When Sara pulls up to Fox River, she sees Police Officers and FBI agents patrolling the prison; the agent are questioning the staff, trying to figure out how these men managed to pull this off. Sara takes a deep breath; she had gone over what to say when she was questioned a million times. Michael listened to her and told her that no one would suspect anything if she answered confidently. She walks through the front gate and spots the warden, she rushes up to him, "Henry, what's happened?!" she looks around, putting on an award winning face of horror and shock.

"Morning Sara," Henry replies glumly, "six inmates escaped last night. Didn't you see anything on the news?"

"No, I pretty much crashed as soon as I got home and I was running a bit late this morning," because Michael and I were busy doing much more interesting things, she adds to herself, "who got out?"

"Scofield, Burrows, Sucre, Westmoreland, Apolskis & Franklin; T-Bag and Abruzzi tried to as well but they got left behind. Abruzzi says Michael was the mastermind behind everything."

"Really?" She is impressed with how shocked she sounds, "Wow, I saw Michael every day and he really didn't seem overly motivated to do anythi-" She is cut off by Bellick shouting, "These FBI nuts are insane! We should be out chasing these cons with shotguns, not standing around while these idiots investigate everyone and hold press conferences! I mean what do they think is going to happen? The cons are just going to -"

"Brad, calm down." Henry scolds, "you're not helping anything yelling about it." He turns back to Sara, gently adding "you can head up to the infirmary Sara, I'll send an agent up to you if they need to ask anything."

"Thank you Henry." Sara smiles sweetly at him before heading inside, her heart pounding.

When she reaches the infirmary, Katie greets her with, "How insane is this?!"

"I know! This whole situation is just crazy. I never would have expected the ones who got out though." Sara can hear a slight shake in her voice at the lie but Katie doesn't seem to notice, "I agree, bit of a shame though." Katie smiles at Sara's raised eyebrows before continuing, "Scofield was one fine piece of-"

"Katie," Sara interrupts, holding up her hand, "stop." They share a hearty laugh.
"Sorry Sara, just being observant. Besides, I wasn't the one stalking him." Katie looks at Sara knowingly while Sara looks away, feeling her face flush.

"I wasn't stalking him, I was just trying to understand-" Suddenly, Sara gets dizzy as a wave of nausea hits her. She runs to the nearest sink and vomits. Katie stands behind her, holding her hair away from her face.

"Sara are you okay?" Katie asks as she passes Sara a cup of water. Sara nods and slides down the wall, sitting on the cold ground. "are you sure? The last few mornings you have been really ill." Sara looks from her cup to her colleague and friend, debating whether or not she should tell her the truth, she wants to but there are so many follow up questions Katie will have that she doesn't know if she would be able to answer, "Sara, what is it?" Sara's eyes fill with tears and Katie sits next to her, rubbing her arm, "You're scaring me."

"I'm going to tell you what's going on with me but I need you to promise me you will not tell another soul. Can you promise me Katie? No one can know."

"Of course, I promise Sara, if you don't want it shared it won't be."

"Thank you," Sara take a deep breath, "um" she quickly looks around, no one else is in the room but she finds herself whispering anyway, "I'm pregnant."

Katie gasps in shock, of all the things she thought may have come out of Sara's mouth, that one not one of them. She didn't even think Sara was seeing anyone, and she knows very well that Sara never goes out so it's wouldn't have been a result of a date or one night stand. Before she can say anything, the elevator doors open and two agents, a man and a women, step into the infirmary. Katie and Sara quickly stand up before they walk around the corner, "Morning Ladies," the man speaks as both agent flash their badges, "I'm Agent Mahone, this is Agent Lang. We just wanted to ask a few questions regarding the events of last night." The girls nod, Katie walks into the exam room with Agent Lang, Sara leads Agent Mahone to the office.

"So, how long have you worked here Dr. Tancredi?" Mahone asks, pulling out a notebook and pen.

"Please, call me Sara," She smiles before continuing, "I've worked here for just over three years." Mahone nods, writing her answer down, "and, Sara, did you have a lot of interaction with any of the six men that escaped?"

"Not particularly, just mainly check ups. Michael Scofield came in everyday for an insulin shot and a few extra times when he got into trouble in the yard." Mahone writes this down before continuing.

"Mm-hm, and of all the times Michael came in, did he ever say or do anything that would suggest he was planning on escaping?"

"Not that I can recall, he was always very quiet when he came in." Sara starts to get nauseous again, oh no baby, not now. Please not now. She closes her eyes and takes a few deep breaths.

"It was- Sara, are you okay?" Mahone looks at her pale face with concern, she nods slightly and takes another breath.

"Yes, sorry, I'm okay. I think I'm getting sick, this whole ordeal hasn't helped."

"My apologies, I only have a few more questions." She nods again and opens her eyes, "it was reported yesterday evening that you lost your keys to the infirmary is that correct?"

"Yes."

"When did you notice them missing?"

"When I returned from lunch, they where in my bag when I left and they where definitely in my bag when I paid for lunch."

"Where did you go for lunch?"

"Kelly's Diner."

"Oh, I went there today, nice food." Sara nods in agreement, she expects him to want proof she was there but he doesn't, he just keeps firing questions at her. "And you didn't think it was a bit odd that you couldn't find them?" This question throws her off slightly, and by the look on his face, he knows it; up until now he's asked easy questions, questions he knows can be rehearsed again and again.

"Um, well I did think it was slightly strange but I just thought I had left them in my car. Then I looked in my car and they weren't there either so I spent the majority of the afternoon searching anywhere else I could think of. I just figured someone had snatched them thinking they were for a car or house." Mahone looks at Sara, she tries to look confident but she feels her mask falter, Mahone doesn't mention anything, he just nods and writes notes down.

"Where were you last night after you left here?" This is the question she had been anticipating, only now, she's nervous. There's something behind Mahone's eyes that is just daring her to lie, hoping she makes a mistake in her story.

"Well, after I reported my keys missing to Henry, I went home and ordered Chinese around 7.30, because I was exhausted and couldn't be bothered cooking, then I ate, cleaned up and went to bed."

"Do you have a receipt for the Chinese?" She nods and finds the receipt in her purse, he study's it, noting down the time stamp which, of course, matches her story; he hands it back to her and clears his throat, looking almost annoyed, "okay, thank you for your time Sara. I'll let you get to work."

"Thanks agent."

Katie walks in and sits down with a huff, "what that as intense for you as it was for me?"

"Yep" There is a moment of silence before Katie speaks again, "So?"

"So what?" Sara replies, knowing what Katie is referring to.

"Are you going to give me any other details regarding your statement earlier?"

"Um, I can't. Yet."

"What do you mean you can't?"

"I mean I can't. It's complicated."

Katie frowns at her, "Fine, but you had better tell me everything as soon as you can." She give Sara a hug, "Congratulations by the way. I'm really happy for you" They share a sweet smile.

"Thank you." Sara says, taking another sip of water.

"I know Scofield would have been devastated if he were still here."

Sara chokes on her mouthful of water, "I don't know what you're talking about Katie."

"Oh come on Sara, I saw how he looked at you. Hell, I saw how you looked at him, you were a completely different person whenever he came in. I mean-"

"Katie, please stop talking." Sara feels her eyes fill with tears and her heart beats at an alarming rate.

"What? I'm just pointing out-" Katie stops when she sees Sara, wide-eyed and awfully pale, she starts panicking when she notices the tears in Sara's eyes. She looks at her friend, trying to understand her reaction when something clicks, "Oh. My. God." Katie says slowly.

"Katie I-"

"Oh my God, Sara!" She exclaims, Sara braces herself for Katie to start yelling but she doesn't. After a couple of silent minutes of Katie trying to process what she has just figured out, she smirks, "So, you do know how to have fun?" She chuckles as Sara blushes lightly, "Well, I'm still happy for you." Sara looks at Katie, stunned, "don't look so shocked Sara, I can't honestly say I'm too surprised. He always looked at you like you were the only person on Earth, and I saw what you were like whenever he came in, you're whole demeanor shifted. If he makes you happy Sara then I'm happy."

"He does, I'm the happiest I have ever been," Sara rises from her chair and gives Katie a bear hug, "Thank you, you have no idea how much it means to me." Katie smiles at Sara's sudden show of affection and hugs her tightly back; as they pull apart, Henry opens the office door, "Hi Ladies, you both can take a few days off; I'm locking down the prison, to make sure no one else tries to pull something. I'll call you to let you know when to come back." He gives them a tired, worn smile before leaving. Katie turns back to Sara, "do you want to go for a late breakfast or something since we have the rest of the day off?"

"I, um, I'm going to head home." Katie looks at her, confused with her hesitation, "I have some visitors up for a while." Sara prays she doesn't have to explain, it takes Katie a minute but when her eyes widen, she knows Katie understands what she was saying, "would you like to meet them?"

"Are you sure?"

"Absolutely," Sara lowers her voice, not trusting that the infirmary is completely empty, "I trust you Katie."

"Okay." Katie agrees and they head to Sara's apartment.
