Attending the White Fang Recruit Rally
Kakarot, Blake, and their friends are seen in Professor Port's class lecture (more like telling another story about his heroic adventures as a young huntsman) as Kakarot is sleeping with his face on the desk while Krillin looks bored out of his mind, then he notice Jaune leaning a little closer to Weiss.
"Jaune, what are you doing?" Krillin asked whispering.
"Just wanted to ask Weiss if she wants to go to a movie and maybe go out to eat." Jaune answered whispering back.
"Jaune, Jaune, Jaune, we've been over this. Weiss is just not into you, not as a love-interest, you need to move on and find someone else to fall for." Krillin advised.
"But who, it's not like there are any other girls who would be interest in me." Jaune sighed.
"Maybe not as a love interest, but you can start at the friendship-level first. Every romance always starts there and again, Weiss is a no-go." Krillin stated.
"I guess you're right, but I still got two tickets to the new Spruce Willis movie and no one to go with." Jaune said.
"Then ask Pyrrha to come, she wouldn't mind going and I think she could use a break from all the training." Krillin advised.
"Hmm, I never thought of that. Okay, I'll ask Pyrrha." Jaune nodded.
Just after Jaune said that, the bell rang signaling the end of the class.
"Timed that one wrong, I guess. Well, the stunning conclusion to this story will have to wait. Until next time!" Port smiled under his big mustache.
(Team RWBY's Room)
"Okay, are all prepare?" Ruby asked.
"Ready as we'll ever be." Kakarot answered.
RWBY and KK have change into wearing different outfits for the investigation and to make themselves look cool too.
Ruby now wears a long-sleeve, light gray shirt with black belted cuffs near the ends of the sleeves. Over top of the gray shirt is a black pinafore with two vertical lines of red stitching that resemble the lacing on a corset. She wears a red skirt with a large black print of her emblem on the side and matching black tulle underneath. Her stockings and shoes remain the same as her original outfit, though the boots lack the red trim that decorated the top. A few pieces of metal arranged in the shape of a rose are attached to the shoulder of her left sleeve, and her cloak's hood has been wrapped around her neck in a scarf-like fashion, while the rest hangs down like normal. Ruby codename this Slayer.
Weiss is wearing a white, double-breasted pea coat with black piping, cuffs, and buttons over a white, pleated full skirt with black lace trim. She also wears a pair of white, thigh-high boots with black heels and lace-topped black stockings. The codename for this white clothing is Snowpea.
Blake's clothing is a white, v-neck, zip-up crop shirt with a black hem and three-quarter sleeves. Her emblem is printed in off-white on the left side of the shirt. She wears black pants that have a vertical gray stripe on the outer side of each leg and a black belt. Attached to the rear of the belt is a black piece of fabric that covers her from hip to hip. Underneath this is a longer, translucent, purple piece of fabric. She also wears black high-heel boots with two straps and buckles and purple underoles, reaching to mid-calf. She retains the black ribbons on her forearms and her black bow. Codename: Intruder.
Yang's new outfit is a deep-collared cream vest worn over a low cut black shirt; both are covered by a dark gray shrug with a raised collar, three-quarter sleeves adorned with a single black stripe down the outside of each sleeve, and gold cuffs. A black mini skirt is worn under the cream vest. A pair of crooked black belts with gold accents are slung around her hip, with a purple piece of fabric attached to the left-rear section of the lower belt. She wears thigh high stockings attached to her miniskirt by garter-belts on the front and back of each thigh, decorated with four golden studs above her knee and her emblem on the outside of each thigh in gold. She also wears black ankle boots with multiple buckles and white ribbons on the back tied in a bow. Around her neck is a purple pendant set in silver. The codename she named this one is Hunter.
Kakarot changed his orange martial gi with a blue top and yellow-green baggy pants with light-blue gauntlets and carries a red helmet in his right arm.
Krillin is now wearing a green over top green shirt and blue pants and has a red hair wig on his head.
"Huh, didn't think you actually own a wig." Yang surprised.
"It was a Halloween costume my mom got me, she thinks I made a "handsome devil" as she puts it." Krillin sighed.
"Well, then it's time get 'Deviling' along with the plan." Yang punned causing everyone but Kakarot to groan.
"Come on, this is not the time to be 'wigging' around." Kakarot joked as he and Yang laugh together.
"Can we please take this serious?" Weiss asked angry.
"Hey, we've got a plan! That's... moderately serious." Yang shrugged.
"Right! Everyone remember their roles?" Ruby asked.
"You and I will head to the CCT and check the Schnee records for any other Dust robberies or inconsistencies. Seeing as I'm in the family, it shouldn't be a problem." Weiss smiled.
"The White Fang has regular faction meetings to hand out orders and recruit new members. If I can get in, I can hopefully find out what they're planning." Blake mentioned.
"And I'm going with Blake to make sure no one try anything funny with my big sister." Kakarot hoped the helmet in his hand.
"By the way, what's with the helmet?" Yang asked curious.
"It's to keep my hair down since hair jell never works, just in case any old White Fang member might recognize me since Adam, and I have a bit a history." Kakarot answered.
"Wait, hair jell never works on you?" Krillin puzzled.
"It's true, no matter how many hair jell our mom puts on his head, his hair would always pops right back as it is right now, and there was the time when dad decided to give him a haircut and the next day his hair grew back too." Blake explained, recalling the times when their parents tried to give Kakarot's hair a new look and none of them worked.
"Wicked. Anyway, I have an old friend on the shady side of town that typically knows everything going on in Vale. Getting information out of him shouldn't be too hard..." Yang smirked.
"And I'll be going with you to make sure you don't destroy any and hurt a lot of people like this nightclub you trashed Ruby told me once." Krillin mentioned, Yang looks at Ruby who is whistling innocently.
"Great! We'll meet up tonight near Yang to go over what we found. Let's do this!" Ruby threw her fist in the air.
"Yeah!" Everyone shouted.
"Yeah!" Sun shouted and everyone jump in surprise as they turn to the window seeing the blonde monkey boy hanging upside-down.
"Sun!" Blake shocked.
"How did you get up here?" Yang asked.
"Ah, it's easy; I do it all the time." Sun answered.
"You do what?" Weiss looked at Sun with the sink eye.
"I climb trees all the time!" Sun corrected himself and he flip himself into the room.
"Sorry if I'm late when I got your text, Kakarot. It took me a while to checkup on my weapons so its ready to go." Sun said.
"Kakarot! You texted him to come!" Blake yelled.
"Well, I just thought that since Sun was involve with the warehouse incident and fought some White Fangs too, I figure we could have him come along for extra help." Kakarot explained nervously upon seeing his big sister's angry face.
"He does have a point, which is really a surprise, what we're about to do is above what our current level and we could use all the help we can get." Krillin pointed out.
"Yeah, we should always get friends involved! That's why I brought Neptune!" Sun gestured to the window.
Everyone lean their heads out of the window seeing Neptune standing outside on the very thin ledge and being cool as ever.
"Sup." Neptune greeted.
"Okay, Sun, I can understand. But how did you even get up here?" Kakarot asked.
"I have my ways." Neptune shrugged.
"Seriously, though, can I come in? We're like, really high up right now." Neptune wanted to get inside now because doing this sort of thing isn't exactly fun for him.
Neptune got inside and Ruby walks around thinking of what to do with the grouping right now.
"Okay, not much has change. Sun will go with Blake and Kakarot, Yang and Krillin are still good, so that leaves Neptune to come with me and Weiss to the CCT." Ruby planned quickly.
"Okay, now that the teams are settle. Let's get going as it will get dark soon." Kakarot walked to the door with the helmet on.
"What's with the helmet, dude?" Sun asked making Kakarot sigh.
(Later, Warehouse Area)
Blake, Kakarot, and Sun are seen hiding behind a corner of a building right next to the one where a White Fang solider is welcoming other Faunus who are wearing the mask and walking in the warehouse where the rally is being held.
"This is it." Blake said.
"Wasn't that hard to find, though I am disappointed about the number of Faunuses wanting to join the White Fang. Are they all idiots or something?" Kakarot disapproved of the many Faunus coming here.
"It's not like we can make the decision for them, man. But I'm sure they'll see the error once we stop them." Sun hoped he's right.
"He's right, it's their choice and there's nothing we can do about it but show them a better way." Blake nodded as she hands them Grimm masks.
"I don't get it. If you believe what you're doing is right, why hide who you are?" Sun asked looking at his Grimm mask.
"The masks are a symbol. Humanity wanted to make monsters out of us, so we chose to don the faces of monsters." Blake explained.
"Which is pretty stupid, but no the guy who started it convince everyone to wear them." Kakarot exclaimed.
"You really hate that Adam guy, do you?" Sun asked.
"You could say that." Kakarot sighed.
"Focus you two, we have to go in now." Blake said before putting on her mask and walks to the rally.
"Always sunshine and rainbows with you..." Sun sighed.
"Tell me about it." Kakarot rolled his eyes as he puts on the helmet and the mask.
The three undercover Faunus walks inside seeing a bunch of other Faunus waiting for the speech to happen and they see a large muscle Faunus man with a mask that has a different design than the others as he's about to speak.
"Thank you all for coming. For those of you who are joining us for the first time tonight, allow me to introduce a very special comrade of ours! I can assure you, he is the key to obtaining what we have fought for, for so long!" The White Fang Lieutenant gestured to one side of the stage.
Walking up is Roman Torchwick himself as most of the Faunus are shock to see a human in a White Fang rally which is supposed to be for Faunus only.
"Thank you, thank you! Please, hold your applause!" Roman chuckled.
"What's a human doing here?!" A Deer-Faunus demanded to know.
"I'm glad you asked, "Deerie"! Now, I'll be the first to admit, humans... are the worst. Case in point. So, I understand why you would like to see us all locked away, or, better yet, killed!" Roman said making the masked-wearing Faunuses surprise.
"So, is he going somewhere with this?" Sun asked whispering.
"Probably something really motivated and bad at the same time." Kakarot guessed then Blake shushes them.
"But, before the claws come out, I'd like to mention the fact that you and I all have a common enemy: the ones in control, the people pulling the strings, the dirty, rotten humans that run our kingdoms! Government, military, even the schools: they're all to blame for your lot in life! And they're all pests that need to be dealt with! Fortunately, I'm the best exterminator around... No offense to any rodents in the room." Roman said in a strong words that mood the Faunus here to understand where he's getting at.
"This does not sound good." Kakarot worried.
With a snap from Roman's finger, the curtain behind him falls and reveals a giant mech causing the Faunus to be surprise and excited at the same time seeing such an awesome weapon they'll be getting for their ambition of revenge on the humans.
"That doesn't look bad." Kakarot shocked.
"Bad day!" Sun gulped.
"How did he get that?" Blake wondered. She heard rumors about Atlas military working on a new weapon project to battle against bigger Grimm, but she didn't think to see one here and that Roman actually managed to steal it.
"As some of you may have heard, this right here... is Atlas' newest defense against all the scary things in the world. And thanks to my "employer", we've managed to snag a few before they, uh, "hit the shelves". Now, many of your brothers have already moved down to our new operation in the southeast. If you'd rather stay within the city, that's fine... But if you're truly ready to fight for what you believe in, this is the arsenal I can provide you. Any questions?" Roman asked sarcastically and all the Faunus, minus the three Hunter students, cheers.
"Blake, I think we got all the info we can here." Kakarot pointed out.
"My thoughts exactly, we should get out of here." Blake nodded.
"Will all new recruits, please come forward!" The White Fang Lieutenant instructed.
The Faunus started moving forward to the stage forcing Blake, Kakarot, and Sun to come forward too. Kakarot tries to think of a plan to get out of here: he thought about blasting their way out with his aura blasts, but he worries that he might hurt the innocent Faunus here. Fighting their way out is out of the option because he with Blake and Sun are outnumbered as they'll get caught be probably be thrown in their prison cell.
Then one idea came to his head and knew this one would work.
"Blake, I got an idea." Kakarot whispered to his sister.
"What's up?" Blake asked.
"I'm going to perform a technique Krillin showed me when he was trained by his martial art teacher before coming to Beacon, it's a technique that is not a Semblance that anybody could use if trained enough." Kakarot explained.
"No way! I heard rumors about those, but I always believe them to be real." Sun surprised.
"Well, but the thing is that it's not exactly good for the eyes. So, when I jump you two turn around and run towards the window and I'll be right behind you." Kakarot explained the plan.
"Better hurry, we're getting closer and I think Roman sees us." Sun worried.
"Okay, and… NOW!" Kakarot sprinted high into the air while Blake and Sun take off their masks and make their way to the window.
"What the…?" Roman shocked.
"Hey Roman, watch the birdy!" Kakarot shouted as he places his hands close to the center of his face with the fingers spread towards the eyes.
"Solar Flare" Kakarot shouted and a bright white light comes out blinding everyone in the warehouse except for Blake and Sun as they didn't look back and jumps through the window.
"And I'm out of here." Kakarot flew after Blake and Sun exiting the warehouse.
"Damn it, those kids are really pissing me off." Roman growled as his sight slow comes back as does everyone else.
"Oh man, that was epic. Wish I could have seen it, but I would be blind if I did." Sun cheered.
"That was actually my very first try after seeing Krillin use on me during our sparring training once." Kakarot mentioned.
"Don't celebrate just yet guys." Blake looked back seeing the big mech on and chasing after them as she can guess Roman is inside that thing.
"Okay, this just got extreme." Kakarot said.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
The gang have started their investigation with Sun and Neptune joining in, Blake's group saw that the White Fang and Roman have managed to steal an important mech robot that the Atlas military were working on, and now Roman is going to use it against them as the fight will be taking place in the street. And hope you like seeing Kakarot using the Solar Flare technique, I just thought it would be cool to do it in this chapter.
