Chapter 12
The atmosphere at school was... unique. The 6 Guppies, once the best of friends, got split in 2. Both sides blame the other.
At one side you have Molly, Goby and Nonny. Molly wants to forget Gil. Goby is jealous and mad at Gil. Nonny follows Goby but doesn't appreciate Gil talking with Oona.
And on the other side you have Gil, Deema and Oona. Gil obviously had problems with Molly and Goby. Deema and Oona support him because of their secret crush on him, but don't have problems with the other side. They sometimes -usually after school- talk or hang with them when Gil isn't present.
There was no official declaration for this, it just happened overnight, and everyone was cool with it. Or that's what everyone thought.
"You're still jealous?" Nonny asked Goby.
"I asked you to come here, I have a plan to make Gil's school life EVEN worse!" Goby said.
"Goby, that's bullying. It's not allowed, and it's bad." Nonny said being shocked.
"You will help me! Do I have to remind you that Gil is constantly laughing, and making fun with Oona? How long will it take before they GO TO BED?" Goby said forcing his friend. Nonny was surprised, and agreed to be Goby's ally.
"Soon we have art class. Gil likes that, a lot. I heard we'll make clay statues from the prehistory (Venus statues: women with their 'likeable' parts made huge). Gil is so stupid he thinks he is an expert, but actually, he just makes pieces of shit! The first hour, we make the statue, then we have recreation. During that time, we'll enter the class again."
"But to do what?" Nonny asked.
"The second hour we must present our statues to the rest, and say how it's called. We'll change the name of Gil's statue to 'the teacher'. And hopefully he gets punished hehehe." Goby said rubbing his hands. Nonny nodded.
2 hours later, it was art class. The teacher -Mrs. Moldavi- gave the instructions.
"I like art class!" Gil said to Deema and Oona. The 2 girls laughed.
Everyone got clay and they began creating statues. As planned, Gil's statue was, pretty ugly. Goby and Nonny saw it and gave each other a low-five.
The bell rang. "Okay class, recreation time. We will present the statues after it." Mrs Moldavi said.
Everyone left... Except for Goby and Nonny. "Okay, there you have his piece of trash. How is it named?" Goby looked at it.
"Patapouf? What a stupid name." Goby commented. The name was written on a little piece of wood in front of the statue.
"Nonny, the alcohol marker." Goby asked and Nonny gave it.
"Let's change that too... Mrs Moldavi! Hahaha. Let's get out of here now!" And the 2 vanished.
On the playground, Oona, Deema and Gil were talking. "I hope your 'Patapouf' will have nice grades." Deema said.
"I hope so! I'm excited." Gil said.
The bell rang and everyone gathered inside the art class.
"Who wants to begin?" Mrs Moldavi asked. Silence. "Gil?" She added. And Gil went to the front with his statue.
From a corner of the class, Goby and Nonny were smiling mischievously.
"What's the name you gave your statue?" Mrs Moldavi asked. Gil looked at it and was shocked.
"Something wrong Gil?" Mrs Moldavi asked. She looked at the name herself and was shocked too. It quickly turned into anger. "Do you think I look like that Mr Gordon?" She asked angrily.
"No no, I don't know what happened. It was called Patapouf. I don't understand, I swear." Gil said panicking.
"You'll copy 100 times 'Mrs Moldavi doesn't look like a piece of art from the prehistory!' Go explain your fault to the director, he will send you to the Disciplinary Board!"
Gil looked sad, he loved this teacher and her classes. He was silent, everyone was silent. Goby was smiling, Nonny felt a bit bad for him, but looked away when Gil tried to make eye contact with him. Gil looked at Goby, he smiled and waved. Gil had a cold look and filled with anger, but the sadness persisted.
Remember everyone: It's a story! And DON'T bully! I'm sure 99% of the people already got that one, but you still have that 1% that just doesn't get it and gets offended by things like this. Anyways, new length record, yeay! See you next time!
