A short distance away.
Goten and I flew off to distant area of the forest and we talked a bit more. Then I thought to myself and looked at Goten.
"What's the matter?" Goten asked.
"Goten, take me someplace new," I replied.
"Someplace new?" he questioned.
"I have yet to explore this new world I am in now. Take me someplace where I can feel alive again," I added.
"I know just the place," he said as he smiled.
He took my hand and we flew off. Just as I followed next to him, Goten saw someone else flying by.
"Pan!" Goten exclaimed.
Pan looked and saw him flying.
"Uncle Goten!" she exclaimed and flew right toward us.
We all then stood stationary in the air.
"Where are you going?" Goten asked.
"I was going to visit the fair that's in town. Mom and dad said I could go," Pan smiled.
"What a coincidence, I was heading there too with Iltani," he smiled.
"Who is Iltani?" Pan questioned.
"Oh, that's right, you haven't met her," Goten said, "Iltani, this is my niece Pan. Pan this is Iltani."
"Uncle Goten," Pan whispered.
"What is it Pan?" Goten whispered back.
"Isn't she the mummy?" Pan asked.
"Yea, but she's a nice person. She did all that out of fear," Goten replied.
"Well, what are you doing hanging about with her?" Pan questioned.
"Are you asking about me?" Iltani asked.
"Oh, don't worry about it," Goten said, "Pan is ok."
"No, I'm not," Pan replied, "You killed a lot of innocent people, and you're flying about like nothing ever happened? Why are you even with my Uncle Goten anyway?"
"Pan," Goten muttered.
"It's alright Goten," I added, "I did kill innocent lives, but it was in self-defense. I thought they were working for my brother, and I wasn't going to let my brother capture me. To add, I was also speaking a foreign tongue and could not understand a thing they spoke."
"Why should I trust you now?" Pan asked with her arms crossed.
"I am not your enemy Pan. If I were, this planet wouldn't exist from the moment, I was awakened," I replied, "My brother is the one all should fear."
"I'm not afraid of him," Goten said.
"That is because you are naïve just as your father and Vegeta. Neither know what they are getting into when it comes to my brother," I added.
"Ok, let's say I believe all of this, now, what are you doing with my Uncle Goten?" Pan asked.
"He helped me escape before my brother could capture me. He helped me," I replied.
"Do you like my uncle?" Pan questioned.
"Uh, what?" I muttered.
"I'm just wondering why hang with my uncle. Do you have feelings for him?" she asked.
"Pan that's enough," Goten added.
"But Uncle Goten, she didn't answer my question," Pan added.
"If she has any feelings or not, that is not your concern," Goten stated.
"Hmph," Pan muttered and crossed her arms.
I leaned over and whispered to Pan in the ear.
"I do like your uncle, as a very good friend," I smiled.
"Really?" Pan questioned.
I smiled and nodded my head to her, as she smiled.
"What did you say to her?" Goten asked.
"Something that is between us girls," I smiled.
"I like her," Pan added.
"Ok, fine, let's keep going," Goten added, as he then took my hand again, and few off.
Pan rushed to follow us as she was falling behind in the flight.
We then saw a Capsule Corp vehicle flying by and then the vehicle stopped just in front of us.
"Hey Goten, where are you going?" Trunks questioned.
"We're going to the fair," Bulla replied from inside the vehicle.
"What a coincidence so are we," Pan added.
"That sounds great, how about you all join us. We have more room," Trunks added.
"Sure," Pan added, and jumped on.
I looked to Goten and he looked at me then back to Trunks.
"Oh, you haven't met my sister. Bulla this is the one I talked to you about. This is Iltani," Trunks said, "Iltani, this is my sister Bulla."
"So nice to meet you," Bulla smiled, "You're right Trunks, she is pretty."
"Uh, Bulla!" Trunks gasped.
"Oh, don't worry about it," Pan added, "Uncle Goten has been with her since they met."
"Pan," Goten muttered.
"I think he likes her," Pan whispered to Bulla.
Bulla smiled and chuckled, as Goten then shamefully put his hand upon his head and blushed.
"I wouldn't mind joining them on the travel," I said, "Do you Goten?"
"Uh, no, I think that's fine. If you want to ride with them, that's ok, we can ride with them."
Goten put his hands down and let me climb up into the flying vehicle first. He then jumped in as well, as Trunks then shut the top of the vehicle which was made of glass and began to drive it off in the sky.
We arrived at the location of the fair, and I looked at everything in awe. I was unsure of what all these things were, but Goten again, grabbed my hand began to tug me into one direction.
"It's best you start off slow, with some simple rides, then we can work your way up to the roller coasters," Goten smiled.
"Rollercoasters?" I questioned.
"You'll see," Goten smiled.
First, were rode some horses that moved in circles. Goten called it the Merry-Go-Round. It was nice and simple. I enjoyed it very much. Next, we got on some smaller looking vehicles.
"Just keep your hands and feet inside the cart," Goten said.
"Why is that?" I asked.
"The ground can electrocute you if you touch it while the ride is in motion. You can get out once the ride is completely stopped and the attendant says we can get off," Goten replied.
"I don't know what electrocute is, but I assume it's a bad thing?" I questioned.
"Very bad thing," Pan added as she got into one of the vehicles.
"I'll be in this one, unless you want to try it together," Goten added.
"I mostly see people sitting alone, I will try the same," I smiled.
"Alright then," Goten said, "Oh and one more thing, people will be hitting you with their vehicles, don't get mad, it's a part of the game."
"Ok," I added.
I saw Pan, Bulla, Trunks, and Goten get into their own vehicles, and buckled a belt around them. I saw the belt in my vehicle and did the same. Soon enough the ride began. I saw people bumping their vehicles to other vehicles and laughing. I moved mine around and then Pan's vehicle hit mine.
"Gotcha!" she exclaimed and turned away to get Trunks.
I smiled and was about to go again, when Goten hit my vehicle and laughed. I looked toward him shocked and then gave him a mischievous smile.
"I see now," I smiled, and purposely bumped into his vehicle.
"Ok, let's go," Goten exclaimed.
I began to laugh as vehicles after vehicles bumped around. I bumped into Goten a few times, and then into Pan. I chased Bulla around then bumped her. I tried to race over to Trunks, but couldn't get him, until Goten bumped him and I finally bumped into Trunks.
"No fair Goten!" Trunks uttered.
Everyone began to laugh as the game finally came to an end. We rode a few more simple rides and reached one that looked like overly sized teacups. We stood in line waiting and I saw how the ride maneuvered around. Some teacups didn't spin in circles, but some were spinning around so fast I could see someone look as if they would throw up.
"This one looks fun," I added.
"If you enjoy this one, then I would think you are ready for the rollercoasters," Goten smiled.
"I would love to ride every single one," I said, as I turned and looked back at the spinning teacups.
Goten stood there and smiled at me the entire time. He took me onto the spinning teacup ride and once the ride began, he helped me to spin the teacup. I watched Trunks, Bulla, and Pan ride one and spin it fast. Of course, they watched their strength to not break the machine, but it was one of my favorite rides thus far. We rode it about four times, before I got super dizzy. Goten held me close so I wouldn't fall or bump into anyone. We went for something to eat as Pan pulled Trunks to get her some sweets. We remained the whole afternoon at this park and rode all the rides. Then we went on the rollercoasters and I was thrilled. I screamed along with every person on the ride. My day with them at this fair was filled with so much fun, I had forgotten about my troubles.
Our day ended and we parted our own ways. Goten and I went into the woods again, as we talked about the rides. We laughed when we talked about the expressions on some of the people who rode some of the rides. Then we finally stood still and just smiled at each other. Goten starred at me and took my hand in his as he took a step closer.
"Marry me," he said.
"What?" I questioned in shock.
"You marry me, and we never look back. We can go far from here together. You won't have to fall prey to your brother ever again," he said.
"Why are you saying this? No, we can't do this. You need to leave," I stated.
"Iltani," Goten said, as he held my hand gently.
"I can't marry you," I said.
"Iltani, I'm asking you this because I love you. I'm in love you Iltani and I do not want to lose you to your brother. I know he will not approve, but what do you approve?" he said.
"This is not happening," I whispered, as my eyes filled with fear.
I began to look around and knew something was wrong.
"Goten you are in danger. You need to leave now. Go to your family," I said as my eyes filled with tears in fear of what was to come.
"I'm not going to leave you. I want to protect you," he said, as he realized he said the same thing as that moment millions of years ago, from his dream.
"Go, he is going to be here soon," I said.
"I'm not afraid," he added.
"Did you think you can hide from me?" Pentti exclaimed, as he appeared behind us.
"Pentti," I stated as I stood in front of Goten.
"Did you think I would not find you? Did you think you can hide my sister?" Pentti questioned.
"Pentti you can't do this to your sister," Goten stated.
"Pentti, don't do this, please," I stated.
"History repeats itself," Pentti smirked.
Pentti then puts out his hand and I see it begin to glow.
"We can take what we please," Pentti added, as the glowing ball then took shape of a sharp object, "And kill whoever we want. Isn't that right?"
Pentti then flew toward us ready to kill Goten, as Goten remained steadfast on the ground waiting for the impact.
"NO!" I exclaimed and quickly stood in front of Goten, receiving the impact that was meant for him.
"No," Pentti exclaimed, as he realized he stabbed me instead of Goten.
"Iltani!" Goten exclaimed.
"I won't let you do this," I stated, as Pentti then removed himself from me.
I shouted in pain as the blood began to pour out from my body. Pentti stood in shock that he stabbed me. Goten grabbed me as I then turned to him.
"Goten, leave now. Get my uncle, Lord Beerus. He will know what to do but you need to leave now," I stated, as I placed my hand over my wound.
"I'm not leaving you," Goten stated.
"If you don't do what I say, everyone will die. Now Go!" I cried.
Goten stood there in fear for me and took a moment to think. He placed his hand to my face as he made me look to him.
"I will come back for you," he said.
"I know," I whispered, "Now leave."
I tried to look as if I were not dying so he can leave with peace in his mind. Goten flew off as fast as he could, as I then turned to look at my brother.
"You thought I would let you kill him? I'd rather be the one to die," I stated.
"I didn't mean to hurt you. If you hadn't gotten in the way," Pentti stated as he approached me.
I fell to my knees as I was beginning to feel weak.
"How does it feel now to know that your prophecy is lost? You'll never be the strongest God. You will never be anything but a murderer," I stated, "Our mother, Yanzu, the innocent lives in our home and our father. Now, you have killed me."
"No, you cannot die," he stated as he grabbed me in his arms.
"I will do whatever it takes so you don't succeed, even death," I added, and fainted.
"Iltani!" Pentti cried as his tears began to flow from his eyes.
Pentti quickly carried me off to his mansion in fear that I would be dead.
Goten flew quickly to Capsule Corps and cried for Bulma or anyone to show themselves.
"What is going on Goten?" Trunks questioned.
"Why are you here yelling?" Bulma questioned.
"What's going on?" Bulla asked.
"How dare you wake us up like that!" Vegeta exclaimed.
Trunks looked at Goten as did Bulma and saw the worry on his face.
"Goten, what's the matter?" Trunks asked.
"Goten, who's blood is that on you?" Bulma asked.
"You need to get Lord Beerus here now," Goten stated as his eyes filled with tears.
"What happened to Iltani?" Vegeta asked.
"I think, I," Goten stated as he grew mad, "Pentti, he,"
"Out with it boy!" Vegeta exclaimed.
Goten shut his eyes tight and refused to believe what he was about to say.
"Pentti killed her," Goten stated, "Get Lord Beerus here Now!"
