Hello everyone! I hope you guys have had a great beginning of the year!

Whew, I have been making future plans for the series, and I DO plan on taking this all the way to security breach, (timelines will have to be changed a bit, just so you know). And how that will happen? Well I've already been making plans with my friend, so yay!

Victor John Foxfire: Bingo! Toy Bonnie it was! I'm so happy someone noticed! And yes, it is quite true that him listening was important. Also, yes, Leo did meet Jeremy, and that won't be the last time that he is in this fic. Him and all his issues will return. And no, no they didn't, I'm sorry if the line confused you, Jamie was just startled by the redesign.

TU4QU0I53T4ANG6L3: If I'm being honest, sometimes I forget as well...and yes, Jeremy is Jamie's brother, however it wasn't him watching Leo. But good guess!

SilentAmbiance: Yup.

I own nothing but my characters and ideas.

"What do you mean you found a cassette player?" Leo demanded, looking over the device in Enix's hands confounded.

"It was just under the desk." He answered before looking down at the device, "see, I was wondering about the tapes we had gotten and then after hearing the call the other night well, I thought maybe something correlated. I mean, c'mon answering machines will hold messages yeah, but they won't play them on a timer, or ring like a phone would. It's not like you are getting a new call or anything." He explained, but Leo could only stare at him stupidly, he...had never thought about that.

"Oh, uh, yeah of course, course I knew it was tapes, I just...could never find the player is all." He fibbed looking to the pictures on the walls briefly, and as he did part of him wondered why he hadn't removed them.

They were creepy as %$# .

"Well I did! And now we can play the new tapes as well. Maybe the same guy who did the ones here recorded more." he shrugged, "after all, from what I heard from the delivery guys, we're gonna need all the help we can get." He proposed and Leo sat there blinking at him a few moments.

"Uh...yeah...yeah I guess you're right." He muttered it, but the man heard it and beamed. The guard resisted the urge to glare up at him.

Leo was already short, but sitting in this stupid wheelchair made the man tower over him quite dramatically.

Jamie had left about five minutes ago and it was only ten till twelve. The new guy seemed far too excited then he had any right to be.

"Great! Should I play the old ones too? Or just the new batch?" At the mention of the old tapes Leo stiffened up and swallowed thickly.

"You play the old ones in your own time. Play the new ones." His voice was tense and short, the man seemed to notice something off and nodded soberly.

"Yeah...yeah of course." He set the player down and removed the old tape and placed it into an old box that had been hidden in a drawer. Leo felt stupid for never checking in those drawers.

But part of him couldn't help but wonder...who put those in every day?

It couldn't be John...could it?

"Uh, hello? Hello, hello?" Leo's attention snapped to the tape player at the familiar voice, he tried to swallow but his mouth went dry. "Uh, hello and welcome to your new summer job, at the new and improved, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Uh, I'm here to talk you through some of the things you can expect to see during your first week here and to help you get started down this new and exciting career path. Uh, now, I want you to forget anything you may have heard about the old location, you know. Uh, some people still have a somewhat negative impression of the company. Uh... that old restaurant was kind of left to rot for quite a while, but I want to reassure you, Fazbear Entertainment is committed to family fun and above all, safety. They've spent a small fortune on these new animatronics." Leo took a breath trying to focus on the words and not the voice over the tape. He could see how much they must've spent on those guys, they looked fresh, new and clean.

"Uh, facial recognition, advanced mobility, they even let them walk around during the day. Isn't that neat?" Buddy paused a moment to clear his voice, "But most importantly, they're all tied into some kind of criminal database, so they can detect a predator a mile away. Heck, we should be paying them to guard you." he said with a bit of a laugh, but Leo froze in his seat.

A...a...criminal database…?

Would they...are they still able to get updates from it? The place was several years ago...maybe it was outdated? And...and he said predator! Not...not...not drug dealer...so...so maybe it wouldn't count or matter…?

Leo, a criminal is a criminal, no matter how you paint it...you are screwed.

Enix seemed to have noticed his duress as he stopped the player and turned to him, "you alright there boss? You look like you've seen a ghost."

Leo wanted to laugh, ghosts...sheesh, what a word to use in a place like this.

But he refrained and just cleared his throat, gripping the arm rests of his wheelchair tightly. "Y...yeah, yeah I'm fine, continue playing it."

The new guy paused gazing at him before turning back to the tapes.

"Uh, now that being said, no new system is without its... kinks. Uh... you're only the second guard to work at that location. Uh, the first guy finished his week but complained about... conditions. Uh, we switched him over to the day shift. So hey, lucky you, right? Uh, mainly he expressed concern that certain characters seemed to move around at night and even attempted to get into his office." Leo couldn't help but wonder if that other employee was Jeremy.

However the mention of them moving made him scoff, "gee, surprise, surprise."

"Now, from what we know, that should be impossible. Uh, that restaurant should be the safest place on Earth. So while our engineers don't really have an explanation for this, the working theory is that... the robots were never given a proper "night mode". So when it gets quiet, they think they're in the wrong room. So then they go try to find where the people are, and in this case, that's your office." Enix looked at Leo but the guard was just gazing at the tape player. None of this was surprising, and the guard had assumed conditions would be the same.

And this was one of the few times in his life that he was right.

"So, our temporary solution is this: there's a music box over by the prize counter, and it's rigged to be wound up remotely. So just, every once in a while, switch over to the prize counter video feed and wind it up for a few seconds. It doesn't seem to affect all of the animatronics, but it does affect...one of them." He paused to clear his throat again and Leo frowned furrowing his brow, so that's what the music box was for, they however didn't have the same systems set up here, so they were going to have to wind it manually.

"Uh, and as for the rest of them, we have an even easier solution. You see, there may be a minor glitch in the system, something about robots seeing you as an endoskeleton without its costume on, and wanting to stuff you into a suit... So hey, we've given you... an empty Freddy Fazbear head! Problem solved! You can put it on anytime, and leave it on for as long as you want. Eventually, anything that wandered in, will wander back out. Uh, something else worth mentioning is kind of the quirky modern design of the building. You may have noticed there are no doors for you to close, heh. Uh, but hey, you have a light! And even though your flashlight can run out of power, the building cannot. So, don't worry about the place going dark." Leo blinked at the mention of no doors and looked at his own.

"%#%$# idiots..." he muttered, "why the %%$% would you have no doors?" he demanded and Enix looked at the doors as well and shrugged.

"But at least they had limitless power."

"Limitless power doesn't do you any good if you have no doors!" He countered and leant back in the seat with a huff of air. "No wonder the guards there never made it long."

Enix had paused the player again and looked at both doors a moment before turning back to Leo and opening his mouth as if he wanted to say something but was thinking better of it.

The seasoned guard was having none of it. "What is it?"

"Well...it's just, you were here...obviously before they became chill and stuff..." he trailed and Leo narrowed his eyes slightly, "but now these guys are here...and they aren't chill. So...what...exactly is going to happen tonight? Are they really gonna try and kill us?" He asked turning back to look at Leo, the guard paused a moment gazing up at him.

"Yes." In response to that, Enix wetted his lips before nodding and taking a deep breath, he moved to press play, but paused when Leo continued. "The good thing is...the other guys, the originals, well...we have kind of worked together for awhile now, and they don't like it when I'm hurt. So we will probably have more allies then before." He then took a breath and looked to the side, "unless of course the children take over...then we are screwed." The new guard whipped to him at that.

"Children? What children?" Leo's eyes widened at what he let slip, and he opened his mouth to respond, when a loud crash came from the dining room, along with shouting.

The older guard flinched and took a deep breath glancing at the clock on the tablet.

"%#$%...it's time." He hissed before turning to Enix, "I need you to take me to the main room, but you have got to follow my lead. Understand?" He said pointedly, the man paused a moment before nodding Leo let out a breath and nodded to the door.

The first thing they were witness to was the sight of a brawl.

The Bonnies were going at it, with the original one on top and pulling at the toy one's ears. The toy was trying to push him off but to no avail.

Toy Freddy seemed to have briefly gotten the upper hand on the original one and had seemingly thrown him across the room. He was tromping over to him.

Both Chicas seemed to be at a brief standstill, one on either side of a table, original Chica had the beak of her toy counterpart in hand and was grinning broadly as the toy one shrieked in frustration causing Leo and Enix to cover their ears and flinch hard.

As for the foxs, Leo was surprised to find Mangle under the table occasionally shooting out some kind of endoskeleton limb out at the older model. Foxy was above, either trying to dodge the attempts or stomp on the damaged limbs.

As for the other two, the strange puppet one was hovering above the ground just slightly as it went back and forth on the stage watching the exchange with it's absolutely still face. The balloon child was ripping apart some arcade machine screaming something about batteries.

All of them were screaming at each other actually, so much so Leo couldn't even understand a word that was said on either side.

"$ $#..." the man behind Leo breathed softly, the guard looked back up at him and then back at the scene.

He had no idea how to stop this, even if he shouted, would they listen? Would it only pull the attention onto him and Enix?

He didn't know what to do, and he was so focused on the situation at hand, Leo did not see the puppet on stage focus its attention on him.

Neither he and Enix saw the spindle like being up until it was right in front of them.

"Oh %$#!" The man behind him cried and jerked himself and Leo back, the guard grunted at the sudden movement, but soon looked up at the puppet hovering before them and took deep breaths.

"I uh...hi…?" he tried, but then the creature lunged at him.

Leo let out a cry and grabbed at it, ignoring the pain that shot through his body. His eyes were shut, but briefly opened only to see white pinprick lights where those empty sockets were.

"Get off him!" Enix yelled before grabbing the puppet and ripping it off Leo and chucking it across the room. The taller man panted, looking at where he had thrown it, before turning back to Leo. "You okay?"

But Leo barely heard him, he lightly put his hands to his face and slowly pulled them away looking down at the streaks of blood on his hands. His brow furrowed and he looked up at the new guard whose eyes widened at the sight.

"How...how did it cut me…?" he asked, more in a daze then actually in pain, Enix swallowed and looked over at the recovering puppet.

"I...I don't….I don't know..." the newer employee muttered, only for them to both jerk toward the brawl before them them at a loud crash.

Regular Freddy had thrown his toy counterpart across the room stunning him briefly, the bear then turned to him, "back to the office and shut the door Leo!" He ordered and the guard blinked looking at him wide eyed and nodding stupidly.

"I uh...uh...okay I-"

He was cut off by a shriek from regular Bonnie as...one of his ears was ripped off of his head by toy Chica.

How toy Chica got over to him...Leo didn't know.

But now he was seeing red.

That $$%$ chicken…

The voice inside him snarled, and Leo couldn't help but agree.

"HEY!" He shouted causing everyone to freeze and look at him, even a confused and alarmed Enix.

Bonnie was holding his head on the side of his missing ear as the exposed wires sparked. Toy Chica looked victorious as she grinned without her beak, which Leo pointedly ignored because of how creepy it was.

He gripped his wheelchair and grit his teeth, "the %$#%$ %$% guys!" He growled and they all looked at each other, the toys more confused, while the bots a bit sheepish. "Everyone is going to stop right now or so help me I will rip you guys apart bolt by bolt!" He looked over at them with what he hoped was an intimidating look.

The toys just looked at him confused and startled.

"Rip us apart?" the toy bear asked, looking at him confused at the concept.

"Yes, you." He growled and Enix looked at him blinking startled, but Leo didn't care at the moment. "Enix, take me to Bonnie." He ordered sternly, the man hesitated looking at the big rabbit.

"Uh...you sure its sa-"

"Now newbie." He snapped, and the man blinked before slowly nodding and cautiously pushing the wheelchair over to the large purple rabbit. Leo took a breath and looked up at the man behind him, "help me out of the chair." After a moment Enix nodded, he unlike Leo couldn't ignore the eleven animatronics staring at them and looked around nervously.

"R...right...right..." he stammered, before slowly helping Leo down, the guard winced a bit, but bit his lip and restrained a whimper as he got on his knees next to the purple rabbit.

Said hare was gazing at him carefully with his magenta eyes, the older guard took a deep breath and looked at him seriously.

"You need to trust me." There was a serious level of urgency in Leo's voice, and Bonnie nodded slowly, seeming to understand the double meaning. The guard nodded with a breath, and clenched his hands in his lap to silence the trembling as he looked up at toy Chica. "Give me his ear." He ordered, holding the gaze of those intensely blue eyes.

He watched as a blue light swirled around the iris before disappearing.

Her eyes proceeded to widen, and he couldn't help but look around at the other toys, they seemed to grow tense. Leo turned back to her and took a breath.

"...what?" He wasn't given a response for a few moments, before the more figured Chica straightened in front of him.

"Facial scans complete, registered as Leo Byrd, released from Westfield Penitentiary six months ago tomorrow, criminally charged with selling, producing and consuming controlled substances." The words dropped like a bomb and the entire room went silent. Leo sat there realizing that he had quite possibly lost all ammunition against these new guys.

He flinched hard when a noise that could be described as an alarm came from behind him, he dared to look, only to instantly regret it.

Toy Bonnie, Freddy, and Mangle's eyes were glowing red.

Oh $#% .

"Intruder alert, criminal detected on the premises." Toy Freddy's voice boomed from behind him and the guard felt his stomach lurch into his throat for multiple reasons.

One of them being the fact that regular Bonnie had scooped him up and stepped backwards onto the stage, the place where his ear once was still sparked uncontrollably.

"Calm down! He isn't that kind of criminal!" The regular bear barked, but the toys refused to listen, toy Chica tossed Bonnie's ear to the side like it was nothing more than garbage, but luckily...or perhaps unluckily, Enix was there and the human caught it with his...body.

The man was gasping desperately as he tried to retrieve the air that had been thrusted out of him.

However Leo was staring at all four of the toy animatronics as they approached, "W...what...what he said!" he tried, "I'm just a drug dealer! I've never hurt a kid!"

"Recorded altercation between Leo Byrd and fifteen year old Jerimiah Willaims." Toy Freddy reported, and Leo let out a hard breath feeling his heart thunder in his chest.

"I DIDN'T KNOW HE WAS A MINOR! HE LOOKED OLDER THAN ME!" He shouted, and couldn't help but grab onto the rabbit's arm and heave for breath as Mangle climbed onto the stage with all it's distorted limbs.

However, the busted up animatronic was soon grabbed and thrown away by Chica as she came over, Freddy grabbed ahold of toy Bonnie's legs and yanked him off the stage. Foxy leaped onto the stage in front of toy Freddy who had just been getting onto to.

"Aye, not today ya plastic lads!" He shouted and then slashed his hook at the bear, the plastic imitation lurched back before wind-milling his arms only to fail and crash into the table behind him. Foxy leaped off the stage and onto the bear grabbing ahold of his top-hat and ripping it off.

Laughing perhaps a little too madly for it to be okay.

Leo watched the chaos and swallowed thickly, he leaned more back into Bonnie and tried to look for the other three. The puppet was gone, and that was a little disturbing. Toy Chica had tripped over the debris that toy Freddy's fall had caused, and the balloon child was nowhere to be seen.

"H...how...how do we stop this?" he asked, taking hard breaths, "you guys are going to destroy each other!"

"Then so be it." The rabbit growled causing Leo to automatically flinch and look back at him. But he was gazing darkly at the toys as they fought with his crew.

"Bonnie. They have to stop, both sides. It will do no one any good if everyone is destroyed. Especially not over me." he said pointedly. The rabbit turned and looked at him before back at the fight. He finally turned to Leo and opened his maw to speak, only for his eyes to widen and his maw to shoot open.

He let out a deafening shriek and lurched forward suddenly, Leo didn't have time to either cover his ears or prepare for the fall.

When he hit the wooden stage he thought that would be the worst of it, but then Bonnie...fell right on top of him.

By any rights this should've completely killed him, so maybe it was either a stroke of good luck or bad that his instincts were still there.

Leo threw up his arms for protection over his face and chest. The animatronic landed hard on his casted arm. The guard let out a cry that was a mix between a swear and some unholy cry of pain.

He heard a sickening crack as the cast broke under the weight, his arms collapsed against his chest and he let out yet another cry as they hit his bruise.

The initial weight didn't kill him, but perhaps the continual one would.

Bonnie was out of commission on top of him, Leo's hands were crossed over his chest like a mummy, and his lungs were uncomfortably compressed within his body.

He gasped desperately, kicking his legs like a dog getting their chest scratched, "a...ah! AH! Bonnie! Bonnie wake up! Wake the $## up!" He screamed, pain radiated about his frame.

There was the sound of a shout that was either from Enix or the bots, before loud clunking footsteps filled his ears, soon the weight was lifted off his chest and he was able to heave for breath and curse hard freely.

He slumped onto the ground with a groan, his entire body shaking and trembling in pain.

Out of all the things to happen, one of them had to fall on him.

"Leo! Leo talk to me!" Chica ordered and the guard looked up at her before panting hard for breath.

"H...he...hey..." he stammered.

"Stay back, or I'll string ya dogs up by ya measly necks!" The fox barked, and Leo cast his blurry vision over to the red animatronic. He stood at the edge of the stage, overlooking the others, shoulders hunched aggressively.

There was the sound of softer footsteps before Enix dropped down by his side.

"$#$% Leo...the %#%$ %$#..." he took a hard breath, hands hovering in the air in uncertainty.

"Touch me and I'll kill you." The guard growled through pants, the man nodded and lowered his hands before looking off the stage as well. Leo followed his gaze, Foxy still stood there, the toys were quietly watching, that or trying to put each other back together.

"%#%..." the newbie muttered before shaking his head, Leo looked at him brow furrowed and watched as the man got to his feet and went over to the edge of the stage.

Foxy noticed him as well, "lad, stay behind me, these plastic #$%%% are sneaky."

But Enix took a deep breath and hopped off the stage despite Foxy's warnings, the fox stared at him but was more focused on Leo then the idiot human below him.

"Alright." the new man breathed looking between everyone. "What if we make a deal huh? You guys are smart, obviously, so let's make a deal." Leo's brow furrowed as he listened, what the heck was this man doing?

"...what kind of deal?" The toy bear, who had a slightly lighter and less robotic voice then his original counterpart.

"The kind that...benefits the winner…?" The new guard hesitantly answered, sounding confused.

"No lad, he meant what deal are ya proposin'?" The fox supplied and Enix looked back at him and nodded with a breath.

"Ah...ah yes, of course." He cleared his throat and turned back to the toys. "How...how about...we do the normal err...night guard hunting thing. Without the originals, just...just you guys and me." He proposed, setting his shoulders and taking a hard breath.

Leo couldn't help but groan, breaking the temporary silence. "Don't be stupid newbie. They will kill you without the protection of the originals." He growled out, before wincing a bit and taking a breath...only to wince again.

Enix looked back at him but didn't respond before turning back to the toys. "Well?"

The imitations looked at each other and then back at the crazy man before them.

"We want the criminal as well." Toy Chica ordered, her eyes narrowing slightly.

"No! You touch him I will rip your head off!" Regular Chica barked and the toy one started forward, only to stop as Enix threw up his hands between the two sets of animatronics.

"Hold up! Hold up, everyone calm down." They stilled after a moment and Enix stole a breath. "I'm sure we can come to a compromise." He glanced between the toys and originals. Before motioning to the toys. "I assume you are not going to give any." He got a nod from the bear and chicken. The blue rabbit was sitting in one of the chairs trying to fix his broken bowtie. He didn't seem very interested in the proceedings. Mangle was hovering near him awkwardly seeing how it could help. Honestly Leo wasn't sure what gender the broken fox was.

"Right...right." the man took a breath and turned to the originals. "Okay. Listen. If this is a way to achieve peace, then we should do it right? I'll be there to help Leo. But you guys HAVE to stay out of it." He said sternly.

"And why should we trust you?" Freddy asked, Leo looked up at him watching as his paws curled into fists.

"I...I trust him." Leo managed out the fib. The man looked at him surprised but the older guard didn't look at him.

No, he did not trust this new weird guy, but...their options were limited. And he didn't want his bots hurt anymore.

Taking a breath and biting back a wince, the guard pushed himself up, Chica rushed to help him and silently the guard was extremely grateful as she held him up with her forearm.

"I'll do it. We will go up against the toys and the originals will stay out of it."

"Leo no! They will kill you!" Chica protested, but he sent her a look and a breath.

"You couldn't. And this time I have an extra set of hands." He paused and looked between all the originals. "You have to trust me." He said earnestly, they looked at him and then looked at each other...and back at him.

"Fine. We will stay out of it for three days."

"A week! Six nights." The toy bear ordered, and the original bots stiffened up glaring back at the toys.

"Ya son of a-" Foxy started but was cut off by Leo clearing his throat. The predator clamped his maw shut with a mocked breath.

"Uh, Leo...that sound good?" Enix asked, looking at him.

The older guard nodded with a breath, "deal, starting this coming Monday." He added glancing at the toys. They hesitated before slowly nodding.

"Fine." That was toy Chica.

Leo knew that the originals weren't happy, but they were much older then the toys...and he did not want to risk losing them.

"What happens if we win?" Toy Bonnie finally spoke, causing everyone to look at him.

"Uh...I guess...you kill us?" Enix stammered with a nervous laugh.

"No! That's stupid and unfair! There are six of them and two of you!" The original chicken protested and Leo took a breath.

"They have to be enticed by the reward Chi." The guard muttered, the avian looked at him before mocking a sigh and nodding.

"And...and if we win you are not allowed to hurt us! Or people we bring over." Enix said firmly before nodding and taking a breath smiling a bit to himself.

The toys looked at each other, smirking a bit before nodding.

"Deal."

I hope you guys liked it!

This was the first look at each of the toys! Also, Enix making deals over here, good idea or bad? You think the originals will be able to stay out of it? How do you guys think it will go? Will Leo have more injuries by the end? Or will Enix be able to prevent that from happening?

I'd love to hear what you think!
