10. KHH Chapter 3 Sep, Year 2 Part 5

In the last act of Knothole high, we left Shadow tucking Eris in for a bit of rest before the call with her friends. Shortly after he does that he leaves and runs into Trinity and asks her to go on a walk with him putting his plan into motion. Beforehand we left Birch and Amy heading off to put his plan in motion to catch Sally red handed of what he believed her trying to take over the Crew and more. We found out also about Trinity and how her father wishes her to keep things going why at the same time she is working as a double agent for Black Oak. We find out she doesn't even wish to be Queen of the Black Arms Empire and just be with Eclipse, Shadow's cousin. What will happen now so much has been revealed to us? Will Shadow keep courting Trinity and Eris both? Will he pick who he believes is the better fit for him? Will he uncover something dark and sinister lying beneath Emperor Void's nose as he courts both Trinity and Eris? Will Birch plan to catch Sally red handed work? ACT 5.

YEAR 2, SEPTEMBER, SLOW RECOVERY & FORGOTTEN MEMORIES

14:30pm at Techno Beat Wi-Fi cafe and Dance Club.

Everyone had finally made it to Reggie's place, well almost everyone had, they were waiting on Sally and Sonic, KillBeat and Swiftshot. Even though KillBeat and Swiftshot were not of the Crew they were part of Eris inner circle and Reggie knew she would want them there nonetheless.

I do wonder where they are at? It is about time to start the call with Eris soon.

Reggie looks at Regina worried as he hears something going on behind him. A few heads turn to hear what was going on as he sees some of his Bouncers trying to hold a group of people back. Reggie and Regina look at one another and go over to see what the problem was.

Sir I am sorry but the club and Cafe are close for a private meeting with Cosmic Eclipse Crew so I am going to have to ask you to come back another time.

Reggie and Regina look over at the guy Mickie was pointing at and they see a Black and electric Yellow tiger standing before them. He was dressed with such style it was impressive. He had his hair tied back into a ponytail and had three silver studs in his right ear and two silver bands in his left. The shades he had on where of the latest fashion by Melodious & Quinn. The outfit he wore was a mix of a pair of designer Jeans and a black tank top with a bands logo on it. The shirt he had over it was a red and black plaid lightweight button up shirt. His shoes were by ConAIRs. A well known AirBlade designer that makes all kinds of AirBlades for Crews.

I see. Well I'm the owner of Techno Beat and Wi-Fi Cafe Reggie, and this is my partner and wife Regina. I am truly sorry but Mickie here is right. We are closed today for a private event. We posted it on our website a few hours ago that it would be closed and all events would be canceled. So if you could please come back at another time, maybe tomorrow we will be open for all then.

He looks over at his Crew and they look at one another before looking back at him and nodding.

Teddy narrows his eyes at Reggie and huffs as he walks off with his members.

They all head inside and as they head over to the group Tails comes up to them.

They head on up to Reggie's and Regina's apartment that was on the third floor. Once there they could see everyone was there. It was at Times like this Reggie was glad the third floor was big enough to hold up to 30 people. Tails walks over to where he had set everything up as everyone waits to see Eris.

UP ON THE EMPIRE COMET IN ERIS ROOM. 15:00PM…

Eris was sitting in her chair as Shadow sat next to her as the Nurse had just finished putting in a needle into their arm to start the blood transfusion. Sighing out she rests her left arm on the arm rest as Shadow blood starts to flow through the tube and into her. As they sit there she taps away at the computer in front of her and hits enter and she is patched through to the others on Mobius. Almost at once she sees everyone and they her and they start talking at once asking her so many questions at once. It was a bit overwhelming for her and she wanted to cry, but only because of having missed everyone so much.

Guy's, guy's. PLEASE… please everyone calm down. I know, I know I've missed you all too. But please.

A tear rolls down her face and Shadow looks over at her as he places a hand on hers. She looks over and he nods at her. She nods back taking a deep calming breath as she wipes the tear away.

Everyone looks over at Knuckles who was in the background and Eris gasps out in shock and surprise.

He tells her as he comes into a better view for her. The moment she sees him she starts to cry.

It wasn't till a few days after when I was put into a room that Swiftshot, KillBeat came to see me and told me what happened. Moment they did you can guess how worried and scared I was. What I mean is, according to my Grandfather and his black Knight Shadow, I should have been in force coma for at least another month, and in a Black Arms Medical Pod till around the start of next month. They're not sure why I woke up so soon. Grandfather thinks it's because of Shadow's blood he's been giving me to replace what I have lost.

Intriguing. You think it has something to do with being Black Arms yourself?

I don't know. Grandfather believes it's because of my Lineage I hold within me. I am the next in line to take his throne when it is time. Not to say I am considered to be MORE Black Arms then a Mobian, even though I LOOK more Mobian. He said he's never seen anything like it before. But because of everything HE was told of what happened to me, as I said, I should have been out till some time next month. But because I woke up sooner than I should have, I'm still very weak, and he wishes I keep doing blood Transfusions with Shadow to be safer than sorry since he is a higher ranking Prince.

Eris narrows her eyes at Sonic but answers him nontheless as she glances at Shadow who was just as curious.

Both Shadow and Sonic look at Eris and then look back at one another and glare at one another. Shadow growls as does Sonic. Either one of them backed down, knowing full well if one of them said they were sorry to the other they would have won. Eris could see the testosterone's between them. Everyone one else did as well. Growling out annoyed, Knuckles shoves Sonic hard in the shoulder making him look at bigger Echidna pissed.

She holds up her hand to stop him and looks to Sonic.

Eri, as much as I hate to agree with him I think he is right. What me and Ames saw, it wasn't pretty mind you. The EMT and doctors didn't think you would make it, you were that bad.

Sonic starts talking or I'll have Amy, or Swiftshot or KB do it. Your choices blue.

Sighing, he folds his ears and caves in.

Sonic starts telling her what he knew, KillBeat and Swiftshot fill in the gaps of what they knew as well as Knuckles and everyone, even Amy who had a hard time reliving it. It takes everyone together about an hour to finish. As they were nearing the end the nurse comes in and removes the needles from her and Shadow then leaves.

I see. I guess it was pretty bad after all. But what of Jason?

Gone for good. Queen Boom DA Boom and her ghostly hoard got a hold of him before the EMT came to save us. I saw it with my own eyes Eris. Jason's gone and he's not coming back ever again.

What about The Blood Wrath Crew?

Far as I know Hank, his second, has taken it over. But now that Jason is gone many have started leaving Blood Wrath, even there Protector has as well and is under our protection as we speak. She is hoping to join us as possibly as my second in charge should I not be around to do much of anything again. She's strong and powerful and she was the one that helped us out during the Race.

So Rosewell wishes to switch sides does she?

To be honest, in the few weeks I got to know her she seems ligate. From what Knuckles told me, and her herself when she came to visit him after he came out of the ICU, she told me she had been too scared to leave, stating she was sick of what was going on, and the abuse Jason and Hank would deal to her in place of one of the others when they fail.

That's not all Eris. When she came to see me she has told me how Hank and the others truly loyal to him and Jason have been out and about and every chance they get they go after her for betraying him. I have her living in my spare room at my place up above the gym, and when we had the big meeting she came as well and told us everything that happened on how there was a traitor within The Scoundrels ranks. We found out it was Creamy. I told her today when she came to pick me up to make sure she had one us with her at all times or wait till I got home. I don't trust Hank and his thugs not to try something funny.

Knuckles tells her.

I saw Rosewell and her work. She is quite good. But the real question is this. Can she hold back and not KILL anyone ever again? I saw her hurt, even maim people before in a near bloodbath.

I believe she can Eris. When she is not on the race track she is no different then you or even Amy for that matter. I hung out with her many times before, and up till now I haven't said anything.

To be honest Knux I had a feeling you were already. Some of us did. But needless to say if Sonic is alright with this along with the others I see no problem. But till I am able to make it back home and assess everything myself and get to know her she will be on trial and you will be her watcher. So if anything goes wrong it will be on you Knuckles, you understand right, and what it could mean for you?

Yes Eris I do and I promise you, she won't fail. She never wanted to do any of the things they had her do. I promise you this. Had there been another way she would have done it. I know it.

Very well. I don't know how long I'll be up here but her trial will last till I am able to come home.

To when Mrs. Higgins told them her story. How Espio and Vector were doing and more. Leaving out the part about Scourge for the time being. It takes about two hours to finish updating her.

As I said I don't remember what you're talking about but I believe you nonetheless, and as I stated I still wish to get to know you as well. But know if he does hurt you I'll kill him on behalf of the Empire.

Eris rolls her eyes and giggles at him.

This surprised Eris at seeing this and he looked back over his shoulder cocking a cocky half grin at her.

He leaves chuckling as the door hisses close behind him.

She remembered them being on the upper levels of the Comet and the only way was via the conduit gel ports. She looks around for one and sees one but it leads down to the lower levels. Once inside Eris heads right for the much older parts of the archives. Once there she asks Doom to light the candles there. Eris backs up and into Black Doom who was floating behind her. She put a hand to her mouth in shock as she couldn't believe what she was reading. She shakes her head as tears start to fall down her face.

Screaming out she picks up the tome and throws it across the room where it hits a smaller shelf knocking the tomes on it off and to the floor. As she screams out, a sudden surge of power courses through her as she picks up the table with ease and swings it around the room into the shelves around her. She throws it across the room and into the console where it breaks into pieces and the console screen breaks and cracks sending sparks flying with hissing and buzzing sounds coming from it. She keeps up her fit of anger till Bookshelves, tomes and pages that she had ripped out from some of them, laid in ruins around the archives. Once she is done she pants out and falls to the floor hitting it over and over again as she cries as some pages float down around them.

Sparks and lighting start to form around her. As the sound of crackling was heard. Black Doom looks at her in shock as he senses power building up in her. Thinking quickly, he uses his Chaos Control and teleports them to the training area. Once there, he sees there were a few minor Black Arms men down there training, as well as Shadow and his Black Arms Jager and Eclipse.

"QUICKLY GET OUT OF HERE NOW!

FATHER WHAT IS GOING ON?!

DO AS YOUR TOLD SHADOW BEFORE SHE UNLEASHES HER ATTACK!

Without another word, Shadow waves his hand and sends his Jager away and to his holding pen, why the Black Arms soldiers run for their lives. Shadow and Eclipse teleport out of the arena in time just as Eris cries out and unleashes a Chaos Crystal Blast. A bright white light surrounds Eris as a multitude of pinks, purples, blues, and white crystal flames form around her and expand outward incinerating everything within the arena.

The Chaos Crystal Blast hits the windows causing them to crack. But they hold as the light dies down and Black Doom, Eclipse and Shadow look on as they see a figure within the flames as they die down. Once they are fully gone, Eris stays floating up in the air for a few moments till her power fully dwindles out to nothing. She starts to fall fast. Shadow sees this and was about to go after her when a flash of red and black comes out of nowhere and grabs hold of Eris in mid air. It clamps it's jaws around her and lands with a THUD on the ground. It turns around and growls as it sets her down on the ground gently. It nuzzles her as Shadow, Doom and Eclipse look on in shock.

They look at one another in the eyes and soon, Eris Shedu calms down enough to trust him. It takes a few steps towards him and sniffs him. Seeing he was of no threat to him or Eris, it nuzzles his hand purring softly. Eclipse gently closes his hand around it's nose as it nuzzles it.

It looks at him then moves aside slowly and walks off a few feet. It lays down and Eclipse sees his chance and runs over to Eris calling out to her.

He makes it to her and turns her over. He gently shakes her and she moans out, but doesn't wake up. Eclipse lets out a sigh of relief as he picks her up bridal style. He looks over at the Shedu and nods to it.

It looks at him for a moment before getting up. It walks over to him slowly and he freezes as it nears not daring to move. Once it was close to him he looked down at Eris and nuzzled her as if he was worried about her. Eclipse catches this and looks at him.

It looks at him and backs up a few steps. As he does a bright golden light surrounds him and Eclipse closes his eyes. After a moment it died down and standing before him was a small cat sized mini saber tooth tiger. It meows out and yawns as it jumps up onto Eclipse's shoulders and lays onto Eris stomach. Looking at it then to his Uncle he wonders what he should do.

With that Eclipse uses his own Chaos Control and takes him, her and the Shedu to Eris room once there he calls for the chambermaids and they come right away. Eclipse takes the Shedu and waits outside till he was told he could come back in. Once in, he dismisses them and Shedu jumps out of his arm and up onto Eris bed near her as he sits on the ottoman nearby.

Shadow was with Trinity in her room. They just go through having a bit of fun under the sheets as Trinity snuggles up next to him sighing.

After a few moments she looks up as a look of anger crosses her face as she growls out knowing why he was like that.

Blake sees his chance and with a massive punch he sends Diego flying back and into a set of large Elk Antlers. They pierce right through him as he gasps out as he coughs up blood. Everyone stops what they're doing and looks at Diego, then back at Blake, then Diego once more. He hung on the antlers as blood oozed out from where he was pierced. It dripped to the floor as everyone looked on. Everyone was quiet for a time till they heard a voice say something.

I am SO not cleaning that up Boss. I cleaned up the LAST bloody mess from a few months ago from the Elk Eris took on and ripped the antlers off of.

Knuckles asks in surprise as Mandy says that and she folds her arms annoyed. With that, everyone snaps out of their shocked state and goes back to fighting. After another 20 minutes of fighting, Blake and the rest finally got what was left of the The Savannah Claw Crew rounded up. The Aqua Dingo that Greta was fighting, a bear and a Cheetah. Blake Greta and his guys stood around the three who looked a bit worried.

She was an Icy Blue and white in color and her Aqua blue, and icy blue tipped hair was up in an in a braid. Her sky blue eyes stare at him clearly annoyed with what she was put through on a daily basis around here. She had on tight bell bottom blue jeans and a pink crop top on. On the bells of her jeans was a design of snowflakes. Her boots she had on were a pair of cowgirl boots.

Oh don't worry about it red. She's been threatening to do that for the last four years now and she has yet to. Besides she literally has nowhere else to go since she ran away six years ago. She hasn't done it yet because she still thinks she indebted to me for giving her a home and a place to feel welcomed.

It's easy red, for the first years she was on her own. She comes from your side of the tracks, so to say. But from what I understand she ran away from home because of her father.

Her father?

Yeah, apparently she ran away from home because her father was sexually abusing her. She just barely turned thirteen when it started. After a year and a half of his abuse she had enough and one night after he did his deed so to say, she took what she could and ran away. She found her way onto my turf and you know my laws. If you're on my turf, you belong to me and my Crew and we will protect you by any means necessary.

So that's what we did for her for the first two years she was here. It took her at least nearly a year, I say about eight months, for her to fully trust me alone. That was when one day she came to me and told me what happened. When I got the story from her, well lets just say that one day her father found her roaming the streets one day.

He and some of his friends found her and were about to have their way with her, but before they could I showed up and saved her pretty little icy blue feathers in time. Her father or friends haven't shown their face around here since, and since then she's become one of my most strongest and loyal friends and allies.
