"Rolf..." was all Ed could say, grasping all that was left of the Son of a Shepard. Nazz, Sarah, Double-D, Kooper, and Bow closed their eyes, having a moment of silence. Kevin's expression and body language were on the verge of going berserk to Tubba Blubba, but Johnny stopped him from going any further. The others gritted to see their friend trapped inside of a monster's stomach.

Mario growled. "This thing better be his weak point!"

The plumber kicked the chest open. A yellow key with a red band jumped out of its chest.

"Hi, there! I'm Yakkey! I'm a faithful and chatty follower of Master Tubba Blubba! I guard his most important values." Everyone dropped their negative face to their horror face. "Wait... You don't look like Tubba Blubba! That means you've come here to steal me and unlock the door to Windy Mill near Forever Forest! And you want to find Tubba Blubba's true weakness, right?"

Everyone droned at that question.

"No?" Bow answered.

"Maybe?" Jimmy weakly said.

"...You're a terrible liar. Help! Master Tubba Blubba! Thieves!" Yakkey cried, his shouting caused Tubba to wake up from his nap.

"Wha... What's all the noise?" Tubba asked before yawning. "Five more minutes, Mommy..."

"Run, everybody! Run for your lives!" Ed said, grabbing Yakkey into his jacket pocket. The team's only objective was to escape from Tubba Blubba. After they reached the bridge, Tubba Blubba came in next with an angry expression.

"Stop! Thieves!" Tubba jumped on the bridge, which made the whole bridge fall apart. Everyone managed to land on the second bridge, but Tubba was coming in fast. Everyone did not want to look back to see him; they had to keep running no matter what. The team finally made it to the first floor, ready to leave the castle.

Meanwhile, a small group of six Boos was in front of the entrance.

"We're finally here!" the Boo leader said. "Are you ready, everyone? We must do everything we can to save Lady Bow! We cannot hesitate!"

Before they could make a move, the team fell forward from the entrance.

"Tubba Blubba is coming!" Bow cried. The Boos looked behind them and saw a furious Tubba Blubba. Five Boos moved ahead to seal the door shut.

The Boo leader had a wide gaping mouth as his body trembled. "He's here?! Behind that door?! Oh, the horror!"

"Enough talking! We've found Tubba's weak point!"

"F-for real?"

"Yes! We're going to the Windy Mill and expose his weakness!" One of Tubba's hands burst through the door, grabbed a Boo, and ate him. The Boo leader took his place to hold the door.

"We'll hold off Tubba from here You must go, Lady Bow!"

"No! You can't! He'll eat you all!"

"We're staying here too!" Johnny said as he and Parakarry got in their battle stance. "I don't care if he is invincible! That monster ate one of my best friends in the whole world! We're gonna stall him!"

"Johnny! No!" Nazz said.

"I'm going too! Urban Rangers NEVER SURRENDER!" Jimmy yelled, readying his shield.

"Jimmy!" Sarah cried.

"Don't stop us, guys! Rolf helped us get that stupid key. If you don't all go, his and Merlow's sacrifices were all in vain!" The others had no choice but to run. The rest of the team, minus Eddy and Bombette, ran away from the castle. Tubba Blubba burst through the whole door and roared through Gusty Gulch.

"I'm ready, Johnny!" Parakarry said, flapping his wings

"I'm gonna give him such a PINCH!" Jimmy yelled.

"FOR OUR ANCESTORS AND OUR ANCESTORS' ANCESTORS! ATTACK!" They all charged against Tubba Blubba.

Mario, the Eds, Kevin, Nazz, Sarah, Goombario, Kooper, Bombette, and Bow ran across the wasteland. They ignored everything and focused on Windy Mill. Once they reached their destination, Ed pulled out Yakkey, who looked dirty.

"I'll never let you open the door!" Yakkey said, struggling from Ed's grip. "You need to wash that filthy jacket, by the way!"

"This key has a mind of its own!" Ed said, struggling to hold Yakkey.

"That's because it does!" Bow said. Ed finally forced Yakkey to open the door and threw him away. Inside, there was a well with a wooden panel blocking the well. Mario broke through the panel and landed inside of the well. Everyone went through the door and fought all the Hyper Goombas.

"'No entry allowed,'" Kooper said, reading the sign.

"Yeah right," Bow said, scoffing. They ignored the sign and saw a second sign.

"'Really! No entry allowed!'"

"Double yeah right!" They ignored it again and saw a third sign.

"'Absolutely! No entry allowed!'"

"Triple yeah right!" Finally, they went through the hallway and ran to a dead-end room. They finally found what appeared to be Tubba's weak point, which was a big red heart with beady yellow eyes.

"Who are you all?!" it asked.

"This...is Tubba's weak point?" Mario asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Then that means he's the one controlling Tubba!" Bow deduced.

Goombario chuckled. "You might say it's the 'heart' of Tubba's secret! Ha!"

Everyone looked at the Goomba boy and hee felt like shrinking down. "Uh... Okay, that wasn't funny."

"You..." Tubba Blubba's Heart said to the team as he narrowed his eyes. "Did someone tell you I'm the secret strength of Tubba Blubba?"

"Well..." Bow said.

"So what if they did!" Kevin said, readying his wrench with a look that spelled pain for the heart. "AND WE'RE GONNA KICK YOUR FUCKING ASS!"

"Language!" Mario cried as he covered Goombario's 'ears'. Double-D sighed as he drew his Star Sword, the blade glowing brightly, illuminating the darkness.

"We won't let our friend's sacrifice be in vain! THIS ENDS NOW!"

"I can't let any of you leave now that you know my secret! Sorry, but here we go!" Mario tapped his Power Jump Badge and jumped to Tubba's Heart; Goombario jumped and bonked on the heart as well. Ed fired several Boxing Glove Arrows at the heart. Kevin threw his wrench at the heart, hitting it in the face as the weapon bounced back into the jock's hand. Sarah slammed her Chomp Flail down with help from the D-Down Pound Badge.

"HOT SOUP!" Nazz roared as she used her new D-Down Jump Badge to slam down on the heart, hurting it greatly as it growled in anger.

"Grr! Now...you've made me mad! Get ready for my ultimate attack!" The heart started to charge up an incredible amount of power. His whole body glowed in a rainbow-like state.

"Ed! Kooper!" Bow said. "I'm going to make you two transparent!"

"Can you do it?" Kooper asked, being uncertain.

"I'll try to." She touched Ed and Kooper's shoulder, and they all became transparent. Meanwhile, the heart unleashed its attack. Hundreds of tiny hearts, that resembled Tubba Blubba's Heart, attacked the others violently. This power made Goombario and Bombette unconscious while Mario, Double-D, Eddy, Nazz, and Sarah were on his knees.

"Man, that took a lot out of me!" Eddy grunted angrily.

"Hey, you! Lady ghost!" Tubba Blubba's Heart said. "You look quite tasty! After this battle, let me eat you up!"

Bow growled. "Why you! That's it! Ed! Kooper! Let's give him a heart attack!"

"LET ME ON THE ACTION!" Sarah roared, drawing a Modify Card and inserting it into her Star Caller as Bow glowed with energy.

"BOO BOMB!" Bow roared as she summoned a large bowl with a pink grinning ghoul on it and threw it at the heart. The bomb exploded, stunning the heart and damaging it greatly.

"THIS IS FOR ROLF, YOU DORK!" Kevin roared, having channeled his Smash Charge Badge before running forward with Double-D at the stunned heart, both boys striking it with their weapons as it cried in agony.

"I can't take it anymore!" it said in pain. The heart jumped out of its nest and ran out of the room.

"Gwaah-hahaha! We sure showed him!" Bow cackled.

"HE'S GETTING AWAY!" Sarah cried as Goombario and Bombette finally regained consciousness and ate a Super Mushroom. The team chased after the heart back to the front entrance of the Windy Mill. However, Tubba Blubba was already there.

"It's time to reunite!" The heart jumped up as Tubba swallowed his heart.

"Ugh..." Goombario said, cringing his face. "That's nasty when you think about it."

"It just pisses me off even more!" Sarah snarled.

"Now I'm feeling good!" Tubba said proudly. "With my heart and body reunited, there's no way to beat me!"

"He's already here?!" Kooper asked, gaping. "Then... Oh no!"

"What have you done with my friend?!" Ed asked Tubba.

"That baldy and the wimpy kid? I ate everyone in my path!" Tubba answered, which the team gasped.

Ed pointed at him with his bow. "That's it! I'm going to make sure you spit out every living being out of your stomach!"

Ed swiped a Modify Card and Kooper tucked into his shell, activating his Bomb Shell technique as he hit Tubba with a mighty explosion, knocking the brute down easily!

"Well then..." Goombario said with wide eyes. "I guess he's not invincible after swallowing back his heart."

"No... No!" Tubba said, whimpering. "With my heart and body unite, I'm not invincible... I give up! I'll spit out everything I ate!"

He coughed up all the peasant Boos, white Boos, Rolf, Jimmy, Johnny, Merlow, and Parakarry.

"Rolf has seen things...!" Rolf groaned before being hugged by Kevin.

"DON'T DO THAT AGAIN, MAN!" The jock sobbed, letting his emotions show as Sarah hugged Jimmy so tightly, his bones began popping.

"I'm actually a really sensitive guy trapped in a huge body!" Tubba said in tears. "I don't wanna be invincible if I have to fight guys like you!"

With those words, he ran away to Forever Forest. As he fled, Velhallen Beo was watching from a far distance, clicking his tongue in dissatisfaction.

"He's not even worth staining my claws on. Let him cower like the miserable wretch he truly is, he is just a setback." With those words, the Demon disappeared into the darkness.

All the Boos cheered for the team, but they cheered Ed and Bow the most.

"The nightmare is over!" Ed said with a big smile. "All the ghosts are safe!"

"Everyone!" Bow said, making everyone quiet. "I am glad to see you all return from Tubba Blubba. But now, let's not scare Tubba Blubba anymore."

"You mean..." Eddy said, eyeing her. "This whole incident started because of all of you?!"

"Well, you know what they say, 'create your own monster'..." Nazz sighed while shaking her head with a shrug.

"In general...yes. We used to love scaring him day and night because he was a coward, but scaring other people is in our blood." All the Boos agreed to one another. Then, Bow's eyes sparkled from the rays of the sunlight. "Besides, this adventure was the most exciting moment it ever happened to me; it's amazing! I think I'd better experience some more of the outside world."

All the Boos gasped and immediately protested.

"Don't leave us!"

"Heart attack! Heart attack!"

"You can't go! I must see your beauty every day to live!"

"What will I do without you?!"

"Quiet, everyone!" Bow said with her scary expression, showing off her fangs. Her face returned to normal. "Don't worry! I'll be back sooner than you'll expect. I want to make sure everything is as normal as it should be when I come back!" She floated in front of Ed and Sarah. "Besides, I'll have more fun with Lumpy and Sarah here. Is that okay?"

Ed nodded in agreement. "You can come with us, Bow,"

Bow blinked her eyes. Ed finally called her name, this caused her to smile and blush slightly.

"Heh, we're partners now, lady. We gotta stick together!" Sarah laughed as she gave Bow a thumbs-up.

"You've made the right choice, Ed. As promised, I'll give you the Star Spirit. Bootler! Bring the Star Spirit to Ed!" Bootler appeared before them. A ball of light floated above Ed's head. It exploded as it transformed into a card of Skolar.

"I...have...the power!" Ed said, grabbing the card and releasing Skolar.

"STAR SPIRIT GET!" Johnny cheered since Ed didn't do the thing this time. The others couldn't help but laugh good-naturedly.

Peach and Twink wandered around their room in silence until Twink broke the silence. "I wonder if they defeated Tubba Blubba."

Peach looked at him. "I hope they did. I wish I could do something rather than being cooped up in my room."

"We can, actually. Let's eavesdrop again like last time." The two used the secret passage and headed over to the same room where Bowser kept his diary. However, they were going in for a surprise.

"No! No! No!" Bowser said in anger. "Are you telling the truth, Kammy?!"

"Your...Wretchedness," Kammy said, then gulped. "I keep trying to tell you: Tubba Blubba...was defeated by Mario...and the kids." The platform started to rotate Peach and Twink in.

"That is very strange...because I thought he was invincible! How can you beat the invincible?!" He stomped his foot to the floor repeatedly. "Stupid Mario! Stupid kids! There's got to be a way to stop them before they get the fourth Star Spirit."

"Your Grumpiness, we have better form another plan. Mario and the children will most likely go to Shy Guy's Toy Box next."

"You're right. If only we can find a weak point. Any weak point!" Bowser began to ponder. To his surprise, when he turned around, Peach was right in front of him. "Huh?! Gaaah! Peach?! How did she get here?! What's wrong with my guards?!"

"Shall I call the guards to escort the princess?"

Bowser paused for a moment before grinning evilly "No... Wait a second. This is actually good timing, my mischievous princess."

Peach pressed her lips. "And what do you mean by that?"

"We were just talking about finding Mario's weak point. You and Mario have been very close, so I demand an answer! What does Mario hate the most?"

Peach started to sweat bullets. "Uh-oh! I can't expose Mario's vulnerability. Her eyes perked up. Maybe I can...twist it around."

"Give us your answer!"

"D-don't give him M-Mushrooms! I remembered that he got sick after eating a Mushroom for one week!"

Twink, who was hiding behind the curtains, snickered playfully as Bowser took the words to heart value.

"Ah-ha!" Bowser said with a happy expression. "So the plot thickens! Is there another thing that fills him with dread?"

"Anything but lightning!" Peach replied. "Mario...has e-electrophobia ever since he was a baby!"

"So a Thunder Rage? Excellent, my lovely Peach!" Peach almost started to gag. "Is this one more thing that Mario is scared of?"

Peach clasped her "shaky" hands. "A Super Soda was the worst drink he has ever had! He swore to never drink that horrible soda again for the rest of his life."

"Great! Great! Thank you for your generosity, Peach! With these three items, Mario will fail for sure! Without Mario, those brats will fall with him for sure! Kammy, go to Shy Guy's Toy Box and set up these items."

Kammy eyed at Peach. "I'm not sure if we can trust her...but I'll do as you say," she replied.

"My tactics are brilliant! 100% foolproof! Kammy, call the guards and take Peach to her room." With that, Kammy called out two guards. The guards lifted up Peach again. While Peach was carried away, Twink heard all the information he needed and escaped from the castle.

Unbeknownst to everyone, Velhallen Beo was listening in. He knew Peach was fooling Bowser but he decided to let Bowser believe her trick. After all, what was a challenge without giving your enemies a sporting chance?

"Of course...it makes it all the more satisfying to CRUSH them..."
