Ash was getting ready to face the first elite four of johto.He was currently in his room in the pokemon center.Jasmine was taking a bath.Ash was going to face Will first.Everyone knows Will is psychic type elite so he had decided to use gengar only as mr.goodshow had said this time it will be a one on one battle with every elite and also lance.

As he was thinking his strategy,Jasmine came out of the bathroom with a towel covering her body.She blushed when she saw that Ash was looking at her.But Ash stood up and went to her and kissed her forehead gently and left the room giving her full privacy to dress up.

Then both of them got ready and went to the rest of the group for breakfast.

"So Ash as you are going to battle Will, so I presume you will use gengar"asked professor and ash nodded.Then they went to the elite challenge stadium where Will was waiting for them.

"So,you arrived though I had been here for an hour"Will said.

"Sorry to keep you waiting let's begin"ash said and sent out gengar.

"I see you chose to go with type advantage but that won't be enough,alakazam"said will and released alakazam.They also saw a mega stone with a scarf alakazam was wearing.Alakazam started with psystrike while gengar countered with night shade.

Then Will mega evolved alakazam.

'This is going to be tough'thought ash.

Then he told gengar to shadow ball but alakazam dodged it by using teleport.Then alakazam was giving a very tough fight to gengar but ash pulled it through.

"Well ash that was a good battle"said Will and gave him the psychic medal.As ash asked to have one on one with all the elites and the champion he was having his next elite battle in an hour with koga.Ash knew koga would use crobat as it was his strongest so he decided to use beedrill as beedrill wanted a rematch with crobat after the fuchsia gym battle.

Then ash and his friends went to koga and ash showed him his psychic medal so koga accepted his challenge and sent out crobat and ash sent out beedrill.Beedrill defeated crobat and ash got poison medal then he was battling marine the water type elite four.Ash decided to use venusaur to battle her mega gyarados.Mega gyarados almost defeated it but venusaur used sunny day and charged a powered up solar beam at gyarados defeating it.Ash also got the water medal.He had already decided the next two pokemon.He will use mewtwo against Karen and charizard against lance.He used mewtwo against Karen's mega tyranitar.Though mega tyranitar was strong mewtwo being a legendary ended up defeating it.

"Well done,I can see why you are the kanto champion"said karen and gave him the dark medal.

Then ash went towards the champion dome were lance was waiting and also mr.goodshow was there.

"Well done ash so you defeated my elite four very well then let's begin our battle"he said and ash nodded .

lance sent out aerodactyl and ash sent out charizard.

"Well seems like it will be a battle between our strongest"said lance and mega evolved aerodactyl while did the same with charizard.

Aerodactyl and charizard had an intense battle but charizard won with dragon rush.

"Congratulations ash now you have defeated another champion"said mr goodshow and ash nodded.Then he gave ash the champion's trophy and made lance the new elite leader making Will to retire.

Then they bid farewell to goodshow and lance to go new bark town were they separated from jasmine and her family but after ash and jasmine's date.Then they went back to kanto.

In pallet town ash,gary and leaf told professor about their plans for the hoenn and also decided to only take their starter and their legendary with them as they wanted to use the pokemon they caught in hoenn.

Professor nodded and gave them their starters and legendaries pokeball.

Then next day they set off in the ferry to hoenn region.

Johto arc over.Ash's team(charizard,mewtwo),Gary's team(blastoise,suicune),Leaf's team(venusaur,celebi)
