Life was not always filled with sunshine and roses, but those in Magnolia couldn't find any real reason to complain.

Having no one else with familiar claims in his life, Lily decided to pack his bags and move a few streets over from where his best friend and his new wife lived. Grey and Natsu quickly followed, both claiming financial stability, but those closest to the pink haired mechanic knew it was merely a farce to stay closer to his newly found soulmate.

Grey, unfortunately, found his soulmate as well and couldn't decide which was worse: skin tingling from the constant attention, or his phone chiming at all hours of the night.

Grampa Makarov growled and glowered anytime the group invaded his home, saying that the two story, four bedroom, two living room and three bathroom house was not large enough for the group of young adults. He would hem and haw, fume and snort, yet somehow always managed to have enough food and drinks in stock to feed his house full of children each time they visited.

And Gajeel and Levy. Well, they were content with their simple life living in the small guest house behind the main building. They had their kitchen, from which Levy was immediately banned after she almost burned the place down a second time. They had a garden, enough space for Gajeel's miscellaneous commissions and projects, and could visit Gramps anytime they wanted.

With his stellar letters of recommendation, Gajeel had easily found a job close to his new home. His job site was quickly gaining a glowing reputation, especially when they hired three more mechanics; all graduates from the same trade school. The four worked extremely well together, if one ignored the interesting insults they hurled at one another.

Whenever work was light and no overtime was needed, Gajeel would ride to Levy's college to pick her up after her classes. It was their favorite part of the day and the other students quickly got used to the sight of the tiny bookworm and the giant, motorcycle-riding mechanic being together.

Money was tight; mechanics and writers-in-waiting had a hard time earning a six-figure salary. But they were comfortable and happy. Of course they fought and argued just as much as they smiled and teased, but they always managed to work through each problem together.

And every so often, their arms would tingle with the exact same message:

I'm so happy I found you

I'm so happy I found you

And that's it! Thank you so much for reading and I hope you enjoyed it! The formatting was a bit tricky...the "text" conversations definitely looked a ton better in my GoogleDocs, but hopefully it wasn't too confusing for you to read. But again, thank you so much for reading and no worries, there are more stories on the way! Stay tuned and God Bless :D
