2 WEEKS LATER:

Hestia walked into the mess hall in Olympus, where all the gods kept their thrones and her hearth burned lively. She smiled before turning into her 8 year old form and hovered over to the flame, closing her eyes and meditating. It was her way of seeing how Olympus was doing, but she already knew what was going on. She didn't need the hearth to be her eyes and ears to know. The gods have all been restless ever since the child of Poseidon came to the Olympians with Zeus' lightning bolt, claiming that there was a traitor, and that Kronos had been behind everything. Zeus denied his claims and chose to ignore the child, but Hestia herself knew this to be true, as every few thousands years the hearth gives the goddess visions of the future.

20 years ago she got a vision of Kronos assembling his army, with a young boy who resembled her stood against the titan's forces with the child of prophecy. She remembered the vision all too well. It's the reason why she had adopted the young Angel, and why she also lied about his destiny. He wasn't destined to help the child of prophecy, but to stop them from making the wrong decision. She never told him, but the great prophecy speaks of how a child of the big three will either choose to preserve or destroy Olympus. The vision clearly showed her champion and the prophesied child in a duel, but for what reason she was unsure. The vision confuses her, as it shows both of them fighting alongside one another, before turning against each other during the final battle of the second titan war. The hearth was never clear about certain things, like who the people in her visions are or of their motives. She hated having to hide so many things from her champion and adopted son, but she told herself years ago it was for the best.

She continued to use the hearth to feel how camp half blood was doing, since the campfire there and the hearth are somewhat connected. It was hard to feel anything important as the demigods hadn't lit the fire yet, but she could feel the demigods cheerfulness, their determination and their anger. It all seemed normal for the most part, except for one child in particular. A son of Hermès. Hestia felt a great deed of anger inside him, she has felt it for a long time. But for some reason, his anger grew greater. She feared the boy would do something drastic, and thought to warn his father. But she knew it would be fruitless, as she had warned the god before of his child's anger, only to wave her off. He seemed to know more then he let on, but she didn't push her nephew.

She continued to meditate in the hearth for a few moments longer, before she felt someone flash into the mess hall. The goddess opened her eyes, breaking her trance and focus to see who it was. She was greeted with the face of both Aphrodite and her sister Hera, queen of Olympus. Her hair almost looked purple, dark purple that was braided down past her shoulders. Her face was regal while she had dark brown eyes that reflected the flame of the hearth. She wore her usual Ancient Greek toga, which was mostly white with purple streaks. She had a warm smile as she and Aphrodite looked up to the goddess of the hearth.

"You know, I like you better in your older form Hestia. You look sexy as a milf." Aphrodite said with a grin, to which the goddess of marriage sighed in annoyance.

"Vulgar as ever I see, Aphrodite." The goddess mumbled, to which Aphrodite shrugged indifferently. Hestia couldn't help but chuckle before hovering away from the hearth and stepping onto the marble floor, looking up at the two goddesses.

"As much as I appreciate your compliment Aphrodite, I do enjoy this form of myself. My breasts often get in the way." Aphrodite's eyes glinted mischievously.

"But that's the best part of your adult form!" She cried, her mouth drooling ever so slightly.

"They're almost as big as mine…" Hestia simply shook her head, she never understood the pleasure of having big breasts. She knew males enjoyed them, but other than that there's no reason for bigger breasts.

"Can we please refrain from talking about such lewd topics? I'm sure my sister called us here for a reason." Hera asked, clearly annoyed at the goddess of love's attitude.

"Oh yeah, why'd you call us here Hestia? Is Angel feeling lonely? I could cheer him up for you!" She said eagerly, to which the goddess of hearth frowned.

"No Aphrodite, that won't be necessary. Although I did call you here relating to him." She said softly, her eyes showing evident worry.

"Tell me what troubles you sister. I know being a mother can be hard at times and I wish to help you." Hestia smiled at her younger sister, grateful she had someone she could rely on for this. They both shared the domain of family, so Hera found out almost immediately about the adoption. Hestia was worried at first, but Hera knew Hestia wasn't breaking any ancient laws. Since she didn't conceive the boy herself. So Hera decided to help her older sister in any way she could, it was the least she could do after Hestia helped her calm down after the multiple times Zeus was unfaithful to her. The queen of gods did feel pity for the biological mother however, having been in such an awful situation and being forced to leave her only child behind in an orphanage. But if Hera had to be completely honest, she didn't like that Hestia adopted a boy who had no connection to the godly world. He wasn't a demigod, nor a deity. Just a regular mortal, and it bothered her that someone so below her could have such a relationship with her sister. She loved her sister dearly, but she wasn't sure Hestia made the right choice adopting a mortal.

"My son is plagued with the ghosts of his past." Hestia started, looking back at the giant flames of the hearth.

"Whatever he lived through in that orphanage came back as dreams to haunt him, and they do so every so often. His will is strong, he has so much hope and determination in his heart, he believes in me and his friends. But a mortal can only carry so much pain, much less if he tries to push it down and hide it." She sighed sadly.

"Doubt is slowly creeping into his heart, and I want to stop it. It's my and essentially his fatal flaw; self doubt. If he doesn't believe in himself, or if no one else believes in him, then he becomes powerless, and the emotions he feels would quadruple in intensity. It would get to the point that he could get suicidal. But I don't know if I can help if he doesn't open up and allow me to." The goddess of hearth couldn't help but feel her eyes get watery, before quickly wiping them away. She had to stay positive and think of a way to help her son, or else her own fatal flaw will start to affect her.

"I don't know how to make him open up to me when he doesn't want to. I don't want to force him, but I fear if he continues like this, it could and would eventually get worse." Both gods looked at Hestia sympathetically, they had no idea something so serious was happening between the two.

"We'll help in any way we can Hestia." Aphrodite said, giving the goddess a warm and reassuring hug.

"Your champion saved my daughter from a cruel fate, so I will do anything I can in my limited power to help your son." The goddess of love whispered in an uncharacteristically serious tone, and Hestia couldn't help but choke up. Even if Aphrodite was a bit of a ditz at times, she was a good person at heart.

"Thank you Aphrodite, I truly mean it."

"As will I sister." Hera said, wearing a sympathetic look.

"I suggest telling your champion what's to come of him if doesn't open up. It will motivate him to tell you. And do not pressure him. You're there to help him, remind him of that. Remind him that you care deeply for your son, and he will come around I assure you." Hestia smiled at the two goddesses in front of her, unable to stop the tear from falling down her cheek.

"Thank you sister, I will keep that in mind." Her eyes then widened when she remembered what was happening today.

"Oh my I almost forgot!" She then transformed into her adult 30 year old form while Aphrodite was hugging her, and the goddess of love couldn't help but ogle at the new found boobs on the goddess of hearth.

'Big mommy milkers….' She thought shamelessly, before Hestia looked down at her apologetically.

"Sorry Aphrodite, looks like we have to cut our conversation short. It slipped my mind that Angel was leaving today for his 'quest'." She said with air quotes. She couldn't believe the boy thought she would believe the excuse he gave her. Honestly, it annoys her that he thought he could get away with it. Hephaestus is a terrible liar, and a worse actor.

"Aww okay." Aphrodite pouted before letting go of Hestia, but not before giving her breasts one last lustful glance.

"Hehehe…" Hera rolled her eyes at the lustful goddess before giving Hestia one last smile.

"Good luck sister." She said simply, and Hestia smiled in gratitude before teleporting away.

"She's lucky to have a champion like Angel." Aphrodite said, breaking the silence between the two goddesses.

"I don't doubt you Aphrodite, but I feel as if his existence is a burden to Hestia." Hera replied, surprising the goddess of love.

"Huh? What do you mean Hera? Angel has been good to her, I've never seen her so content with herself. Her having a son has risen her spirits." Hera simply shook her head.

"But I also never seen her so worried and worked up before. She was at the verge of tears, for a mere mortal of all beings." Hera sighed tiredly as she saw the look Aphrodite was giving her.

"I know what I'm trying to say sounds bad but-"

"You think?" Aphrodite asked, crossing her arms.

"Look Hera I respect you and everything, but don't think for a second that Angel hasn't been good to her." Aphrodite said, using a little bit of her godly powers to make herself look more intimidating. It was moments like these that Hera remembered how powerful Aphrodite could be. She wasn't technically a god, but a descendant of the primordials themselves. It was her usually bimbo attitude that led most of Olympus to forget her true strength.

"You as a mother should know that we worry for our children. A bit too much at times. Sharing the domain of family with Hestia should make that clear to you." Hera felt annoyance grow evident on her face as Aphrodite of all people lectured her about family.

"I said I would help my sister with her mortal son and I plan on doing so. My way." Aphrodite didn't like the way the queen of gods said that, and gave her a warning glance.

"I'm just throwing it out there Hera, but if you do anything to harm that boy there will be repercussions. He saved my daughter from a fate worse than death, I plan to return the favor in anyway I can." Hera couldn't help but be surprised as Aphrodite threatened her, before the goddess of love gave her one last look and flashing away in a puff of pink smoke. Hera felt her eye twitch in annoyance as she looked at the spot the bimbo was just standing in, feeling her anger grow.

'I'll show her, I'll show them all.' Hera muttered to herself, glancing over to the hearth.

'No mortal should be allowed to have such a close relationship with a goddess. Demigods I may allow, but a mortal? That's blasphemy.' She stayed in the mess hall for a moment longer, before finally flashing away. She decided she'd keep an eye on this 'champion'.

"Ugh, I can't believe guard duty is even a thing." A blonde haired, brown eyed son of Aphrodite, Trey moaned out tiredly as he looked out to the forest outside of camp in Greek armor with a spear and shield in each hand.

"I mean, that's why we have the barrier isn't it?" He asked the person next to him, who happened to be his new half sister Piper. She too wore bronze Greek armor, but instead of a spear she had a bow and arrow at the ready.

"Chiron said it's for the best. We never know what could happen, or what kind of monster could somehow-" She was interrupted by Trey's loud groan, and she glared up at her older sibling.

"Newbies are always so uptight. C'mon, lighten up a little."

"We can't Trey. We're on guard duty. We should stay alert." Piper muttered, before looking out to the forest again.

"Stay vigilant for what? Monsters don't come near the barrier! And even if they did, they wouldn't be able to get in." He continued to complain, much to Piper's annoyance. He was a good guy and funny at times, but right now she wished she had a big pair of headphones to block out all his complaining.

"Honestly, Chiron is too paranoid sometimes. I could be with Amber right now, enjoying my Friday with her. Summer is almost over too! I'm trying to enjoy it before I have to go back my dad's place. But nooo, Chiron and his big horse ass just had to have us be put on guard duty. Which by the way, is the most useless job in camp!" Piper sighed in frustration.

"You know I'm not paying attention to you, so could you please just complain in your head or something?"

"No can do. If I have to suffer, then you suffer with me." He answered.

"So you're just going to ruin my Friday with your whining?"

"Pretty much." Piper rubbed her temples.

"You are making it so hard to think of you as an older brother right now Trey."

"Well I never asked to be a big brother. I was the youngest of all my siblings from my dad's side. They expected me to be annoying, and I was more than glad to comply with that. Now I have to act all mature and-"

"Shut up Trey."

"No, I need to get this off my chest. It's been bugging me for-"

"No really, shut up and look ahead of us!" Piper hissed, having to literally grab his cheeks and turn his face to look out to the forest.

"What I don't see-" His eyes then widened when he saw what she was talking about. It was an older teen, maybe around 17. His hair was black and short and he had a small goatee beard growing on his face. His clothes looked burned and torn, while he used a big labrys axe to wobble his way to them.

"Hold shit, is that an axe? A double sided fucking axe?" Trey asked, seeing the silver axe shine from the light of the sun, and the red streaks on the blades glowed ever so slightly.

"Wait…." Piper muttered, trying to get a clear view of the guy.

"He looks familiar." Both demigods watched from on top of the hill to watch the teen wobble through the camp's barrier.

"C'mon we should go help him." Trey called out as he ran down the hill, but Piper continued to look down at the teen suspiciously. She eventually decided to go down and help Trey get the guy to safety. Seeing as he crossed camp's borders, he has to be a demigod. As they ran down the hill, the teen didn't even look up to see them. He kept his head down as he slowly wobbled up the hill, using the axe as a walking stick.

"Hey man, you okay?" Trey asked, walking up to the teen and grabbing his shoulder. The short haired boy finally registered that there were others around him, and he raised his head to reveal his face. He had scratches all over his face and blood trickled down his cheek. His eyes were dark and dull red, Piper felt like she had seen those eyes before.

"You. Tell me. Is…Is this camp half blood?" The teen asked softly, but it was also in a stern and commanding tone.

"Uh, yeah man. And seeing as you made it past our borders, that makes you a demigod." Trey said with a small smile, getting closer to help the teen stand better.

"Heh, you hear that? You fuck boy haired son of a bitch? I fucking made it." The teen muttered to himself, before he chuckled softly to no one in particular. Piper and Trey looked at each other concerned, but after a few seconds it finally clicked.

"Wait I know this guy!" Piper cried, surprising her brother.

"Huh? You do?"

"Yeah, he was the leader of a group of rich thug kids. They jumped me, Angel and Percy's group while on our quest. They were gonna rob us." She glared at the injured teen below her.

"We shouldn't help him." Trey's eyes widened as she said that.

"No Piper, we can't just leave him like this. I mean, look at him!" To prove his point, the teen started to chuckle maniacally to himself, muttering the words 'fuck boy' and 'I'll make him pay'.

"He's clearly delusional and exhausted from his trip here. We can't just leave him."

"But he'll probably just do the same with us!" Piper stated.

"He isn't exactly a good person." Trey sighed before throwing the teens arm over his shoulder.

"Look, you guys might not have the best history, but we can't just leave him to die. We'll get him patched up and later deal with whatever problems you have." Piper wanted to argue, but she knew he did have a point. Even if he did try to rob them and maybe even kill, her consciousness wouldn't allow her to just leave him here. And even if she did, he had already crossed the border. Some other demigod would eventually find him and bring him into camp. She sighed in exasperation before walking over to the teens other arm and through over her shoulder, helping him walk.

"Just so you know, I still don't trust him." Piper remarked, to which Trey smiled.

"You don't have to. As long as you help get him the help he needs, you're doing the right thing." Piper couldn't help but smile at her older brother.

"That was pretty mature of you to say."

"Don't get used to it, newbie." He said with a roll of his eyes, before looking down at the teen they were both carrying.

"You got a name Mr. axe?" He asked, to which the teen raised his head wearily, giving the son of Aphrodite one last tired look.

"Tony. Tony Contino." He said quietly, before passing out from exhaustion.

Angel walked out of the trailer he called home, his backpack now ready with everything he might need. He packed extra clothes, some drachma, cash, snacks, water and a blanket. He figured that this time he wouldn't get the luxury of staying in a vip hotel room, he'd have to camp outside in the woods on the way to Virginia. There's no way he could make it there in one trip, he'd have to stop at night to sleep before continuing. He looked outside to the main entrance of the ranch, to see his bike parked exactly where he left it the day before. He'd been taking it out on test drives for the past week, almost every day after he finished it. Like he predicted, it only took him about a week to finish the bike completely, but he took an extra day to make it look nice. He spray painted it completely black, and with the word 'hope' written in red on the side of the seat and in front of the handle, where the numbers would be. He also added a ring of fire surrounding the word, just because he thought it looked cool.

He was about to go and start his bike when he felt a bright light flash behind him, and he took a second to wait for the light to die down to look behind him. He smiled when he saw Hestia in her 30 year old form appear before him, who also wore a warm smile.

"Hey mom. Almost thought you'd be a no show." He said teasingly. Hestia looked at the boy, seeing him smile warmly at her. She felt her heart melt in joy, but deep down she knew he was hiding the dread he felt from the nightmares he's been having.

'I have to tell him about his fatal flaw. But probably best until after he comes back so he can focus.' She thought to herself.

'No matter what I say, he'd probably keep being persistent about going. Not that I mind, I've had my eye on Khloris's flower for some time now.' She couldn't help but feel a little selfish at that, but the flower truly was beautiful. She just hoped her champion wouldn't run into trouble for her sake.

"Hey, you okay mom? You look out of it." Angel muttered in worry, breaking Hestia from her thoughts.

"Oh, sorry. I've had a lot on my mind recently. Olympus has been going through some godly drama as of late." She said sheepishly, and Angel raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"But no matter, I believe you have everything you need correct?" She asked her champion, to which he nodded.

"Yup. I got clothes, water, food and money in case of any emergencies." He said proudly.

"I shouldn't be gone for long. Hephaestus said it wasn't too big a favor." Hestia had to fight back the urge to giggle when he said that. The forge god spilled the beans about what the boy was planning almost immediately after she asked him about it. He truly was a terrible liar.

"You know, I'm not too comfortable with you riding half across the country on that thing." The goddess muttered, pointing to the boy's new dirt bike.

"If a cop sees you, they'd pull you over for sure."

"But that's why I asked for you to teach me mist manipulation." The amber eyes boy explained.

"In case anything happens that causes mortal problems, I can just wave my hand and they'll forget about it. Plus I can also make myself look older to mortals, so they don't see a 13 year old kid riding a motorcycle." He said, appreciating that Hestia took the time to teach him this. It was hard for him to get the hang of it at first, seeing as mortals have more trouble with the mist. But he did eventually get the hang of it, and was now confident that he could at least disguise himself to look older.

"I just don't want you to get all power hungry and making mortals think you're a god or something, because the real gods *cough* Zeus *cough, wouldn't be too happy about that." Angel couldn't help but chuckle a bit.

"Don't worry I won't. I'll just complete the favor and be back as soon as possible."

"Good." The goddess said simply, before enveloping her son in a tight hug. Angel didn't waste time to hug her back, but as he did he felt memories from his dreams echo in his mind.

'Freak.'

'You'll never get adopted.'

'You aren't worth the effort.'

"Come back safe you hear?" The goddess asked, rubbing the back of his head soothingly while she hugged him.

"Yeah...Yeah I will. Don't worry mom." He said softly, before letting go and giving her a small and weak smile.

"I better get going." Hestia smiled, before leaning down and kissing her son on the forehead. His eyes widened at this, and he felt heat rush to his face. For a second, he completely forgot about the dreams he had been having, and of the memories that plagued him.

"I'll see you in a few days, my son." The goddess said softly, before flashing away in a pillar of fire.

"Yeah… see ya." He mumbled softly, before looking at his new bike.

'I'll be back mom, and hopefully I can show just how much you mean to me with what I bring home.'

A/N: We got some things to look forward to, what with Hera having a superiority complex, Tony making it to camp and Angel going on his second quest. I've been thinking of making Tony Angel's Vegeta if you know what I mean. Let me know what you guys think cuz I would love to make that happen. Also Idk if it's weird for you guys that a preteen learns to ride a motorcycle, but for me who was raised in Texas, I learned to drive cars and four wheelers at like 10 years old. And I got to ride my first motorcycle at like 14. I always wanted to get my own bike and ride across the US, so now my OC gets to do it for me. Oh and if you guys are wondering what the bike looks like, look up the Apollo DB-36 250cc dirt bike. That's the bike that Angel gets the pleasure of driving around. This is also the last chapter I'm publishing till mid January, since I want to focus on spending Christmas and New Years with my family. I hope you guys/gals have an awesome Christmas and I'll see you guys next year.
