The next day, early in the morning, Max and Zoe were in the lab getting ready to go home.
"I hope you guys have a good time," said Max to Jaison and Taya.
"We will," said Jaison with a smile.
"Hey, before you leave I have something for you," said Rex as he walked up with two briefcases. When Max and Zoe opened them, they were surprised to see the D-Techtors and their dinosaur's cards. The two then looked at him with shocked expressions.
"My parents told me that you can take them with you, as a thank you gift for what you have done," said Rex with a smile.
"Thanks Rex," said Max as he and Zoe hugged him.
"Just so you know, my dad also put in a time function in for you, you can come back here whenever you want, and with whoever, they just need to hold onto you when you activate it," said Rex.
"Dr. Owen will love that, I'm sure," said Zoe. She and Max then stepped away from them before they vanished in a flash of light, when they reappeared they were in the same place they had left from in the back yard of Max's house.
"Hey you two, where have you been?" asked Dr. Taylor as he walked up.
"It's a long story," said the two at the same time while smiling.
