"After a many, many years of strugles. Decades of working and administraiting. We finally done it. We receaved a message from the provinces of the North Pass, that we finally were able to break a local autonomical rules. Our work on improving communication was succesfull, and we are now able to spread our new administrative functions into a land. Glory to the Republic!" - Administration Office.
After the war, country was in a procces of reorganization. Ships were constructed, forts were build, new buildings emerged within the lands. The struggle of the republic continue, as it is when power is in a hands of many factions, that all fight for the control. Nothing new was in the republic. As it is in republic, people debated, not fought. They argue about the ownerships of lands, property, and people. Weak were used by powerfull, as it was for the law of the strong. Pesants work for their lords, paying for ability to live in their lands by work on their fields.
Merchants in the cities fought in their guilds and on the markets. They talk about the investments, argue about taxes and planned expeditions, that were popular from the one that spread the goods and money. People have made a personal challenge for themselfs, to join the expeditions and spread their names across the republic. They heard of many famous grand merchants, that lived and worked in the far away lands, and they wanted to spread the infuence of their country, to get the recognition and be accepted as next grand merchant.
Power of the Church was a weak one. They didn't had much to say. Orthodox church was autonomus of the Catholic church and the Pope of Rome. It's center was in Konstantinopole for a long time, but in recent history, the second Rome was taken by the Sunni forces of Turkish Empire. After that, the call was made, and people of the church decided, that the idea of new center of faith was to be created. That was why, Novgorode, and the land of Rus, was called the Third Rome. Even if we are not the definitive ruler of the all Orthodox people, we are decleared the strongest. So, it is obvious, that we should be called that.

We were able to scare them away, but it seems that the breaking of their little rebelion was enough to make them realise that they have a balls to attack us. Us! Great Republic! "The first battle prove our point. We are superiour in every way. They are but a colossus on a clay legs. We should wipe the earth with their weak forces, that deared to invade us!" - Strategist Demian Dmitrievich.
After the first battle, one of his friends offered a solution for the war.
"My Friend, long has it been before we were scared of mongolians, of beasts of battle and horsemasters. They conquered us, our brothers and sisters, under their rule. But times have changed. Now I offer you advice, my lord. Take the lands that interest you for yourself. And order the rest to your local chief, so that he may serve you. He would have to educate these ... people. It is our task as a republic to develop the world and the people living in this place! Glory to the republic! "
That's it for today. As i ended, imo, you should take some land and make a vassal out of the rest. They are sunni, so local ruler would make more sence.
