Story start:

Carly summoned the Symbol Driver to her waist and then called the Active Henshin Key to her right hand. Symbol slammed the Active Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. HENSHIN KEY! "Henshin!" she turned the Active Henshin Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light which was dispalying the Active setting. SYMBOL: ACTIVE! The bright-red lightning field appeared around Carly. LET'S GO! Transforming her into Kamen Rider Symbol.

The Wasp Grongi took aim with her crossbow and opened fire on the Kamen Rider, sending five bright-yellow crossbow bolts shooting at her.

Symbol turned the Active Henshin Key once. "Woah!" she only had time for one turn. ACTIVE FIRST LOCK! She turned both of her glove into fists and punched forwards twice as they were covered in bright-red lightning.

Symbol was able to deflect two of the bolts, but the other three slammed into her chest plate, sending her flying backwards. "Argh!" shouted Symbol in pain.

The Wasp Grongi fired another barrage of six crossbow bolts at the Kamen Rider.

Symbol turned the Active Henshin Key backwards, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. Then she removed the Active Henshin Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Slashing Shredder Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. EMBLEM KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" then she turned the Slashing Shredder Emblem Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Active Slashing Shredder setting. SLASHING SHREDDER! The bright-green energy field appeared around Symbol, transforming her into the Active Slashing Shredder Emblem.

As the crossbow bolts were about to hit her, Symbol turned the Slashing Shredder Emblem Key twice. SLASHING SHREDDER SECOND LOCK! She slashed up with her right Slashing Claw, cutting through all six of the crossbow bolts. Only for a larger crossbow bolt to slam into her stomach, revealing the Wasp Grongi had shot a larger crossbow bolt behind the smaller six.

The Wasp Grongi fired another seven crossbow bolts at Symbol.

"Ow! That was painful!" Symbol turned the Slashing Shredder Emblem Key backwards, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Slashing Shredder Emblem Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Gigar Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's keyhole. HENSHIN KEY! She closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Emblem Change!" then she turned the Gigar Henshin Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Gigar setting. SYMBOL: GIGAR! The bright-green energy field appeared around Symbol. BREAK THROUGH! Transforming Symbol into the Gigar Emblem.

As the arrows shot towards Symbol, she turned the Gigar Henshin Key once. GIGAR FIRST LOCK! She held the Gigar Sword in both gloves and slashed down. The attack cut through all seven crossbow bolts.

Suddenly, the Wasp Grongi appeared in front of Symbol and fired seven crossbow bolts that slammed into her chest plate. Sparks exploded from the impact as the Wasp Grongi fired a massive crossbow bolt that sent Symbol flying back.

"That hurt even more!" shouted Symbol as she turned the Gigar Henshin Key back, turning off the Symbol Driver's light, then she removed the Gigar Henshin Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. She slammed the Mighty Knuckle Emblem Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. EMBLEM KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" she turned the Mighty Knuckle Emblem Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Gigar Mighty Knuckle setting. MIGHTY KNUCKLE! The dark-red energy field appeared around Symbol and transformed her into the Gigar Mighty Knuckle Emblem.

The Wasp Grongi shot back into the air and gathered energy around her crossbow before firing another burst of crossbow bolts. This time there was eight of them.

"This is getting bad!" Symbol turned the Mighty Knuckle Emblem Key twice. MIGHTY KNUCKLE SECOND LOCK! She gave a right jab and the force of it dispelled the crossbow bolts. Then a left jab dispelled the large crossbow bolt that had been shot behind the small ones. Only for a second large crossbow bolt to catch Symbol across her shoulder pauldron, sending her spinning back through the air.

Symbol crashed to the ground, painfully. "This is getting worse by the second!" Symbol turned the Mighty Knuckle Emblem Key backwards, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Mighty Knuckle Emblem Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Swift Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. HENSHIN KEY! She closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Emblem Change!" Symbol turned the Swift Henshin Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Swift setting. SYMBOL: SWIFT! The bright-yellow energy field appeared around Symbol. DASH AWAY! Transforming Symbol into the Swift Emblem.

The Wasp Grongi took aim and fired another barrage of crossbow bolts at Symbol. This time there was nine of them.

Symbol turned the Swift Henshin Key twice. SWIFT SECOND LOCK! She darted to the side, causing the crossbow bolts to miss. Then she shot forwards and ran up a wall, she leapt through the air and slashed the Wasp Grongi across the back twenty times, her arms were nothing but blurs. "Finally!" shouted Symbol as she twisted and landed on the ground.

The Wasp Grongi took aim and fired another burst of crossbow bolts at Symbol. The number was ten.

"Nuts!" Symbol turned the Swift Henshin Key backwards and turned off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Swift Henshin Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Jet Winger Emblem Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. EMBLEM KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" she turned the Jet Winger Emblem Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the light on the Swift Jet Winger setting. JET WINGER! The bright-silver energy field appeared around her, transforming Symbol into the Swift Jet Winger Emblem.

Symbol turned the Jet Winger Emblem Key three times. JET WINGER THIRD LOCK! She jetted into the air and came shooting down, slashing through the Wasp Grongi. Then she slashed up and down again, repeating the process thirty times in less than five seconds.

The Wasp Grongi roared in pain as she released a pulse of energy from her body that turned into a pulse of crossbow bolts.

"Oh, nuts!" shouted Symbol as the attack slammed into her. Sparks exploded from her body and she lost the Jet Winger Emblem in a flash of bright-silver light. The Symbol Driver's Keyhole ejected the Jet Winger Emblem Key. Symbol slammed the Burst Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. HENSHIN KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" she turned the Burst Henshin Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on its Burst setting. SYMBOL: BURST! The bright-purple energy field appeared around Symbol. NOW BLASTING! Transforming her into the Burst Emblem.

Symbol landed on the ground and turned the Burst Henshin Key once. BURST FIRST LOCK! Symbol crossed her arms and then threw them out to the sides. Out of her body came a pulse of bright-purple energy that roared outwards.

The Wasp Grongi fired a barrage of crossbow bolts. This time they numbered elven. They tore through the energy pulse and rained down on the Kamen Rider.

"Argh! Come on!" Symbol turned the Burst Henshin Key backwards, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. Then she removed the Burst Henshin Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Blazing Stabber Emblem Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. EMBLEM KEY! She closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" Symbol turned the Blazing Stabber Emblem Key to the right. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Blazing Stabber setting. BLAZING STABBER! The blazing-red fire field appeared around Symbol, transforming her into the Burst Blazing Stabber Emblem.

Symbol reached down and turned the Blazing Stabber Emblem Key twice. BLAZING SECOND LOCK! She punched forwards with her left fist, firing a beam of blazing-red knives towards the crossbow bolts. The two attacks clashed before the knives were forced back. "Oh no!" shouted Symbol as the crossbow bolts slammed into her, sending her flying back as sparks exploded from her body. Then her armour faded, transforming her back into Carly.

Carly grunted in pain and then screamed as a crossbow bolt nailed her shoulder to a wall.

The Wasp Grongi took aim with another bolt, this time she was aiming at Carly's head.

The Wasp Grogi fired.

"Not this time!" steel-grey criss crossing lines appeared over Carly's body as she pulled herself free. She held up her hand and formed a steel-grey barrier, blocking the attack. The leftover energy from a steel-grey key with a circle-shaped top that had a lightning-red shield in the centre of it.

This is the Resilient Guard Emblem Key.

"You are too late!" Carly summoned the Symbol Driver to her waist and then called the Active Henshin Key to her right hand. Symbol slammed the Active Henshin Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. HENSHIN KEY! "Henshin!" she turned the Active Henshin Key. OPEN! The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light which was displaying the Active setting. SYMBOL: ACTIVE! The bright-red lightning field appeared around Carly. LET'S GO! Transforming her into Kamen Rider Symbol.

Symbol turned the Active Henshin Key back, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. Then she removed the Active Henshin Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded the Resilient Guard Emblem Key into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole. EMBLEM KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "Key Change!" she turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key. OPEN!

The Symbol Driver's gate opened, revealing the Symbol Driver's light on the Active Resilient Guard setting. Which was a lightning-red light with a steel-grey kite shield in front of it. RESILIENT GUARD! A steel-grey energy field appeared around Symbol, starting the transformation process.

Symbol's chest plate turned steel-grey as a lightning-red circle appeared in the centre of her chest plate. Within the lightning-red circle was a steel-grey kite shield.

Her right shoulder pauldron turned steel-grey and now had a pair of bright-silver vertical rings wrapped around it.

Her right forearm guard turned steel-grey with a steel-silver outline.

On her right forearm guard was a steel-grey kite shield with steel-silver outlines.

She was now Kamen Rider Symbol, Active Resilient Guard Emblem and was armed with the Resilient Guard Shield.

The Wasp Grongi got back up and fired a barrage of crossbow bolts at Symbol. This time there were twelve.

Symbol reached down and turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key once. RESILIENT GUARD FIRST LOCK! She held up the Resilient Guard Shield, blocking the attack.

The Wasp Grongi roared in anger as she fired thirteen crossbow bolts at Symbol.

Symbol turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key twice. RESILIENT GUARD TWO LOCK! She held up the Resilient Guard Shield and formed a barrier of energy that blocked the attack.

The Wasp Grongi roared in anger as she took aim and fired another fourteen crossbow bolts at Symbol.

"That isn't going to work!" taunted Symbol as she turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key three times. RESILIENT GUARD THREE LOCK! She held up the Resilient Guard Shield and a circle-shaped barrier of energy appeared around her, blocking the attack.

The Wasp Grongi roared in anger as she took aim and fired fifteen bright-yellow crossbow bolts at Symbol.

"How is she still doing that?!" Symbol drew Pity and flicked open its Keyhole. She loaded the Active Henshin Key into Pity's Keyhole. END: ACTIVE! Symbol took aim and fired a bright-red bullet that was crackling with bright-right lightning. It tore through the crossbow bolts and slammed into the Wasp Grongi.

The Wasp Grongi screamed in pain as she fell to the ground. She got back up and fired sixteen crossbow bolts at Symbol.

"Nuts!" Symbol turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key twice. RESILIENT GUARD FIRST LOCK! She summoned a barrier in front of herself that tanked the attack.

Then Symbol drew Fool and flicked open its Keyhole. She turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key back, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Resilient Guard Emblem Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded it into Fool's Keyhole. Then she turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key. END: RESILIENT GUARD! She took aim and fired a steel-grey kite shield projection that slammed into the Wasp Grongi slamming her into a wall.

The Wasp Grongi struggled to break free and was able to fire a single bolt of energy before the shield forced her back into the wall.

"No you don't!" Symbol turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key twice. RESILIENT GUARD FIRST LOCK! She summoned a barrier in front of herself. The attack slammed into it and after a bit of a fight, Symbol was able to throw the attack off to the side.

"I've got to end this soon!" Symbol drew Pity and flicked open its Keyhole. She loaded the Active Henshin Key into Pity's Keyhole. END: ACTIVE! Then Symbol drew Fool and flicked open its Keyhole. She turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key back, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Resilient Guard Emblem Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and loaded it into Fool's Keyhole. Then she turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key. END: RESILIENT GUARD! "Go!" Symbol fired a field construct from Fool and a bright-red bullet that crackled with lightning from Pity. The lightning merged with the shield, shocking the Wasp Grongi as she was forced further into the wall.

"Time to end this!" Symbol turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key back and removed it from Fool's Keyhole. Then she loaded the Resilient Guard Emblem Key back into the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key forwards, turning back on theSymbol Driver's light. EMBLEM KEY! Symbol closed the Symbol Driver's gate before turning the Resilient Guard Emblem Key once. RESILIENT END! The Symbol Driver's gate opened. LET'S GO! Symbol summoned the Strong Axe and the Fast Scythe as she was covered in bright-red lightning and steel-grey energy. Both of which were pulled into the Resilient Guard Shield.

"FLUSHING RAKING GUARD CHARGE!" Symbol swung the Strong Axe down, firing a construct of its head that spun through the air. It slammed into the Wasp Grongi as Symbol jumped into the air. She used the Fast Scythe as a fishing hook to pull the Wasp Grongi into the air. Before the Wasp Grongi could recover from the two attacks, she was punched by the Resilient Guard Shield. The Wasp Grongi went shooting down to the ground as she was shocked by the lightning and exploded upon impacting with the ground.

Symbol landed on the ground and turned the Resilient Guard Emblem Key back, turning off the Symbol Driver's light. She removed the Resilient Guard Emblem Key from the Symbol Driver's Keyhole and closed the Symbol Driver's gate. "De-Henshin!" her body glowed with steel-grey light and bright-red lightning as she transformed back into Carly.

"Carly! It's chaos out here!" shouted Honoka as she appeared. "But I found a way out!"

"Where?" demanded Carly.

"Up there!" Honoka pointed to a high window.

"Why is it all the way up there?!" demanded Carly.

"I can't control where the rifts are!" shot back Honoka.

Carly growled as she jumped through the gateway and landed back in the real world.
