The camera would come on to not the Aftermath studio, but a makeshift set in the middle of a mall. The peanut gallery bleachers were still here and had grown in size yet again, with three more rows since it has been a while when the last Aftermath happened. "Welcome back to Total Drama Aftermath! Geoff and I are here again to bring you another great show in the location of the season finale, here in Montreal!" Bridgette held her arms out, emphasizing the mall they were in.

"That's right, we're here in our home country for the finale, which we still have a way to get to! We've got five peeps still in the game! Alex, the conniving actor whose facade is finally breaking! Amber, the up and coming politician who has stuck it out with her strategies! Katniss, the wild girl who has grown plenty across the course of the game thanks to her newfound friends! Max, the wannabe villain who is still here somehow? Then Raphael, the military cadet who has kept a strict eye on the million while also playing fair! Just who could win it?" Geoff listed off the contestants in the final five, their pictures appearing on the television one by one.

Bridgette and Geoff gave exaggerated shrugs at the question, since no one knew who it was going to be. "Who knows? But let's meet our guests who appeared throughout the challenges between our last Aftermath and this one!" Bridgette said as the camera now panned over to the frontmost row of the peanut gallery that wasn't empty.

The spotlight first shown on Scott, who was sitting next to Sam and having his ear talked off. Before Scott could even give a wave, Sam leaned into the spotlight, pointing at Scott while doing so. "Hey all! Scott here! Hehe." Sam laughed afterwards, while Scott just rolled his eyes.

Next to Scott and Sam was Alejandro, who just sat upright with his arms crossed. "May I ask what the meaning of having us here is if we are not competing even?" he asked, raising an eyebrow towards the hosts.

"Because you were on the show dude! You gotta be here!" Geoff answered, seeing it as a good thing to be here.

The camera panned over to Brick next, who saluted as soon as he was put on the spotlight. "Greetings hosts! It is an honor to be here!" Brick greeted Geoff and Bridgette, using a loud voice and harsh tone. He wasn't trying to sound mean, just trying to follow proper code.

To Brick's right was the Pahkitew final four, going in order from left to right Shawn, Jasmine, Sky, and Sugar. Shawn was shuddering in fear and looking around nervously while Jasmine patted his back to try and calm him down. "Umm, is he okay?" Sky asked, pointing at Shawn.

Jasmine nodded her head, since Shawn was too afraid to answer. "He hates being in malls. Says they're the most dangerous spot in the zombie apocalypse." Jasmine answered, to which Shawn got more freaked out just hearing that word.

"Any one of those shoppers could be a z-zombie! Then it spreads, and the whole mall is a zombie buffet!" Shawn shouted, holding both hands on top of his head.

With the new peanut gallery members out of the way, the camera panned back over to Geoff and Bridgette, who both had looks of concern for Shawn. "Well that's umm... you two can leave if you'd like." Bridgette told the survivalist couple, to which Shawn hurried out of his seat. Jasmine soon followed, which made some more room in the peanut gallery.

Geoff grabbed a remote from the table in front of the couch and now turned on the television. "Alright, so we've gotta rapid fire through the cannon of shame vids today, since we've got something a lot more important to get through once they're all over!" Geoff told the audience, before just hitting the play button the remote and letting them all play in order.

-After the Cannon of Shame: Matias-

Matias was flying through the air clutching his parachute for basically dear life. Boney Island soon came in view, and he pulled his parachute preemptively, letting it come out and slow his fall. "Phew, I thought Chris was going to give us broken ones or something." Matias sighed with relief as he saw it successfully deploy.

Matias continued to drift towards the island, although it was clear thanks to his early deployment that he wasn't going to make it all the way there. "Shoot! This isn't good!" he shouted as he began to swing his legs up to give himself more distance.

The swinging helped a little to stall his descent, but Matias soon landed in the water a ways from the shore of Boney Island. "Phew... I think I can just swim now..." Matias said as he surfaced, looking towards the island.

His relief-worry switching pattern switched back to worry as he looked behind him and saw the all too familiar mutant shark Fang coming up behind him. "Fang! Crud!" Matias yelled as he now began to swim as fast as he could towards the shore off camera, with Fang chasing after him.

-End Footage-

Matias walked into the makeshift studio once the footage ended, looking unharmed despite what had happened. "I take it you got away from that shark bro?" Geoff asked him.

Matias walked over to the peanut gallery front row and sat down with his arms crossed. "Oh I did, but it was miserable! You don't know how it feels to have a shark chasing you do you?" Matias asked Geoff back.

There was a collective "NO!" from the peanut gallery, as most of them had been chased by a shark in one form or another.

Matias rolled his eyes, annoyed that he couldn't just have his moment. "Whatever, I'm here now, can we just get these over with?" he asked Geoff, pointing at the tv soon after.

Geoff shrugged and just hit play on the remote, starting up the next clip. "Up next we've got everyone's favorite weirdo, Richard!"

-After the Cannon of Shame: Richard-

Richard was soaring through the air across the pacific ocean that looked rather orange at this time of night. "Well, I guess I should have expected that... I lasted a lot longer than I thought! I'll take getting to the merge, yeah, that's something to brag about." Richard told himself, now smiling as he pulled the cord on his parachute and deployed it.

He sailed towards the port where it seemed as though a mariachi band was waiting for him there. "Huh? I guess Chris prepared stuff for the losers after they got launched. Oh, I hope [REDACTED] does fine. She was kinda quiet, so she shouldn't make any enemies I think." Richard now worried for his new girlfriend, soon dropping down into the water.

Richard surfaced quickly, looking up at the band on the boardwalk in front of him that was playing music for whatever reason this late at night. "You guys are pretty creepy with that music you know? Do you ever stop smiling?" Richard told them, chuckling afterwards.

The band didn't seem to appreciate that though, as every single instrument besides the violin stopped playing, now leaving just the eerie sounds of violins echoing through the night. "Wow you guys sure... got creepier..." Richard said, shuddering a little as their smiles only seemed to grow, and the music just got more and more distorted.

-End Footage-

Richard soon walked out into the mall studio, waving at the camera. Plenty of looks of jealousy could be seen from the peanut gallery, since nearly half of them had been in the bottom two with him and had gotten the boot. "Welcome Richard! How does it feel to be dating [REDACTED]?" Geoff asked him, quickly getting an elbow from Bridgette who pointed at the script in front of them.

Richard crossed his arms as he walked over to the peanut gallery and sat down next to Matias. "She isn't a psycho... ugh, I just didn't expect her to have that side to her." Richard replied, since everyone here had seen all of the episodes leading up to now.

Robin had a grin on her face, reaching forward and flicking Richard on the back of the head. "Oh she's a psycho alright, and so are you if you think that you should even give her a chance!" Robin sneered at him afterwards.

Richard groaned, as most people shared a similar sentiment to Robin. "Okay, so she's done some crazy stuff, but she's really not all that bad! We got along really well! Amber and Katniss did too, just they're not here right now." he tried to defend her, but no one was willing to buy it.

Sky shook her head, looking disappointed. "I'm sorry, but she's not the person you thought she was. You know where her actual loyalty lies." Sky told him, and it was hard for Richard to just refute that.

Richard sighed and rested his hands on his palms. "I guess, I just had some hope. This is Total Drama, so I guess it was too good to be true." Richard said with a defeated tone, slouching in his seat.

Bridgette and Geoff had looks of pity for Richard, since things just came crashing down for him like they usually did. "Well let's move on to our next contestant! After some drama with Marty and Summer ultimately led to her elimination, here is Brinley!" Bridgette announced, gesturing to the television as it played the next clip.

-After the Cannon of Shame: Brinley-

Brinley was flying through the misty air in the Bermuda Triangle, where it was hard to see if there was even land in the distance. "Huh? Where am I? I'm headed towards that beach we were at right?" Brinley asked herself, one hand on the cord ready to pull as soon as she saw land.

The mist in the air made it difficult for Brinley to see even a foot further ahead of her, but she soon thought she saw something up in the distance and pulled the cord on her parachute. It deployed, and Brinley began to drift towards one of the tiny islands out here in the ocean. "Okay, so these things do work. Summer is probably going to beat the crap out of me, so at least I'll be fine until then." she said, now thinking of the retro girl she booted.

Brinley soon landed on a beach, and looked around to see if anyone else was here. "Hello? Someone? Anyone around here!?" she called out, waving her arms around after taking off her parachute.

She would get her answer soon, as a motorboat pulled up to the shore with the Aftermath co-hosts aboard. "Sup! Want a ride?" Geoff asked her, motioning for her to climb in.

Brinley sighed with relief and hopped in, sitting in the box while Geoff and Bridgette sat in the front. "Phew, I was expecting something much worse here. Thanks guys." Brinley thanked them, and the motorboat sped off out of frame.

-End Footage-

Brinley walked out into the studio once the footage was done playing, and received mostly the same reaction that Richard had gotten when he walked in. "Hello, traitor." Summer spoke first, glaring at Brinley.

Brinley tried to look away from Summer, walking over to the peanut gallery and taking a seat next to Richard. "Geez... it's pretty quiet here isn't it?" Brinley nervously chuckled, before just letting out a sigh and looking down.

Bridgette watched the two and stood up from her seat, looking more upset with Summer than with Brinley. "Look Summer, it isn't Brinley's fault that you ended up here. She got played by Alex, just like you did. He's the reason a lot of you are here, so chill out with the aggression okay?" Bridgette told her, individually pointing at Trish, Ricky, Summer, and Matias. There were others she could have pointed at, but they currently weren't here.

Summer grumbled in her seat, still glaring at Brinley. "Whatever, I'm still stuck here and not on that cruise ship, so I'm still mad at her." Summer responded bitterly, surprisingly not taking any further action or getting physical.

Brinley briefly smiled at Bridgette, mouthing the words 'Thank you', to which Bridgette smiled and gave a nod back. Geoff had a different approach to stop things from escalating, just starting up the next clip. "Aaaaand here's the next contestants! Noah and Valerie!"

-After the Cannon of Shame: Valerie and Noah-

Valerie was still screaming at the moment as she flew through the air, and Noah was nowhere in sight currently. "Stupid Noah, stupid Chris, stupid Katniss, they're all stupid! I hope Amber manages to kick all their asses for me, since they all have it coming!" Valerie yelled, then pulling the cord on her parachute as land came into view.

The parachute deployed, and her fall was stalling as she cruised towards Thailand. Now that she was simply drifting, she looked behind her and saw Noah much further behind her. He already had deployed his parachute, and was currently reading the Great Gatsby. "Where did you get that book from? Shouldn't you be more worried about your life!?" Valerie asked him loudly.

Noah just shrugged, turning a page in the book. "Chris has done way worse to us than this. I really don't care. We're going to get picked up soon to head to the Aftermath, so just let me read in peace." Noah answered, looking disinterested.

Valerie rolled her eyes at the bookworm's apathy, crossing her arms and just letting the parachute carry her towards the land. "You know, maybe if you weren't such a dork, you'd actually do well." Valerie told him, taking one quick jab just because she could.

Noah ignored her however, just continuing to read his book. Valerie was getting angrier now that she was being ignored, but there wasn't anything she could do about it. "Seriously? Nothing? Wow you are no fun at all." Valerie looked away from him now, while Noah just got a small smirk on his face at her annoyance.

Valerie eventually landed in the parking lot where the go-karts had been originally parked, and soon took off her parachute. "Well that wasn't so bad. Where the heck do we even go now?" she asked herself, now looking around.

Soon after she started looking around, Noah coincidentally landed right on top of her, knocking her to the ground. "Thanks for breaking my fall." he thanked her smugly, before getting off of her and walking away with his book still in hand.

-End Footage-

Noah was already sitting in the Peanut Gallery where he had sat before, his head resting on his palm and just staring forward out with a bored expression. "Didn't get shocked by eels this time, so I'll call that a win." Noah remarked when the spotlight shifted over to him.

Valerie walked out into the studio soon after Noah's remark, waving at the camera. "What's up everyone! Guess what? All of you here lost to me! That's right, I was able to beat you all, so deal with it!" Valerie taunted everyone in the Peanut Gallery, which didn't get the most welcoming reactions.

Noah smirked at her, and pointed one finger at the seat next to Brinley. "You're forgetting the part where you got shot out of a cannon and also the part where Katniss is still in the game and all you can do is take the seat right over there and this L." Noah held an L on his forehead with his other hand, which got some laughs from those around him.

Valerie growled at Noah and walked over to her seat next to Brinley and sat down, still trying to act high and mighty. "Whatever, you're just salty I was able to outrank you all." Valerie shot back after some time.

"Wrong again." Noah remarked quickly, still keeping his head on his palm as he looked down at where she was sitting. "We tied. But for whatever reason, I am considered tenth, and you're eleventh. So please curb your enthusiasm." Noah told her, before pulling out the still unfinished Great Gatsby and getting back to reading it.

Bridgette could tell there was plenty of animosity brewing between the two of them, so she took the Geoff approach to the problem and just started up the next clip. "Next up we have another duo! One a slimy surfer, and the other with the most best friends on the planet! Sensing some Staci vibes there." Bridgette introduced the two before starting the clip.

-After the Cannon of Shame: Tristan and Wolfy-

Tristan was flying through the air, one hand on his hat to make sure it wouldn't fly off. "Talk about a bummer way to go out, one vote and that's it. Real bummer man." Tristan said to himself, looking forward as the military camp came into view and deciding when would be a good time to pull the cord.

Wolfy was still screaming as they soared, clutching her parachute tightly. "This is so unfair! Alex used that stupid idol and got us both kicked off! I bet he stole the other one from someone too!" Wolfy whined, kicking at the air.

Tristan groaned at her whining, soon pulling his cord and letting it deploy. "You're really mad over that still? Chill out. It's over." Tristan told her, relaxing a bit now that he was drifting towards the ground.

Wolfy crossed her arms after pulling her cord, her parachute also deploying successfully. "Ugh... I guess you're right. Darkness would have handled that situation a lot better. Alex would be here instead of us. I just hope he doesn't win. Everyone knows how he is now, so he's done for." Wolfy grumbled, looking down at the ground to make sure they wouldn't land anywhere dangerous.

The two of them landed at around the same time, tossing their parachutes aside. Things took a turn for the worse though, as a swarm of soldiers circled around them soon after. "Freeze spies! You're coming with us!" one of them yelled, aiming their guns at the duo. Tristan and Wolfy exchanged worried looks with each other before the camera faded to black.

-End Footage-

Tristan walked out into the mall studio first, soon followed by Wolfy. "Woah, you two are okay? I thought you were gonna be taken prisoners." Matias asked, surprised that they were even here after what happened in the clip.

Trish for once spoke up, letting out a sigh. "They went through customs. Just say it's for a tv show and they let you go every time... even if it isn't..." she spoke completely monotone, before just going silent and getting some odd looks.

"Uhh... yeah. We explained what we were there for, and Brick cleared everything for us since he stayed in Korea. Thanks for that by the way dude." Tristan confirmed, doing a couple of finger guns at Brick.

Brick gave a quick salute back, and now the co-hosts looked over at Wolfy. "So Wolfy, there has been a lot of talk about you from our fans! A little bit of a clash between them actually. Some were absolutely furious you left, some were absolutely furious at those that were furious, it was a mess! Any comment on that?" Bridgette asked Wolfy, who looked to the camera with an unsure expression.

Wolfy tapped a finger to her chin as she thought, before shrugging. "Well... I'm happy I made it to the merge! Honestly, I think I've grown from being on Total Drama! I never really had a thing like my best friends do, but hey, this was a noteworthy thing! So don't get too upset okay?" Wolfy said to the camera, smiling brightly.

Bridgette nodded, and Geoff gave her a thumbs up. "Right on brah, keep things positive!" Geoff told her, and the two now walked over to the peanut gallery.

Once Tristan sat down next to Valerie and Wolfy sat down next to Tristan, Geoff got the next clip ready. "Now for our final guest! The final person in the love triangle, and just a typical sarcastic dude, it's Marty!"

-After the Cannon of Shame: Marty-

Marty was flying away from Pahkitew Island, holding onto both parachute straps tightly. He had no idea where he was headed at this point, since normally the cannon was fired towards wherever the challenge had been, but now he had been fired from where the challenge was. "Of course Alex just had to get invincibility, this sucks. But hey, I'm seeing all the old pals from the alliance finally, so that's cool." Marty said, staying a bit optimistic.

Soon, Marty could see land coming up in the distance and pulled his cord. The parachute didn't deploy though, and instead a bunch of plastic Chris heads flew out of it, making the pack useless. "Gee Chris, those will be soooo helpful when I'm falling from the sky!" Marty remarked, tucking his hands over his head as he braced for impact.

That impact wouldn't come though, as he instead landed in the water just near one of the ports of West Vancouver. He surfaced and gasped for air, sighing with relief as he saw that he was unharmed. "Okay, I'm fine, good. That was probably planned on Chris's part, wouldn't want a lawsuit on his hands like that." Marty told himself, mostly to give himself the idea that Chris wouldn't risk their lives like that.

Marty climbed up one of the ladders against the concrete port, looking around to see if there was anything else Chris planned. It didn't look like there was though, and it was evidenced by an angry worker that now started to walk towards him. "What's a kid like you doing here!? Scram!" he yelled, so Marty tossed the parachute pack aside and ran off. "Man... Chris really couldn't have had someone here to pick me up?"

-End Footage-

Marty walked out into the studio, and things got tense quickly as he saw Summer and Brinley. "Hi guys. Wow... did someone die? Things are really quiet right now." Marty asked, chuckling afterwards.

Geoff shook his head, then pointed at the two girls. "It's about the chicks dude, they've both got a thing for you." Geoff told him, making Marty blush slightly and take a deep breath.

"Of course, why does this fall to me... I'm not going to delve into that. Both of them are my friends. We had some problems, which wouldn't have been problems if we y'know, didn't try to best the other over a relationship that wasn't even going! The final five could be me, Matias, Summer, Brinley, and Tristan right now if we just stuck together. But no, none of us made it." Marty half-commented half-scolded the two as he walked over to the peanut gallery and sat down.

There was some awkward silence now, and neither of the girls wanted to outright respond first. So Richard decided to break the silence. "So... can we move on to [REDACTED] now?" Richard asked, looking at the television and waiting for the clip to start.

Bridgette shook her head, pressing the play button and showing that Marty's clip was the last one they had. "Uh... not sure who that is?" Bridgette nervously chuckled, looking at the script on the table again.

Geoff nodded in agreement with Bridgette, now remembering what they were told to do after Bridgette elbowed him earlier. "Yeah dude, Marty was our last guy. The cruise ship just left Pahkitew, and now they're heading to Florida baby!" Geoff tried to change the subject, much to Richard's dismay.

Yves raised an eyebrow at what they were doing, crossing her arms. "Hmm, odd that you guys are leaving out [REDACTED], but I guess that's Chris being Chris. I could have sworn we've met before actually. I think it was at a ski resort? But whatever, I'll play along." Yves said, now ready to go along with the subject change as well.

Bridgette sighed with relief as no one else seemed to question it, looking towards the camera. "I know this was a shorter show than usual, but that's because we really can't send anyone in or impact the game too much here! But what we can do is give someone in the final five an advantage in the next challenge! That'll be up to you guys at home of course. We can't say what it is, but it'll definitely help them, possibly even just give them a free pass into the final four!" Bridgette announced, the Aftermath theme starting back up to signal that the show was about to end.

Geoff pointed both hands at the camera, looking more excited now. "Yup, you heard Bridge, you guys get to help out one player left in the final five! We all know it won't be Max or Alex, but we'll see who gets it! Until next time this has been!" Geoff added, and soon Bridgette would join him in unison.

"Total... Drama... Aftermath!"

Contestants Remaining:

Alex, Raphael, Amber, Katniss, Max

I know, this one was a bit shorter than the other Aftermaths. I wanted to do something like Hawaiian Style in TDWT, but it's the final five, so I couldn't really do that. We'll be seeing everyone soon in the finale, and in the transition episode between the seasons, so I ultimately decided that a quick catch up like this would be the best way to do it. I think you guys can already imagine who won't be in any future seasons, and it's not Wolfy surprisingly. After some thinking, I'll let Wolfy be. So as always, be sure to leave a review! The feedback always helps, and it could sway who the canonical winner will be! See you all next time!

Also if you haven't already, be sure to check out my newest fic, Total Drama Frozen Firsts! It's all canon characters, with a cast mainly having the finalists and first boots from throughout the series! It'll be a bit of a back and forth between that season and this one as it wraps up, so if you've been enjoying this, you'll probably like Frozen Firsts as well!

The mall doesn't have a P.O. box for fanmail this time, that and too many reviews mentioned [REDACTED], so it would have just been really awkward. So I'll just be reacting to reviews normally instead of doing the fanmail segment. Sorry guys.

GirlPower54: Max getting this far was not in the original draft, but I've been having fun writing him so I've kept him around. So don't count him out just yet! Never heard someone describe Scarlett Fever in a good light. I know it's up there with "Sundae Muddy Sundae" and "I See London..." as one of the most hated episodes in the fandom for how it absolutely derailed Scarlett. [REDACTED] felt like a second try at writing Scarlett honestly, and she was fun to use while she was here. Couldn't let her win though.

Nobody245: This certainly is an interesting final batch. I hopefully haven't made it too obvious who the finalists are. As I hinted a few episodes back, the final two in the original draft was going to be Marty and Amber. Marty felt way too predictable though, and his plot was over, so that was it for him. No worries about showing favoritism either, Katniss has well deserved her place in the final five!

Fritz Electroscreech: Thanks for the offer, but I've got it handled.

MatiasND aka 'a: Yeah, we all saw it coming, but interesting choices to root for!

Alexneushoorn: Yeah, [REDACTED] was never really evil. I considered having her go the evil route, but that would just be repeating what already didn't work. Richard in particular really helped her grow a heart. Even though she likely won't be getting another season, I think this season alone was good growth for her as a person and a bit of a lesson about stanning someone and when it becomes too much. Max is the luckiest boy this season, sort of like how he snaked through Pahkitew. If you go and look back, he lucked out so many different times. I know you've already looked at Frozen Firsts (also thanks for the analysis, I found a lot of plotpoints and plotlines out of the things you mentioned), so thanks the review!

Attackin2: Well Richard didn't exactly shrug off what [REDACTED] did, mostly thanks to the others, and I've purposely separated the two since I still want him to be able to grow as a character. Interesting predictions as always that I won't confirm or deny, since we're so close to the end, so you'll just have to see!

Jessthedork: Obvious elimination is obvious yes, and the word you are looking for is "Juiciness" by the way. Just spelled a little differently. Thanks for the offer on the reaction, but we still got three more people to get rid of before we can get to the cheering!

Peskybirb: Even if you don't have much to say, glad you enjoyed the episode! Reviews are always nice to get!
