Chapter 13 Home
Its been a couple days since the whole Cronos and Ares incident and since Cronos foretold Sean's death by his own hands which worried Korra greatly. Of course Sean eased her worries saying worrying about it wouldn't help since in his view Cronos was most likely trying to screw with him. It still didn't stop her from worrying. (To My Loyal Guest no I am not gonna have them break up at all since that makes no sense after all the crap they went through. That would work more on Ino and Shikamaru from Naruto)
Currently right now Sean was using his magic to replace the chunk of land that Cronos destroyed before seeing Korra in the practice arena with her eyes glowing.
"Wait glowing?" Sean asked himself before getting a better look seeing her in the Avatar state. "What the hell is she doing?" Sean asked waving his hand in front of her before the glowing stopped and she looked at him in amusement.
"What? Can't a girl go into the Avatar state without something blowing up?" Korra asked making him shake his head in amusement before kissing her as she kissed back.
"I'm not even gonna comment on that since its you." Sean said making her laugh before standing up. "So what was that all about?" Sean asked.
"Well...I have a surprise for you." Korra said.
"Oh this I gotta hear. What some trip to a vacation resort?" Sean asked making her snort.
"A trip sure but not in these lands." Korra said confusing him.
"Ok spit it out. What are you up to?" Sean asked.
"What If I told you I could take you back to Sparta?" Korra asked confusing him.
"I'd say you were nuts. Aren't forgetting about the barrier?" Sean asked.
"I can with this." Korra said holding some green gem making his eyes widen. It was travel stone.
"What the?" Sean tried to say.
"Lets just say a certain goddess gave it to me." Korra said grinning.
"Argh. Athena. Why am I not surprised. Well...I guess it would be nice to see home if your coming along." Sean said making her smile.
"Good. Cause the others are coming with. And yes that includes Ikki." Korra said making him sigh at that last one.
Later
"Are you sure you know how to work this?" Asami asked Korra.
"Uh honestly no. But he does." Korra said handing it to Sean who smirked.
"For the record I knew you were gonna say that." Sean said making her grin. "Using this is easy. You just picture where you wanna go." Sean said before it glowed and everyone suddenly vanished.
"AHH!" Reznov yelled as he landed on his back along with most.
"ARGH! I haven't used this in a century so I'm a little rusty." Sean said rubbing his head before they appeared outside the gates of Sparta before Sean stood up. "Home." Sean said before Korra placed a hand on his shoulder before the gates opened up before they went inside.
Sean was mostly glad to see the place was exactly like he remembered.
"Where are the cars?" Ikki asked.
"Oh those don't exist in Greece. Most of the world is still like the days during the hundred year war. Truthfully I think thats a good thing. Less they get advanced weapons like the ones Hiroshi made...No offense Asami." Sean said quickly.
"None taken." Asami said as Mako held her.
"I'm surprise no one is glaring at me though." Sean said before Lin spotted something making her eyes widen.
"Uh I think I can see why." Lin said making them look before their eyes widened.
In the center of the city was a statue of Sean without his armor crossing his arms.
"WHOA! Where'd this come from?" Reznov asked laughing.
"What the hell?" Sean asked approaching it.
"You didn't know about this?" Bolin asked in awe.
"Hell no. I haven't been here since the day at the temple. What the hell?" Sean asked before looking down seeing some writing.
"What does it say?" Tenzin asked.
"Here stands the Hero of Sparta who broke off all ties with Ares and inspired all of Sparta to abandon the god of war? I did this?" Sean asked surprised.
"Oh I'm so proud." Korra said hugging him.
"Huh. So thats why Ares hated me even more. I robed him of his greatest supporters." Sean said amused.
Soon enough everyone went their separate ways while Sean and Korra stuck together.
"Admit it. Your happy to be home." Korra said making him smile.
"With you? Oh no doubt." Sean said making her smile before they heard giggling making him freeze before they hid behind a wall.
"What? What is it?" Korra asked before they peaked around the corner.
"Oh no!" Sean said annoyed.
"What?" Korra asked before seeing a beautiful woman.
"Aphrodite." Sean said.
"Thats the god of love? You never even tempted to..." Korra tried to tease.
"Need I remind you I was in no mood for that crap. Besides I'd rather have you than some sex fiend." Sean said making her grin.
"Ok fair and good point." Korra said enjoying the praise he'd rather have her than a god of love.
"Anyway we gotta sneak around her so she doesn't try to tempt you into being one of her female lovers." Sean said before finding some rags before covering her face along with his.
"I think your overreacting." Korra said amused.
"Oh no I'm not. Now keep quiet." Sean said as they walked away hoping not to get her attention.
"Sean? Is that you?" Aphrodite asked.
"FUCK!" Sean growled making Korra giggle.
"So much for that." Korra said taking the rags off.
"I'd recognize that handsome face of yours anywhere." Aphrodite said.
"Your lucky I'm even talking to you after that stunt you pulled on my brother. Honestly your nothing but a sex fiend." Sean said making her laugh.
"And whats wrong with that. I could have shown you a good time." Aphrodite said winking at him making Korra's eyes twitch.
"Sorry but he's taken now and forever." Korra said holding him close.
"Exactly." Sean said making her grin.
"Oh so this is the Avatar. You are such an exotic beauty." Aphrodite said approaching her.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!" Sean yelled before they vanished making her giggle.
"He makes it too easy."
Later
"I swear that woman gets under my fucking skin." Sean said making Korra giggle.
"Well, I can see why you have issues. Where are we anyway?" Korra asked as they were at some large estate.
"Welcome to my old home." Sean said surprising her.
"Wow. Talk about living large. And you wanted to be a soldier?" Korra asked.
"Call it Spartan Rage if you will. A lot of Spartans have the lust for battle. Mine well...You already know where that led. I don't regret serving my people if thats what your thinking. Just the day I made that damn deal." Sean said before they went inside seeing it full of dust.
"Wow...You would think your people would keep this place clean." Korra said somewhat offended.
"I think people just wanted to respect the dead and not touch anything. Less they be haunted by a dead spirit and believe me those are one major pain. Remind me to tell you my stories of Midgard." Sean said.
"Midgard?" Korra asked raising an eyebrow.
"Story for another time." Sean said before they entered a room that had a giant tree with faces and names on it on a large wall.
"Family tree?" Korra asked smiling.
"Yeah. Haven't seen it since that day. A long line of nobles. Save for me." Sean said before coming to one with the face scratched off.
"What happened to this one? Time?" Korra asked making him sigh.
"No. My mother did this after I began my service to Ares. She was royally pissed off. Said I made my biggest mistake ever. And I learned that in the temple." Sean said sadly before she held his hand.
"I'm sure she still loved you just like your sister." Korra said.
"They all did. We just never saw eye to eye was the problem. I now understand why they wanted to change Sparta from a war city to a peaceful city but I always saw the flaws in that dream. With War always being a constant it would make it impossible." Sean said before placing a hand on his sister's picture.
Korra however noticed there was another one scratched off including the name.
"What happened to this one?" Korra asked making him frown.
"I...Don't know. I can't remember this one. I think it was scratched off before my sister was ever even born." Sean. said before they heard footsteps making them turn and saw the others.
"Nice place." Mako said.
"Hmm. It was home back then." Sean said before walking to a wall before tearing it off revealing some ancient lift. "Care to see the family treasure?" Sean asked.
"Theres Treasure!" Ikki asked excited.
"Yup." Sean said as they all got on before going down.
"You never said how your family made it's fortune." Tonraq said. (He and his wife didn't leave yet)

"Your asking the wrong guy. I never even bothered to ask." Sean said before they came to the bottom.
"Wow." Jinora said seeing so much gold. (Picture Tyr's treasure room from God of War 2018)
"Oh my." Senna said surprised.
"You all can take whatever you want. I'll be taking what you can't." Sean said walking into a room where Korra followed him.
Korra smiled seeing the room was full of old Relics of the family.
Walking to a table she pulled out some kind of bottle before opening the top sniffing it guessing it was alcohol making her smirk before putting it away.
Thats when she saw a vase with an image of Sean during his darker days making her frown as she slowly picked it up seeing him covered in blood.
'Someone knew this was gonna happen.' Korra thought before a hand was placed on her shoulder making her face him.
"It's in the past. I don't know how someone knew but it doesn't matter anymore. Those days are behind me." Sean said throwing it away.
"Was there anything you didn't regret when you served him?" Korra asked.
"One. Killing the Barbarian king. He and his army killed thousands of my men. Killing him was the one thing I didn't regret. And one good thing came out of serving him centuries later." Sean said holding her face making her smile softly before kissing him.

"So what are you gonna do with all this?" Korra asked.
"Take it back home...Put it in the bank. We do need money after all." Sean said making her grin.
"Are you trying to spoil me here?" Korra asked.
"I thought it was a man's job to get everything his girl wants?" Sean joked making her burst out laughing as did he. "In all seriousness it never hurts to be prepared. Besides...Think of it as...Investing when we want to leave the island and have our own house." Sean said making her smile at that thought.
"Ok thats true. I don't want Ikki and her siblings barging in again incase we...You know." Korra smirked making him chuckle before holding her close.
"When we cross that road it'll be more private." Sean said before they went back to the others as Sean used his magic to collect the rest of the treasure for himself before they went up.
"I hope everyone got what they wanted." Sean said as they exited the estate.
"Well, well, well."
"Oh no." Sean said annoyed seeing an old man with a double bladed sword.
"The Demon of Sparta."
"STOP calling me that. Theseus." Sean said looking at the son of Poseidon.
"Theseus?" Korra asked.
"Poseidon's son." Sean said as they circled each other. "What do you want?" Sean asked.
"I heard you were in Sparta. Imagine my surprise you of all people coming back to the people you betrayed after severing your ties to Ares." Theseus said.
"Funny the statue said I liberated them from Ares. I'll be honest I found that rather shocking to see I had that kind of effect on them. Why are you here?" Sean asked making him grin as he twirled his sword.
"I think that should be obvious. It's time we see who's truly the greatest warrior in all of Greece. Me the son of Poseidon...Or the Demon who slaughtered his own family." Theseus mocked making him growl before pulling out his blades.
"ENOUGH!" Zeus thundered before appearing.
"Oh no this fucker has asked for it." Sean said glaring at his cousin.
"I'm only stating what is true." Theseus said making him growl.
"If you wish to fight very well but this is hardly the place to do so." Zeus said before lightning stuck them all.
Everyone appeared in the stands of an arena for all of Sparta to watch.
Sean and Theseus were in the center with their weapons out.

"I have been waiting for this day for a long, long time." Theseus said twirling his blades before jumping in the air and tried to strike him only for Sean to dodge.
"Personally I had enough against you until your brought my family into this. Now...I'm gonna kill you." Sean said before summoning the Blade of Artemis before their blades clashed.
"So whats the deal with these two?" Asami asked.
"Both of them are considered to be the greatest warriors in all of Greece. But while Kruger has no need for titles Theseus wants it for himself. Hence why this pointless conflict is here now." Reznov said.
Korra looked a little concern since Sean still hadn't fully recovered from his fight with Ares and Cronos.
"I'm sure he'll be fine sweetie." Senna said.
"I hope so." Korra said.
Sean roared as he swung his chain at Theseus wrapping it around him before slamming him into the walls of the arena before he got loose and laughed.
"Is that the best you can do? I thought the servant of Ares would be better." Theseus mocked making him growl before Theseus used his power to create a wave of water.
"OH SHIT!" Sean yelled as it hit him before making him crash into the wall before it became ice and created spikes which pierced Sean's armor making him roar before freeing himself. "Ok thats it." Sean said before summoning thunder before striking Theseus but he dodged with very little difficult before creating another Ice Spike and launched into his shoulder making him growl.
"Oh I forgot. Your not fully recovered yet are you. Fighting a Titan and your former master has left you far more vulnerable. Maybe you should call out that demon inside you again." Theseus mocked making him glare.
"I can win this without that power." Sean said before summoning the Trident and used its power to collect all the water before it took form into a dragon.
"WHAT!" Theseus yelled in shock before it engulfed him before slamming him into the walls hard.
"Don't forget I learned from your father for years on Olympus. I know all the tricks there is to know from this Trident." Sean said before lightning engulfed the water and hit him making Theseus roar in pain.
"YES!" Korra cheered before Theseus threw his sword at Sean piercing his armor through the stomach making him grunt in pain as it cracked apart.
"AGAIN! Seriously this armor has broken apart more in the last few months than my entire life!" Sean yelled annoyed taking the blade out before destroying it before more Ice appeared only for Sean to jump out the way.
"I won't be defeated by some Demon who killed his own family!" Theseus roared before the skies lit up with thunder.
"Thats it!" Sean yelled before blasting the ground with lightning making Theseus roar in pain as this went on for a full minute blinding everyone before it stopped.

Theseus groaned in pain as his entire body was burnt before he collapsed but still alive as Sean landed and stood above him.
"What are you waiting for? Kill me." Theseus said accepting his fate making Sean narrow his eyes before slamming down the Trident.
"I'm sparing you as an act of Kindness for your father for the training he gave me. This fight between us is over." Sean said walking away before the crowd cheered.
Korra sighed in relief that it was over before Sean suddenly collapsed on his knees vomiting blood before she and the others rushed to him.
"Are you okay?" Korra asked using water bending to heal him.
"I need a vacation." Sean said exhausted making her smile lightly.
"I think thats an understatement." Korra said helping him up.
Later
The group was back in Republic city while Korra healed Sean from his wounds.
"Your lucky it's me healing you and not Katara otherwise she'd give you an earful." Korra said playfully.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Sean said half asleep from the pain medication Pema gave him. "Still...It was nice visiting home again after all these years. Thank you." Sean said making her smile before kissing him.
"I don't suppose theres a place you'd like to visit next for that vacation?" Korra asked.
"Actually...I got a place in mind. A place outside the lands of Greece and these lands." Sean said.
"Where?" Korra asked intrigued.
"Asgard." Sean said.
Authors Note: And with that Sean's trip home comes to an end and unlike previous battles spares his enemy for his uncle's sake. Now Next Chapter we head to Asgard where of course another battle takes place but not with Baldur or Thor or Odin. I think you can all guess who it is considering what a Witch she is.
