"What was that!?" Steve said as Natasha pulled out her gun
"It sounded like someone screamed." Tony said
"Who?" Thor said as they heard more screams
"Bruce." Natasha gasped
Now
"What!?" Tony said turning to Natasha
"That was Bruce" Natasha gasped and then took off toward the room with the glass cage
"Let's go." Tony said and then they all ran off
They all ran into the room with the cage
"Bruce!?" Natasha shouted and looked at Bruce screaming on the ground in the cage "Bruce what's wrong!?"
But Bruce kept screaming
"Bruce?" Tony said "Bruce come on buddy what's wrong."
"Open the door!' Natasha said putting her hands on the cage
"We cannot open the cage. He is st-" Nick Fury began
"No!" Tony shouted "Open the cage! Something is wrong!"
Natasha ran over to the controls and slammed her hand on the button and the door opened
"Bruce!?" Natasha said as she runned to Bruce
"Natasha" Bruce gasped while squeezing his eyes shut
"Bruce" Natasha said feeling his forehead "He's burning up."
"How badly?" Steve asked with worry while Tony ran over to Bruce
"He is really burning up." Tony said taking his hand away from Bruce's head
"Can he get sick?" Steve questioned
"I don't know." Steve said "Let's get him to the medical bay."
"We cannot take him out of the cage." Nick Fury stated "He is a danger to everyone on this ship. Did you see what he did to the city below us?"
"Yeah I did." Tony said "But Bruce is in pain and we can't just sit around and do nothing."
"We have to find out what is wrong with friend Bruce." Thor said
"Yes I know." Fury replied "But you also need to help the people in the city that the Hulk demolished."
"How about this." Natasha began "Thor and Steve go down and help the people while me and Tony stay here with Bruce in the cage."
"Fine." Fury said
"Ok" Natasha said "But we need medical supplies and a professional doctor to help Bruce."
"You can do it yourself." Fury said
"But what if Br-" Tony said
"It's final!" Fury cut in "Either you all go down to the city and leave Banner or only you two go in the cage to help him. No doctor."
"Why only them?" Steve asked
"Because he is dangerous and I don't think any of our doctor's would want to work with him with his condition right now." Fury replied
"Ok" Natasha said "We'll stay with Bruce"
"Ok." Nick Fury said "Agent Hill get them on the jet."
"Yes sir." Agent Hill replied as she walked away with Steve and Thor following
"Bruce?" Natasha said walking to Bruce
"He's to hot." Tony said "We need to cool him down."
"I'll be right back." Natasha said and then walked off
"Bruce?" Tony said
"Tony?" Bruce said moving to get up
"No stay down." Tony said pushing him back down
"Here." Natasha said walking back into the room with a wet cloth and a thermometer
"I'll take the cloth." Tony said while she took his temperature
"He's at..." Natasha said "Is this thermometer broken?"
"No" Fury replied
"Why?" Tony asked "What's his temperature?"
"It's 120.50" Natasha said
"That's normal...right" Tony said
"Have you ever had your temperature taken? No it's not normal." Natasha said " People can't survive temperatures above 108.14."
"Oh" Tony said
"We need to cool him down." Natasha said putting the cloth on his head "I don't know how he's doing this. That is to high of a temperature even for him."
"What happened?" Clint said walking into the room
"Clint." Natasha said "You should still be in the medical bay. You have three broken ribs and a broken arm."
"I heard screaming." Clint said "I wanted to see what happened."
"Bruce is burning up and we can't bring his temperature down." Tony said walking out of the cage to see Clint
"When I was a little kid my mom always put me in an ice bath and it lowered my temperature." Clint said
"We can't go out of the cage." Natasha said
"And I don't think there are any bath's on this ship." Tony said "Or ice."
"Yeah I guess not." Clint said
"Clint?" Bruce said opening his eyes and trying to sit up but Natasha pushed him back down
"Yeah." Clint said backing up a little looking at Bruce who's eyes were still green
"I-I am sorry. I didn't know wh-what I was doing. I am s-so sorry. I-I" Bruce said
"Bruce." Clint said "It's fine."
"Friends we have returned." Thor said as him and Steve walked into the room
"Clint. " Steve said "Are you okay."
"Yeah." Clint replied and then Bruce screamed again
"Bruce what's wrong?!" Natasha said
"Everything burns." Bruce said gasping for air and sitting up "Can't breath."
"Bruce it's ok." Natasha said rubbing his back
"Aahhhhhhhh!" Bruce screamed as all the brown left his eyes and he started to transform
"Oh no." Steve said as Natasha started to back away
"Close the cage!" Fury shouted
"No!" Clint shouted "Natasha get out!"
But it was to late. The door closed on Natasha who was now stuck in the cage with the Hulk.
