Chapter 12: Godspeed
Back in an alley in New York, Skye looked at the photo she had of Barry unmasked on her laptop. She then took the printout she had and pinned it to the wall of her van, which had multiple, if not all, the newspapers about the Flash.
"Where did you come from, Barry?" Skye asked to herself
"I think I know." a man said from behind
Skye jumped and looked at the man with shock.
"Sorry." the man said, apologizing "I'm Agent Phil Coulson with-"
"S.H.I.E.L.D.!" Skye said with joy "Yeah, I know."
"Guess you know that." Coulson said "You met another one of our agents, she asked you if you're willing to be a S.H.I.E.L.D. consultant. You accepted."
"Umm, yeah. Agent Hill, right?" Skye asked
"Yeah." Coulson said "So, in return I guess I'll tell you what you want to know about Barry."
Skye opened the door and invited Coulson in, Coulson came and sat inside the van. Skye quickly closed the door, and pressed the space button on her computer, which started the recording.
"Tell me everything." Skye demanded

Unknown Planet
"Sire." The creature said "Our attempt to collect the infinity stones from Planet Earth was unsuccessful."
"Allen." Thanos said "Was it him?"
"Barry Allen was among those who fought against our forces." the creature said confirming Thanos' words
"So the rumors are true." Thanos said, getting up from his throne chair "The Flash has come to our universe and the prophecy is true."
"Sire, the prophecy spoke of a speedster that would attempt to stop you." the creature said "Are we sure that it is Barry Allen?"
"Allen has been my greatest challenge for years and I am his." Thanos declared "Yes. It is Barry Allen."
"Barry Allen has come to this universe." the creature said in disgust
"And it's the biggest mistake he'll never live to regret." Thanos said smiling "Have we located any other of the infinity stones?"
"No Sire." the creature said
"Patience." Thanos said to himself "My plan is inevitable, the stones will be mine. I'm coming for you, Flash."
Earth-196
2013
One Year after the Battle of New-York
An old, white-haired man walked down the street muttering to himself.
"Heroes? Oh please, just a hoax. What kind of stupid name is 'the Avengers'." the man said to himself.
Suddenly, a blue portal opened as a white streak of lightning came, when the streak stopped as the old man looked at a man in a white suit with shock.
"Oh my god." the old man said
"That's right." the man in the white suit said in a modulated voice "I am a god. The god….. of speed."
"Who are you?" the old man asked with ease
"Call me…..." the man in the white suit began "Godspeed."
With that, the man in thewhite suit disappeared in a flash of white lightning.
"Hmm." the old man said "He looks like that 'Flash' fellow. Ugh, another 'Avenger'."
Godspeed tore through the streets as he ran around the city of New York, he stopped in an alley. The sound of cars arriving caught his attention, multiple S.H.I.E.L.D. cars arrived as armed agents pointed their machine guns at Godspeed. In one of the cars, Agents Phil Coulson, Leopold Fitz and Jemma Simmons got out of the car and came as they looked at Godspeed with shock
"Sir, I'm Agent Phil Coulson with S.H.I.E.L.D." Coulson said "You're gonna have to come with us."
"We don't want to hurt you." Fitz said
"And we won't." Jemma promised
"Of course you won't, you wouldn't be able to even if you tried." Godspeed said "Now move out of my way or you'll regret it."
The ten agents surrounding Godspeed gripped their guns tightly.
"Sorry, we can't do that." Jemma said
"I wasn't asking." Godspeed said
Godspeed circled around his spot in a flash of white lightning, suddenly, the 10 agents surrounding Godspeed dropped to the ground. Coulson, Fitz and Jemma looked at the agents and Godspeed in shock, the agents were dead and it had happened so quickly. Coulson pulled out his gun and fired 6 bullets at Godspeed, Coulson, Fitz and Jemma saw a white blur. At first, they were confused, then Godspeed dropped six rounds of ammunition to the ground that were in his hand as he had caught the bullets.
"Oh my god." Coulson said with shock
Godspeed chuckled maniacally "Tell the Flash, he has 48 hours to give me his speed. Or this world will suffer."
With that, Godspeed vanished in a flash of white lightning.
"Sir, what do we do?" Fitz asked
"We bring in the Flash." Coulson said confidently "And if we have to, we bring in the Avengers."
That is it. So yes, Godspeed is here and Thanos is coming to square off against the Flash in Infinity War. That prophecy Thanos was talking about, I'll give more info on that in the coming stories. In the sequel of this story, The Flash and The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Barry and Coulson's team will fight against Godspeed. This will basically be Barry, Coulson's team (season 1 version) and maybe the Avengers against Godspeed. I will not start the sequel until I get at least 10 reviews for this story.
