Chapter 13: Three Strange Assassins, Part 3

When Joshua and Lady made it out of the basement, they were in the main hallway.

"(Takes a deep breath) We made it out, but without Santona…" Lady said. "(Looks at the hallway she and Joshua were in) Man, this is a long one for such a big home."

"Wonder where Katsuma and Ashley are at." Joshua said.

"We'll find them and then find Santona, and be out of here." Lady said. "We really let our guard down for this one."

"We'll be sure to get this all over with." Joshua said. "Alright, let's get this over with…

At the basement, Santona was being carried by Zachary and Macy.

"Get me off!" Santona said. "I mean it!"

"Try and use your Stand on us and you'll get what's coming." Zachary said.

"You tell him, darling…" Macy said, seductively.

"Ugh… So much for a couple like you two…" Santona said.

Santona was then put into a chair and had his arms and legs tied up with rope in a room.

"Ugh… I have to say, you two are good at tying things." Santona said.

"Hmm… What's he gonna say that you are here while the others escape?" Zachary said.

"Who's, "He?"" Santona asked.

"Oh, our big friend." Macy replied. "Don't worry, his Stand will take-"

"ZACHARY! MACY! DID YOU GET WHAT WE WERE TOLD TO GET?!" A voice shouted from outside of the basement.

"There he is…" Zachary said.

Then, another guy entered the room.

"Ah! Lincoln! We, uh…" Zachary said. "Well, we had 3, but only 2 escaped the basement. We still have Santona."

"(Looks at Santona) Hrgh… Ok, you two did well." Lincoln said. "I'll take care of the other two on my own, but first, Santona."

"Yeah?" Santona asked.

"YOUR SOUL IS MINE!" Lincoln said as he bringed out his Stand, which is a skull with four ghoulish tentacles coming out of it. "LIGHTS OUT!"

At a living room, Joshua and Lady then heard a scream, which was Santona's scream.

"Santona!" Lady shouted. "We have to get him!"

"We can't!" Joshua said. "That guy went to the basement and locked it tight. We have to find Katsuma and Ashley!"

"(Sighs) This is terrible… Why did we have to escape?" Lady said to herself as she followed Joshua to the kitchen.

"Where could they be?" Joshua said. "(Hears breathing in the closet) Maybe they're in here."

When Joshua opens the door, Katsuma and Ashley then barged out with their Stands by their sides.

"Get them!" Ashley said. "Make them- Oh, it's you two…"

Katsuma and Ashley then brings their Stands back to them.

"What the heck?!" Joshua said.

"Where were you two?" Katsuma asked. "And where's Santona at?

"Well, we were in the basement and there was a doll that's actually a Stand to the girl who is the boyfriend to that Stand that almost made our ears bleed!" Lady said.

"What you said, was a lot!" Katsuma said. "Ok, so Santona is still in the basement?"

"Yep." Lady replied.

"(Sighs) Looks like we've got two Stand Users to deal with." Ashley said.

"Make that three because me and Lady saw another man entering the basement." Joshua said.

"Three?! Wow, this is gonna be tough…" Ashley said. "Alright, let's stick together. We're going to the living room to stay together, just in case of any intruders."

"What about Santona?" Lady asked.

Then, Ashley started to snap.

"(Puts her hands on her head) Gah! This is a lot! Jesus Christ! You guys ask WAY too many questions! We got to save Santona and defeat three enemy Stand Users and… UGH! Alright! We'll defeat the enemies first and THEN save Santona! How about that?!" Ashley shouted.

Lady didn't say a word. She looked away.

"We'll do that." Joshua said. "Lead us the way, Ashley."

"(Sighs) Alright, let's go to the living room as quickly and quietly as possible."

At the basement, Santona lay lifeless on the floor.

"And my first soul taken to make my Thriller stronger…" Lincoln said.

"Now we need to take down four more." Zachary said.

"Four more? I'm sure this will be easy, as long as my Thriller can get the job done… Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!"

"Where could they have gone when they escaped this basement?" Zachary asked Macy.

"Tch, oh my darling Zachary… I'm sure they're up there, somewhere." Macy replied. "Let Lincoln do the job."

At the living room, Joshua and his friends were standing by with each other to stay safe.

"They could attack from different directions." Ashley said. "Let's have some strong eyes and looks all around here."

"(Looks at the staircase leading to the upstairs) Do you think they kidnapped someone else here?" Joshua asked.

"Don't worry about the upstairs, Joshua." Ashley said. "I'll let you deal with that later, ok?"

"Alright." Joshua replied.

Joshua then looks at Lady.

"Are you ok?" Joshua asked.

"Leave me alone." Lady replied. "Just don't talk to me, Joshua…"

"Ok."

Then, Ashley saw something zooming to the upstairs.

"What was that?! Did you guys see that?!" Ashley said.

"Yes I did." Joshua replied. "Looks fast."

"I think we might be dealing with a Long-Ranged Stand." Katsuma said. "We don't know where that Stand is gonna be."

Then, Thriller zoomed behind a couch without the others even looking.

"Where could it be?" Joshua said.

"(Takes a deep breath) This is really not what I wanted this to be." Lady said to herself. "Maybe, if I could…"

Lady then sat down on the couch, only to trigger the Stand, Thriller, to come out behind the couch.

"Lady! Get away!" Ashley shouted.

Lady tried to run, but Thriller caught up to her a second after she left the couch, stealing her soul and zooming out.

"LADY!" Joshua shouted. "(Rushes over to Lady's lifeless body) Lady! How?!'

Then, Thriller appeared near Joshua.

"It's right there, Joshua!" Katsuma shouted.

"Danger Zone!" Joshua shouted as he brought out his Stand, Danger Zone. "You're mine now!"

Danger Zone then punched Thriller. Thriller was then pushed back, losing one of it's souls. That soul was then went flying back to the basement. Thriller then returned back to its User, Lincoln.

"Gah! Damn it! So, that was Joshua's Stand, huh?" Lincoln said. "I caught that girl with the scarf on's soul, but Santona's soul has returned back to his body… Looks like we'll be keeping him locked down there."

"What now, Lincoln?" Zachary asked.

"Hrgh… Well, looks like I, Lincoln Unshal, will need some backup. Zachary! To the upstairs! Keep him in one place. Macy! To the living room with me!" Lincoln said.

"Right." Zachary said as he headed to the upstairs next to the basement.

"Macy! Don't worry, we'll be fine… I won't do anything to you." Lincoln said.

"Alright, I'm trusting you." Macy said.

At the basement, Santona woke up on the floor.

"(Gasps) Oh my goodness…" Santona said. "What happened? There was a skull and it killed me, and then I'm back to life?"

Santona then looks around the room.

"(Gasps) JoJo! I've got to be with him!" Santona said as he rushed to the door, but noticed that it was locked. "What the hell?! I'm locked inside this room! Gah! What am I gonna do?! I just hope that JoJo and the others are safe!"

At the living room, Macy and Lincoln were quietly approaching Joshua, Katsuma and Ashley.

"Ok, use Disturbia on Joshua, and then when he tries to get rid of Disturbia, that's where I'll be taking his soul with Thriller." Lincoln said. "Got it?"

"Got it." Macy replied.

Joshua, Katsuma and Ashley were then looking at their directions.

"This is bad… We don't have Santona and Lady with us…" Joshua said. "Is this it? Is this where our journey ends?"

"We can't give up." Ashley said. "We're gonna keep on fighting through."

"Yeah, we still got to find those enemies and knock some sense to them!" Katsuma said.

Then, Joshua felt something on his back.

"No… Please don't be that Stand from earlier…" Joshua said to himself.

Katsuma and Ashley then saw Disturbia climbing up Joshua's back.

"Is that a Stand?" Ashley said.

"(Gasps) Danger Zone!" Joshua shouted as Danger Zone tried to attack Danger Zone, but quickly went to the floor. "Get back here!"

"Now!" Lincoln said as he then brings out Thriller. "Your soul is mine, Joshua Joestar!"

Katsuma and Ashley then saw Lincoln popping out. He then brings out Thriller to steal Joshua's soul.

"What the? That's the User to that creepy-" Joshua said.

Before he could finish his sentence, Thriller steals Joshua's soul.

"JOSHUA!" Katsuma shouted. "Damn you!"

Katsuma then brings out I Write Sins Not Tragedies to try and attack Thriller, but was too fast to hit.

"Damn it!" Katsuma said as he jumped over behind the couch, only to see that Macy and Lincoln escaped. "Where did they go?!"

"Oh my God… I can't believe Joshua has his soul taken away… We're screwed…" Ashley said as she was about to cry.

"Hey, don't cry, Ashley. I'm still here with you." Katsuma said.

"(Sighs) Thanks, Katsuma." Ashley said. "But, how the hell are we gonna defeat them?"

"I have an idea." Katsuma said. "So I want you to pay attention for me, is that ok?"

"Yes, just tell me what do you got, Katsuma."
