A/N: Welcome back, it's the first part of the sports festival! let's get into it.
Gohan's eyes shot open.
7:28 am
"Oh great, I woke up 2 minutes before my alarm, not even enough time to go back to sleep. I guess it's time to get up." Said Gohan rubbing his eyes.
Gohan's room was completely dark until warm lights slowly turned up bright enough to make him get up.
"Ah cold floor cold floor." he said as he skipped across the floor picking up his uniform.
"Today is the day. Time to put on a show." He said to himself in the mirror as he fixed his shirt.
Iris greeted him in the living room with fresh breakfast.
"Are you ready?" Asked Iris pouring a cup of apple juice
"I don't know? Are you? I saw you're on the support roaster. And by support roaster, I mean you and the nurse." Gohan said as he cut his eggs.
"Yeah she doesn't take too kindly to me but all well, a job is a job. I'll be in your ear the whole time just in case you get carried away. So don't get carried away." Iris said as she sipped a cup of coffee
"Heard that, don't get carried away." Gohan said as he finished his breakfast " You ready to go? We need to be there pretty soon." he added
"Yeah, let's go. " Iris nodded
Gohan held on to her shoulder and...
*Pop*
They were , not there but in an alley near the stadium, couldn't risk getting caught by a pro hero or something like that.
"Gohan! " A familiar voice called, it was everyone's favorite green-haired quirk user Deku.
"Yo Gohan." Called Kirishima right behind him
Gohan realized that all of his friends were waiting on him so he looked at Iris, gave her a smile and walked over to the boys.
"Yo guys! What's up? Are you ready for today ?" Asked the demi-Saiyan.
"Yeah, I've been training my butt off, really getting the handle on my quirk." Exclaimed Midoriya.
"Yeah? I can't wait to see" Said Kirishima patting Deku on the back.

"Awh man I was totally hoping I could wear my costume," said Mina
"At Least everyone will be in uniforms that'll keep things fair right ?" Reasoned Ojiro

"I wonder what they have in store for us in the first round." Said Sato
"No matter what they have prepared for us we must persevere." Replied Tokoyami
"EVERYONE GET YOUR GAME FACES ON WE'RE ENTERING THE ARENA SOON" Exclaimed Iida as he opened the door.
"Midoriya, Gohan" Said Todoroki calling the two boys attention
They both turned to see the half avatar walking toward them.
"Hey Todoroki what's up ?" Asked Deku
This conversation caught the ears of most of the class some, Bakugou and Ochaco, listened closely.
"From an objective standpoint, I think it's fairly clear that I'm stronger than you." Said Tooroki
"Yeah" Midoriya agreed
"However you have both All Might and Gohan helping you out, I'm not here to pry about what's going on between you all but know that I will beat you." Told Shoto with a tone that could kill a horse. "That goes for you too Gohan, you might be strong maybe even too strong for your own good but that doesn't mean you can slack because the moment you slack I'll be there to wipe the floor with you." He added
"Woah what's with all these Declarations of War ?" Asked Kaminari
"Yeah, what's the big deal? Why are you picking a fight all a sudden? Asked Kirishima as he put his hand on Shoto's shoulder "and right before we get started."
"We're not here to be friends," Said Shoto brushing him off "Don't forget this isn't a team effort."
"Wait a second Todoroki," Said Deku with newfound confidence. " I don't know what's going through your head or why you think you need to tell me you'll beat me and yeah, of course, you're better than me."
"Midoriya maybe you're being a bit hard on yourself." Said Kirishima
"No, All the other classes, they're coming at us with everything they got. We all gonna have to fight to stand out and I'll be aiming for the top too." Continued Deku
"Fine" Shoto replied.

"HEY ALL YOU LOVELY PEOPLE ! MY NAME PRESENT MIC AND I'VE GOT ONE QUESTION TO ASK YA !" Shouted an overexcited Present Mic
"WHAT." Replied the Crowd in Unison
"ARE YOU READY ?!" Asked Present Mic
The Crowd shouted and cheered loudly.
"I SAID ARE YOU READDDYYY" Exclaimed PM almost bursting with joy
The Crowd exploded. If Present Mic could do one thing it was getting a huge pop from the crowd sending the hype into the atmosphere.
"This year we're bringing you some of the hottest performances in sports festival history guaranteed!" He explained
Everyone watched as the students walked into the arena, huge pops everywhere for each class.
"Hey Gohan are you ready for your speech?" Asked Ochaco
"Excuse me my what?" Replied Gohan absolutely shook at the words that just hit his ear.
"Yeah you're the president of Class 1A, you get to give a speech at the start of the festival," Ochaco explained.
"Why didn't anyone tell me that?" Asked Gohan looking around at Class
"Well I would have messaged you but we actually don't have any way of getting in contact with each other. " Said Momo from behind "Good luck, Mister President."
"Well here goes nothing I guess." Said Gohan with a shrug waiting for his turn to go on stage. "Oh, and Momo, if you wanted my number you could have just asked" Gohan added with a smirk and a wink.
"i- ITS NOTHING LIKE THAT I just…" Blurted Momo as she blushed and put her head down
"Now the introductory speech !" Said The R-Rated Hero
"Silence everyone! And for the student pledge, we have….Son Gohan!" Yelled Midnight into the mic with a little too much excitement for the kid.
Gohan walked up to the stage giving a smile to the crowd.
"WHY IS HE SO PRETTY" Thought every girl in the stadium
"I'd first like to start off by saying Welcome to the UA Sports Festival!" Said Gohan as the crowd burst into a hoorah "Now is the time as students we've all been waiting for once a year, three times in a lifetime, you get to stand here on this field, you get to leave your blood, sweat, and tears on this field. Today you not only fight for glory BUT FOR HONOR!" Gohan said with the passion and pride of a full-blooded Saiyan.
This small speech caused the crowd to get pumped up even more. The stadium was shaking with noise as Gohan left the stage.
"Great speech Gohan."
"Good job Gohan"
"Gohan you're so cute"
"What a manly man"
"I'm going to kill em"
Where just a few things Gohan heard walking back to his class, some of them he knew who they were from. That was definitely Blasty threatening murder.
"After a speech like that let's get started! First up…" Announced Midnight
A wheel spun at breakneck speeds.
"What could it be?" Asked Midnight
"Tada!" Said Midnight as she showed off the sign
"OBSTACLE COURSE" it read.
"All eleven class will participate in this treacherous contest, the track is four kilometers outside the stadium. I don't want to restrain anyone… In this case. As long as you don't leave the course you're free to do What Ever You Want." Midnight explained to the crowds applause
"Now then take your places contestants." She added
At the starting line.
"That was a great speech you gave up there." Said a new girl with orange hair
"Yeah? You think so?" Asked Gohan not stopping his warm-ups.
"Yeah short, heartfelt, simple. Something the masses will love, what's more to ask for?" Said the girl.
"I guess so huh." Replied Gohan finishing his warm-ups "I'm sorry I don't think we've ever formally met, what is your name?" Asked the Galatic Hero
"Oh sorry, clumsy me, I just came over here and started talking. Kendo. Itsuka Kendo." The girl said as she started blushing over her mistake
"Itsuka huh? I like it." Said Gohan
"RUNNERS ON YOUR MARK"
"Well, Isuka I can't wait to see what you do." Added Gohan as he lined up."
"You too Gohan." She replied as she walked away
"I can't believe a cute boy likes MY name"
READY
SET
GO!
The crowd of students bursts out the door only to get caught by Todoroki's Ice. Except for a few, Class 1A students of course. But Momo, Bakugo, Kirishima, Gohan, Deku, and surprisingly Aoyama of all people.
"I WONT LET YOU GET AWAY FROM ME YOU ICY HOT BASTARDDD" Yelled Bakugo
"I didn't expect so many people to dodge that, especially those from other classes," Said Shoto as he kept running.
"You think you're soo cool but I've outsmarted you Todoroki!" Said Mineta as he bounded from ball to ball
"Now it's time for my special attack. GGRAAPPEEE SOODD-" Mineta was then hit with a metric ton of metal causing him to fly out of the course.
"We're blasting off again" Mumbled Gohan under his breath at the sight of Mineta.
This was a breeze for Gohan, he was just flying over the competition… Literally.
"Oh heyyy its the robots from the entrance exam." Said Gohan
"It sure is" Replied Deku
The realization of enemies brought everyone to a standstill.
"Well Shoto has truly displayed his power, so I guess it's my turn." Said Gohan
"Stand Back everyone, I'm going to clear the way so we can keep going" Announced Gohan.
"What do you plan on doing? You can't even take one of those things out pretty boy" said a student
"Yeah stop wasting our time we gotta go."
"Gohan what do you plan on doing?" Asked Deku
"One move." Replied Gohan
"One MOVE ?!" Yelled Deku in shock
"Yep ol reliable," Gohan replied as he cupped his hands
"KAAAAMMMMEEEEEHHHHHAAAAMMMEEEE" Blue light appeared in his hands engulfing them and half his body
"HAAAA" Yelled Gohan as the beam left his hand and traveled out words expanding the width of the course.
The dust cleared to see all of the robots gone and the ground looking like a half-pipe ready for skating. Class 1A was used to this so they pushed through the smoke as soon as the blast was finished giving them a head start.
All the students were dumbfounded. Not only all the students but EVERYONE in the stadium. Silence fell for a minute before a huge uproar.
"LADIES AND GENTLEPEOPLE CLASS 1A'S GOHAN !" Yelled Present Mic
The Pro heroes sat in the viewing box in silence. Most of them have never seen Gohan's power and honestly, most of the teachers were still taken aback.
"The Power, I haven't seen anything like it since.. Since…" Said Best Jeanist
"Me" Finished All Might.
Back at the race
Gohan flew past all the other students
"Don't think I'll fall behind," Shouted Todoroki as he boosted ahead, making Gohan and him neck and neck.
"I know you won't, that's why I can't stop either." Said Gohan as he pushed forward
"DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME !" Yelled Bakugo coming up from the rear
"And me either" Said Deku right behind him.
"Would you look at this ladies and gentlepeople! The top 5 in the race are all Class 1A's very own!" Explained Present Mic
First place: Son Gohan
Second place: Shoto Todoroki
Third Place: Katsuki Bakugo
Fourth Place: Izuku Midoriya
Fifth Place: Momo Yaoyorazu
"Jeez, Aisawa what are you feeding these kids?" Asked Present Mic
Aizawa was silent.
"They've seen what the real world is like. They've felt the fear of facing villains, yet they fight on,trying to overcome that feeling. They've grown, all of them, and they know they have to act quickly if they want to stay alive." Explained Aizawa
The crowd cheered loudly.
"Wise words from the silent!" Exclaimed PM " For those of you who thought the first part of the race was easy here comes the second part! The FALLLLLL" He added
A huge canyon with a bunch of stone pillars with wires connecting them spread about one kilometer in length causing all the students to come to a halt.
"When did they have time to create all this ?" Asked Ochaco as Gohan dropped down next to her.
"I'm not sure but it looks fun." Replied Gohan
Tsuyu walked up first preparing herself for a big jump.
"Ribbet," She yelled as she flew through the air. "This is my moment! easy peasy" she added as she landed on the wire.
"In the world of heroes, it's hard to get popular without a flashy quirk. Right EraserHead?" Said Mic
"I don't know what you're talking about" replied Aizawa with a little announce
"It looks like Gohan fell out of the lead giving it to Shoto!" Said Present Mic puzzled.
"Now Aizawa why would he do that?" Asked Mic
"Watch and find out," Aizawa said coldly
"Where's Gohan ?" Thought Shoto "it's not like him to fall back"
"You're looking for Gohan, WORRY ABOUT ME YOU BASTARD!" Yelled Bakugo
"Looks like he's finally getting serious, good" Said Shoto under his breath. "But still where is he?"
*Pop*
"I'm right here, thanks for clearing that for me." Said Gohan as he phased into existence
The Crowd exploded.
"How did he do that !?" Asked Present Mic "Aizawa you're his teacher what's the deal with Gohan?"
"Son Gohan, Class 1A's President, is an extremely talented student with multiple tricks up his sleeve. There is lots to come from him." Explained Aizawa trying not to spoil the fun
Back on the course.
"Damn Instant Transmission" Mumbled Todoroki "Should have known"
"YOU CHEATING BASTARD." Yelled Bakugo from above
"What are you going to do about it Bakugo? Exactly. Nothing" Said Gohan as he got faster.
"That should get him even more fired up" Thought Gohan
"I WILL KILL YOU!" Yelled Bakugo as he also pressed forward.
"Things are getting heated up folks as the students enter the last part of the race! The Minefield." Explained Mic
"The dude in first is so far ahead." Said a spectator
"His quirk is very powerful, but it's natural athletic talent and keen judgment keeping him in first place." Another replied
"If you look closely you'll see where those little bombs are buried so keep your eyes on the ground." Announced Mic "By the way those landmines were designed for this course to have a big bang but no bite, no student will be hurt by them." explained Mic.
Gohan flew right above the sand making the mines go off behind him. Kicking sand in the face of his classmates finishing the race. The other members of class 1A followed behind.
"WOAHHH Ladies and Gentlemen it looks like Gohan has pulled through and taken first place!" Exclaimed Present Mic in shock on near instant changing of the tides.
The students all panting and tired made their way back to the stadium where Midnight waited for them.
"Alright students you have a 20 minute break and then it's on to the second round… A CALVARY MATCH!" Midnight Explained " Get into teams of 2-4 and duke it out for the most points, the higher you placed in the last round the more points you get unless you're Gohan, he has the option of 10,000,000 or round immunity. And you most pick your teams in this 20 minute break."
Gohan put his hand behind his head and looked into the sky.
"A huge lead or immunity, if I take the immunity I won't have to participate in the round and can go all out in the final round which I assume is some kinda fight. But if I take the huge lead I can support my classmates and push them into the spotlight... I'm not sure" Thought Gohan
A hand came down on Gohan's shoulder bringing him out of his thoughts. "Take the immunity." Said the owner of the hand
Gohan turned around to see none other than his good friend and student, Midoriya.
With a smile Midoriya tells Gohan to take the immunity, "You won't always be there to help us or put us on to new opportunities, sometimes we've gotta do it by ourselves." Explained Izuku.
Gohan shook his head in understanding, smiled, and walked away. As Gohan walked away another student from 1A approached, it was Momo.
"Hey Gohan" She said shyly "I was wanting to know if you'd be in a cavalry team with me" she asked.
Gohan was drawn back...A girl wanting to team up with him? He began to blush.
"Oh, I'm so sorry Momo, I've decided to take the immunity." He explained
She looked sad and embarrassed. Gohan sees this and quickly adds on.
"But here's this," as Gohan quickly takes her arm causing her to blush severely. "This is the physical composition for a hyper conductive steel javelin." Explained Gohan as he wrote up her arm "I was thinking you could team up with Denki and you could create these with little to no effort and he could charge them up with his quirk and essentially throw powerful bolts of lighting." Explained Gohan
Momo was shocked at the explanation and how well thought out it was.
"What made you think about this ?" Asked Momo
"After the attack on USJ, I started working on team compositions and strategies for the best outcome for class 1-A having a total of 14,000 different strategies based on our quirks." explained Gohan "this one is one of my favorites, your best bet would be teaming up with not only Denki but Tenya as well."
"14,000 strategies there is no way... Well this is Gohan we are talking about" thought Momo
"I'll be sharing some of the simpler strats with the class in the upcoming weeks, they'll be very useful soon I believe." Explained Gohan
"Why?" Asked Momo
"Check your syllabus" Said Gohan as he walked away with his hands behind his head.

30 minutes have passed since Gohan and Momo last talked and the Calvary match was well on its as Gohan predicted Midoriya, Bakugo, and Todoroki's teams were in the lead, it was a very neck and neck battle. Momo took Gohan's advice but she was too late when it came to created what looked like a step stool backpack combination for Denki to set on.
"Hey Momo running around is fun and all but we are in 10th and I'd rather end in a place with one digit if you catch my drift." Said Denki
"I understand what you're saying but we've made it this far without any major conflict and with that, I've exhausted my skill set." Explained Momo
"Come on Momo we have to go harder! Further beyond our limits! Plus ULTRA! Remember what Gohan said? We are fighting for HONOR! Now I know you have some trick up your sleeve!" Cheered Denki to his partner
"He's right you know? What would the sponsors think if you settled for 10th? What would Gohan think? Definitely wouldn't take a loser on a date… Stop you don't like him like that? right? Anyways... Need to think of a plan… What would Gohan do?... That's it!" Thought Momo as she pulled up her sleeve.
"Alright Denki tell me who's in first place?" Commanded Momo
"Team Todoroki, why?" Asked Denki
"Remember that trick up my sleeve you asked for? Well, I got it and I think it'll help us out." She Explained
"Well make it quick. We have a minute left and we need 120 points to get 9th." Explained Denki as they ran toward Todoroki.
"Momo and Denki, not a threat, just simply more points to farm." Thought Todoroki
"LOOK AT THIS THE TWO PERSON ARMY WHO HAVE SURVIVED IN 10TH PLACE HAVE CAUGHT UP TO TEAM TODOROKI! WHAT DO THEY HAVE PLANNED?" Screamed PM
"Now Denki" Said Momo as she pulled a javelin out of her stomach "Take this and channel all of your quirks energy into this." She explained
"A javelin? I use to throw one of these back in primary school but I don't think it will-" Denki Started
"JUST TRUST ME!" Momo command "and if you don't trust me this idea came from Gohan and I know you trust him." she added
"No, I trust you." Said Denki in a stern voice as he gripped the javelin with all his might, channeling everything he had into.
A huge burst of light radiated from the javelin, lighting up the whole arena, something kin to a solar flare.
"Oh here it comes." Said Gohan at the edge of his seat.
The Javelin caught everyone's attention.
"Momo hurry! I can't hold on much longer ``explained Denki as he slowly became dumber.
"START THE COUNTDOWN" Yelled Present Mic
"10" shouted the crowd
"NOW DENKI" Commanded Momo
"9"
"SPECIAL MOVE: LIGHT JAVELIN" Yelled Both Denki and Momo as the hyper charged Javelin shot out of Denki's hand

"Todoroki ICE WALL NOW" Exclaimed the rest of his team as Shoto just stared at his impending doom like a deer in the headlights, being snapped out of it right before the javelin clashed with his team.
The massive ice wall exploded into a million pieces littering the ground with through the smoke and snow, the two man army pushed snatching a headband from team todoroki and running off with one second to spare.
The Alarm rings and the crowd goes wild!
Denki hops off Momo's back and flips the headband over hoping for something more than 120 both look at each other scared and sweaty as Momo flips it over, the headband read…
"1,000"
Momo started crying tears of joy and Denki dropped to his knees.
"IN FIRST PLACE TEAM TODOROKI" Shouted PM
"Sweet, I'm glad it worked." Said Gohan as he got up to go and congratulate his friends.
While walking down the hallway he was stopped by a tall, broad man. A flame quirk user with a frown on his face.
"You must be the Flame Hero: Endeavor." Said Gohan staring up at the man
"That is correct, I'm going to make this short. Your chances of beating my son are incredibly slim, and if you are to get into a match with him in this final round I would recommend forfeiting before you get hurt." Said the flame hero
Gohan chuckled and put his hands behind his head walking past the pro hero.
"That's why you'll always be number two Endeavor, not because your worst than All Might but because he can't humble yourself and walk with the people you're saving, you pity them for being powerless, you look down your nose at them every time-" Explained Gohan before getting cut off
"Stop your babbling kid, you know nothing of me, you know nothing of power-" Yelled Endeavor before Gohan cut him off for the last time
"I know nothing of power ?!" Asked Gohan with rage in his voice as he spiked his Ki just a little. Extinguishing the flames on Endeavor's body and pushing him a few feet from where he originally stood. " You wouldn't know power if it spit in your face, Enji. Goodbye." Said Gohan as he turned into the tunnel that led to the field.
Endeavor stood there for a moment thinking about what just happened. Causing his face to turn sour.

"Hey, Guys!" Gohan yelled to Momo and Denki with a wave
"GOHAN!" they both shouted as they ran toward him
"Special move: Light Javelin huh? Where'd that come from." Asked Gohan
They both looked at each other and shrugged.
"It just seemed like the right thing to say." Said Momo
"Uhh Yeah" Said Denki rubbing the back of his head "It came to me and split second and"
"It just sounded cool" They both said at the same time
"Ah good old synchronicity." Said Gohan with a smile "Congrats on fifth by the way"
"It was all because of you Gohan, if it wasn't for your javelin concept we would have stayed in 10th and would have had so much of a boom" Explained Momo
"Yeah Gohan you're a big help" Added Denki
"Denki, homie you have a lot of potential, here is my number if you ever want to train outside of school or just hang out." Explained Gohan
"WHAT NO WAY I get the legendary Gohan's phone number ?!" Said Denki with excitement in his voice. "I'm going to send you some sick memes" he added as he walked away.
"And as for you President." Said Gohan as he took her other arm and wrote down his number "You can message or call me for anything you want" he said with a smile as he looked her up and down before walking away.
"Thththank yyyouu" she mumbled as her whole body shakes.
"Keep flirting like that and you might end up with your own chichi" said Iris through the communicator.
Gohan Deadpanned
"You've been listening this whole time?"Asked Gohan
"I started listening when you spiked your Ki and just forgot to turn it off." Iris explained
"Sure you did" Gohan said sarcastically "So you heard my talk with Endeavor then ?"
"Correct." she replied
"And ?" He asked
"And what? I think you did the right thing." Said Iris
"Alright good, well I've gotta go before some sees me talking to myself and they send me off to the looney bin." Gohan explained.
"Good luck in your matches" Replied Iris before leaving the call.
