Inside Tokyo, Japan, Ferrel and his men are exploring. He steps on melted cheese. They see big wasps. The wasp is on Alex's back. As Ferrel is about to shoot the wasp, it stings Alex.
"There's too many!" said Ferrel.
"Get your a*s outside of the area now!" cried Jack.
At the embarktion room, Ferrel and his men return home.
"Close the iris." ordered Ferrel.
"What happened?" asked Captain Ham.
"There are wasps out there!" yelled Ferrel.
At the infirmary, the doctor places a q-tip on Alex's back.
"Hang in there, buddy." said Shoutmon.
At the corridor, the doctor shows up.
"We have the blood samples." said the doctor.
"I hired Timothy, a new doctor." said Miss May. "He will find out about Alex's DNA."
At the lab, Miss May meets Timothy, a new doctor.
"Timothy, I want you to meet Dr. Laura." said Miss May.
"Nice to meet you, Dr. Laura." said Timothy.
"I acquired some of Alex's blood samples." said Dr. Laura.
At the recovery room, Alex is with Shoutmon. Ferrel is watching the recovery.
"I rather die." said Ferrel.
At the office, Ferrel enters Captain Ham's office with a certificate.
"No way." said Ferrel.
At the briefing room, the soldier and Ferrel are talking. At the lab, Miss May is talking to Timothy.
"Listen to me, Alex is a comrade." said Miss May.
Later, Alex and Shoutmon are cuffed and are wearing hazmat suits.
"What are you going to do with them?" asked Ferrel.
"Take them away." replied Captain Ham.
Outside, Alex and Shoutmon are inside the back of the truck. Alex is shivering. He is screaming in pain before attacking a driver. At the briefing room, Captain Ham interrupts the discussion.
"Ferrel, we have an emergency from a driver." said Captain Ham.
Alex and Shoutmon remove the hazmat suits. He removes the worm inside his abdomen. Shoutmon and Alex flee the truck with the worm inside the vehicle. Ferrel and his men infiltrate the truck. Later, at the infirmary, Ferrel and his men are looking at the patients.
"What happened?" asked Ferrel.
"Alex got infected after a mission." replied the soldier.
"Shoutmon as well?" asked Ferrel.
"No, he's a Digimon." replied the soldier.
Miss May looks at Alex's worm. Later, Several soldiers with a dogs search for Alex and Shoutmon. Ferrel receives a call from the duo regarding the whereabouts before fleeing the scene. At the lab, they discuss the way to save both Alex and Shoutmon. At the briefing room, Ferrel and his men are receiving good and bad news.
"If we don't get Alex and Shoutmon now, then we will be without them." said Miss May.
"Suit up, and get the sprayers." ordered Captain Ham.
At the city in the alley, Alex and Shoutmon are intercepted by the men.
"Where did you get your tattoo?" asked the man.
"None of your business. Go!" said Shoutmon.
At the embarkation room, Ferrel and his men without Alex and Shoutmon go back to Tokyo. At the city, Alex and Shoutmon are continuing to run away from the police and the hood. They found a place to hide. Alex is slowly dying. Later, they return home with a wasp. Ferrel summons Impmon and Meicoomon to deal with the wasp. They fail at defeating the wasp. Ferrel uses a sprayer to finish off the wasp.
"That did it." said Ferrel.
At the lab, they watch a video depicting wasp regeneration. At the abandoned house, Alex is continuing to die and have hives. The woman appears with a water gun.
"Freeze!" yelled the woman.
"Don't shoot, we have a man dying here." said Shoutmon.
The woman gives Shoutmon chocolate to Alex. He then eats.
"That tastes good." said Alex.
"Back to work." said the woman.
At the lab, Jack examines the wasp with Timothy. They then draw the blood of the wasp. Back at the abandoned house, the woman sees the police and the men through the window.
"The cops are looking for you." said the woman.
"You must leave." said Alex. "Because I'm dangerous."
"What town are you from?" asked the woman.
"In Japan as a purger." replied Alex.
At the office, Captain Ham tells Ferrel that they will conduct a search. Upstairs at the abandoned house, Shoutmon and Alex go up. They find a place to hide from the SWAT members. At the lab, Timothy gives the DNA results to Miss May.
"Alex doesn't have enough time to live." said Dr. Laura.
At the house, the SWAT team goes after the dying Alex. Shoutmon keeps an eye on the corridor. The SWAT soldier shows up from behind. Outside, Shoutmon is arrested, except for the dying Alex.
"Why am I arrested?" asked Shoutmon.
At the lab, Ferrel goes inside to see the worm on the ground inside the jar. Later, Shoutmon leads the SWAT member to the dying Alex. He is covered with spider webs. At the lab, Dr. Laura receives a call from Shoutmon. Later, Ferrel and his men found Alex covered with lots of spider webs and cobbs. Alex is sent to the hospital with Shoutmon, who is well. At the infirmary, Shoutmon is with Ferrel and his men as well as Captain Ham.
"It sounds like good news." said Captain Ham.
"He's recovering with thanks to a new worm." said Shoutmon.
At the abandoned house, Alex who is well, Shoutmon and Jack sees a woman.
"I brought you a new toy weapon." said Shoutmon.
"Cool." said the woman excitedly.
She is excited about the new toy weapon, a water gun.
