"You...want me to fight the Titan by myself" Armin asks surprisingly

Grisha nods his head. "Yes. I know that you have a team that is full with strong mages, but they do not have the experience with Titans as you do. They haven't seen a Titan devour someone whole or even seen your transformation, correct?"

"Well one of them has" Armin chuckles, remembering Happy's expression from seeing him transform for the first time. "Wouldn't make more since for them to join me? They would be able to see how to kill a Titan in case anymore appear in Fiore".

Grisha shakes his head. "No, Armin. These people can never learn the true horrors of the Titans!" He shouts as the blonde shifter, making him flinch in that regard.

"Ok. Ok. I'll deal with the Titan alone" Armin finally relents. Grisha nods his head & stands up to lead Armin outside of his office. Before Grisha lets Armin leave, he stops him to say something else.

"Armin before you leave, May I ask you something?" Grisha asks.

"Of course" Armin nods.

"How many people did the Beast Titan kill?" He asks through gritted teeth. Armin stares into Grisha's eyes with a blank expression, before letting out a sad sigh.

"...Too many to count" Armin quietly responds. Grisha's face was stricken with sadness, regret, & another emotion Armin couldn't figure out before Grisha returned towards a emotionless expression.

"...I see...thank you Armin.." Grisha finally responds, walking back to his chair in his office. Armin stared at his best friend's father for what felt like hours before sighing heavily & walking out of his office into the town of Rose.

"...Zeke...What I have done...What have you done..." Grisha mutters under his breath while a single tear runs down his cheek.

Outside Grisha's Office

Once Armin made his way outside, he decided that he might as well go and investigate the forest where the supposed Titan is lurking at.

'I wonder what this Titan looks like' Armin thought to himself. 'Could it be an abnormal?, or a regular?, or even a shifter like me?'. No it couldn't be a shifter, no one else could be here except Krueger, Grisha, & myself. There is a possibility though..' Armin was taken out of his thoughts, arriving at the entrance of the forest. Armin noted that the forest looked similarly to the Forest of Giant Trees back home & that also made the blonde shifter nervous as this Titan could be anywhere, roaming around waiting for him.

"Alright If I was a Titan that loves to devour people, where would I be? Armin asks, beginning to walk deeper into the forest. He still does have the blades that Erza gifted to him on the train ride earlier today on his sides just like the blades from the 3D Maneuver Gear. As the titan shifter continues to walk deeper into the forest, he discovers something that unnerves him. The sight of a giant pool of red sitting the middle of the forest, along with something pink.

'Is this blood...& human organs?' The shifter gets closer to the pool & touches it. 'Yep it's blood' Armin can almost feel the bile rising from his throat before forcefully keeping himself calm & collected.

Drip Drop

'What was that?' Armin feels something fall atop his head & quickly wipes some of the substance off, examining it in between his fingers. 'Blood?' Armin deduces. The shifter looks up to see a horrifying sight above him. A Titan looking at him while hanging from a tree with a fresh, bloody body inside it's mouth.

"Oh No" Armin whispers, backing away slowly from the spot he was standing at while the Titan continues to look at him. The Titan watches Armin back away before swallowing the rest of his meal, showing his bloody teeth while smiling at his next meal. Armin takes out his blades in preparation for a battle. For what seemed like hours, Titan & titan shifter stare at each other before their ensuing battle begins.

BANG

The Titan jumps off the tree it was hanging from & jumps down directly at Armin with it's jaws wide open. The blonde titan shifter dodges out of the way & jumps on top of the Titan, determined to end this battle quickly by cutting it's nape. However, the man eating beast quickly shakes Armin off & tries to swipe at him, but the latter dodges this attack as well. Armin then takes a quick swipe at the Titan's left arm, cutting it off completely. The beast roars in pain before smacking Armin into a tree.

"Oww, this is gonna hurt for a while" Armin groans, rubbing his back & head. The Titan takes advantage of this, charging at the holder of the Colossal. Armin dodges out of the way & the Titan ends up with it's head stuck in the tree, causing debris to fly, part of it cutting Armin across his eye.

"AHHHH" Armin cries.

SPRRKKKK

"Oh NO!" Armin shouts as his body begins sparking with electricity.

With Team Natsu

"I wonder how Armin is" Lucy says. After The mayor of Rose asked for a moment alone with Armin, the team decided to get a hotel room for the five of them. The team had been sitting in their room for a long time, waiting for Armin to come back from his talk. They had also ordered room service for Natsu.

"I can't believe Armin knows the mayor!" Natsu exclaims while picking up a chicken leg & devouring it whole.

"I can't believe it either" Gray states, while stripping.

"Gray, your clothes' Erza growls, causing said Ice mage to run around the room for his clothes.

"So when should be start investigating this monster business?" Lucy asks

"As soon as possible-

BOOOOOM!

A loud explosion rocked the hotel causing the Team to fall comically on the floor.

"What the hell was that?!" Natsu shouts

"I don't know, but it felt like the time Acnologia exploded Tenrou" Gray states

"We need to go check it out NOW!" Erza shouts. The rest of the team nod in agreement & run out of the hotel.
