After this the meeting ended in some time in a much smoother way than it would have gone otherwise. Senku and the familiar Demi human Felix and the Knights Julius and Reinhardt had a small discussion after which they left to their respective candidates. After the meeting Emilia said-
Emilia: Thanks Senku, I now understand what you were doing all those days there alone working there trying to make it for this day.
Senku disliked being appreciated for showing emotions so he began refuting any goodwill In his actions.
(With very bad acting) Senku: What I am doing is for myself it was merely the most logical pathway for the success of science.
But both Emilia and Senku knew that statement was naught as Emilia tried the same thing on Senku the day they met but it was obvious that she cared. Hitting this realisation they both gave a hearty laugh. After encouraging her he waved her goodbye as he had to stay.
Roswaal: I belllieeve we have to leave Senku kun but you have made such a bold move that some nobles and business leaders might want to meet you to secure a deal you must stay back I am afraaaiiiddd.
It was a complete victory at the briefing.
After this Roswaal, Emilia and Ram the pink maid left for the mansion while Rem and Senku planned to move to the nearby Hotel where a room had been booked for them. However a lot of people did want to meet him. All the nobles had left to come meet up with him later because they had to consult others and their family before making any major decisions this was however not the case for the other candidates who all had something to speak off.
He was ignored by Priscilla thinking that the situation would fall in her favour eventuallybut her bodyguard Al walked up to Senku. "Bro are you from japan?"
Bro and japan were two words that Senku never expected to hear in this world he was obviously startled
Senku and Al: So I'm not the only one!
Senku: Which time which year? when? How?
Aldebaraan: I am sorry bro I don't remember much there are dreams I have from my past there although my path here seems to have begun much faster than you.
Senku: So different time frames and different mental states are some of the conditions that are imposed upon being summoned this is exhilarating, but what must be the reason?
Aldebaraan: I don't know bro at times the amnesia gets worse I can't tell from where am I from.

Al took up to his feet running to his mistress

He said as much and left Senku.
After the previous conversation was over Julius Juukulius the knight of knights approached him, and started speaking,
Julius: Senku Ishigami, what you did back there was truly respectable! Not many people could have figured the abnormal behaviour shown by the nobles was because of the groundwork you laid for Ms Emilia. I was worried things would turn sour as most of them love to pick a common enemy to foster greater togetherness in amongst themselves. But being a knight I couldn't interfere. You have my respect, also my reason for approaching you was that my mistress Anastasia Hoshin seems to have picked up some interest in your claims I came here to state so that she has invited you for dinner at her residence in the capital she would like to talk about investing in your ideas.
Senku: Honestly that would be great. Having an appointment with a leading businesswoman to invest in my ideas is the best I could have asked.
Julius: Then that would be great friend, pleasure meeting you.
After those greetings Senku had a new list of things to do namely secure a factory so that he could start manufacture of certain metals and alloys so he had to look for businessmen from whom he could rent facilities but sadly all the factories were full and were currently producing armaments for the candidate Crusch Karsten. Defeated Senku and Rem left for The Hoshin residence to have at least a single successful negotiation for the day. When they entered the home they found attendants who escorted them to a room on the inside. The rooms style was completely different on the inside it resembled Japanese architecture and way of decoration this startled Senku once again there weren't many books in the forbidden library stating bout this country in the west as its time of creation coincided with the time in which the books were written ie 400 years ago. They sat on a side Senku sat down on a chair Rem stood behind Soon Anastasia arrived dressed in a purple garb.
Senku: This architecture it remi-
Anastasia: Your home?
Senku (smiling): How did you guess?
Anastasia: Ya really don't know about the folklore of this world now do ya?
Senku: Did someone Influence a country so much so that even the man's culture was adopted by the people someone that charismatic huh.
Anastasia: You're right on that, Hoshin of the wilderness converted Kararagi completely transforming it and brought prosperity there everyone therefore absorbed his culture as their own.
Senku in his mind: Now everything makes so much sense, so people have been summoned a long time ago as well.
Anastasia: Now people are starting to call you the second hoshin in the light of things you just did. There were also rumours of a boy constructing metias and explosives to down a famous assassin saving a Royal candidate in the process.
Senku: I am no Hoshin
Anastasia: See ya don't have to match hi-
Senku: That guy seems to have no professional study of things we used in our world, we didn't have this magic in our world so we relied on our ingenuity to build things. The guy while did manage to build things he hasn't completely revolutionised everything the way I was thinking. I am going to do that a 10 billion percent.
(Anastasia swiftly changed the topic realising that Senku was motivated for bringing science and that could be easily turned as an economic tool this was the perfect moment to bring up the deal.)
Anastasia: See that's why I want to invest in your idea it's mutually beneficial you get to kick start your new creations. I can help you out to source all the materials with the vast supply network I have built over the years. You can get working designs in the market in less than a week.
Senku (with a smile): There has to be catch. Now technically you wouldn't invest in my ideas unless there was a fore payment or a safety of sorts to save you from loss in case my idea failed.
Anastasia: Listen I do-
Senku: You don't have to trust me I came prepared for such situations.
Senku hands her some blueprints about things that were easy to build and would function as stepping stones for further development of more advanced machines and erecting industries to fuel the incoming revolution. Senku continued, I even have a working prototype of some of these that I can fetch from the mathers Domain if required. Anastasia and one of her workers analysed these blueprints and found that these would be very valuable if marketed and sold properly there were however two problems. Anastasia felt the value of a few factories rent would be paltry in front of what these inventions would fetch however they would be rather expensive and few people would be able to afford these.
Anastasia: Metals are expensive resources and quite some intensive use has been made. They won't sell.
Senku: Then we do the obvious Mass produce it.
This brought utter silence and shock to the room as such a thought had not been seen before using old techniques only highly concentrated ore could be refined the production of iron had always been a slow and arduous task and just mass producing it was enough of a money bringer to make someone the richest entity on the planet.
Senku: I will get to it and I am willing to create a Semi-independent enterprise with your help and I am also willing to share a percentage of revenue generated for access to more regions, setting up a resource network is a pain but with your help that part is covered. As for these blueprints I gave you consider this a trade for your trust and gratitude. I hope our alliance helps me in my goal to bring Science to this world changing it far more than that Hoshin ever did.
Anastasia (smiling): That's quite greedy of ya Senku kun.
Senku (returning the smile): Look whose saying that.
They drew some predictions and analysed some data and saw that they could make millions of gold coins in revenue from just the blue prints Senku gave to her. Anastasia said "I can get you some factories within the city to start working on these if you can oversee them before you leave I can give you a 15% extra cut from these after taking all the occupancy costs. If the workers are not confused at the plans and work without any hiccups I get as much revenue as I am giving you now through this and it also saves time.
Anastasia: As we say in Kararagi time is money
Senku: Sure, I can sort those out and put these funds to other use, those extra funds would be nice to have.
After sharing some more jokes, stories from his world and a dinner Senku and Rem left the hoshin household after securing a valuable ally. They were given a Conversing mirror to contact her in case something was required. 3 factories were made available to him in the city itself which were previously not being given to him. "Anastasia sure has clout in the business circles." Senku said.
Rem: I heard Anastasia san is really good at negotiating and manipulating others to let the deals fall in her favour.
Senku: Those for all we know can be rumours that people who got the short stick of the contract spread around uselessly besides Julius probably told her how I altered the nobles behaviour. She wouldn't risk trying and spoiling her chances. I am the only one in this entire world who can design those things. She is a clever woman she won't risk it. Besides having conversations that are simple and have no lies ingrained in them is 10 billion percent better than having to weed out lies in every statement I definitely prefer her this way.
Senku: Anyways I think we should now head back there are some prototype designs I would like to bring back.
The next day they went around asking for a carriage but the attempt was futile as all the carriages were booked too once again by the candidate Crusch Karsten.
Senku: What is she planning anyways? A coup wouldn't work if all the stories of Reinhardt hold any weight besides she didn't feel like such a woman. Maybe they're going after a common enemy of the empire as in a large scale mabeast hunt of sorts as the relations between all four nations is rather good for a war to break out. Anyways I should be careful to not make an enemy of her.
Unable to find a carriage was too small of an issue to trouble their business partner tired they went to the last place where they could rent one and they had almost given up when a certain silver haired boy stopped he was a boy wearing a green outfit with a merchant cap.
Merchant: Senku san was it?
Senku: Yes, Can you carry us to the mathers domain? Your name is?
Merchant: Where are my manners? I am Otto Suwen a merchant and I would oblige to your request but there is just a tiny problem in that.
Senku: That is?
Otto: I have because of unforeseen circumstances have bought too much off season oil if you can just buy that off me I won't charge for the ride.
Senku had a look at the oil inspecting it after some time he said, Yeah I can buy those in fact those would be useful to me.
Otto: Then there isn't any problem now is there?
Senku then pulled out some of the money he got from the deal with Anastasia and paid Otto the next day after Senku had sorted the issue with the factory workers confusion regarding the designs. After this they packed their belongings and left
Otto: We are travelling alone so aren't you worried about bandits or something?
Rem said with a smile that wouldn't be a problem
Otto: They way you say that is almost a bit unnerving Rem san
Senku(with a villainous expression): Even if we do get into a problem we are prepared Rem can fight and if there is a bigger problem I can just pay my way out or plain trick them into believing I am broke.
Otto (mockingly): Now I don't know who to fear more you or the bandits
The trio got onto the Carriage and left for the journey to the Mathers domain smiling, little did they know that this world would throw something at them that Senku definitely hadn't prepared for.
