"We're here." Litmus said as the tower stood tall with the purple streamer winding around it as its doors opened.
"So... if we're following this right...the streamer holder has to be on top of the tower. Meaning we'll have to climb it." Starlight said.
"That sounds about right." Jexi said as they started climbing the tower.
"Ugh… Just what is with the floor in this tower?" Mayumi asked.
"It's a little...elemental here." Jexi said noticing some part of the tower floors were either earth, water, fire or ice.
"This tower must have been built to honor the Vellumentals." Olivia said.
"Wow. Not a lot of worlds have something like that." Sheena said.
"So very true." Elementa said.
As they reached a break, they got on a moving floor. But as they rose to the left floor, they saw on the side of the tower, multiple Toads were taped to the side of it.
"Ah, see? I knew something was off." Mayumi said.
"Let me guess, a member of that Legion is desecrating this place, isn't he?" Sheena asked.
"That is something that cannot stand. We need to free them as we continue onward." Raine said.
"Whoa… Raine is getting more serious than usual." Genis said. "You know what that means. Whoever is in charge of this place pretty much signed their death warrant."
"She does love her history." Hope said. "I feel bad for whoever's gonna be here."
They finally reached the top of the tower as there were four corners with totems representing one Vellumental for each.
"Wow! This tower goes way high up." Frosta said.
"For sure." Zephyr said spotting the purple streamers spool. "There's the end of the Purple Streamer."
"About time, let's break it and move on!" flamberge said advancing to it.
"HEY! I'm elevatin' here!" a Italian-American Broolkyn accented voice called from down below another shaft.
Rising up from below on another elevator platform was a guy in a purple leather jacket with a pompadour as he rode on a strange purple bike with the wheel being a wheel of tape.
"Who the heck is this guy? Some sort of delinquent?" David asked. "He looks like Josuke a little bit. Well, without the bike."
"You, girl, I got a message to ya. Go back to Olly huh? He's a good guy." the guy said.
"I'm afraid we cannot just hand her over." Raine said. "Olly is not in his right mind right now, and we can't trust Olivia to him in his current state."
"Fine...I was gonna do it the nice way...but…now we gotta get rough." he said revving his bike as he sped at them, leaving a trail of tape behind wherever it rode.
"So that's how he got all that tape on here." David said.
"Ray!" Raine casted as beams of light started to rain down.
"Whoa!" he said driving his best around the rays. "Ey, ey ey! Watch da bike, girlie!"
"Why would I? You have the gall to desecrate a very wondrous monument dedicated to the very deities of this land. I won't let you go!" Raine said.
"Fine...I normally don't like fighting women...but now I gotta tape ya down!" he said revving right towards Raine.
"Spirits, cleanse us of our sins… Fairy Circle!" Raine casted as spheres of light start to spin and expand, creating a glyph around the tower. "Grant a safe passage, restrain the wicked!" she said as the glyph emitted a burst of light, dealing severe damage while giving the group boosts to attack power, defense and magic.
"Hey, hey, yo! Knock it off with da light show." he called out before his wheel was grabbed by the group as they started pulling out the tape. "Don't do that!"
"Ngh…" Mayumi grunted as the group slowly started to pull it out.
"No no no no!" he called out before the wheel was now emptied of tape.
"And that's that. Note to self: Don't grab motorcycles from the back tire." David said.
"Now you...you…" he said before Raine charged at him. "Eh...fugetaboutit." he said before being beaten up and sent flying right into the holder, breaking it as the purple streamer tore apart.
"Whew… That should teach him not to plaster his tape all around." Raine said.
"You were right, Genis. Raine is pretty scary when she's mad." Marco said.
"Now...only the green one remains. But we haven't seen it around." Olivia said. "But...it kind of looked like it came from the...sky." she said as the center platform started to glow a bright rainbow color.
"This glow… Isn't that…" David started.
"Yes… This glow signifies that it requires the energies of all four Vellumentals." Raine said.
Olivia soon used all four energies to power the platform as the group soon started to ascend right into the sky.
"Heh. Goin' up." David said.
"Wherever we go...maybe the green streamer will be there too." Litmus said.
