Chapter 13

Breakfast

Fallon's point of view.

The morning rays shined through the corners of my navy-blue blinds, landing on the wall that reflected slightly in my eyes from the brightness.

I weakly open up my eyes, squinting ever so slightly when trying to adapt to the lighting.

The first thing my eyes settle on is Sapphire's leg wrapped around my waist, almost humping my dick.

I close my eyes for a short moment to readjust them, opening them back up now to look at her face.

She looks so peaceful, safe, and happy, as a small smile is shown on her pink lips from in her sleep.

The sunlight that's shining through the gap in the blinds is shining her tanned skinned complexion beautifully, making her look like a sleeping princess.

I breath a gust of air over her sweet facial features, causing her to shiver and snuggle in closer to me.

A small chuckle escapes my lips, leading to me kissing her on the top of her head.

"Are you mine? Or am I just confused?" I whisper to myself quietly, making sure as to not wake her up.

Silent breaths follow through from her lips, which I smile to gently.

I unwrap her leg from around my waist, tossing the covers off of me and putting them on her instead, as I leave the bed.

I put on my paw slippers that have fake claws that are black, with the slippers being a furry brown. Now making my way to the door of my room, gently opening it, and then closing it behind me.

I stand just outside my door looking absolutely brain dead when staring at the carpeted hall tiredly.

I hear the door handle of another door opening and look up from the carpet to see Brian and Felix creeping out of his room quietly, but frankly not invisible.

I cross my arms over my chest in reply, as the both of them stop with one foot stepped forward, only now realising that I've been watching them this entire time.

They look at one another sheepishly, grabbing at a Kit Kat from out of Felix's pocket before whispering to me, "Have a break. Have a Kit Kat..." Which has me frowning.

"The rules are no chocolates in the mornings." I state while walking past the two boys to make my way down the stairs.

On my way down, I can see Felix roll his eyes, but I also saw a fast movement get done below the belt, earning a squeal.

What did Brian just do..?

"Are you two coming..?" I mutter from where I'm standing halfway down the stairs, in which footsteps quickly follow behind me with no hesitation.

Odd...

"Nice slippers." Brian comments sarcastically while nodding his head over into the direction of my shoes.

I raise an eyebrow in return, before saying, "Are you judging a surfer's choice in slippers?" In which Felix scoffs to.

"You're not a surfer, Fallon. You're a nerd, I on the other hand am not. And I fit ever so perfectly with the title 'surfer boy.'" He states calmly while fanning a hand in my direction with his other hand on his hip.

"Give it a rest, Fallon. I'm going to win the trophy and that's final." Felix finishes off with a proud grin.

I scoff at him this time, but then I notice two figures already sitting in the kitchen, so I turn it into a cough.

"Aww, my baby Fallon. Are you okay!?" Our mum ushers while already standing next to me, patting my back with urgency.

I nod my head up and down frantically, consuming the smile that wants to so badly come out when seeing Felix and Brian roll their eyes in sync.

"He's alright. He just swallowed a fish on tryouts which has only now awoken since he's now awake." Felix adds with sarcasm dripping from in his tone, making our mother frown.

"Don't say that Felix! What if it were true!? H-he'll die...should we call a doctor, Nick?" Our mum asks our dad, but he just raises an eyebrow in question.

"Sophia, he'll be fine. He's a strong boy you know?" He calmly states, flicking the page to his newspaper.

Our mum nods her head in agreement, dragging me tightly by the wrist to sit me down across from our dad at the table like yesterday.

"You just sit and rest. I'll get you some orange juice, or tea, or—"

"I'm fine mum." I say, cutting her off from worrying her little heart out.

She gives me a sincere look, but then lifts her gaze to meet eyes with Brian's.

"Oh, we have a guest. When did this happen?" She drifts off with her eyes scanning mine for an answer.

I take a deep breath, "Guest(s) is the preferred word, since I've got my best friend upstairs too. And the reason as to why they're here is because Brian's mate." I pointed to the boy so our mum would understand that that was Brian. "His mate dropped us off home, since we went shopping but couldn't get a bus ride home due to it being too late." When I've finished explaining myself, she nods her head in understanding.

"So, who's upstairs—"

"Fallon, why didn't you wake me up? I'm supposed to make a good impression—"

Sapphire and our mum's eyes met one another with her flushing pink from in her skirt and crop top, while my mum's eyes were scanning her body up and down with deep interest for her son's choice in women.

After the undying awkward silence that carried on for at least sixteen seconds, our mum squeals in fangirl.

"Oh, my gosh Fallon! She's so beautiful." She draws out the word beautiful to last even longer, causing Sapphire to blush a deeper shade of red.

"T-thank you, Ms. Uhm.."

"Oh, please sweetie. Call me Sophia. There's no need to be so formal." She voices sweetly, holding Sapphire's hand delicately.

"You're so slim and precious. Quite the delicate girl for my boy Fallon." She comments with a proud look shining through her eyes.

I itch the back of my head nervously when Sapphire's eyes look to me in question if her and I really are going that far.

When I look to my right, I can see the rage shining through Felix's eyes on having mum give all of her attention to the only other girl here, rather than acknowledging her other son being gay.

A small tug of pity pulls at my chest, but Felix flashes me a look of hate, grabbing Brian's wrist to walk him to the island bench.

"What do you want to eat?" Felix asks Brian who replies with a "Dunno.."

"I was planning on making breakfast, boys. You don't need to—"

"It's fine." Felix cuts mum off with anything but sweetness.

She looks at me confused, so I just shrug my shoulders in reply, acting like I know nothing.

Our dad gets up from the table calmly, walking over to Felix and Brian with a straight posture.

"I have an idea." He gestures, gaining the attention of both boys.

"Why don't the girls cook together, and us boys all cook together? We'll have a competition on who's meal looks the best within the time span of twenty minutes. Sound good?" When he gets a nod from the three of us, he gives us a charming smile with a thumbs up.

"I'm in charge of picking the meal!" I call out, earning a hiss of rejection from Felix.

"Oh, really? Why not shove a fish on the plate while you're at it." He snickers with hostility, causing me to growl in reply.

I went to say something, but he continues talking, "But wait! You've already got one down your throat, don't ya?" He teases while tapping the bench in disappointment.

"Guess we'll have to think of somethin' else than..." He fakes his sadness with a sigh, looking back to me with a grin.

"Got any ideas lover boy?" He asks with shiftiness, making me clench my teeth together and growl a "No." Over to him harshly.

Brian rolls his eyes to our clear rivalry, grabbing at a pot himself.

Felix and I look at one another confused, walking over to stand next to him to see what he's up to.

When he grabs a family size can of 'Heinz beans English recipe' baked beans, Felix and I lick our lips to his idea.

This should turn out well.

"How do you burn baked beans?" Felix asks Brian with a raised eyebrow.

Brian gives him a sheepish look, clearly showing that he didn't want to answer.

"It's called not enough time management, and evaporating sauces." I stated bluntly, leading to all three of us sighing in union.

"How did it go boys—" Nick freezes mid-sentence when he sees only beans and no sauce juices.

"How did this happen, may I ask?" He drifts off with his nerdy black glasses on the bridge of his nose, analysing the whole entire pot.

"Take a guess." I mutter half-heartedly, with my shoulders slouched in boredom.

"Not enough time management?" He asks, earning a snicker from Brian.

"You can tell Fallon is your son." Brian says with a grin, gaining an unamused look from me.

"I see you boys had trouble." Sapphire calls from where she's walking to us with her hips and ass swishing softly, her eyes focused intently on me.

I gulp upon her arrival, having Nick smirk, and Brian and Felix look away from the second-hand embarrassment.

Sapphire places a finger on my muscled chest, replying sweetly, "Don't worry. Sophia and I already knew that would happen, so we made extras on what we decided to cook." She informs with a gentle tap with the palm of her hand on my cheek, swishing her ass teasingly when walking away from me.

My mouth gaps slightly with drool, gaining a grin from our dad when he notices my sudden uncomfortableness.

"That was intense." Brian comments when he finally dared to look at me again. After Brian decided to look my way again, Felix then looks this way too.

"Guess the girls bet us." Felix states with the flick of his blonde hair.

"Unless of course. You wanna debate that with our amazing cooking skills." He claims while tossing the cold pot into the sink. The disgusting smell of burnt beans fills the air.

I grimace in reply, "No thanks...I'll just believe the idea that we lost with no repercussions against that."

We all nod our heads in agreement, making our way to the already set table that has the glorious smells coming from it.

"Welcome to Sapphire and Sophia's breakfast diner!" The two girls shout together in unison, serving all of us boys a dish with a metal lid on top.

"Enjoy!" The girls call out, as us four boys lift the lid to instantly get the steamy whiff of pancakes.

My eyes widen with my mouth drooling so much from the hunger that has consumed me.

I reach over the table to grab at the maple syrup and sugar, pouring both ingredients onto the five pancakes that are on my plate.

When I've finished putting on my preferred toppings, I roll the pancake like a sushi and take a biting mouthful of it.

The sweet syrup slithers onto my tongue with the taste of sugar sweetening the taste subtly.

"Mmph, this is delicious!" I moan out while taking another bite.

All of us enjoy our meal in silence; Felix and Brian put lemon and sugar on their pancakes, while mum put nothing on hers, Sapphire put whipped cream with strawberries on hers, and dad put honey and sugar with lemon on his.

This is a good breakfast.
