The ceiling was the first thing I saw when I woke up. I'm surprised I never went to the dimension last night. At least it saves me from explaining myself. I slowly rose from the bed, staring at the environment around me. I let out a sigh and recalled what lead me here. Right, I freaked out because of those predictions about Grunkle Ford. I rubbed my forehead before turning my heard to the sound of my phone ringing. I rotated my body to stand up from the bed. I walked over to the dresser, grabbing the phone. I accepted the call and pressed it against my ear.

''Hello! I hope you're doing well Dip.'' I heard my sister on the other side.

''I am. Feeling a lot better than last night.'' I replied.

''... I heard what happened last night.'' She begins. ''... Did you keep this from me?''

''I didn't plan to keep it a secret. I don't think none of us kept it a secret. We probably thought it would be too much for you.'' I answered.

''Too advanced? Not enough for me to understand the point of it? Dipper, I do understand everything, even the "odd" atmosphere that you give off whenever you're not in your body.'' She said, speaking in a harsh tone.

''I apologize.'' I said quietly, feeling slightly guilty.

''It's alright. I understand why you did it. Now, what happened last night was unnecessary. It explains why you freaked out. Because Grunkle Ford got... "Inhospitable" and "suspicious"-''

''And he wanted to experiment on me with his... "discovery".'' I said, interrupting her. ''I don't know... if I'll trust him ever again.''

''You don't have to. I don't even trust him for what he has done. And to think that Grunkle Stan went after him. I think we need to keep an eye on him.'' Mabel said.

''... Yeah. Just in case he goes after one of us.'' I said, nodding.

''I think it's only you and Grunkle Stan.'' She said.

''I guess.'' I said quietly. I included you just in case he gotten any more inventions to mess us up. I doubt he will do such a thing after what he committed last night. I closed my eyes and ease the tension that was building within me.

''Anyway, I should be getting going.'' Mabel said.

''Yeah, it was nice talking to you.'' I said, opening my eyes.

''You too, take care!'' She said before I said my goodbyes and hung up the phone. I set it down on the dresser, staring at it before looking out the window. I hope my soulless self don't wander over to the shack at all. I don't need that to happen. I turned towards my suitcase and walked over. I sat down and pulled out some fresh clothes. I changed into them, putting my dirty ones back into the suitcase. I lifted up my head and looked around. The side effect is that there's no basket. I guess I'll have to go borrow one.

I turned and looked over at the door. I stretched out my limbs and leaned on the dresser. I guess I can do whatever I couldn't do back at the shack without worry climbing up my shoulder. I closed my eyes and relaxed my body. I yearn to go past the borders and into another world that could distract me from the stress that I couldn't last time. And all of a sudden, I heard pure silence. No wind, no people talking, nothing. As if I descended into the abyss. Falling from the surface that I once walked upon.

I opened my eyes, seeing distant stars coming into view. I gaze around the surroundings, realizing that I have crossed into the dimension. I let out a sigh of relief, staring over at the Main Sphere. Time to explain myself.

I landed on the surface, inside of the sphere. My deer ear flicked as I walked on the cool concrete. I took a look around, watching everything playing at once like a movie. I arrived at the traveling port, staring at the starry beings chatting. I shrugged the thought off before walking over to the panel in the center. I press my destination, hearing the hover bus behind me. I turned and hopped on, taking a seat for the ride to begin. ''I bet I miss the fight.'' I mumbled quietly.

I arrived at the Arena Sphere, taking my leave off of the hover bus. I walked out into the wide area, halting. I gaze at my surroundings, watching every creature be less active than before. I guess I missed it. I told myself before jerking my head over to a starry being approaching me with fast movements. I soon recognized it was one of the Superior Starries, especially one I didn't want to see. Gidlax stopped in front of me with an angry expression. ''I assume you lost the fight.'' I spoke first, speaking in a dull tone.

''Yes. All because of you.'' He hissed.

''I mean, if you trained or practice, you could have probably won instead of mind controlling others.'' I sneered.

''That's not the point, Dipper!'' He said with his harsh tone.

''That is the point. If you mind control, your going to cheat.'' I said.

''And who says cheating isn't allowed in this world? You? Please, you haven't been here long enough then I have!'' He said, raising his voice.

''At least I know more than you do.'' I said, backing away from him. ''And... one tip, do not get involved with my life ever again.''

''Or what? What could you possibly do, "Maxon?"'' He sneered with his red face of anger.

''Defend myself?'' I said, shrugging. I can't do much, but I can warn others of his actions if he decides to cross the limit. He hasn't yet, but I'm guessing he will soon.

''That's right, you can't do anything.'' He said, laughing afterward.

''Does teasing makes you feel like you're superior then I am?'' I asked, lowering my deer ears.

''I'm glad you guessed right! I am superior to any other S.S. in this dimension and nothing can't go past me in a race.'' Gidlax begin. ''You can do what you want in this world, no rules, nothing!''

''Except the "no killing s.s" rule.'' I reminded him.

''Oh, I don't bother with that rule. I'm loyal enough to not break it. Maybe you might break it?'' He sneered, grinning wicked.

''I'm smart enough to not break it.'' I said. ''There's no reason to anyway.''

''Ah, but that fight. You did want to kill me. Right?'' His grin grew wider.

''At the time, my intention was to escape from your mind controlling device. I have never thought once just to kill you. I always reason with you instead of doing the extreme.'' I answered. I watched his expression twisted into more anger. He clenches his hands into a ball, soon his face was completely red.

Suddenly he leaped towards me, quickly slashing and throwing me down to the ground. My ears alerted the next move but it was too late. Gidlax has already pinned me to the ground, tightly grabbing my neck. So much for obeying the "no killing s.s" rule. I grabbed hold of his arms, trying to free myself. Soon I felt the air tighten in my lungs, realizing he was choking me. ''This is your fault. YOUR FAULT.'' He shouted. I gathered up the strength in one of my legs to kick him off guard. Lucky it worked as I punched him in the face, shoving him off of me. I quickly stood up and jumped away from him, wary of his movements.

''Maxon!'' My deer ears titled towards the familiar voice. I turned to Kitz who had a worried expression. The fox s.s halted to my side, turning towards the angry Gidlax. ''What is going on? Is he taking his anger out on you?'' He asked.

''Apparently.'' I answered, rubbing my neck.

I watched Gidlax turn away and stormed off, probably finding something else to take his anger out. I let out a sigh, turning my gaze back to Kitz. ''... I'm glad I won. He doesn't need to bring pain onto the sphere anymore.'' He said

''Or make it into his own little town.'' I said, a slight triggered.

''Yeah! Well, If you like, I should go to the sphere now as new ruler!'' Kitz said, standing proud. I let out a snicker before nodding.

''I don't mind following you.'' I said.

''Good. Then we're off.'' He said before we went off to our destination.

We walked into the sphere, observing the environment around us. I heard the s.s beside me let out a sigh of frustration. ''I better go clean up Gidlax's mess. Your welcome to roam around the sphere if you like, Maxon.'' Kitz said before rushing off to do his job. I watched him go before looking up to the fake sky, trying to shine as bright as the sun back on Earth. I guess this world reflects what is happening back on the planet. That's so interesting to look at. I wonder... do the events follow up to what happened yesterday? I might as well peak a bit. But first, I have to make sure I'm completely invisible to the people's eyes. Infact, how do I appear to them? Do I look like a human with glued on deer ears and antlers or... a regular deer? I do want to test it out.

I looked down at my hands, staring at the stars on them before gazing ahead. I hope this is on command. I want to be invisible to the naked eye of a human. I blinked before looking around. I hope this works. I begin to walk forward, taking a stroll through the town. I saw every building, every replica of Gravity Falls. I notice the people, who look just the same as the original. I looked impressed, amazed by this world's mysterious powers of some sort. I also noticed they didn't take a glance at me. So it is on command. I nodded before continuing my pace. I took turns before ending back on the starry dirt path that leads to the Mystery Shack. It can finally live up to its name. I think... I mean, when looking at these buildings they have star patterns on them, different from one another. They do give off a mystical aura, the same with the people who walk the streets. I turned back to the starry dirt path, walking forward. Hey, at least in this dimension they cannot see me, but do I really want to spy on them? Maybe I'm just worried about what's going on back home. I nodded before dropping the frown that appeared on my face.

I halted in the range of the shack, watching all kinds of people standing around the statues, chit chatting and a few entering into the gift shop. A typical day for Grunkle Stan's work. I carefully walked around them, heading over to the other entrance of the shack. I stepped on the porch and stared at the closed door. I jumped away as it flung open. I moved out of the way, watching my sister leave with her friends trailing behind her. She looked mad for a second, as her friends looked worried and annoyed. I tilted my head before looking into the shack. I watched Grunkle Ford come out after her. As soon as I glance at him, my facial expression twisted into anger, the appearance of betrayal. So much for being a great uncle. I turned over to my family members shouting at one another. It's kind of sad that I can't hear what they're saying. I can only watch.

As I observed them, I already know what they're arguing about. I lowered my deer ears, frowning at the seams.

Something caught my attention in the bushes of the forest. Something shiny as my eyes cannot avert from them. I decided to check it out. I stepped down the porch and walked over, curiosity shown in my eyes. I managed to turn my head over to the people who didn't have a care of paying attention to this spot. I gazed back at the bush, stepping into it. Another shiny light caught my glance as it showed deeper into the forest. I shouldn't be trailing off so soon from the path of this town. But who am I to worry about? Something in the real world doing this just to distract me. I shrugged before holding my ground, even though my body wanted to move on its own. I stared at the shiny light in the distance with a wary look. Why would I think something in the real world is trying to distract me? If the shiny disappeared the first time and then reappeared a second time when I reacted, doesn't that show someone in this dimension trying to get my attention? Let alone, someone trying to be sneaky through these woods. I scanned the nature around me, making sure nothing was leaping out to scare me. One of my deer ears lifted up in an instant when I heard leaves being crushed every second. They were closing in on me. I soon turned towards the sound, feeling my muscles tense up once more. I waited for what felt like hours. The sound halted, creating this eerie atmosphere around me. I quietly walked forward, keeping myself on high alert. I jerked my head to the trees, gazing through the leaves, trying to spot the critter who decided to mess with me. I noticed a tail lash back and forth behind some leaves. As if the critter was ready to pounce at me. I quickly turned to grab a stick from the ground, throwing it in the direction where the tail was. ''Ouch.'' I flinched at the familiar voice. My expression grew into an annoyed one before my deer ears droop beside my head. ''Nice try Bill.'' I called out.

''Ah. You caught me, Pinetrees.'' The s.s jumped down from the tree and turned towards me. I glared at him in irritation. ''I apologize if I interrupted you from whatever you were doing. But I believe you got the news.''

''Then why interrupt me in the first place?'' I asked, raising a brow.

''I wanted to.'' Bill answered. I grunted before averting my gaze off of him.

''Is there's any reason other than that?'' I asked annoyance struck in my tone.

''... Hmmm. Was I right about last night?'' He asked. I glared back at him, watching him grin with a devilish smirk. ''I guess I was. As a soothsayer, you should take your visions more seriously instead of just throwing them in the outcast. They're important you know.'' He said.

''At least I'm not having any so far.'' I said, shrugging.

''That's disappointing.'' I heard him say. I looked away from him again and stared out of the woods to the shack. I heard leaves rattling above me as I took a look. I stared at the demon who sat on the unstable branch. ''That branch is going to break if you do not switch soon enough.'' I said.

''Will it though? I don't think so. But thanks for caring for me about that.'' He snickered.

''I was not. I was just... yeah, that's the same format of what I was going to say. Don't take it for granted.'' I grumbled. I backed up and leaned against the tree once I felt it.

''I won't.'' I heard the demon say. I gazed upon the ground, watching the leaves in silence. I believe it's the best time to ask about this whole invisible thing to him. And... how the spheres reflect so much on the planet Earth. ''Ah, lesson time. Great.'' Bill said, having the hint of annoyance in his voice.

''Hey, I'll be obedient this time.'' I said, gazing up at the irritating demon.

''Fine.'' He said, shifting his position to get comfortable. I stared at the branch shaking a bit under his weight. I looked back up at him, easing my expression. ''The invisible thing you called it, is being non-existent to those people you see walking about. They cannot sense, hear, see, touch, smell, or taste for what normally a mortal can see towards another mortal being. For example, if they walk through you, they won't even notice you were there. As if you never exist.'' He said.

''That's understandable. It makes sense now.'' I muttered quietly.

''It does not have a limit for when you turn non-existent towards those mortal beings. But... This next part does.'' He explained. My expression twisted with interest. ''Most Superior Starries can shift into their according animal when stepping into a mortal's world. When they're in that form, anyone can see them like they exist.'' He said. Jeez, he really loves saying "exist." I thought. ''There is... no evidence for if you can reveal your true form to those people. None try and they could care less about it. It's not really important to us at the moment.'' He explained.

I nodded, gathering the information inside my head. I wish I had a notepad for this. I hope I can remember this. ''Too busy being superior I guess.'' I commented.

''Correct.'' Bill said. He then shifted again on the branch once more. I watched him do so, waiting for the branch to break. He glared at me, narrowing his eyes. I smirked and let out a snicker. ''It's not going to break, stop worrying!''

''If I laugh, does that makes me worry for you?'' I asked.

''Your trying to set me off in the wrong mood.'' He sneered.

''It's not my fault you're sitting on a branch that may not hold you up.'' I said, snorting.

''Go ahead and laugh, watch what happens when I am set free.'' He warned me. I stopped before smirking up at him.

''Alright. So... Is only Earth being mirrored with these spheres?'' I asked, moving away from the previous topic.

''... Your mortal planet, other alternative dimensions, etc. This is a strange dimension some would say, but you can experience it without actually going into the real thing.'' He answered. ''There may be this down effect as these forms we have are only reflected off of our souls. And if I'm right, there's no way you could create a physical form.''

''... Isn't the forms we have are physical?'' I asked, tilting my head in confusion. What does he mean?

''Not quite. It may appear as if you have two physical forms, but it doesn't apply here. In this dimension, somehow it carries your soul from a living body to this world. And only it has to be living, otherwise your dead for good. Probably staring at the void until you either get reborn or live the rest of your lifeless self as a spirit. Once you have established this soul form, you are free to do whatever in this world. If we go back to your question about physicals, that only applies in a world where mortals exist and all of that. It's... like a side afterlife... I think.'' He explained.

''A side afterlife doesn't make sense. If a creature was still living, it wouldn't be called that way. Instead, it may as well be called stepping into a drift while being at ease and relaxed with your mind. I do notice how this dimension reflects so much on the mind. Hey, even maybe spiritual keys here and there. So, what you're trying to say is that. Minus the physical appearance of what I and the people down on Earth naturally look like. Our mental structure, along with our souls create this hologram of how unnaturally we would be as?'' I guessed, trying to figure this out.

''I guess you can put it like that. Although, there are some Superior Starries that have lost their lives, as their souls continued existing in this dimension. So that's why I slid in the afterlife.'' He said.

''... Another playground to play in instead of sliding with either Hell or Heaven.'' I said quietly.

''In between, I'd say. That's why you don't see me gone yet.'' He snickered.

''Can you still die in this dimension even if your immortal?'' I asked.

''Of course. Physical age, diseases, etc. don't apply here. Other Superior Starries can kill each other as they're the only starry beings with that kind of strength to erase a soul from existing anymore.'' He said. ''There is another way a starry being could die too besides the killing.''

''And what's that?'' I asked, tilting my head.

''Hmm... If a starry being sat in one spot, doing nothing at all, the color in their appearance drains. And once it's all gone, they vanish. Disappear forever.'' He said. ''I think of it as a normal occurs here.''

''How would that happen anyway?'' I ask.

''For being in this dimension for far too long.'' He answered. ''They'll begin to see the dimension is no use to them, and they'll soon start to die slowly.''

''That's depressing...'' I said, frowning.

''Of course, it is. At least it keeps everything sane.'' Bill said, jumping off of the branch. Once he did that, the branch broke, falling onto the ground beside us. ''... I guess you were right.''

''Of course, I was. Don't believe the newbie in this mess.'' I said, dropping the frown and gazing away. Now that I have gathered the newfound information, this dimension is far complex than I have ever come across. And there is more to come. I let out a sigh and closed my eyes.

I think... I'm going to rest my brain a bit.
