Gwen was reading over the file on Hue once again when the phone rang.
Gwen: *Picks it up* Hello?
Wolverine: Gwen, this is Logan...Wolverine.
Gwen: Wolverine, what brings you to call me?
Gwen flipped a page as she listened.
Wolverine: We have some disturbing findings that we need you to see.
Gwen: Same here, i found medical file on a Hue.
Wolverine: Seems you are aware of him too, well...we found out things about him and Light Guider that you should know about, can you come to the station.
Gwen eye raised at that.
Gwen: Why are you at the police station?
Wolverine: Let's just say the person who brought us here regrets what has happened in the past and wants to help us now?
Gwen: Who?
It was silent for a minute till she heard him answer her.
Wolverine:...Warren the II when we told him his son was involved in this,
With that Gwen dropped the phone, mouth a gaped.
Bit later...
Rayshaun and Gwen were sprinting down the street still processing the revel that Warren the II was helping them.
Rayshaun: Him, how did HE get involved in this!?
Gwen: Xavier told him all that we found out and Angle returning to normal, as well as his involvement in the conflict.
Rayshaun: Now I wish Night walker took a picture of his face when he was told that. The look on his face must have been priceless.
They had reached the station and brusted in, the others waiting for them.
Warren II: Ms. Stacy, Mr. Lucas. Glad you could join us.
Rayshaun: *sly smirk* Glad to see your mouth not broken on the ground.
Warren the II rubbed his head, still a bit embarrassed on the scene he made in Xavier office.
Xavier: Welcome Patriot and Spider Gwen.
Gwen: Alright, you said you had information regarding Hue and Light Guider.
They nodded.
Few minuted later..
Rayshaun: *Red in the face* MY GIRLFRIEND HAS BEEN CAPTURE BY A ADDICT?!
Rayshaun was both scared and livid at the information that they had just reveled. Gwen meanwhile was horrified on what they were told.
Gwen: Who, who would do that to a child?
Warren II: I fear it was unenviable for Hue, or Light Guider, to be thinking he needed to take that injection still in order to feel like he's alright.
Xavier: As well as others who have been hurt like or close to him.
Rayshaun: *Calmed down* Like us...
Everyone turned to him.
Rayshaun: Think about it, he had seen us fight all the bad guys and most of us being ridicule for either our powers or even other means. In a way, he sees us as hurt.
The heroes nodded at Rayshaun.
Jean Grey: It's almost like that injection is a placebo effect to not worry about the negativity around him and others.
Rouge: So, he uses that to help people he finds and saves to get them to ease into a society where everyone is equal. Nothing like Magnito, he wants everyone both normal and mutant to have bliss.
Warren: My son is in there...and after everything that he's been through i can see why he would stay.
Everyone was quiet for a while. It was until a cough was heard form on of Warren the II staff.
Vice president: Sir, i do believe we should informed the three Warriors of this as well as the other Avengers.
Warren II: Right.
Wolverine: Here's a question, what are we going to do about Light Guider when this is all done?
Xavier: Prison is not the answer.
Warren II: I wasn't think of that idea either, if anything he is just a poor man who is lost. There is only one thing we can do when this is done and he is in our hands.
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Gwen: He needs to be admitted to a rehab center, before he accidentally kills himself or others.
