Last Time on New Masters of The Mountain : Siddie and the Lowly travel through the tunnels to discover The Heart of The Mountain, with Siddie connecting with the Earth awakening Lilly's Spirit, and Lilly and Zach finding their Minerals next, with Siddie finding The Map to The Blades of Deliverance, just as Lilly is awakened and Cole is glad to see his Mother again, as Siddie calls herself a Pointless Child and Morgan stands up to Cole and tells him he needs to do the right thing as a Father, and help Siddie, with Cole and Lilly giving Siddie their advice, and The Masters of Earth decide it's time to bring the fight to Vangelis.

Chapter 10 : Darkest Hours and Brightest Ascents
June 11th - Dungeons of Shintaro
The Young Ninja were running through the tunnels with The Geckles and Munce, in hopes of outrunning Grief-Bringer.
Murtessa : That Cry... that's Grief-Bringer the Dragon, No Mistake!
Princess Alex : But I thought you said Grief-Bringer was killed by some Great Hero!
Prince Matteo : It was, first by Lilly, then by Cole, and now the Skull Sorcerer must have reanimated it!
Maya : Thanks, Mister Obvious Munce.
Gulch was trying to talk while running, but he was getting tired.
Charlie : What, Gulch?
Gulch : The... The Strong Cave, it's our *Breathe* Our only hope!
Charlie : Finally, good news... Guys!
Gulch grabbed Charlie and spoke.
Gulch : Don't say it out loud, do you want the Munce to hear?!
Gaverill ran back and Punched his father's shoulder and spoke.
Gaverill : Yea, that's the point Dad!
Charlie : If they're left out here, they'll get eaten by a Skeleton Dragon, Everybody let's Go!
Outside the Tunnels.
Skull of Hazza Du'r : They Flee into the Mountain!
Vangelis : Bring it all Down!
Grief-Bringer flies up and destroys some rocks to make a bridge, and they get moving.
Vangelis : After them, all of you!
Meanwhile, The Munce and Geckles got to the Strong Cave, and Grizela spoke.
Grizela : Chancellor Charlie, you have to-
Charlie : I know Grizela... Seal the Strong Cave, Now!
The Geckles started to close the door, but as they saw Grief-Bringer, the gear got stuck.
Gwen : Gaverill, it's Stuck!
Gaverill : Oh boy. . .
Prince Matteo : Now what?
Princess Alex : Well then forget the wheel, Cut the Chain!
Alex, Murt, and Murtessa started to use their weapons to break the Chain, but it wasn't doing enough damage.
Montgomery : They're not gonna get it shut in time.
Eric : Then we better buy 'em some time!
Gaverill : Nina, Xavier... take these!
Gaverill handed Xavier and Nina their Minerals, and they got ready.
Eric grabbed his Mace, Montgomery got out his Sword, Xavier loaded his Crossbow, Nina got out her Double-Bit Axe, and Charlie reached his Machete, and they all pulled out their Shields and went outside to slow the dragon.
Montgomery : You.
Nina : Guys.
Eric : Shall.
Charlie : Not.
Xavier : Be Granted Permission To Traverse Beyond This Point!
Montgomery, Eric, and Charlie stared at Xavier, and Montgomery spoke.
Montgomery : Let's do this!
Montgomery, Eric, Nina, Charlie, and Xavier : Ninja-Go!
The Masters of Energy, Water, Lightning, Amber, and Ice did Spinjitzu and used their weapons and shields to attack the Awakened Warriors.
Only Charlie's Machete was imbued with an Orange Power, that he guessed was Amber itself rather than an Element he absorbed, since he was wearing The Chain of Imperial Amber.
While Eric had put the Stone of Silver Zirconium in his Mace, and Nina had The Axe of Lost Azurite, and the handle of The Axe was Made of Azurite, while the Double-Bit Axe Head ( Two Blades on an even sized Axe head ) was made of Platinum.
While Xavier had The Crossbow of Calcite ( Which was a mix of a Rock and a Crystal and was white and looked like Ice ) and the arrows he fired were made of Ice, and the Crossbow was made of Calcite, Iron, and Ice.
The Young Ninja continued to use their weapons and Spinjitzu on The Awakened Warriors, then the Grief-Bringer blew green fire at them.
Montgomery : Look Out!
While in the Cave, the Munce ( Along with Alex ) were still breaking the Chain, when Murtessa jumped and slammed her club into the Chain to break it
And the Rock Gate was closing.
Murtessa : It's Coming Down!
Maya : Kids, get in here!
Montgomery : Run!
The Young Ninja put their shields and weapons back, and they ran as fast as they could for the door.
They all slid under it, and stood up and saw the door was able to withstand Grief-Bringer's attacks.
Charlie : Hopefully we're safe for now.
Gulch : Are you kidding, we are not safe, the enemy is among us and you led them into our Cave!
Nina : What, where?!
Gulch : The Munce!
Montgomery : Oh you're kidding Me.
Nina : Seriously.
Charlie : You guys are doing this Nonsense, now?!
Gulch : Hide your possessions, Geckles, before the Munce steal them, like they stole the Ivory Blade of Deliverance!
Murtessa : You stole blade, The blade of Milly!
Gulch : It's Gilly, you glob-mouthed -
Murtessa : Milly is our legend, you legend-stealing stealer of legends, Munce, your true cave for our blade, then Geckle stole from us, Finding it would make being in prison here worth it.
Gulch : Oh, you can leave any time!
Murtessa : Oh, there is other way out of this cave?
Gulch : Of course not. Do you even understand the point of a strong-cave?
Vangelis : Geckles, Munce, Hear me... I offer you a chance, and one chance only, Send out the Young Ninja, and I will spare your lives. I will show you mercy.
Skull of Hazza Du'r : Mercy. . . Mercy.
Vangelis : Send them out, and you will be allowed to return to work in the mines! All shall be as it was, a time of peace and hard work. So swears the Skull Sorcerer!
Murtessa : Never!
Gulch : No way!
Murtessa : I am talking, Geckle!
Gulch : We both started talking at the same time!
Murtessa : No, I said the "ne" in Never before you open mouth!
Vangelis : All of you -
Gulch : Okay, who was watching? Did anyone see who opened their mouth first?
Maya : Would one of you just respond?
Murtessa : Munce will never serve Skull Sorcerer!
Gulch : As much as it pains me to agree with a Munce, neither will the Geckles!
Vangelis : So be it. Grief-Bringer, My skeletons, Destroy them!
Skull of Hazza Du'r : Destruction, Devastation!
Gulch : Just like once before you almost destroyed Grizela and Gaverill.
Prince Matteo : Oh boo who, you almost made my wife and son end up dead.
Nina gasped, and Gaverill and Matteo let his anger get the better of the confrontation.
Gaverill : Oh We don't care if it was Mean, everything and everyone in all of the Fourteen Realms has lost something, you hear Me... Everybody has had a close one end up dead in their lives.
Prince Matteo : But that's no excuse to get everybody else Dead along the way!
Murtessa and Gulch didn't know what to say to their Sons, since they were tired to the Munce and Geckles' constant fighting.
The Grief-Bringer kept bashing at the entrance, but it held up, and the cave was shaking, but there was no damage.
Gaverill : That Sorcerer's an Idiot.
But with the Cave shaking, Charlie questioned is Illusionist Friend.
Charlie : Gaverill, I thought you said this Cave could withstand The Grief-Bringer.
Gaverill : It can, this entire cave is made of Clearstone.
Maya : What?
Gaverill : It's the hardest stone known in all of the Realms, if Vengestone and Chronosteel can't break it, then neither can a Reanimated Skeletal Dragon.
Gulch : But without Lilly and Cole, all is lost!
Alex was near a huge rock pile in the back of the Cave, and was curious.
Princess Alex : Xavier, can you scan this?
Xavier : There is a space behind this wall of rocks, possibly a previously covered-up exit.
Princess Alex : Good, Listen up, There's an opening behind this rock wall... We're not sure but it could be a way out, If we're going to bring down this wall, we need everyone's help, And by everyone, I mean everyone.
The Munce and Geckle agree, and start moving the Rocks.
Gulch : Look, There's something back here!
Murtessa : He's right! Chamber!
Princess Alex : Look at them! They're working together, side by side.
Montgomery : I never thought I'd see that.
The last rock was moved and Charlie saw what the space was.
Charlie : No... it's a dead end.
Murtessa : What we do?
Gulch : There's no other way out of here.
Nina : Guys, that door's gonna break in a few minutes.
Gulch : I... I am sorry, I was wrong to lead you all here.
Murtessa sat down next to Gulch, and she spoke.
Murtessa : You gave us shelter Gulch, I too am sorry.
Gulch : For what, Murtessa?
Murtessa : You Geckles value family, like Munce, who work hard like Munce, and... above all else you have a Son, same as Me, yet it seems like when it came to Family we both did nothing but fail them.
Gulch : Yes.
Prince Matteo : Mom.
Gaverill : Dad.
Gulch and Murtessa looked at their Sons, and they spoke.
Prince Matteo : You guys didn't fail us.
Gaverill : We just didn't appreciate the lives we were given over the past four years, Look at Me, I'm with Powers I didn't even ask for, Matteo has a Throne he never asked for, and above all else you were letting your feud with the Blades get in the way of what really mattered between all of us, there's more similarities to all of our people, than our differences... we just wanted you two to realize that.
Murtessa : We are sorry, we were both Foolish.
Gulch : He is our Common Enemy, We shall stand together and face The Skull Sorcerer as Allies!
Murtessa : Yes, Let us put aside our Differences, and face him Together!
Charlie : Then in my power and the position as The Geckle Chancellor, I here by declare all Geckles are at peace with The Munce!
Princess Alex : And In my Power as The Munce Queen, I declare all Munce, at peace with The Geckles!
Gulch and Murtessa shook their hands, and Matteo and Gaverill high-fived each other, glad that Murtessa and Gulch got the message.
Just then, the "Outside" of the door started cracking.
Charlie : What?
Gaverill : Instead of Breaking through the door, they're breaking around it.
Gulch : What does that Mean?
Gaverill : It means they're gonna break the door down.
Murt threw his club at the rock, and it actually made an echoing noise.
Montgomery : Xavier.
Xavier scanned the wall, and he smiled.
Xavier : This rock is hallow, we may be able to blast through it!
Montgomery : Charlie!
Charlie and Montgomery both used Energy as hard as they could, and as the Cave's door fell, they blasted through the wall, and it was an opening.
Just then, The Skull Sorcerer broke the gates down as they were about to run.
Vangelis : FREEZE!
They all looked back and The Grief-Bringer was ready to breathe.
Vangelis : If you run, I Will Destroy ALL OF YOU!
Montgomery : Wait, we'll do it!
Young Ninja : What?!
Montgomery : We'll go back to Mines, just don't hurt them.
While Montgomery was talking and The Young Ninja were walking away, Gulch and Grizela grabbed Gaverill, and shoved him out the opening.
Gaverill : Mom, Dad what are you doing?
Gulch : Go find The Daughter of Cole... Gaverill, she is our last hope!
Gaverill : What about you?!
Gulch : We'll be okay!
Grizela : Make me proud, my Son.
Gaverill had tears in his eyes as he nodded and ran off into the mines, and The Awakened Warriors grabbed Gulch and Grizela, and took the Munce and Geckles back to the Mines.
Meanwhile. . .
Beneath The Mountain of Shintaro, The Lowly were all thinking of a plan.
Cole and Lloyd were talking, while Siddie was standing next to Lilly and Morgan, and Lilly smiled at her Granddaughter, when she saw her wearing her Cole's Ninja Suit and her Armor.
Cole : You okay, Mom?
Lilly : Yes Cole, just seeing Siddie wear my Armor, it looks better on her than it did on Me.
Siddie : Thank you.
Prince Morgan : You truly look like the warrior that your Grandmother was.
Siddie smiled at Morgan, and he smiled back, and Richard noticed, but he smiled as well.
Cole : Alright so this is what we got so far, We're all stuck underground, and separated from the kids, and an army of reanimated Skeletons, we have very few weapons and no way back to the Surface, but none of us are going to give into despair, when there is a will, there will always be a way, and we will find it, now we need suggestions to get back to the Surface, anybody?
Princess Lydia : Cool. . .
Everybody looked to see Lydia near the small Lake, and she was petting a surprisingly large fish.
Empress Harumi : Lydia, what is that?
Princess Lydia : It's a White Sturgeon, they're species is one of the Longest Living Fish in the world, and one of the largest, and mostly spend their time in habitats in big Lakes and Rivers, across Ninjago, and can live for One hundred and five years.
Queen Akita : She's right about that, The Sturgeons are common species that we and our Fisherman see around The Formlings' Kingdom, and we also see Eels around as well.
Princess Lydia : Do not try catching those.
Prince Zach : Why?
Princess Lydia : Eel Blood is poisonous, and cause cramps to the muscles, including the Heart, so my advice, you catch it, set it free.
Queen Akita : Eric's the only one who knows more about Sea Creatures than Lydia, which is why whenever he visits the kingdom, he helps us by working as one of the Fisherman.
Empress Harumi : Interesting.
Cole : Focus guys, now does anybody have an Idea?
Siddie : I have one, but this one... it's a little Nuts
Plundar : This One?
Queen Vania : Plundar.
Lilly : What's the plan, Obsidian?
Siddie smiled at hearing her Grandmother say her actual name ( Even though everybody called her Siddie, it was technically her nickname, since Cole and Opal named her Obsidian )
Cole : Let's hear it Siddie.
Siddie grabbed Lilly's Club off her back, and started drawing a line with it.
Siddie : Okay, so these are the Minecart Tracks that we found earlier, which I guess lead to the Surface.
Just then Siddie grabbed a Mushroom from Fungus, and kept explaining.
Siddie : So let's pretend this is the Minecart, if we take the wheels of it, we can attach the Axle to the Mech like Giant Rollerskates, and use the Mech.
Siddie : Fungus, Propellant.
Fungus nodded and used Propellant on the Mushroom.
Siddie : Then we get back in the Carts, and use the Mech to send us all back up the Tracks, Like This!
Siddie put the Mushroom down and used it as an example and it did a small firework.
Korgran : Explosion is us?
Plundar : That Plan sounds a little, what's the word I'm looking for, oh yea... Nuts!
Siddie put her weapon on her back, and spoke.
Siddie : I told you that at the start... why does nobody listen to Me.
Prince Morgan : Well I don't hear any other suggestions, so you guys can finally call yourselves the Upply once again, or you can go back to Rock-Bottom.
Cole : Opal and I are voting in favor of my Daughter's Plan.
Lilly : So am I.
Fungus : Me too.
Korgran : Korgran also, also Korgran's Non-Speaking Axe.
Korgran's Axe : Ha, you guys are bananas!
Morro : I'm in.
Richard : So am I.
Prince Morgan : I'm with you all the way, Siddie.
Queen Vania : If my son's in, then so am I.
Empress Harumi : Crazy Idea, I like it!
Princess Lydia : Let's do it.
Prince Zach : Bring It!
Emperor Lloyd : I'm going for It.
Siddie : Plundar, what do your Dice advise?
Plundar put the dice in his pocket, and spoke.
Plundar : I'm deciding this One, you've gotten me this far Siddie, so I'm with you all the way
Siddie : Then let's get started.
Adam then lifted one of the carts over, and Siddie used her Club and knocked the wheels off, with Korgran, Vania, Morgan, and Cole grabbing the wheels and putting them on the Mech.
Siddie then got in the Mech, and Lilly was behind her.
Siddie : Gramma, how does this thing even work?
Lilly : It's powered entirely by Elemental Energy, Siddie... let your Powers, and yourself control the Mech, not what the Mech is made of, what you are made of.
Siddie used the Mech, and it moved.
Siddie : Okay, got it, in the Carts guys and let's go!
10 Minutes Later. . .
Siddie got the Mech onto The Minecart Tracks, and the Lowly got the Carts on it.
Cole : Looks good, Sweetie!
Siddie : You guys, Ready?
Morgan and Lilly were both behind Siddie inside the Mech, and he spoke.
Prince Morgan : No, I'm worried.
Siddie : Don't be, this'll work.
Prince Morgan : Not that, I'm worried about my Mom.
Queen Vania : Morgan, I'll be okay.
Prince Morgan : We don't know that, and when we get back up there you'll be under the Skull's Control again, I don't want to lose you like that Mom, I love you.
Queen Vania : I love you too Morgan, and I'll be okay... I promise.
Siddie : And I'll be with you Morgan.
Morgan nodded, and he and Lilly were ready and they both nodded to Siddie.
Prince Morgan : Alright, let's do it!
Siddie nodded, and started using The Mech.
Siddie : Here goes nothing!
Morgan and Lilly watched Siddie use the Mech, and it got up to speed and started going back up the tracks.
Plundar : Is it too late for me to change my Mind?
Siddie and Cole : Yes!
The Mech then started going, and stalled on the incline and Siddie made it go faster, and punched a stalactite that was above the Minecarts.
Just then, Cole fell off the Minecart and almost into the Lava when Fungus grabbed his hand.
Fungus : I gotcha, Cole!
Cole : This is Crazy!
Siddie : What's the next nickname then, The Crazy Daughter of Cole?
Lilly laughed at what her granddaughter said, and Cole smiled.
Prince Morgan : Siddie, what about The Lava Monster?!
Siddie : What, sitting there staring at a wall, I'm sure he's gone back too.
Just then, they passed it, and Siddie sped the Mech up.
Siddie : Oh, Come On!
Siddie : Eat My Dust!
The Earth Mech then went at incredibly fast speeds, and it was avoiding the Monster's attacks.
Cole : Nice going Siddie!
Emperor Lloyd : Yea, we're losing him!
Fungus : Oh dear. . .
Just then, several Dire Bats came down, and started attacking.
Siddie : Dire Bats... Why Dire Bats?!
Korgran swung his Axe at the Dire Bats, and Fungus used his Magic at one trying to grab Adam.
Plundar : Adam!
Fungus : Got it!
Just then, the Bats tried to get through the top to Lilly and Morgan.
Siddie : Get away from them!
Then the Lava Monster reappeared and grabbed The Mech.
Siddie : You again?!
The Mech fought back, until a Sword came from it's arm.
Siddie : This thing has a Sword, Yes!
Lilly : Siddie, the Minecart... Stop The Minecart!
Siddie looked up and saw The Minecart reaching a gap over the Lava Pit.
Cole : Siddie!
Siddie : Daddy!
Prince Morgan : We won't make it!
Siddie : Yes... We... Will!
Siddie then used the Sword and sliced straight through the Monster, and caught the Minecart as it fell off the tracks and flew it back up, and through the Tunnels.
Korgran : Mech, Flies too?
Opal : Siddie, we're going too fast!
Siddie : I can't stop it, The Lava's Overheating!
5 Minutes Later. . .
The Mech blew through the Ground, with the Minecarts and everybody was back, as The Mech's Power died.
Siddie : Ouchie.
Lilly : You okay, Siddie?
Siddie : Yes Gramma, I'm fine.
They got out of the Mech, and Siddie's leg fell asleep, with Morgan wrapping his arms around her, and helping her out of the Mech, and they smiled at each other.
Siddie : Morgan?
Morgan smiled and nodded at Siddie, and she smiled back.
Prince Morgan : Look, we're in the Palace Gardens!
Emperor Lloyd : Siddie, you did it!
Fungus : Is that The Sky?!
Brenden : It sure is, Old Friend.
Plundar : We Made It?!
Korgran : We're Out!
Korgran : We are no longer Lowly.
Fungus : We're the Upply!
Plundar, Korgran, Fungus : Upply, Upply, Upply!
The three of them cheered, and Siddie rolled her eyes and smiled.
Just then, Vania's Clothes and her hair turned back to Normal.
Prince Morgan : Mom, you're Okay!
Queen Vania : Yea, I guess so.
Brenden : The Skull's Magic must have worn off.
Queen Vania : Guys, I'll head to the Dungeons' Entrance, and wait for you there, head to the Throne Room and see if my father's there or not, if he isn't, Come to Me and we'll take the fight to him.
Siddie : Understand... Ninja!-
Zach, Richard, and Lydia : Go!
The Upply then went to the Throne Room to see if Vangelis was there, he wasn't, but a few were.
Morgan and Lydia ran to a small cage and saw Chompy Jr, Destin, Nova, and three other dragons.
Prince Morgan : Jr.?
Princess Lydia : Destin, did Vangelis do this to you?!
The Dragons nodded, and Lydia started pulling on the Cage.
Princess Lydia : Oh, that makes me Mad, that makes me So Mad!
Prince Morgan : Hang on guys.
Princess Lydia : Siddie?
Siddie used her Powers, and broke the Cage, and the dragons when into Morgan and Lydia's Arms, and started licking their faces, which made Lydia laugh.
Princess Lydia : *Laughing*
Just then, Adam appeared and the Dragons played with him.
Empress Harumi : Who's Dragons are those?
Brenden : It's Blaze, Coldwin, and Moonstone, they're Charlie, Clayton and Siddie's Dragons
Just then, The Shintaro Guards came in, and they saw.
Hailmar : Halt... Prince Morgan?!
Prince Morgan : Hailmar. . .
Hailmar saw The Young Ninja, The Formlings, and The Royal Family of Ninjago, and he wasn't happy.
Hailmar : You.
Prince Morgan : Hailmar it's okay, Siddie, Zach, Richard, and Lydia are Friends.
Hailmar : The Queen gave orders for the Young Ninja, Formlings, and Royal Family of Ninjago to be arrested, she said they are Traitors!
Prince Morgan : That's not True, my Grandfather is the traitor Hailmar, he's Alive, and he was Impersonating my Mother, he's lying to you!
Hailmar : Stand aside, Prince Morgan.
Vania could hear the arguing from outside, and ran back inside the Palace to get to the Throne Room.
Prince Morgan : Hailmar, Listen to Me, My Grandfather is alive and he's lying to you, he's using you, Cole, Siddie, Richard, Morro, Me, The Upply, My Mother, The Formlings, and The Royal Family were all Betrayed, we were cast into the Mountain!
Hailmar : Stand aside Prince Morgan, On the Queen's Orders!
Prince Morgan : Siddie, Go.
Siddie : What?
Prince Morgan : He won't hurt me, just go and get those Blades, and teach my Grandfather a Lesson.
Emperor Lloyd : Harumi, I'll stay and help Morgan, just go get our Son.
Empress Harumi : Understood, Lydia?
Princess Lydia : Bring It!
Hailmar : On the Queen's Orders I command you Morgan, Stand Aside!
Siddie : On three. . . One... Two, THREE!
Adam shot Webs at the Guards, and they began attacking.
Siddie pulled out her Club and fought back, and Lloyd used his Sword.
Hailmar : Stop, I Command You!
Just then, Lydia used her Powers and shot them at Destin, Coldwin, Moonstone, and Blaze as they climbed off Adam, ( Once a Spiritual Ridgeback was Five Years Old, It was able to Evolve, Similar to how The Ultra Dragon did )
Princess Lydia : Destin!
Just then, they Evolved, It was a White Dragon, and Lydia stared at her young small ( Or perhaps quite large ) Friends, only it was one Dragon, not Four. . .
Princess Lydia : Destin. . .
Siddie : Moonstone. . .
The girls saw the Four had Evolved into something they didn't expect.
Emperor Lloyd : Oh.
Cole : My.
Brenden : Gosh.
The Dragon roared, and Lydia spoke.
Princess Lydia : They Evolved, Just like The Ultra Dragon!
Just then, the Power started surrounded Lydia and she was lifted into the air.
Princess Lydia : What the?!
Brenden : Get down!
Hailmar : Attack!
The Dragon fought back, and Lydia used her Powers, and let them surround her, and she caused a blast.
Just then, Lydia's Armor had turned into Platinum, and her Robes were now White with a Forest Green swirly pattern going down the sleeves, and two Golden Dragons going across each other on the chest, and she had a Golden Sash around her waist, and the tails of the Golden Dragons, went around her legs, and on her back which had the Young Ninja's Resistance Symbol ( Secret Ninja Force Symbol - From Season 8 Robes and Lego Ninjago Movie )
Lydia then had Two Shortswords with one being Green and one was Gold, and she pointed them at the Guards, as she got onto the Dragon.
Hailmar : What the heck is this, and who is it we are dealing with?!
Princess Lydia : The Ultra Dragon Master!
Lydia's Dragon roared, and attacked the guards, with Siddie and the others running through the door and making it outside.
Hailmar : Stop!
The Dragon reacted and hit Hailmar and the Guards back.
Prince Morgan : Hailmar stand down now, I Command You, I am the heir to the Throne of Shintaro and your Future King!
Hailmar : Force your Daughter to call of that Dragon right Now!
Emperor Lloyd : Not until you're ready to Listen!
Just then, Chompy Jr. grew as well, and guarded the door, with Lydia flying her dragon out of the Throne Room and towards the Mines.
