Hiya how is your day if you anyone is reading this, so umm here is chapter 10 yea so i was planning to get this chapter out on friday but hey things happened so it here now instead and this is the chapter were it may get a little dark and it won't have a happy ending so yea you been warned so without further adieu lets being

Chapter 10 human nature

Third person POV

Outside the guild hall were three man with sinister smiles and they were heading straight towards Rou guild hall and it looks like there there for blood,

Inside the guild hall the three dragon slayers were eating and eating to their heart's content and looked like if they could they would eat forever Rou on the other hand was just watching and smiling as the three boys eat he was pleased and surprised at the same time because first he was wondering how they eat so much so quickly but he was pleased because for the first time they seemed to act like normal children after all they seemed so guarded and hostile like the old man was going to kill them and that made Rou concerned from what he could tell these kids have been abandoned and have been shelter from the world no perhaps mislaid is better to put it,

Rou suddenly stood up and said "hey kiddos do you want to live here at the guild with me?" Rou said with a smile but voice sounded kind and serious. The three dragon slayers flinched before Gajeel said " no why human we don't trust you if we stay with you may try to kill you" Gajeel said with a serious face before realizing what he said before his face softened into scowl the old man looked surprised but then Rogue said "look you seem like a nice human but we have get back to other siblings" Rogue said netral face but then he realized that he mention he other siblings and he then said " sh beep" he said in almost defeated tone Rou then said "wait there more of you" he said in a surprised tone and then asked "how many of you is there? He said with in confused voice, the dragon slayer sat there in silence before Natsu finally said " other two are waiting on the hill for us" natsu said in quick and almost scared tone Rou then had shocked expression before before saying " why are they on the hill what are they waiting for?" Rou said with less surprise and more concern Rogue then spoke up and said " they waiting for us to bring them food and to see if there is any information on our dran… parents we need to find them" rogue said with slightly concerned voice,

Rou noticed that concern and worry etched into their faces and after hearing they were looking for parent he said with smile "aaa i think i understand now i think get it kiddos it ok " he said with smile and joyous voice Gajeel then said in angry voice " you don't know i think old human and saying it ok it not ok are parent are gone and you think it ok it not and you don't understand nothing human" Gajeel said in very angry voice and looked like he could punch down a building and he probably could but before he could continue Rou said " i do kiddo you'll just trying to find your parents i get that i lost my parent a long time ago it feels terrible i think i was around your age when it happened" Rou said with smile, the three dragon slayer just sat there shocked but gajeel was the most shocked, Rou then continued " and that why i want to help you i want to help you find your parent i want to be there for you because i had no one so i will help you so i ask you again do you want to stay with me and join my guild so we can find your parent?" he said with smile,

The three dragon slayer stood there shocked before

Natsu said" are you being serious human"

Rou then said "yes"

Natsu then said " you'll help us find our parents?"

Rou said "yes"

Natsu said " you'll stay by are side no matter what?"

Rou said " yes and it not human it Rou kiddo"

Natsu then started to tear up and thought " dad humans aren't bad they're kind and cool " natsu thought, Gajeel and rogue thought similar things Rogue thought " maybe we can trust this human… not we can trust Roubaul'' and Gajeel thought '' grrra i don't like this… but maybe this human not so bad" they all thought before look at each other and nodding before natsu Turned to Rou and smiled and Said " ok Rou we'll join your gui…"

he was about to say but was interrupted by the guild door nod turning and Voice on the other side said " OPEN THE DOOR ROU" the man said in angry tone then Rou then said in panic " quick behind the bar NOW" the three dragon slayer surprised Rogue then said " why who is it'' he said in concerned tone but Rou then said in serious tone " there no time now go" he shouted the three dragon slayer then ran behind bar after they were out of sight Rou then turned and walked towards the door the man said Rou i swear to god if you don't open this door" the man said in equally angry tone Rou then opened the door and was greeted to three the man on the right side was very large and musicure he was bold and had dark brown eyes and was black T shirt, the other man on the left side was smaller but was still quite musicler and had mohawk he also had blue eyes and was gray T shirt. The man in the middle was skinniest and smallest and had black spiky hair and also has blue eyes he was wearing a black cloak. The man in the middle then said " aaa good i was just about to break this old grumbly door" he said with an evil smirk as the three man then forced their way in.

Rou just smiled and said " hey saka what bring you to my fine guild again do you want anything to drink?" Rou said in normal voice but he scared inside not for himself but for the kids, saka then said " naaa we won't be here long so no need any ho who were you talking to i heard shouting" he said in seemingly normal tone but Rou know it was a threatening in reality Rou then said in shaky voice " well haha you caught me i was trying out illusion magic and was just tasting it out ya seen" he said in jokey manner but also in tad shaky tone the man then said " haha what were you that desperate for guild member you would start making them up haha that funny" he said in amusement but then bold man said in firm and emotionless voice " was there anyone else here?" he said looking at the food Rou saka then walk straight up to the old man and got in face and said " yea old man is there anyone here that shouldn't be?" he said suspicious tone Rou then said " i seen if illusion could eat imaginary food that i created but it didn't work so that why there just the plates there" he said with now neutral voice saka then said " haha you really are sad but enough of that we're here for business" said well walking away from the Rou and Rou then said " and what business would that be if i may ask?" the man asked in netral voice saka then said in angry voice " don't play dumb old man you own us money rember" he said in aginted tone Rou then said in confusion " but i already paid it all hundred and fifty thousand saka you must be wrong" he said confusion the third man then spoke " were never wrong you sealie old man" he said angrily, saka then said " it alright baka, rou didn't here the interested just went up you need to give fify thousand more" he said with evil smirk Rou then looked shocked before regaing hi compoures and saying " well am sorry to say gentlemen but i can't afford and i had already paid so am sorry to say but i won't be giving you any more money so would you kindly leave MY guild hall please" he said glaring at them as he smiled at them.

Saka then looked angry before he a smirk that was full of malice and hatred formed as he spoke " well that do back old man you should i have thought about that before making a guild that has nothing to do with killing dragons boys kill him." he said evilly as to two man moved closer bold man said " it nothing personally it just business" he said emoinelless but as the two man got closer he disappears the three man looked confused saka said " where he go" he said as Rou disappeared, the dragon slayer were confused as they could still smell Rou and Natsu said quietly " what do they mean Rou go i could still smell him?" he said to he fellow dragon slayers but then Rou suddenly appeared and Natsu was just about to speak but Rou covered his mouth and said " shh come let get you to other siblings turn in invisible with my illusion magic " he said in quite voice Natsu,Gajeel and Rogue nodded and followed him slowly as they walk past the man and to guild door but as they approached Natsu fall over and broke the illusion spell saka then said " there he is and who are little runts nevermind kill all of them" he shouted but the old man said " ha you two are two far away and my illusion magic will be ready before you reach us" he said in mocking tone saka then looked really angry before laughing and saying " yes us two can't reach you in time but he can" he said while smirking as he said that the bold man grabbed the old man from behind and started choking him Natsu then in angry voice " let him go you evil human" but i fell on deaf ears Natsu then thought " if i don't use my dragon slayer magic Rou will die but he'll hate us aaa i don't have choice" he thought before clenching his fist and saying " dragon slayer magic: fiery fist" he said punching the man in side as he flug backwards other man then rushed in to attack Natsu but Rogue and Gajeel said

" dragon slayer magic: iron fist"

" dragon slayer magic: dark fist"

They said, knocking the man backwards into saka, the man that Natsu punched got up and launched for natsu but Natsu doged and punched him again. Saka then got up and said " these..these runt ,... are..ddd dr dragon slayer" he said with terror and fear in voice the three man then jumped out the window and ran into the village shouting dragon slayer's

The three dragon slayer then turned to shocked Rou Natsu then looked sad and said " were sorry we lied were dragon slayer please don't try to kill us i won't end well" natsu said in slightly shaky voice other two dragon slayer look equally sad and ready to fight but then Rou did something unexpected he pulled them into a hug and said " why would i won't to kill you stupid kids and i don't care if your dragon slayer you saved my life how can you be evil if you saved my life" he said as he teared up a bit the three dragon slayer looked shocked and Natsu, Natsu cryed a little bit and said " Igneel there our good human you must have been wrong" he said happy and sad tone, Rou then broke the hug and said " welp kiddos we better get out of here i can already hear the angry mod apoching and if we get caught then how will find your parent parent dragons id doesn't matter well find them so let go" he said smiling Gajeel then said " wait hum..Rou you were serious you'll help use find out dragons" Gajeel said in surprised and happy tone Rou then formed a grin and said " of course i said i did didn't i now let go kiddos" he said in toothy grin the three dragon slayer nodded and smiled " aye"

5 minutes later

The three dragon slayer and Rou were running up the hill Natsu had bag of food Natsu for Wendy and Sting which were at the top of hill Wendy and Sting saw they sibling Wenddy had a small smile and said "NATSU" and Sting had a big smile and said " there they i i new they keep they promise" the said that i sibling and strange man reached them the three dragon slayer finally returned after what seemed for Wendy and Sting eternity, the three dragon slayer stopped at Sting and Wendy catching their breath Sting said " what happened and who is this human?" he said in confusion Natsu was about to explain but got hugged but Wendy and Wendy said " y..you..r ...Ba..ck ..Natsu" she said smiling and also crying Rouge then decided to explain " the human is Rou he's helping us and he got us this food and he coming with use to find our dragons" he stated blankly Rogue, Sting then said " are you sure he's human he might try to kill us?" he started in confusion and fear but Gajeel then said " yea if fine sparkly gramps here is fine and we need to go the human are coming" he said in he usually scowl, Sting then said " ok if you say so wait what" he said in confusion Rou then said " don't worry kiddo i know you don't know me in fact i don't really know any of you but you sibling saved my life so i will help you little one anyway i can" he said with smile Sting just said "ok". Natsu then broke the hung between him and Wendy and Said " let go before they catch up" he said with a toothy grin and everyone said " aye"

then started moving but not even five feet in Rou said " aaaaaaa" Rou said quietly as face widened with shock and wide and fell to the ground. There was an arrow in his back blood started pouring out.

It was on that day that the dragon slayer learned that it doesn't matter to humans if a fairy, dragon or even other human if they think you're evil they will kill you because that is human nature!

Welp that end that chapter whoa that sad at the end i yea i think Rou dead i told you this chapter won't have a happy ending and next chapter may be tear jerker. Oh and as you can tell this is longest chapter i have done and the longest i started at 9 and almost 1 yea it took a while but am happy with how it went but i think i may have rushed it a bit believe it or not welp i guess have nice day, evening, morning or whenever.
