"How was work?"

"Good."

"You don't look happy."

"Do I have to smile every time I walk in the house?"

"Today is the day, right?"

"What are you talking about?"

"You know exactly what I'm talking about Olivia."

"Are you going to make me relive it every year?"

"No, what do you want for dinner?"

"I'm not hungry. I had a big lunch today."

"Your mood is really somber."

"Curtis, what do you want from me?"

"I want you to be happy."

"I am happy."

"Do you have anything interesting to talk about?"

"Nothing that I can discuss with you."

"I think you need some time by yourself for a few hours. I'm starving."

"Okay."

"Call me if you want anything." Curtis said, walking out of their apartment.

Running into Fitz was an unwelcome surprise. She would be seeing him a lot every day. It was so awkward. They never had a relationship. Not even a friendship. Olivia really didn't know anything about him. Yet, she had an attachment to him. In 10 years, he hadn't changed anything about his life. Well, except for his smile. That was the first time Olivia had ever seen him smile. Why didn't he get a career? She didn't want to seem like an elitist. She probably wouldn't be in DC right now if Fitz hadn't let her use his phone. How would Abby deal with Fitz working downstairs? She still had nightmares about being in the tunnels underneath the motel. What about Angela?

Olivia was a married woman. She couldn't keep daydreaming about a man from her past. They worked in the same office building. She would have to have some type of relationship with him. They didn't have to be friends. They could be cordial. Besides, Olivia didn't know if he was married. She didn't look for a wedding ring. He had to notice her diamond ring. Her stomach growled. She needed to get dinner from somewhere. The day would be over in a few hours.
