Disclaimer: I do not own Sofia the First, but I do own Evelyn, who is supposed be Sofia younger twin sister. I also do not own the song that is in this chapter.

Again, just letting you all know that some of the characters from the show may be acting a bit differently than what they should, but they are going to be like this for the story, so please just go along with the idea.

I am open to any suggestions and criticism on my writing. Please don't hesitate to point out any mistakes!

Chapter 11: The Story of Clara and Daggaron

Everything began to crash and burned. I didn't understand what happened. It was only that it just did. Nothing seemed to change as the second past. Cedric was unconscious, and the rest of the Royal Family were dealing with the mess that I had created. I didn't understand why anyone really wanted to put with me. Not after everything that had happened. King Roland had showed the letters to Queen Lorelei and King Artemis. They stated that the letters were real, and that I had written them in their presence. Something that I completely forgotten about. The time here in Magicia had changed. Winfred, Goodwyn, Cordelia, and Calista were all worried sick about Cedric. I did work tirelessly to make sure that Cedric would wake up.

Winfred had told me many times that I would not help anyone if I was too tire or weak. But I refused to leave Cedric's side as his aid. I knew that I must have passed out the last few days, considering that we were already here for nearly a month. I am pretty sure that Clio and Hugo's families were worried sick about them. King Artemis and Queen Lorelei had sent letters from Queen Miranda and King Roland, to their families stating that the Clio and Hugo had gotten sick, and that the other children were sick. However, they didn't state whether the illness was contagious, so, they the children where in the Royal Enchancia medical area, to be taken care of.

But no one had responded anything after that. There was no letter from the Royal Families about how their children were doing. I felt a bit awful to the know that Hugo and Clio were left a bit out of their families. Queen Lorelei had told us that they will give everyone an update on the families and friends were doing in the Non-Magicia Kingdom. But it probably didn't help Hugo and Clio much, seeing their families almost forgetting all about them. I could feel their emotions dampen every time they look for their families. I placed my hands on their shoulders, trying to give them some encouragement, but they simply want to ignore me all together. I even heard them telling Sofia, James, and Amber that I was probably in on the scheme of wanting to rule Enchancia. But I was happy to hear all three of them dismiss the two's thoughts. Especially Amber, who I had gotten close to over the last few days.

"Evelyn," I turned to look at Amber. She was sitting across from me. "What do you need me to do?" I looked at her, she wasn't the same person from when I meet, but I could always be deceived. I turned to Sofia, who looked like she needed something to distract her from Hugo's attitude.

"I don't know, I think Sofi--" I started to talk.

"No, I am asking you, Evelyn. Sofia can handle Hugo," Amber said as she walked around Cedric's bed and sat on the bedside. "You are the one who needs help. I know that you won't rest until Cedric awakens, so, let someone help you with making sure that he does wake up--"

"There is nothing that we can do, the spell, that man had casted, it was a dangerous spell. It was dark magic," I heard people gasp when I said that. "There is only one spell that can counter the spell. It will require a lot of power, a lot of concentration, a lot of dark magic and light magic to counter the spell. It would require both Sofia and I to cast the spell. Because the spell requires the bloodline of the caster, I alone cannot cast the spell, Sofia has the light that is needed for the spell. And I had the dark that is also needed. But I don't know where the counter spell is. I had only seen it once. A spell to reverse the darkness in the heart of a user's--" I stated. "The user would be me, and hopefully, I would have enough strength to be able to break the spell."

"Then what is the spell that you are currently using now?" Goodwyn asked.

"A Time Spell, it is the same spell that I used to keep James alive during the battle we had during our first meeting—or maybe our second encounter? The spell, if I am strong enough, can be rewind, to the last few weeks," I stated. "That will allow us to be brought back to before the spell was casted, I would be stronger then, then we would be able to go home."

"There is a problem with that statement," King Artemis stated. "You would need to assume the throne during your purification spell. Evelyn. You are a power sorceress, something that your family has ever seen, since well, beyond the time when Clara had existed. She was exiled to the moon, and Daggaron, he was hurt to know that Clara had been exiled, that he had been lost for some time."

"We all have, Clara was a dear friend of ours, so, knowing that she was alive once again to have her happy ending, we had to make sure that the darkness wouldn't consumed her again."

"Again?" Mom asked as she looked at Queen Lorelei.

"Her reincarnation will have immense power, something that not all would have. So, when we heard that there were twins born through the son of the exiled prince, we knew that one of the children would possess the power of Clara. Because Clara was a twin herself." King Artemis stated.

"So, you were gambling on something like this to happen? Gambling on one of us being Clara's reincarnation?" Dad asked, looking between Queen Lorelei and King Artemis. They didn't say anything.

"I wouldn't have put that idea past them," I mumbled. "That would be something that they would have done. It doesn't care if someone had gotten hurt. Mom, do you still have the Crystal of Alicoria? If that necklace belongs here, maybe I could do something that might be able to trigger something to allow us to allow us to rewind time faster."

"But what if that doesn't work. We in the forest still gather supplies for the potion to help Sofia," Mom said.

"But there will be something different this time. I will be able to cast a spell to counter curse the spell to make me obedient to that man after you left. This spell will be right after you searching for the ingredients," I stated. "If I am going to have chance of doing this quickly, it will be using the Crystal of Alicoria, with the spell, but I wouldn't be at my full strength until this curse is broken."

"I have been wearing it, because I wasn't sure if it was needed, and I knew that your father couldn't remove the Crystal of Alicoria," Mom said as she took of the necklace. I took the necklace into my hands and I could feel the immense power radiating from it.

"Evelyn, do you know what to do?" Queen Lorelei asked. I looked at the woman, I nodded.

"Well, then we will help you cast the spell. It will be stronger with both Lorelei and I helping you two cast the spell," King Artemis stated.

"Amber, there is something that you can do, before we cast the spell. We are going to need Cedric's body, Baileywick, and the four of you for the time spell for me to rewind. This is where you come in Amber, I need to you write something, anything down to make sure that you know that I am not the bad guy. Then, you didn't trust me, but I am asking you to do something that very hard for you to do at that moment, considering that I chose to help that monster." I bit my lip.

"You did it to help us, I understand that now. I will try to do something that will make the past me trust you to some degree—not sure how much I would be able to trust you, but I will try. I need you all to write down something to help yourselves from the past, to change it slightly. I need you two, Goodwyn and Winfrey, to write down what happen in the Cedric's chambers. To warn him of what might happen." Everyone nodded their heads.

"Sofia," Hugo called out to my older twin sister.

"Yes," Sofia looked at the person she was currently with.

"You don't need to do this—this place, it isn't your kingdom to save. You need to be selfish for once--" Sofia slapped Hugo in the face. I was surprised by that.

"No, you are wrong. This kingdom belongs to my sister, which means in some degree also belongs to me. I am being selfish also. I want to be able to know my sister, something that I never gotten the chance to do. So, if this meant that I will be able to do something, then I am glad to do this," Sofia stated. I got in the middle of her and Hugo before Hugo had the chance to retaliate.

"I don't care if you are my sister's boyfriend. I will make sure that your name get ruin if you hurt her in any way," I stated, my eyes turning icy-cold. I am pretty sure that the room's temperature had changed also, but at the moment, I didn't care. "Sofia," I turned to look at her with amazement. "That was so awesome." I giggled for the first time since I been with my family. She smiled.

"Let's go and cast that spell," Sofia said. King Artemis and Queen Lorelei led the way to the ritual chambers. I explained to Sofia the basics of the spell, but I didn't read much into the spell itself, so King Artemis and Queen Lorelei had to fill in the blanks.

King Artemis and Queen Lorelei had placed us in the middle of the circle, while the Kingdoms of the Light and Dark stood surround the us. Mom, Dad, Amber, James, Clio, and Hugo stood outside the door. Cedric's family never appeared. They were concerned about the spell that I had mentioned, but they were more concerned about Cedric which was understandable.

There was chanting around the room. I couldn't figure out what was going on, but then Queen Lorelei and King Artemis began chanting. I couldn't make out the words. I looked over to Sofia and took a deep breath.

"Are you ready?" I asked, Sofia nodded. And that was when we began to chant the spell that Queen Lorelei and King Artemis told us to chant. There was magic swirling around us. Nothing could stop the spell.
