It's the first gift he gives her after they get together.
He had strolled into her office, proud look on his face, proclaiming that tonight they were leaving the office at seven because he had a surprise for her. Donna, obviously hesitate responds with a questioning glance, eyebrows high in the air. Surprises from Harvey could be infinite.
Finally, after succumbing to her stare, he breaks down and says that he got them front row tickets to Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway. He knows a guy who knows a guy and Harvey did his research and apparently there's baseball involved so he figured it was a safe bet.
Shooting up from her chair, with a giant smile she saunters over toward him and plants a giant kiss on his lips, right there in the middle of her office.
It's the first time they kiss at work, but it is certainly not the last.
