-The destroy Gundam appeared out of the ground and the morale of the garrison was reinforced, making the fight harder and more bloody-
Carter: All units increase fighting speed, 2 on 1 fights only we need to knock them down before they can outnumber us!
Liz, Alex, Rick: Roger!
-Carter and Liz group up and engage more Ra Calum class battleships destroying them before they can deploy units, Alex and Rick do the same as well as clear up the strays that try to get away-
Charlatan: Follow their lead! Charge!
-They increase their rate of engagement increasing the amount of damage to the MWDF garrison in comparison of MDF units and Neo-Britain Resistance units-
Carter: Uncle, what's your status.
Riker: Me and Carr are in an engagement with the destroy Gundam, this thing is more armored than expected...wait a minute...ALL UNITS SCATTER ITS FIRING ITS BEAMS!
-All the units scatter and get low, down below the angle of the destroy gundams angle of attack-
Carter: New plan, all units focus on the Destroy Gundam, if we don't we are all screwed.
Charlatan: Half my units come with me, we will finish off their fleet, the other half, you are to follow Sgt. King's orders.
Neo-Britain Resistance units: Roger!
-Carter charges the destroy Gundam, when in range he prepares to fire-
Carter: Steady, steady, wait until our full barrage has effect...FIRE!
-All the gathered units fire, Braves who have gone into mobile suit form fire their drake rifles as well as their GN machine guns and it does minor damage to the chest section-
Carter: Scatter!
-They scatter apart just as a new beam weapon appears and fires at the group attacking the destroy Gundam-
Carter: Corvus, is there any visible weak points?
Corvus: One spotted the air intake on its back, it is currently being covered by the shell.
Carter: All units get above him and attack from above, he is weak in the intake on his back!
-They do this and in the process lose 1 Brave a GN-X Mk.2 and 2 Leo Defender Type units-
Carter: Once in Range fire, I don't care if you run dry, force him to have to cover his head, aim for the eyes and head.
-Carter moves over to Riker and Carr-
Carter: Uncle, King Bauduin, there is a way to win this fight, once that destroy Gundam puts his turtle shell of a shield up, we can attack its intake and blow it up, or make it overheat whichever comes first, hopefully overheat because an explosion from that thing will probably level the city.
Carr: Let's not do that please, I want a city to repair, not one I have to rebuild from scratch.
-The time comes and the intake is exposed, Carter, Carr and Riker get behind it at where the suits intake is and Fire everything, the Destroy Gundam is overheated and it powers down and ejects the pilot, Carter catches him and places the escape vessel on the ground-
Carter: Come out!
Tyrant: Sure, your mistake though.
-He comes out and fires a EMP round out of a bazooka at Carter which forces his machine to shutdown and topple over-
Carter: Ow, son of a...
Riker: Carter, are you ok? Respond!
-They can't hear Carter and Carter can't hear them as the EMP shut down everything on the suit, however Corvus was unaffected-
Carter: Corvus, what did he just hit us with?
Corvus: Mk. 29 EMP shell, can disable pretty much anything with electronics. But give me a moment and I will be able to get us back on our feet.
-The mobile suit restarts and it gets back up and in the moment it fell, it broke the actuator in the suits left arm-
Carter: Uncle, what's the play.
Riker: We caught him. Dumb bastard thought he could get away, nope he's going to be charged with the maximum extent of the law. Anarchy, murder, causing public panic and more. Thanks Carter we needed to catch this guy.
-10 days later-
Carter: So how does the front line look Elsa?
-Carter was promoted to major and he got people assigned under him and just as expected the tyrant was tried and found guilty, and he was to be executed in 2 days, Corporal Elsa was assigned to him as a strategist as well as a soldier in the EWACS division providing cover for the commando squadron to make silent approaches blocking out enemy comm signals-
Elsa: The line is clear for now, but I expect possible enemy air raids by night. The soldiers morale is moderate, but they would love to have a sight of their commander taking on the enemy.
Carter: By myself?
Elsa: Yeah by yourself, your the strongest fighter amongst the 5 hero's.
Carter: I wonder how Alex and her Intelligence ring is doing.
-Alex built a new intelligence network and used her connections to place info about the people they are supplying on the desks of corporations, sabotaging enemy production of mobile suits and equipment and it has worked, King Bauduin and Cpt. Jackson made plans to invade and conquer the MWDF HQ and base, and their ability to operate is dropping faster and faster-
Liz (over comms): Base, contact 3 destroy gundams requesting backup, we don't have enough firepower to take this thing down.
Carter: I'm going to go there myself, I guess I will make 2 appearances today...
-Carter gets on his new pilot suit, it's been redone, it now has the form of a hydra on the patch on his shoulder, and the 1.5 has been repainted black and purple and it has been completely reworked on the power source and the thruster output, in which he has added the beam lance to his setup as well as converted the I field shield to work despite being on a separate power source, the beam rifle and 100mm rifle were put on binders on his back so that when selected they would fold out and hold the weapon so it can be fired on handed, it also keeps the weapon from being sent flying as it is being held in place-
Carter: Major King, 1.5 Gundam Custom, Launching!
-Carter takes off and flies towards the area of combat and the destroy gundams are on the move towards the sea wall to destroy it, one comes out of the shell and powers up its hyper cannon and it fires-
Liz: NOOOOOO!
-Carter gets in its path and the I field blocks and absorbs the energy blast and protects the wall-
Carter: You tried to cause damage to us...now it's my turn.
-Carter charges and pulls out the beam lance in which he destroyed the destroy gundam's sensor pod and destroys the enemy power core in which he then backs up and targets the next Destroy Gundam-
Destroy Gundam operator: We need to run! He took down a full size Destroy down with two swings of his lance!
Operator Leader: No, we still have a chance he can't be that fast!
Carter: Your next!
-Carter targets the operator leader and does the same with the sensor pod but this one is smarter he goes into his shell form and hunkers down to absorb damage-
Carter: Your smart but not smart enough!
-Carter gets in front of it and just as he predicted the operator is preparing to fire and he blocks the shot and shoved the lance inside the hyper beam canon itself, it caused a chain reaction with made it explode-
Destroy Gundam Operator: I need to run!
-The destroy Gundam operator runs away but Carter doesn't let him get away in which he throws the beam lance and it penetrates the cooling system forcing the destroy to overheat, also ejecting the pilot-
Carter: Your under arrest, don't run or resist.
-Carter takes the operator prisoner and puts him in the POW camp in which they help the prisoners of war there, properly fed them and gave them a clean bed to sleep in, it brought their number of enemies down and brought the number of allies up by a significant margin-
Carter: Returning to base.
-Carter lands the 1.5 and as soon as he does so, his troops surround him and congratulate him and their morale has increased significantly in comparison to the way they were-
Carter: Destroys are nothing to worry about, it took me a while to learn how to disable and how to destroy them as well.
Soldier: Yeah but you took them down 3 on 1, that's amazing major!
Carter: Seriously it's not that hard once you learn but be aware that some people will turn their weaknesses into strengths.
Elsa: Still can't blame them, after all its a spectacle to see a destroy go down so easily.
Carter: Corvus, in comparison to that one ace we fought, how strong were those things?
Corvus: Merely 1/50 of that pilots strength.
Soldier: What are you talking about sir?
Carter: There was a pilot I fought in space, he was a good pilot that's for sure, backed me up against a wall but he didn't compensate for his mobile suits weaknesses, be aware that wen grappling, the underside of the sword arm is weak, and if you cut through that it will bring down their attacking capacity down by 45%. Another thing was not to underestimate the pilot you are fighting.
Random soldier: Did he have a name?
Carter: Lt. Donald Townsend...he has to be from around here considering his last name. But next time I need to get rid of him for good or else he will be a continuous thorn in my side.
Liz: I imagine so, but there has been no sign of him...
Carter: He will, I can almost smell his stench...
King Bauduin: Is that so, my nephew?
-everyone turns and bows before the king not expecting his presence-
King Bauduin: Everyone raise your heads, please Elizabeth, Carter I need you for something could you come with me please?
-Liz and Carter get up and follow the King back to the throne room and Riker, Sarah, Lisha, and everyone else from the kingdom in which he didn't know them by name but could tell they were knights based on their sigils they wore, Carter and Liz did not know what to expect to happen next but he was sure that whatever came he was ready, since he held himself in high regard as well as others and fought valiantly. Liz was all the same, contributing to protecting allied units so they can come back alive rather than dead. They both faced the unknown but were ready to accept it unwavering and not fearing it, perhaps ready to leap at their chance, something that was yet to come...-
