Day 9 (Monday)

Remembering from last week that Adrien had fencing and then piano after school, I decided to ask Marinette if she wanted to hang out after school. She told me that she would be babysitting a kid whose mother is friends with her parents, but I was welcome to join them at her house if I wanted. So after school I went over to Marinette's house, which was right across from school, and Adrien said he would come and pick me up from Marinette's house after he was done with fencing and piano. 'House' isn't exactly the right word. Her home was above her family's bakery, so the rooms were stacked on top of each other on the tall, skinny property.

A bell on the door to the bakery dinged as I entered, and I breathed in the smell of fresh bread baking. The room was filled with yummy looking pastries, and a short, pleasant woman came to the counter to see who had entered. Marinette's mother, I assumed.

"Hi, I'm Caity. Marinette said I could come over? I'm the exchange student in her class." I said.

"Oh yes, she told us to expect you. I'm Sabine, and my husband Tom is around somewhere. Though I think he's in the kitchen, so you might not bump into him. You can go on through the back and up to Marinette's room."

"Thanks," I went through to the back of the bakery where I went up some stairs, which led to a floor where I saw a living room, as well as a kitchen on the same floor, where I briefly saw who I assumed to be Tom, before I continued up the next set of stairs, which led to a panel in the roof with a handle, SInce this appeared to be the way into Marinette's room, I knocked, and after a second, the panel was flung open.

"Someone's here!" a young voice shouted excitedly. I poked my head up into the room to see a young girl with pigtails sitting right in front of the opening to the room.

"Manon, move back and give her some space to get in." I heard Marinette say. The girl moved back and I climbed up into the room. The room was neat, with a desk that had a computer, a sketchbook and drawing supplies, and another set of steps led up to a small loft area where Marinette's bed was. The only part of the room that wasn't so neat was the pile of dolls on the chaise lounge, which I figured were there for Manon to play with.

"Hi Manon, I'm Caity. I'm a friend of Marienette's. She said I could come here and play with you guys." I said.

"You can be Cat Noir!" Manon said excitedly. She ran over to the chaise where she grabbed a handmade doll of Cat Noir and handed it to me. "And I'm Ladybug!" She grabbed the Ladybug doll from the pile.

"I volunteered to play the bad guys today, so Manon can win, since the bad guys always lose," Marinette quietly said to me. So Marinette grabbed some of the dolls and we played, making the Ladybug and Cat Noir dolls fight the villains which I didn't recognise. At one point, Marinette dropped one of the dolls, and Manon ran and tripped on the doll, letting go of the Ladybug doll she was holding and it flew across the room and fell behind Marinette's desk. She went over to the desk to find that the desk was too close to the wall for her hand to fit behind it.

"Marinette, can you get it out?" she asked.

"Sorry Manon, we would need to move the desk to get it out. And there's too many toys on the floor to move the desk."

"Aww,"

"It's okay, we'll just play something else for now. And next time you come over, Marinette will have gotten the doll back." I said.

"Like what?" Manon asked.

"Well, let's see." I remembered a psychological trick that usually works on kids, which is basically that if you tell them 'I bet you can't…', they will be determined to prove you wrong. Looking around the room, I noticed a few board games. "I'm the best at Snakes and Ladders. I bet you can't ever beat me at Snakes and Ladders." It was a fair challenge actually, since Snakes and Ladders requires no actual skill and is actually just based on the luck of the dice roll.

"No way! I can totally beat you!" she said, taking the bait as I expected. We played Snakes and Ladders, and Marinette even bet Manon that if she won, she could borrow one of the dolls.

Eventually, we heard Sabine's knock on the door before popping her head up and telling voice call us, "Marinette, Mrs. Chamack called, she's on her way to come and get Manon now, so you only have a few more minutes."

"Aww," Manon said, disappointed since we hadn't actually finished the game. Marinette explained to her that since we only have a few minutes left, we should pack everything up. After making a fairly small fuss, Manon agreed to help tidy up. While I helped her to pack up the board game, Marinette gathered up the dolls that were still on the floor and put them away somewhere. As we finished tidying up, we heard the sound of the front door and voices talking.

"That must be your mum here," Marinette said.

"Yay, mummy's back!" Manon said excitedly. Suddenly, Marinette's phone started to ring.

"You can get that if you want. I can walk Manon downstairs to her mother, right?" Marinette agreed and I watched as she answered the call, going up to a panel on the ceiling that lead to a roof balcony, to take her call somewhere private. I opened the floor panel and walked downstairs with Manon, who ran into her mother's arms.

"Hi sweetie, how did it go with Marinette?" The woman asked.

"I was great! I made a new friend!" She said.

"Hi, I'm Caity, a friend of Marinette's. Marinette was here, too, of course. She just had to take a phone call right as you got here." I said. Manon excitedly continued to tell her mother about our day together.

"We played Ladybug and Cat Noir, and I was Ladybug and Caity was Cat Noir and Marinette was the akuma villains. And then we played Snakes and Ladders, and I climbed up a ladder and I was way ahead of Marinette and Caity, and… wait a minute! Marinette said if I win, I get to borrow one of her dolls, and I was winning when we had to stop playing, so I should count her as winning and get the doll!"

"Well, we have to leave soon. Maybe she'll let you borrow a doll next time to make up for it?" Mrs. Chamack said.

"No!" Manon stomped her foot. "I wanted to play with the doll tonight!" I couldn't help but feel a little bad for her. She did win, and she was promised the doll.

"What if I quickly go back up there and get one of the dolls?" I suggested. Manon looked excited at that and Mrs. Chamack nodded, so I went back up to Marinette's room. Looking around the room, I realised that I never noticed where Marinette had put the dolls away. Marinette was still on the phone, and I didn't want to disturb her. Then I remembered: I may not know where the rest of the dolls were, but I knew where one of them was. The Ladybug doll, it was behind the desk. And now that things were packed up, there was nothing on the floor, so I could move the desk a little to reach behind it. So I did just that. I pushed the desk a little, making a gap wide enough for my arm to fit. Looking through the small gap, I saw something small and red, so I reached down the gap and grabbed the red object I saw before shoving it in my hoodie pocket so my hands would be free to push the desk back against the wall. But when I went back downstairs, Manon and her mother were not there. Only Sabine was there in the living room.

"Sorry Caity, but Mrs. Chamack had to get home and couldn't wait for you, so they left." Sabine told me.

"That's okay," I said. I heard footsteps on the stairs, and none other than Adrien arrived. He told me he was done with fencing and piano and had come here to get me, because I did tell him we would hang out after he was done with that stuff. I asked Sabine to tell Marinette I had gone back to Adrien's after she got off the phone. I knew she would understand, since I did tell her I would be hanging out at Adrien's once he finished with fencing and piano.

Once we got back to Adrien's, he went ahead to his room while I told him I would be there after I took off my hoodie and left it in my room. Before taking it off, I of course took my phone out of the pocket, and was surprised to feel that the pocket was still being weighed down, even though my phone is usually the only thing in my pocket. I thought back, trying to think of what could be in my pocket before I realised it. The Ladybug doll. I had gotten it from behind Marinette's desk. And then Manon had already left, and then Adrien showed up and I went home with him with it still in my pocket! I reached in and pulled out… something. It was red, with black spots, but… it wasn't the Ladybug doll. It was dark behind the desk, and I must have grabbed the first red thing I saw, without even noticing it wasn't the Ladybug doll. The strange thing had a mouth and large eyes that were closed, and two antenna extending from its head. It looked like a Ladybug. Leaning my ear close to it, I could hear that it was actually breathing softly. It was alive. This strange creature, it must have something to do with Ladybug. Maybe it belongs to Ladybug! Maybe it has something to do with her powers! I have to return it to her. But how? I had no idea, but I had to try. I didn't want to disappoint Adrien, but this is important. I went over to his room, but leaving the door closed, I knocked before saying to him, "Hey, I've actually got a headache from that girl Marinette was babysitting. I really want to go for a walk, that usually helps."

"That's okay. See you later." I heard him say back. And with that, I was off. I ran out of the house and took to the streets of Paris.

What am I doing? I questioned myself. How exactly does someone find Ladybug? What if she needs this creature to use her powers? She might not even be able to be Ladybug without it! How do you find a superhero when they don't even look like a superhero? Then I decided to switch tactics. Even if Ladybug doesn't have her powers without this creature, what if I found Cat Noir? I could give it to him, and he could pass it on! But there still lies the problem of finding a superhero. How?

Suddenly, I noticed a large raincloud that quickly began pouring can't be right. The weather predicted no rain today. Even weirder, I noticed the cloud seemed to be hovering only above Francioise Dupont school. I realised it, it must be part of an akumatised person's powers. And it hit me: find the akuma and you'll find Ladybug and Cat Noir. Or at least Cat Noir this time. This was bad. If Ladybug needs this creature to get the job done, then no one will be able to capture the akuma! I ran as fast as I could while being careful not to give the creature a bumpy ride. It was back in my pocket since I had put my hoodie back on when I left the house.

As I neared the school, I looked up and saw none other than Cat Noir on a nearby rooftop. I waved my arms to get his attention, but he was too focused on the girl who was controlling the clouds with what looked like an umbrella.

"Give it up Cat Noir, I told you I will always be the most powerful weathergirl." She said.

"No way! Once Ladybug gets here, you won't stand a chance against the both of us." Cat Noir said.

"I won't? We'll see about that. Let's make this rain a little more… solid." She pointed her umbrella up at the cloud, and the dark cloud, which was slowly growing larger, began dropping large pieces of hail. I watched as people were getting hit by it, and Cat Noir jumped down off the roof to help people get indoors. Now that he was down on the ground, this was my chance. I ran towards him, waving and shouting his name. He saw me, but I was under the cloud now. Large pieces of hail fell down onto my head, and I lost my balance and fell down, landing on my butt. I held my hands over my pocket to protect and curled up to protect the small creature, ignoring the bruises forming everywhere the hail hit me. Suddenly, I felt myself being scooped up into someone's arms. The person carried me, but I stayed curled up, wanting to protect the creature. It wasn't until I felt the hail stop hitting me that I looked up to see that it was none other than Cat Noir who had picked me up and brought me into a building.

"Are you okay?" He asked. In English, not French… Weird. So, Cat Noir could speak English. But I ignored that thought, since I had more important things to worry about.

"Don't worry about me. I know someone else who needs your help." I said. I discreetly pulled the creature out of my pocket, showing it to Cat Noir while trying to keep it out of view of anyone else nearby who came to hide from the hail. "I think it belongs to Ladybug." He seemed to recognise it.

"That must be her kwami," He said.

"Her what?" I asked.

"Never mind that. Basically, it's really important that she gets it back. Without it, she can't transform, and she definitely can't capture the akuma."

"So, can you return it to her?"

"If she's not transformed, I won't be able to recognise her."

"You mean you don't know who she is? I figured superheroes would all know each other."

"No, not even we know each other's identities. This is a disaster! We'll never find her! Wait, where did you find that? Maybe that's a clue."

"It was actually hidden behind a desk in my friend Marinette's room. Hey, wait, does that mean Marinette could be Ladybug?"

"No, no way. I've actually seen Ladybug and Marinette together, so they couldn't possibly be the same person. Although Ladybug does trust her. Maybe Marinette was holding onto her kwami for her for some reason. But she definitely wouldn't tell Marinette who she is, so we're back to square one." Suddenly, thunder rumbled from outside.

"Oh no, what if she starts striking people with lightning?" I began to panic. "We need Ladybug and you don't know who she is or where to find her. Surely there's at least one person who knows her identity!" Cat Noirs eyes lit up.

"That's it! I may not know who she is, but I know someone who does! There is one person who knows her identity and mine. Give me the kwami, I'll take it to him, and he can pass it on to her. Right after he figures out what's wrong with it, because the way it's sleeping like this, that is not normal. It must be sick or something, I don't know."

"Ladybug, Cat Noir!" The girl who controlled the weather was being shown on a nearby TV screen, where the news was showing us where she was. We looked at the screen as she spoke. "You better reveal yourselves. Otherwise my storm will grow more powerful. I'll just have to strike everyone with lightning until I find you!"

"Cat Noir, if you go to take the kwami to that guy, she'll start hurting more innocent people." I pointed out.

"You're right. I have to distract her while someone other than me takes the kwami. It will have to be you. I'm sure I can trust you. Quick, give me your phone." I handed it to him, and he typed an address into Google maps. "That's his address. Tell him I sent you. He'll know what to do. I'll try to lure Stormy Weather away from the direction of his house in any way I can. Go!" Cat Noir and I ran out of the building, the kwami back in my pocket, which was as safe as it could be in this storm. While Cat Noir leaped onto rooftops to contront the girl, I ran, following the map, towards the house he directed me to.

Finally, I reached the house, and knocked frantically on the door.

"It's an emergency, Cat Noir sent me, please open up!" I yelled into the keyhole. The door was opened by a short old man.

"Cat Noir really sent you to me?" he asked.

"Yes, he said you would know what this is." I said, pulling the creature out of my pocket. "And… the identity of the person it belongs with."

"Come in," He said. I followed him into the house, and gave him the creature when he held out his hand. He laid it down on the table. Hearing the noise of the storm, I ran to the window. It had gotten really bad.

"I hope Ladybug gets there soon." I said. "I don't know if Cat Noir can handle this on his own." I pulled out my phone and checked the news app to see the news still reporting on the akumatised villain. The girl had created a small tornado, and Cat Noir had gotten stuck in it. "Oh no, he's stuck! If that tornado brings Cat Noir to the girl, she could take his miraculous!"

"You're right. Cat Noir needs help, and I'm afraid while I can contact Ladybug, she might not make it to him in time." The man said.

"So what do we do?!" I said in a panic.

"I believe I can trust you… with this." The man held out a small box. I took it and opened it to see… a choker necklace? Then again, Cat Noir trusted this man, so he must have a reason for giving me this. I put on the choker, and with a flash of orange light, a small creature similar to the one I had brought here appeared in front of me, floating in the air.

"Hi there! I'm Barkk, nice to meet you." She said.

"Doggy!" I gasped excitedly. The creature looked like a very small orange dog, with large floppy triange shaped ears.

"What?! I most certainly am not a 'doggy'! I am a kwami!" she said, her high voice sounding so cute when she was offended.

"…Do you want a pat-pat?" I said.

"A what?" she asked. I giggled and reached out and pat her on the head with one finger, since she was so small that one finger was all I could fit on her head. "Ooh, I like that." Barkk sighed happily.

"Barkk, focus. We're in a crisis situation. Explain things, and quickly." The man said.

"Right!" Barkk said, moving away from my finger. "So, your special power is called 'fetch', and it will activate when you say the word fetch. It let's you bring any person or object you can see right to you by looking at it and throwing your boomerang. Oh, right, you'll have a boomarang once you transform. All you have to do to transform is to say the words, 'Barkk, let's play.' And when you need to detransform, you say, 'Barkk, stay.'

"Once the job is done, you will give the miraculous to Ladybug and she will return it to me." the man added.

"Got it." I said, taking it all in. "Okay then… Barkk, let's play!" Suddenly, Barkk was sent into my choker in a flash of light. I spun around as my clothes began to change, morphing into a bodysuit in a shade of orange the same as Barkk was. Reaching for my braided hair, I twisted my braid around itself into a bun, which stayed in place by itself. brushing my hands along the top of my head, some orange dog ears appeared on my head where my hands had touched. As a finishing touch, I playfully covered my eyes before removing my hands quickly in a peek-a-boo motion, making an orange mask appear around my eyes. I raised my left hand up and a small boomerang appeared with a flash in my hand.

Looking down at my outfit and taking it all in, I realised I had just fully transformed into, well, a superhero. I looked at my phone to see that the girl hadn't quite gotten to Cat Noir yet, as she had been too busy showing off her power hoping to draw out Ladybug. I still have time to get him out of there. The man held up his own phone.

"Go," he said. "I'll call Ladybug and have her come and get her kwami, and I'll make sure her kwami feels better too. You can't be here when she gets here, you must not see her. Besides, you've got to help Cat Noir.

"Right," I nodded. "I'll do my best."

Looking around the room, I saw the quickest way out of the house. The window. I opened it and climbed out (a little more gracefully than Kim did that day in science class, might I add). I examinded my boomerang and wondered exactly how far I could throw it. Looking over in the direction of Cat Noir and Stormy Weather, I gave my boomerang a try. It went all the way towards them, going past Stormy Weather on one side before looping around her and coming back to me. That seemed to get her attemtion. She left Cat Noir alone for a moment, meaning she wouldn't take his miraculous if she was distracted by my boomerang. As I was about to throw it again, I noticed a dark cloud forming just above me. Uh oh. I leapt out of the way before a bolt of lightning came crashing down from the cloud, which would have hit me if I hadn't moved. Riding on a cloud, she was making her way towards me. What do I do now? I need help. I need Cat Noir. Of course! I can get him out of the tornado and bring him here, with my power!

"Fetch!" I said, holding up my boomerang. My boomerang now glowing a bright gold colour, I looked at Cat Noir before throwing my boomerang right at him. The boomerang flew toawrds him before latching onto him and continuing on its path to come back to me, bringing Cat Noir right in front of me.

"Well, hello there, little pup. Just thought I'd drop in to meet the new superhero around." He said, now speaking French, since I'm in disguise, so of course he's speaking French like we would anyone else.

"Okay, you're more experienced at this than me, what's the plan?" I asked, speaking English since I knew he understood.

"Oh, you speak English? Cool, so do I!" He said, switching to English. Wait a second. Earlier, I thought it was a cool coincidence that Cat Noir speaks English, but I didn't stop to wonder why he spoke English to me. How did he know I preferred to speak English? Unless… unless Cat Noir knows me in his civillian life! "Okay, basically, what we need to do is get her umbrella. That's usually where the akuma is. Then when Ladybug gets here, she'll de-evilise the akuma."

"So, how do we get the umbrella? Any ideas?"

"Watch out!" He grabbed my arm and ran out of the way of a bolt of lightning that came from a cloud I hadn't even noticed was over our heads.

"Cat Noir! How did you escape my tornado?" Stormy Weather approached on on a cloud.

"Oh, I just used this!" I answered, throwing my boomerang at her. It hit her square in the face before coming back to me.

"Nice shot pup!" Cat Noir cheered.

"Thanks,"

"Ugh! You can't be more powerful than me! Who do you think you are, trying to show up and be a new hero?" Stormy Weather said.

"Who am I? I'm… Pup Fidèle! An ally loyal to Ladybug and Cat Noir!"

"You know fidèle literally means loyal, right?" Cat Noir whispered.

"Like yours in any better, black cat." I whispered back.

"Blah, blah blah. To me, you're just another person with a miraculous for me to take! If I bring it to Hawkmoth, he'll make me even more powerful!" Stormy Weather said.

"Not a chance!" I said, throwing my boomerang at her. It would have hit her, but she dodged out of the way. I wouldn't be able to hit her when she can see it coming and avoid it. That gave me an idea.

"Cat Noir, you need to distract her for me so she's not looking at me." I whispered.

"I smell a plan," He said.

"Hey, I'm the one with a great sense of smell, being a dog and all." Cat Noir gave me a thumbs up for my joke before launching himself onto a rooftop.

"Hey, Stormy! Over here! Or are you scared of failing to get my miraculous a second time?" Cat Noir taunted. She attempted to hit him with lightning, and he kept dodging. Seeing that she was distracted, I knew I now had the element of surprise. I took a moment to keep my eye on my target before throwing my boomerang. Yes! It hit the umbrella. knocking it out of her hand. It fell, but I wasn't quite close enough to catch it. My eyes followed the umbrella as it fell, and it landed perfectly in a red gloved hand.

"Got it!" Ladybug was suddenly there, and had caught the umbrella. She snapped it on her knee releasing the akuma. "No more evildoing for you little akuma. Time to de-evilse! Gotcha. Bye-bye little butterfly. Miraculous ladybug!" After de-evilising the akuma, threw her yo-yo, releasing ladybugs that fixed all of the damage Stormy Weather caused. Stormy Weather herself turned back into a blonde girl I had seen around school but didn't know, and the broken umbrella turned into a simple yellow parasol.

"Milady, you made it just in time!" Cat Noir said after leaping off the roof down to us.

"Well, it was all thanks to the mysterious person who returned my kwami to Master Fu. He wouldn't tell me who it was though." She said.

"Oh, I think she's standing right next to you." Cat Noir said. "What are the chances that the girl I met earlier who had your kwami and Pup Fidèle here both prefer to speak English? You're the same person, right?" He asked me. I nodded.

"Well, obviously, Master Fu had no choice but to give a miraculous to the first person he saw, and I was already there since I gave him the kwami." I said.

"No, it's not just that." Ladybug said. "Master Fu would not just give a miraculous to anyone. He has a way of knowing who we can trust. Master Fu chose you because he knew you would be the right person to help us."

"Thanks Ladybug, that means a lot to me." I said with a smile. "How's your little friend by the way? She didn't look so good when I had her."

"She's feeling much better, and she asked me to thank you for bringing her to Master Fu."

"Well, I knew I just had to help her."

"You see? Even before you had powers, you were already acting like a hero." I felt my cheeks heat up with blush. Ladybug called me a hero.

"So, I should give you this now, right?" I said, gesturing to the choker on my neck.

"I already know you're a hero, and Master Fu trusts you, so I don't need to know. So you don't have to detransform in front of me." I nodded before walking around a corner and into an alley. I detransformed, Barkk reappearing and landing in my hands.

"Bye-bye Barkk." I said, giving her one more pat on the head. I took off the choker and put it back in the box it came in. Then I reached around the corner and put it on the ground, keeping myself hidden around the corner. I watched the corner as I saw a red gloved hand grab the box. After I heard her footsteps fade away, I came out from the alley and started walking back to the Agreste Mansion.

"Caity, you're back! That was a long walk, is your headache better?" Adrien asked. I had bumped into him in the hallway once I got back to the house.

"What headache?"

"You said you had a headache earlier."

"I did? Oh, right! I did!" There was no point lying to him. He probably already knows I lied about the headache. But I couldn't tell him I was Pup Fidèle. But I suppose I can tell him part of the truth. "Well, the truth is I didn't have a headache. But I had a good reason for needing to go out without you! The truth is, I found something that belonged to Ladybug. I shouldn't tell you much about it, but basically I went on that walk hoping to return it, and I found Cat Noir and he told me where to go to return it. Don't worry, I was safe from the hail. Cat Noir actually saved me and brought me inside at one point."

"Well I'm just glad you're okay. Don't worry, I understand why you had to lie. So, you got to meet Cat Noir. That must have been cool."

"You know, the coolest part was that Cat Noir actually spoke English. What are the chances?" It was then that I remembered what I had been thinking about earlier before I got caught up with dealing with Stormy Weather. "Hold on. When Cat Noir spoke English to me, how could he have known I prefer to speak English? He doesn't know me. Unless… unless he does know me."

"Hold on, let's not jump to that conclusion. Maybe he recognised your accent as Australian?"

"No, no. I didn't speak to him first. He spoke to me first. I hadn't spoken at all, and yet he somehow knew he should speak English to me. How could he have known that unless he knows me in his regular life?"

"Okay, so what if he does?"

"Don't you see what this means? This is the ultimate clue! Him speaking English to me tells us two things. 1. He's someone who speaks English as a second language. We know it's his second language because he still had a French accent. And 2. He's someone who I've met while I've been here in Paris, becayse he knows that I am someone who prefers to speak English. Actually, now that I think about it, here in Paris, no one I've met speaks English as a second language. Well, no one except you. So really there's no one I can think of who could be Cat Noir. Well, no one except you. So, I guess that means…"

"Caity, I don't know what to tell you." He said. It was so weird to think about, but… it had to be Adrien. Like I'd said, there was no one else who knew me and spoke English as a second language.

"Adrien, it's simple. It has to be you… right?" I had an idea. The first time I had met Ladybug and Cat Noir, after I had been akumatised, Cat Noir's ring had beeped. So that must be his miraculous. And Adrien is wearing a ring. It doesn't look the same, but my choker looked different when I put it on, as if it was trying to hide itself by looking ordinary, and then it went back to looking like a miraculous once I transformed. That would mean if Adrien were Cat Noir, and he took off his ring, it would look go back to looking like a miraculous. "There's an easy way to prove this. Adrien, if you're not Cat Noir, then why don't you take off that ring? Surely you have no reason to keep it on, unless it's actually the cat miraculous!"

"Caity… don't be ridiculous!"

"Just take off then and prove I'm being ridiculous! If you have nothing to hide, then there's no reason you can't."

"Caity, no. I can't take it off. I just… I can't."

"Why the hell not?!" I yelled. I'll admit, the yelling was a bit much, but I was getting really frustrated.

"Because.. because of my mother. She gave it to me when I was really young. I've worn it for as long as I can remember. I never take it off unless it would get damaged, like in the shower or bath, or swimming. I really can't take it off. It keeps me feeling close to her. Caity, please drop this. Don't make me take it off." At that moment, I felt horrible. I can't make him take it off now. It's not that important.

"Okay. Don't worry about it. I'm going to my room." And with that I walked away, not wanting to talk to Adrien anymore.
