Chapter 8.5:Reaching New Heights

It's been a while since my last big mission.I have been promoted to a Jounin at the age of thirteen after Itachi-Kun became Anbu Captain for six months.I still have no special abilties other than my bloodline and I really do wish I can have a new toy up to a point.

"Hikari-Chan."Itachi-Kun tapped me.

"Hmm,what is it,my love?"I said,turning my attention to ,we have 'The Talk' with our dads and we have been in a relationship for a year now.

"You see….I have recieved a few summoning scrolls from the last mission I had and Hokage-Sama let me have two choices of my liking and I took a Raven Scroll and a Lion Scroll."He said.

"You're saying…"

"This is your birthday present,Hikari-Chan."He said,pulling out a scroll that has the kanji for Lion.

"Wow!I love it!Thanks,Itachi-Kun!"I kissed him after I recieved the scroll and keep it in my coat.

"Yeah."He said,kissing back as we indulged ourselves in this heated session during the winter times.

"Let's try to summon ok?"I asked Itachi-Kun.

"The handsigns are 's do this."He said,doing the proper handsigns and slammed his bleeding hand into the ground and a poff of smoke came out.

"Hiya!I am Sora!You most fabulous and free Raven summon!"A human sized raven appear before us,doing poses that aren't normally for an animal to do.

"Riiiiiight!"I said,doing my handsigns as well.

"Summoning Jutsu!"I slammed my hands into the ground and came a….

"Young one,you are quite impressive."It is a summon that is twice as big as Itachi.

"h-h-h-Hi!Nice to meet you."I greeted.

"Ah,pup's boyfriend got himself a Raven choice considering we have strong bonds."The lion continued.

"Ohhh!It's you,Mufasa!I missed you so so so so much!"The female raven hugged the oversized male lion.

"True,I hope Boss Merla is doing well nowabays."Mufasa asked formally.

"She is!How 'bout Boss Loki?Huh?Huh?"

"He had ups and downs…..toads forces him to drink and have yet to recover."Mufasa said.

"Ummm,Hello?"I shook my hand to gain his attention.

"Hmmmm?What is it pup?"Mufasa asked,patting my head with his giant paw.

"I was wondering what more can I do after gaining the trust of your tribute?"I asked.

"Sage mode."He said as a matter of fact.

"Sorry little fella!Raven Summon is not onto that stuffs,we are used for scoutings and genjutsu…as well as pranking."Sora said,flying around Itachi-Kun's head.

"Well….you can recieve our physical prowess as well but it might alter your appearance slight is that ok?"I nodded.

"Here come with me."He said,placing his paw on my shoulder and soon I lost sight of Itachi-Kun.

I blinked once,I blinked scenery was stunning.A light green savannah with acacias poping here and there,the life force is pumping around me,tempting me to absorb are hunting and pups are playing with is simply wonderful.

"So you are our new to meet 'cha!My name is Simba!(A/N:I was lazy,ok!)"A pup introduced himself while climbing my kimono.

"Hey!Watch it!You're gonna ruin my favourite Kimono!"I exclaimed,grabbing him and placed him on my shoulder.

"Son,be respectful to our summoner."

"Yes dad!"He said,rubbing his cheeks with mine.

"Now,the boss is resting be careful not to say anything stupid."Mufasa said as he slowly pushed me into a gigantic acacia the tree,there was a Kanji for "respect(尊)" and in front of it is a giant Lion almost as big as the Kyuubi.

"Hey Boss!Our new summoner is here."Mufasa said.

"Huh?Oh!There you are…"The boss said before yawning.

"Yeah,my name is Hikari Hyuuga."I introduced myself.

"We all knew since a prophesy was made a thousand years ago.'A light shall guide us to the day of Mid-Noon'"The giant lion said.

"About that special power up?"I squeaked,embarssed that I need to ask for help.

"Ah yes,but be aware that your chakra will be a bit more darker and you will some fur growing around you forearms."The Boss reminded.

"I understand,Boss"I bowed.

'Good thing is that I wear bandages around my forearms.'

"Then I'll begin."The Boss said,clapping his paws together and gathered chakra.

"Sage Art:Sealing:Prove of A Champion!"He shouted as I felt something leaked into my chakra was warm and serene,just like nature.

"What I just did was pumping nature chakra into your system so that your system is naturally regenerating nature chakra,about 5% of your normal chakra storage."He said.

The actual effect took a few more minutes later after I left the arms buldged a tad bit and my forearms felt legs feel stronger despite it looked no different from my normal petit legs.I can see clearer and I even grew fangs.

"Woah!That's weird."I said,trying to take another step after the end result is that I find myself in mid-air.

"Your strength is immensely increased you need to have strength control lessons before you return to your realm!"Simba shouted as I failed to land on my feet.

"No shit!Sherlock!"I shouted at Simba who is staring me down in the hole that I made from falling.

"That's about it,see if you can pick up the Tofus with your chopsticks."Mufasa said wisely as I am trying to balance three plates on my head and limbs while I attemped to pick the Tofus up.

"Ahah!"I cheered when I finally could do the 's dusk by the way.

"You did great young Hyuuga,you will do the tribute proud."Mufasa said,giving his nod of approval.

"I thank you for your instructions,Mufasa-San."I was grateful,if I hadn't done that exercise,I would have destroy the whole estate.

"By the way,I think you should bring Simba with you."Mufasa encouraged.

"What do you say,Simba-Chan!"I teased as I scooped him up into my arms.

"Hikari-Sama!"Simba pouted.

"Aw~You are so cute!"I squeaked,playing with his fur more furiously.

"I will send you back.A note for you,the time here is seven times faster than your realm."Mufasa reminded and before I could say anything,me and Simba was engulfed in a pillar of smoke and I find myself back in my bedroom.

I blinked once and again before I recieved a slap in the face.

"Hikari Hyuuga!We have a lot to talk about this!"Mom scolded with Hanabi-Chan still in her arms.

"Mother!I-I-I-I can explain!"

"No explanation i going to save you the trouble created by you leaving a week without a single note!"I could've swore mom was Kyuubi Incarnate.

"Mom!Mom!"I cried for help.

No hell hath fury like a woman scroned.
