And for now, to the story. Enjoy!!

Jack was coming down the stairs when he heard the sound of his front door opening. He paused for a moment and tilted his head, wondering who had opened the door. Because he was sure that Elsa had left about thirty minutes ago.

Once he heard the door close again, his curiosity arose and made him continue his journey down the stairs. And when he had reached the living room and could see the door, he found Kristoff standing there with a big grin on his face.

"Good morning, Jack!" Said Kristoff, excited. He spread his arms as if ready for a hug from Jack, but Jack just looked at his with narrowed, skeptical eyes.

"Morning." Said Jack. He crossed his arms over his chest and stopped right in front of Kristoff.

Kristoff lowered his arm and wondered when this neighbor would be in a good mood when he met him in the morning. His face always curled like a rag. But he decided not to get too carried away and stick to his goal of coming here.

"Uhm, I'm just reminding you that tonight there's a surprise party for Anna. So, don't forget, you and Elsa have to come, okay?" Kristoff said keenly, his thumbs sticking up and he couldn't stop smiling. He was very excited about this plan and determined that nothing would be able to ruin tonight's surprise party.

Jack thought for a moment and then, "Actually, I'm annoyed with your wife. Because of your wife, I'm always in a bad mood with Elsa." He said seriously.

Kristoff, who now knew the cause of Jack's sour face, only sighed softly. "Oh, it must be because you lost arguing with Elsa, right? I knew it would end like this. Listen, Jack. Marriage is not like playing a game at a playstation rental place." He said wisely. Mentally satisfied to be able to reverse Jack's words yesterday.

"My life is falling apart, you know that? Because every second, Elsa always reminded me that she won and I lost. Oh my God, how hard is this life." Jack dramatically brought his hands to his face. "And now, you're asking me to come to a surprise party of the person who caused all this to happen. Where should I put my handsome face?" He spread his fingers across his face and pulled it forward.

"Come on, Jack. Forget it. Is it that important?" Kristoff tried to calm Jack down. However, it seemed to fail.

"Oh yes. As important as that. You know, if there is one thing that can make me more excited about this life, is that, if I can find just a little bit of mistake from Elsa. And I can prove that she is completely wrong. Because I believe, she can't always be right. She must have been wrong about something too. I am sure of that. No one can always be right. Right?" Jack scratched his head with the tip of his finger, making his messy hair even more messy. His brows furrowed strangely as he tried to remember when Elsa had been wrong about something. However, he couldn't find any.

Kristoff patted Jack's shoulder, trying to lighten up the mood. "Come on, Jack. Just let it go. Do you want ice cream? I'll buy you one with macadamia nut praline topping. It's gonna be amazing." He tried to hold back his laughter when he saw Jack slowly turn his head towards him with narrowed eyes. He firmly believed that Jack thought he had seen him like a child who would calm down if he was given an ice cream.

But, Kristoff was completely wrong.

"No. Elsa will scold me if she finds out I eat ice cream in the morning. Nu-uh, not a chance." Jack wagged his index finger and shook his head, his lower lip sticking out.

Kristoff couldn't take it anymore. He laughed his ass off. "Okay, okay." He said between his laughs. "Anyway, tonight you have to come. Anna will be home at seven in the evening so you have to come before then, alright? Alright. Bye, Jack." He rushed out of Jack's house before Jack ran out of patience.

Jack pulled the zipper of his pants after exiting the bathroom inside his bedroom. He and Elsa were getting ready to attend Anna's surprise party at the house next door. Although he really didn't want to go, he was forced to go. He was ready in a black shirt and black pants, while Elsa sat in front of the vanity mirror and perfected her look. She was wearing a baby blue dress and with that kind of dress, she looked magnificent.

"Kritoff is so cute, right, Jack? He throws a surprise birthday party for his wife. How romantic." Said Elsa, hearing her husband come out of the bathroom. She was combing her long hair and decided to let it loose tonight.

Jack scoffed and climbed onto bed and sat there waiting. Because he was so sure, even maybe it was just combing her hair, it would take Elsa seven days and seven nights to make it perfect.

"Ah, it's standard, Elsa. I'm sure that Kristoff pretended to forget Anna's birthday, and then when she come home later, she open the door, we all gonna scream, surpriiisseee." Jack straightened his back and moved his hands together. His tone sounded scornful that Kristoff's idea was standard.

"And then Anna will pretend to be surprised. My God, I was so shocked, I didn't expect you to do this, Kristoff. Thank you." He mimicked Anna's voice in an octave higher. Then his face turned emotionless and he leaned back against the headboard. "Ugh, so annoying."

Elsa, who already knew her husband's character like the back of her hand, didn't care about it and remained serious with the comb in her hand. "Kristoff said he invited about fifteen people. Surely the living room is full, because there's a billiard table, right?"

Jack's forehead creased automatically at Elsa's words. He turned his head and stared at Elsa's back with a frown. "Billiard table?"

"Yeah, billiard table. That's the one next to the dining table. That's a billiard table right?" Finally Elsa turned her body and looked at Jack who was now starting to sneer. "What? Can't you imagine? Their living room, all furnished, with a dining table nearby, plus a billiard table, it must be full." She grimaced at the thought.

Jack continued to sneer and after he calmed down a little, he looked at Elsa again. "Elsa, that's a ping pong table, not a billiard table." He said as a matter of factly.

"Yeah, whatever, Jack. I'm not blind, I can tell which is a ping pong table and which is a billiard table." Elsa turned back to face the mirror and began to prepare with her bag.

"Ha!" Oh, Jack was so jubilant to hear this. Elsa thought it was a billiard table while he was absolutely sure that it was a ping pong table. "Finally you can be wrong too! I'll bet it's a ping pong table not a billiard table!" He said excitedly.

Again, Elsa didn't care about her husband antics and got up from her seat. "Come on, Jack. We're late already."

Jack got out of bed and followed Elsa from behind. Right now, he was very excited to attend Anna's surprise party, because he would be able to prove that finally his wife could be wrong about something.

"Yeah, honey. Are you close from home? Okay, just go in, the door is unlocked. Okay, honey. I love you. Mu-muuach." Said Kristoff kissing his cellphone. He was perfectly prepared with a paper birthday hat on his head and balloons and birthday decorations attached to every corner of the room.

"Come on, hide everyone. Anna is almost home." Kristoff gestured his hand to ask his guests to hide upstairs.

TING TONG!!

Kristoff let out a frustrated sigh when finally the guest he had been waiting for had finally arrived. He walked to the door and opened it, revealing Jack and Elsa who had just arrived.

"Oh my God, Jack, Elsa. Why did you two just come? Luckily Anna wasn't here yet." Kristoff took two paper birthday hats from the table and handed them to Jack and Elsa. Who accepted it confusedly. "Here, wear this."

Jack did what he was told and smiled stupidly. "Traffic jam, Kristoff." He said casually.

"Traffic jam? How come, your house is right next door?" Asked Kristoff, confused, his brain unable to understand how someone who lived right next door to his house got caught in traffic jams when he went to his house.

Jack laughed but then, his face turned serious. "Forget it, Kristoff. Now, Would you please tell this beautiful lady next to me that what you have is a ping pong table, not a billiard table?"

"What?" Again, Kristoff was bewildered at Jack's question. What did he do in the past that he should be gifted with this kind of neighbor? "Jack, we'll discuss it later, okay? Anna will be here soon. Come on, let's hide-"

"No no no. Wait a minute. I just wanted to prove that she was wrong."

"What? How can you say I was wrong? Indeed it is a billiard table, not a ping pong table." Elsa said not wanting to lose, she was still reluctant to wear the paper hat on her head so she just hold it in her hand.

"Okay then, let's take a look at that table. Where do you put that table, Kristoff? In the backyard?"

"Yes, I put it in the backyard. But not now. Anna will arrive soon." Kristoff looked increasingly nervous and he kept glancing at the door, afraid that Anna might suddenly appear.

"It's okay. We'll see it for a moment, let the problem be resolved." Jack insisted.

"Resolved how?" So did Elsa.

"That you were wrong, off course!"

"What?! No, I wasn't wrong!"

"No, you were wrong!"

"No, I wasn't wr-"

"JACK! ELSA! Can you guys just shut up?!" Kristoff couldn't hold it in anymore. He shouted and made the pair in front of him shut their mouth at once. The three of them sank into an awkward silence.

"Jack? Elsa? Why are you all here? Why are you wearing a hat like that, Jack? And you Elsa, why are you holding a hat like that?" Suddenly, without them knowing, Anna was already there among them. She then turned her head and looked at her husband. "Kristoff? Why are you wearing a hat like that? What's going on in our house, Kristoff? So many balloons? Are we celebrating the new year?" She looked around the room.

Kristoff's face suddenly turned pale, cold sweat starting to trickle down his back. The incident that he had been dreading finally happened, his surprise party failed. And whose fault was that?

Jack chuckled. The only person who didn't realize that something was wrong with the current situation, was Jack. Even Elsa, she was already hiding behind Jack's back, prepared for whatever was coming. "Ah, come on, Anna. Just drop the act. You already knew, right? If there will be a surprise party here? For you? Is it possible, your romantic husband will forget your birthday?" He continued to laugh. "Come on."

All eyes were on Jack, making Jack start thinking that maybe, maybe Anna really didn't know about this. His laughter dried up and suddenly his head felt so itchy so he scratched it. "You didn't know?"

Anna shook his head slowly. She turned her head to the sulky looking Kristoff. "So this is my surprise party, Kristoff?"

"SURPRIIIIISSSSEEEE! Happy birthday Anna, Happy birthday Anna, Happy birthday, Happy birthday, Happy birthday, Annaaaa!" A group of people walked down the stairs and suddenly became a group of excited singing choirs. Anna happily sang along, but not with Kristoff. The event he had been planning for the past few days had to fail, because of whom? Who else if not the neighbor.

Elsa opened the door of her house and let Jack in first. Their faces were gloomy with guilt, for destroying Anna's surprise party. Jack went straight into the house and sat on the couch in the living room, while Elsa followed him and sat on the armrest next to Jack, hugging her bag. The two of them were speechless for a moment.

"Even though we've apologized a hundred times, and Kristoff said he has forgiven us a hundred times, but it looks like that boy is still pissed off." Said Elsa finally. She let out a deep breath and then looked down at Jack.

"I wonder why, I wonder why our marriage turned out like this? Someone always has to win, someone always has to lose. Ugh, I'm so tired of this, Jack." Elsa said honestly, tonight's incident was an important lesson for her to no longer argue for something that didn't really matter.

"Yes, I'm tired too, Elsa." Said Jack softly, regret was evident in his words.

"You saw it with your own eyes, right? Kristoff and Anna were victims of our argument." Said Elsa again.

Jack sighed softly and glanced at Elsa beside him. He then took Elsa's bag and put it on the couch next to him. He changed his sitting position, hugged Elsa's waist with both of his arms and made Elsa's lap as a pillow for his head. His face was facing Elsa's stomach.

"I'm sorry, Elsa." Jack muttered softly.

"I'm sorry too, Jackson." Elsa was just about to rub Jack's back when suddenly Jack straightened his back and looked at Elsa. A wicked smile plastered on his face.

"But that's a ping pong table, not a billiard table." Jack said with a wicked smile still plastered on his face.

"Ugh, Jackson!" Elsa slapped Jack's shoulder hard because Jack just ruined the moment between them.

Jack raised both his hands, giving up. "Okay, okay, okay. I was just kidding, Elsa." He returned to his position earlier, hugged Elsa's waist, rested his head on Elsa's lap, and his face was facing Elsa's stomach.

"Just don't be like this again, okay? Win or lose, right or wrong. We value each other's opinions. Okay?" Elsa sighed with satisfaction when she felt Jack nod his head and she heard a soft murmur 'okay'.

Elsa kept stroking Jack's hair for a few minutes before finally Jack lifted his head and observed Elsa's stomach. He then played Elsa's stomach with his fingers.

"Elsa, I think you should stop eating that chocolate fudge. Also, you should stop bothering me when I eat instant noodles. You know, your tummy seems to be moving forward a little by about two inches. Or if it's like the smart people say, it's like you have kyphosis. But it's kyphosis of the abdomen, not of the spine." Jack looked up and met Elsa's confused gaze, which slowly turned grim.

"Are you saying that I am getting fat?"

Jack gulped. He must find a way out quickly. And precisely. "No no no. I'm not saying that. Uhm," He scratched his head looking for inspirations. "You know what, jus keep eating that chocolate fudge or you can bother me when I eat instant noodles any time you want. I love your chubby belly. You know, more comfortable to cuddle with. You are my bolster, the most comfortable to cuddle with." He smiled stupidly while still playing with Elsa's stomach.

Elsa just rolled her eyes seeing her husband's ridiculous antics. She was very used to it, and she didn't mind.

"Elsa?"

"Hmm?"

"Can I kiss your armpits?" Jack looked up from Elsa's stomach when he suddenly had a very good idea. He wiggled his eyebrows, scrunched his nose, and his silly smile never left his face.

"What? No! You know I'm ticklish, Jack." Elsa said a little panicked. She placed her palms on her armpits as a form of self-defense.

"That's exactly what I meant." Jack kept wiggling his eyebrows and now his fingers were moving in front of his face.

Elsa's eyes widened when she understood what Jack's meant. She stood up from the her seat abruptly and sprinted towards the stairs.

"No, Jack! Leave me alone!" Elsa cried along the way while Jack was quickly following behind her.

"Get ready, Love! Tickle-tickle monster is coming!"

"Jaacckk! Leave me alone!"

"I'm never gonna leave you alone, sweetheart!"

"Jaacckkk!"
