to dress casually, something that was told before leaving.

Felicia was dressed in a long black dress with a slit on the side. The back was covered halfway with small sleeves, which made her look even more beautiful, if possible.

Danny was in a nice suit of matching color with a white shirt and red tie.

"You know...I'd say black suits you," Danny said, giving his girlfriend a once over.

"I can say the same for you, Blue Eyes," Felicia said with sultry eyes.

The two stared at each other for a while. It was nice to admire each other without an audience or friends interrupting.

"So, are we going to dinner?" Danny said.

"When our eyes are full," Felicia said in a teasing way.

Danny and Felicia both shared a laugh before holding hands.

"Well, my eyes are bulging full, let's eat," Danny said.

"And you'll be having more as we take a taxi," Felicia said.

Unknown to them, someone was spying on them. It was Sam who was using a drone to observe nature. Or at least she was till she got a glimpse of the love birds. The chances were a million to one, but here she was spying on her friend again.

The goth girl narrowed her eyes at the blonde, who Danny was nuts about. Thinking surly thoughts about how this girl, this girl who made the boys drool at the sight of her, would choose a boy who should be below her radar.

"I don't know what she's playing at, but I'm on to her," Sam muttered in anger.

She continued to spy until someone noticed.

"Uhhh, Sam? What are you doing?" Peter asked as he noticed the goth's demeanor.

"Just watching a squirrel," the goth said. Though she did see a grey surly squirrel a while ago. Creeped her out.

And things got even creepier when another grey squirrel came. And this one wore a green hat and looked grouchy.

A New York moment.

As the ghost boy and blonde girl chatted, they did not notice the humming of the drone. But some folks did and began recording. Among the crowd was a man, Max Modell, who began dialing a number.

Peter Parker heard this phone, saw who it was and answered.

"Max, hey! How are you?" Peter greeted with nervous glee before stopping. "A drone...from Horizon...on the internet!?"

The student's brilliant mind put two and two together, as did Tucker, Miles, and Anya. As Peter distracted and bought time, the rest ganged up on Sam as they wrestled the remote out of the goth's hands. Sure enough, they saw Danny and Felicia at a restaurant. The Horizon students wolf-whistled as they noticed the blonde girl's attire.

"She wasn't kidding about Danny. Guy must be something special," Miles noted.

Gwen and Anya would have snarked or reacted in such a way, but they had to deal with Sam. And the goth girl was stubborn with the controls.

"Sam! What are you doing?!" Tucker whispered in her ear. He wanted to pry the controls first and save the embarrassment from getting to a higher level than it was. "You're making things weird."

"I'm just checking out the drone," Sam remarked with an innocent voice.

"Well, check it out somewhere that doesn't include Danny and Felicia!"

"I am. It just so happens Danny and that girl are there," Sam denied, but the arrival of Max Model spoke of the opposite.

In one swift motion, he identified Sam as the pilot, removed the console from her hands, set the drone to come back to the campus, and dragged the girl into his office.

Everyone gulped loudly as they watched the girl struggling out of the man's grip.

All the while, the love birds were enjoying their meal. The smell of umami filled the air as the ghost boy took in the scenery, a typical Asian setting with some modern touches here and there that accentuated the atmosphere.

"So...ramen," Danny said with a raised brow. "I wouldn't take you as the type."

"I love ramen—especially ones with such rich broth. This cook knows his stuff," Felicia said, taking a deep breath of her meal.

Danny hears this and smiled. The smell was incredible. Felicia had a good palate, it seems.

"I gotta ask. Are we going to have to dress up the next we eat out?" Danny said.

Felicia giggled.

"Only if you want to," Felicia answered. "Though I'll make sure to keep things casual."

The two shared each other's company as they continue to enjoy dinner together. With the arrival of their meal, the ghost boy found a new level of flavor.

It was then he decided to let Felicia choose the next place.

Before long, an explosion is seen as men in black are running from a bank with bags of money. Cliche as it was, they began shooting behind them as they ran, outmaneuvering the officers that followed.

Danny and Felicia both saw this and knew what was next. Danny got up, saying he needs to make room for dessert.

Felicia accepted the alibi, knowing full the boy would not ignore a cry for help if he heard it.

Danny soon left, leaving Felicia alone.

Should I go with him? She thought but shook her head. No, after our last dance, I should lay low. Besides, Danny can handle this. It shouldn't take a while.

Danny quickly hid and changed forms, chasing after the crooks. And he was not the only one.

Swinging by a web, Spider-Man came into the scene. And almost collided with the ghost boy.

"Sorry about that," he remarked. "Going after the bad guys?"

"Going after the bad guys," Danny nodded.

The teen heroes chased after the sound of gunfire and bags of cash. Why these thugs weren't in a van yet, was baffling.

The two landed in front of the robbers, many armed men with advanced weapons. But the most distinguished trait was how they all looked exactly the same.

"Wow, I guess the bank bounced their last check," Danny quipped.

"Then let's give them the fee for robbing," Spider-Man added.

The two had their fists out when four more had descended from above—four humanoid turtles with weapons.

Danny wasn't surprised, but Spidey was.

"Ninja Turtles?" Spider-Man said slowly as he saw the four mutants.

And he wasn't the only one to see new players.

"Wow, that's Spiderman!" Mikey exclaimed.

"We can see that, Mikey," Raph retorted, his sais out and ready for action.

Unfortunately, the wall-crawler assumed the worst as Spider-Man aimed his wrists at the amphibious ninjas, but Danny blocked him before anything.

"Dude, what gives!?"

"Relax, they're friends," Danny explained before things got heated.

No one wants another misunderstanding, like the other night.

Spider heard this and calmed down.

"Sorry about that. I thought you guys were with the weird bank robbers," Spidey said.

"You mean the Kraang?" Donnie asked.

"We've been fighting them for months," The lead turtle said. "This time, it seems they're trying something new. But what could they want with all that money?"

"Duh! The answer is obvious," Mikey commented with a know-it-all's voice. The gang stared at him in earnest. "They want the new Gamestation Five that came out a few days ago. Those things are hot items."

Raph quickly smacked him, while his other brothers ignored him.

Spidey raised a brow while Danny assured his new friend of Mikey's mindset. One only had to meet the orange turtle to understand his vivid imagination.

Too bad the moment would not last for long.

"Uh guys," Donnie said, tapping Leo on the shoulder.

"Donnie, you need something?" The blue turtle replied.

The brother did not speak nor reply but pointed to the area where more than dozens of Kraang stood. All armed to the teeth with weapons aimed at the heroes. It was surprising they had been ignored, given they were pinned in. Moreso that they didn't open fire.

"Kraang is to assume that the moment of taking is over now, right?" one of the members asked.

The teens nodded, though Spider-Man was taken back by the speech pattern. Who talks like that?

"Then Kraang will now destroy that which are called the turtles with that which Kraang does not care to find out the name of which they are to be called."

"Wow, witty banter must not be strong with you guys," Spider-Man remarked as he and the rest of the gang dodged incoming lasers.

With reflexes they honed over the years of training and fighting, the turtles avoided the beams of light as they made their way to the aliens.

Danny phased through the attacks as he fired back, giving cover as Spider-Man webbed up any guns before

"You'd think with all these lasers, one of them would hit us. I guess Kraang needs an aim it," Spidey said while his foes continued their assault.

"Kraang does not need an aimbot. Kraang will annihilate those designated as the allies of the ones known as the turtles," The Kraang said.

Spiderman hears this and closes the distance between him and the Kraang that spoke. He instantly scissor kicked the robot head, knocking over the body, and proceeding to web the goon down.

"You'd think these guys could speak proper English," the web-slinger remarked.

"It'd be nice if they did," Danny said, annoyed before he kept fighting.

The ghost boy charged ahead as he iced a few Kraang. He turned to blast another, only for someone else to arrive and knock it out. Someone Danny was already familiar With.

"April, hey," Donnie greeted, noting the girl's arrival. She smiled back at the turtle but noticing their allies.

"Hey, Danny. Working with Spider-Man now?" She asked, joining the fight.

"You know her?" Spidey asked, knocking over a Kraang.

"She's friends with the turtles," Danny answered, throwing one into a wall.

While not like the others, April handled her own with her tessen and current ninjutsu level, evidenced to be enough for combat.

"So, Danny," the kunoichi in trained said, kicking down a Kraang member.

"So, April," Danny replied.

"So, I take it you choose another girl?" April asked, swing her tessen through another Kraang bot's throat and shoulder.

"Yeah..." Danny replied awkwardly.

This got Spider-Man's attention as he pinned down another Kraang. He had just dodged a laser blast as he stared at the two.

"You two dated?" Spider-Man asked, landing from a backflip.

"Blind date last summer," They both answered.

"I told you guys we knew him!" Mikey commented as he knocked the head off a Kraang bot.

Spidey gawked for a moment. His Spidey sense tingled as he flipped over two more Kraang that ran into each other. He would have knocked them out, but Donnie and Raph beat him to it. The red turtle was fierce with his punches, holding his sais within his hand, turning them into makeshift claws.

"Is there some kind of superhero dating program?"

Danny and April both paused.

"Um..." Danny started.

"More like a...well, you see...you could say that," April stammered, unable to properly explain the dating service. Though how would one describe the events without giving away secrets? Luckily, SPider-man understood the craziness, a similarity he shares.

By now, with the fight of Danny, Spider-Man, and teenage mutant ninja turtles vs. the Kraang, whose numbers were now falling, thing sweet coming to a close.

Raph and Leo ripped and sliced any guns and bot parts as Mikey and Donne acted similarly with a few whacks added in. Any Kraang still intact was webbed down or encased in ice.

And while April was still in training, she had a count enough for more than one hand.

The Kraang were painfully aware of the situation as they threw the remaining bags of money to one.

"Kraang, take that which we need for the plan to the place where we meet to obtain that which will further the plan," one of the members ordered before Mikey knocked him out.

The heroes would have chased the foe, but only one managed to get away with cove fire from the rest. However, many the Kraang brought wasn't enough to properly defend themselves, as always. But that one member got away with as many bags he could carry.

The remaining Kraang fell with a good portion of the bags intact. It was not an absolute victory but was enough for the teens.

"Booyakasha!" Mikey cried out in victory as his brother's smiled.

"But what do aliens from another dimension want with money?" Spider-man asked. It was the million-dollar question, but no one had any answers. Well, except maybe Mikey, but none were listening.

"Well, whatever it is, at least we stopped them," Danny said. "At least that's something."

"Exactly," Mikey said with optimism, and though his brothers didn't share the same amount, the turtles had confid34ence in stopping whatever the Kraang were up to.

"And to think it only took ten minutes," Donnie commented.

"Time flies when you're having fun," Raph commented with a smile.

The turtles, Spider-man, and April smirked, understanding the red turtle's humor. However, Danny remembered he had now taken minutes away from a certain blonde who was still probably waiting for him.

"Oh, man!" Danny groaned.

"Something up? Leo asked. He and the others looked at the ghost boy in concern.

"I gotta go. It was great seeing you guys again," Danny said as he shot off the ground like a rocket. Less than a second later, he was gone.

"What's with him?" Spiderman asked, surprised by the sudden departure.

"I betcha it's his girlfriend," April quipped with a smirk as she and the turtles walked away.

Though not before Mikey went fanboy and asked for stuff like an autograph and friend request.

"Sorry about that," Danny nervously chuckled as he sat down. He tried to remember the excuse he used, but a pair of soft lips on his cheek blanked his mind. The boy looked to see his girlfriend wearing a smile. The pardon did not matter.

Right now, it was just them again. All was right for now for Danny and Felicia, that is.

Max Model was in the Horizon High Academy campus, glaring at the goth girl who took a student's drone for a joy ride. Tucker was with Peter, Miles, and Anya, waiting for her to come out.

"Sorry about this mess," the technogeek said. "Sam is just—"

"Majorly jealous of Felicia?" Miles finished.

"You could say that."

"Jealous? She almost got us in trouble because she was jealous?" Anya said in anger. She glared at the door, hoping her gaze could penetrate the obstacle and nail Sam with some of her rage. "What she did was illegal!"

Tucker sighed.

"I know," He muttered as he waited for his friend. Who would not be out for a long while.

Danny and Felicia returned to see Sam sulking on the couch while Tucker was enjoying the television. The goth girl looked up to the couple before she went back to floor watching. Danny walked up to his friends.

Tucker didn't say anything, but the only words from Sam were...

"I don't want to talk about it."

The ghost boy would want to know what was bothering her but knew his friend to want her space. So, he gave Felicia a kiss on the cheek and went to change, all the while making a stone slosh around in Sam's stomach.

As the boy closed the door to his room, Felicia then walked over to the goth. Tucker noticed an angry look in her eye and backed away before darting to his room. Sam stood up but could do nothing to stop the blonde girl from putting her into a hold, restraining any movement.

"I know it was you. Do That again, and we'll have a problem," Felicia said softly into Sam's ear.

Letting go of the girl, Felicia walked back to her room as Sam watched in slight fear.

The goth had a feeling she had crossed a boundary, but a part of her registered her hold and mentally filed as more dangerous than before.

Out of jealousy or fear, no one could tell.

Danny got up early and went for a walk by himself. He needed some time alone.

Especially after last night.

He came to New York just to see Felicia but so far had to deal with everything. From Black Cat's tricks, supervillains, Krang, and Sam's weird behavior, the boy had enough stress for all of high school. Along with Felicia's admirers, though they were mainly boys giving Danny a green glare.

"Man, this has been a crazy week!" Danny let out as he sat on a bench.

"Sounds like New York to me," said the voice of an old man who also occupied the bench.

"Sorry I didn't notice you there."

The old man laughed and waved off Danny.

"I take it you had a rough weekend?" the man asked.

Danny nodded, nearly wanting to keep his mouth shut, but who knows, this guy seemed pretty smart he might be able to help.

"Yeah, something like that," Danny said. "I came to visit my girlfriend and—"

"Ah, girl problems," the old man said with a nostalgic smile. Danny looked down he saw a wedding ring on his finger.

"I remember those days. Can I give you some advice?" the old man asked.

"Sure, why not," Danny replied.

"Whatever happened between you and your girlfriend," the old man began. "most things can get fixed with talking about it."

"It's not that. Just a wild weekend, but for some reason, my friend has been acting weird," Danny said, recollecting how Sam has spent much time glaring and staring.

"Hmmm...is your friend a girl?"

Danny nodded.

"Ah..." the old man declared. The ghost boy stared at him in confusion. "Now that a predicament, but like I said, if you talk about it, most things can be fixed."

The ghost boy considered it and nodded. Though knowing Sam, things would not be easy. The girl had been more adamant than steel lately.

"I'll do that, thanks," Danny told the old man.

The old man stood up, patting Danny on the shoulder.

"Excelsior!" The man said.

Danny smiled as he watched the old man go for a moment. While he still was reeling from the craziness, the man helped greatly, and soon the boy got up. He waved goodbye, and the elderly man did the same as he sat back down and enjoyed the park.

The streets of New York were unusually tranquil, even though people were up and about. Like the calm before the storm. The ghost boy wondered if this was a bad omen given the extra amenities in his life.

Especially when it was coming to sam, who had been grouchy the whole trip, save for last night.

"I guess whatever's bothering her has a better bite than bark," Danny commented. Clueless to the actual situation still.

The boy contemplated how he could help but saw problems in that as well. If Sam ever found out and she didn't approve of the methods, good intentions or not, she'd throw a fit. The main problem. Thinking back, the old man might have been right about using words. Though that was a conversation for back home as a new topic spoke up.

"Danny?" came a familiar voice.

Danny turned around to see Kitty Pryde, another one of his dates, from the summer, in front of him. The girl walked over and glopped the boy into a hug.

"It's been so long!" Kitty said.

"Yeah, it has," Danny said, letting go he hadn't seen the mutant heroine since their blind date where they fought a mutant-hunting giant robot, a Sentinel.

"So what brings you to New York?" Kitty asked

"I'm here visiting my girlfriend," Danny told Kitty.

Danny didn't see it, but there was a brief flash of heartbreak and sadness across Kitty's face.

"Oh," Kitty said, trying to be happy for the ghost powered mutate, "hope you had a great time. New York is awesome."

Danny nodded with a smile. "I have."

The two had a laugh at the variety of the city. You didn't have to be born here to a get.

"Danny," Felicia cried out as she spotted the ghost boy. She noticed Kitty talking to him and decided to settle things.

Felicia grabbed Danny by the arm and planted a kiss on his cheek as the mutant girl watched with wide eyes. While feeling a sting of jealousy, Kitty noted the blonde girl's beauty.

Kitty would not be surprised if this girl was a model or something. She was just that gorgeous.

"I guess you're the girlfriend," Kitty asked.

"You'd guess, right," Felicia said, smirking before looking to Danny, "we should get going."

Danny nodded, waving to Kitty, "it was great seeing you again, Kitty."

Kitty waved goodbye as Danny and Felicia left. It was not until they were out of sight and earshot did she speak.

"Wow..." Kitty uttered in shock. "I mean, I know I'm a nine, but that girl is a ten."

She knew Danny was a total gentleman and cute, but she wouldn't have guessed he could have landed a girl like that.

Hope she makes you happy, Danny. Kitty thought, walking off.

"Another previous date?" Felicia asked as she eyed Kitty walking away.

"Yeah," Danny said with a blush.

"She's cute."

"Yep," the ghost boy said, grabbing Felicia's hand. "But you're cuter."

Felicia blushed at that. She had been called many things, but cute was never one of them. Taking her eyes off the girl, the couple gazed into each other eyes for a moment. It was perfect, with no gawking boys around. Though it was only for a second. New York was never a place for one to be distracted.

The afternoon came quickly, too quickly for the couple's taste. They mentally pleaded to have one more hour together. Though neither stated such to another. Dropping off Danny, Tucker, and Sam at the station, Felicia escorted them, stopping only at the train. She turned to the ghost boy.

"I'll see you soon, Blue Eyes," Felicia said as she wrapped her arms around him.

Danny sent her a lovesick look.

"Me too."

Felicia sent him a sweet smile. She planted a kiss on the lips, and the moment seemed to last hours, but the sound of Sam coughing broke that.

"In case you haven't noticed, the train's leaving soon," the goth snarked.

Tucker stayed a few feet away from his friend. He wanted nothing to do with the one-sided catfight.

"I'll call you when I get back," Danny said, letting go of his girlfriend.

Felicia watches as Danny, Sam, and Tucker get on the train and leave. She waved goodbye as the trio disappears along the horizon, but soon her phone rings. Her work phone.

For a moment, the girl contemplates answering but just wants a moment to be a normal teenage girl. Her life was anything but.

Reluctantly, the girl answered and did the usual routine. She swiftly walked somewhere private and answered the call.

"Black Cat, I have a job for you," the client said.

"What is it?..."Felicia said, wanting to get to the point.

"I have someone interested in a rare artifact. And I told him, as a good friend, I'd retrieve it for him."

New York can be crazy, especially in this universe. I can only imagine up to certain extents what lurks in the city.
