RAW is WAR: 25/5/1998
This week's episode of WWF RAW is WAR was live at UTC Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In the arena, Owen Hart's theme played and out he comes to cheers from the fans as he walks down the ramp towards the ring for his match tonight...against the Bladewolf. For the first time ever, the fans get to see a dream match, Bladewolf vs Owen Hart.
"For the first time ever we are going to see Owen Hart take on the Bladewolf." JR explains. "These two have NEVER faced each other until tonight, this match was made due to Bladewolf's attack on Owen two weeks ago when he laid out the Nation of Domination, DX, and Owen Hart during Hart's match with Triple H."
"I think Owen Hart is suicidal. I mean who wants to go into the ring with that demonic monster?" Lawler asks.
"Owen Hart said he does not fear the Bladewolf and will prove it here tonight." JR says as Owen enters the ring and raises his arms as his theme dies down and he looks up at the entrance stage, waiting for the Demon Wolf to arrive.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
A bell begins tolling after the wolf howl as Jim Johnston's Dark Side starts up. Fire goes off at the entrance and the lights change to dark red and dark blue as the Bladewolf walks out to a loud pop from the fans.
"And there he is." JR said. "The Deon Wolf, the Wolf of Darkness and Destruction, a man who has been angry these past few weeks at Vince McMahon for being denied a rematch at the World Wrestling Federation Championship after Stone Cold defeated him to win it at Unforgiven."
"Well, I think he's like a child, taking a temper tantrum." Lawler scoffs.
"Do you want him to hear you say that, King?" JR asks with Lawler not replying. "Bladewolf will have his hands full tonight as he battles Owen Hart right here tonight for the first time ever, live on WWF RAW!"
Bladewolf reaches the apron and stares down Hart before he climbs onto the ring apron and enters over the top rope, still staring straight at Hart who stares back unflinchingly as Bladewolf takes off his trench coat and places it out of the ring, adjusting one of his elbow pads. His theme dies down and both men stand in the corner before the referee calls for the bell.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Bladewolf and Hart walk forward and go eye to eye, the crowd cheering this confrontation on, before Bladewolf strikes first with a hard right, then he hits a hard left before hitting a light right jab, then a hard left before booting Hart in the gut, getting him into the corner this time. Bladewolf unloads with right hook after right hook on Owen until the referee starts to count only to back off when Bladewolf walked towards him with a glare. Bladewolf turns and runs at Owen for a turnbuckle clothesline but Owen Hart raises his boots and boots Bladewolf in the masked face, causing the 7ft demonic monster to stumble a little.
Hart quickly goes on the offensive by quickly punching away at Bladewolf's masked forehead then ducks a right hand from the former WWF Champion and knees him in the stomach before grabbing him from behind and with incredible strength he hits the 7ft man with a German Suplex.
Bladewolf quickly got to his feet and went for a right but Hart ducks it and lands his own right hand, something Bladewolf retaliates to with a kick to Hart's stomach, then an uppercut that sends Hart to a knee, stumbling back. Bladewolf walks forward and grabs Hart by the hair, pulling which makes the referee want him off but Bladewolf gives him a glare then headbutts Owen before walking towards the referee quickly who quickly bailed out the ring, causing Bladewolf to turn and turn his attention back to Hart who stumbles forward only to be lifted up by Bladewolf and hit with a sideslam.
Bladewolf hooks the legs but Hart kicks out at two. Bladeowlf gets to a knee before he grabs Hart by the hair with his right hand and then punches Owen in the forehead with his left fist before he headbutts Hart. Bladewolf then locks in a headlock, trying to wear Owen down even more than he already was but Hart fights back with elbows into the ribs of Bladewolf, eventually forcing the Demon Wolf to release him. Both men get to their feet, run at each other and hit a clothesline on the other that takes them both down.
"Whata great match thus far, JR."Lawler says.
JR nods. "Got that right, King. Now both men are down but who will get back up to their feet first?"
Bladewolf...SITS UP! the crowd cheers as he gets to his feet, cracking his neck a few times before he adjusts his right elbow pad then grabs Hart and tosses him right out of the ring near the commentary table. Bladewolf rolls out the ring and grabs Hart, slamming him headfirst into the announce table before tossing him into the ring apron, causing Hart to yell out in pain before he was shut up by a hard right to the forehead from Bladewolf.
Bladewolf flips his hair back before he grabs Hart with both hands and then sends him into the steel steps. Hart yells in pain as he clutches his back before he was picked up and tossed back into the ring. Bladewolf walks towards Hart, goes to grab him but Hart suddenly tackles him down and grabs his legs, looking to lock them into a familair submission move!
"Hart looking for the Sharpshooter!" JR exclaims.
Owen Hart turns Bladewolf over...AND LOCKS IN THE SHARPSHOOTER! Bladewolf clenches his fists as he tries reaching for the ropes but was nowhere near them so he pulled with all his strength and crawled towards the ropes but Hart stopped him by dragging him further into the middle of the ring, getting the hold locked back in.
"Bladewolf is trapped in the middle of the ring!" Lawler shouted.
"He's never been tapped out, King." JR reminds him. "We could see that happen right here tonight!"
Bladewolf growls as he fights back, fighting to turn himself over and gets out of the hold, using his legs to push Hart right into the turnbuckles hard, Hart falling down after his back hit the turnbuckles hard. Bladewolf gets to his feet, shaking off the pain in his legs before he glares at Hart and leans agaisnt the turnbuckles in the corner directly across from Hart who was getting to his feet.
Hart stumbles forward and Bladewolf runs...THEN HITS HART WITH A SPEAR!
"Spear! A Spear by Bladewolf!" JR exclaims.
Bladewolf jumps right back up to his feet and flips his hair back before he sees Hart groaning, holding his ribs and stomach before Bladewolf begins raising his right arm, the fans cheering as they know what is coming next. Hart eventually gets to his feet and turns around...ONLY TO BE GRABBED BY THE THROAT! Bladewolf lifts Hart up...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!
"Chokeslam!" Lawler exclaims.
"Hart is in big trouble." JR says.
Bladewolf flips his hair back before doing the cutthroat taunt and grabs Hart, lifting him onto his shoulders, looking for The WOlf's Howl when suddenly the Nation of Domination run down, slide into the ring and attack Bladewolf, causing the referee to ring the bell for the DQ.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
"The Nation! the Nation a re here! they just ruined a perfectly great match." JR said.
The NOD beats down Bladewolf who tried fighting back but the NOD used the numbers game to their advantage. The Rock grabs Bladewolf, lifts him up...AND HITS THE ROCK BOTTOM! The crowd booed as the Rock smiles smugly down at the Bladewolf who groans in pain before he was picked up by Mark Henry...AND HIT WITH THE WORLD'S STRONGEST SLAM!
The crowd booed very loudly as the NOD stand tall over the fallen Bladewolf.
"What a sick assault!" JR says with disgust. "There was no need for this heinous assault. What was the point of all this? What did the NAtion have to prove with this beatdown?"
"Perhaps sending a message to DX?" Lawler asked.
Later
Vince McMahon was in the ring, making his promo on the situation between Stone Cold, Dude Love, and their match at Over the Edge: In Your House for the WWF Champioship this Sunday.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

"Run Vince!" Lawler shouted.
"And here comes the Demon Wolf!" JR said. "Despite the beatdown at the hands of the Nation of Domination earlier, Bladewolf looks fine and is back out here tonight. McMahon is not leaving the ring, trying to show he's not afraid."
"He's not!" Lawler said quickly.
"Then why has he not confronted him these past few weeks?" JR points out as Bladewolf enters the ring, adjusting his trench coat sleeves briefly as his theme dies down.
he snatches the microphone out of Vince's hands. "Vince...I want to know WHY I have not been given what I deserve. Why was I not granted a rematch for the WWF Championship like I rightfully deserve? You know what, I don't care. What I want...is my rematch with Austin at Over the Edge this Sunday, if I don't get it, I'm going to take you on a trip to the depths of Hell."
"No need for that. I was actually about to mention you before you came out here and...interrupted me." Vince says. "How about this, I will give you a title match this Sunday at Over the Edge, but it won't be for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. No, It'll be for a title with as much prestige as the WWF Championship...the Intercontinental Championship."
"Wow, that's great JR! Bladewolf should take up that offer!" Lawler said.
"Oh suck up, King." JR rolls his eyes, easily seeing this is just another way to keep Bladewolf away from the WWF Championship.
"I hope this pleases you, and that you accept it." Vince said.
Bladewolf looks off, considering it before eventually he nods and says. "Very well, I'll take the match and beat the Rock for the Intercontinental Championship this Sunday. But know this, Vince, I WILL be coming back for the WWF Title and I will get my rematch...even if you don't book it."
That said he drops the microphone and leaves the ring as his theme plays. Vince looked a little scared but was rest assured, knowing Bladewolf's attention was off the WWF Title for now.
Later on
It was currently the Rock vs Triple H and the Rock was setting Triple H up for the Rock Bottom when suddenly...
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
The crowd cheered loudly as the lights went out for a few short seconds and when they eventually came back on...THE BLADEWOLF WAS IN THE RING! The Rock released Triple H and turned around only to be hoisted straight up onto Bladewolf's right shoulder and held upside down in front of him...BEFORE BLADEWOLF HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!
Bladewolf glares down at the Rock before doing the title gesture across his waist then the lights go out and when they come back on..The Bladewolf was gone.
Chapter's over everyone, we see Bladewolf vs Owen Hart for the first time ever. I wanted a match between them before Hart's death in 1999, and we also see that at Over the Edge, Bladewolf will face The Rock for the Intercontinental Championship. Will he win it? Will he loose?If he wins, what's next?
