Eren
It was over. He had done it. He could feel all the Titan powers flowing within him.
As he stood alone in the realm of Paths, he took a deep breath.
Eren looked at Ymir the Founder, who appeared in front of him.
"Ymir. It's over. You can rest. But before you do, I need to do one more thing."

The warmth of his child spread through him as he held Ymir lovingly. Yet as he did this, tears streamed down his face.
"You're free."

As he wandered through the memories of the past Attack Titans, he empowered them all. The fight towards freedom never stopped as Eren passed his will within the past shifters. The king's control would never touch any Attack Titan.

Eren walked along with his father, who resided in his Titan form. It was only a few minutes after Grisha had just killed the Reiss family. Grisha had begun to head out of the cave.
Eren concentrated, sending more of his own memories to his father.
Eren showed his father what he saw. The deaths, the cries, the suffering. Millions of people trampled under the feet of the Colossal Titans. He didn't show his father everything though.
...
They were both alone in front of the Reiss Chapel.
"It's the only way." Eren told him. Grisha couldn't see him even though Eren stood directly in front of his father.
"NO! I CAN'T! I won't give it to you! I won't let you slaughter innocent people!" Grisha cried out, clutching at his own head.
"Please dad... for mom." Grisha stiffened.
"No... she can't be..." Grisha whispered in a raspy tone.
"She is..." Eren stated with a solemn tone.
"I don't believe you..."
"It's true, all of it. For all my sins, for all the lives I've destroyed, I helped created one." His father eye's widened in shock at his words.
Eren concentrated, sharing Grisha the scenery. When it was over, Grisha's eyes watered.
"I...I..." Grisha paused, unable to come up with words.
"I'll avenge mom, I promise you. If you go to the shelter, you'll find me there. I'm so sorry." Eren wrapped his arms around his father.
Focusing himself once more he felt himself fade as he held his eyes closed.
When he opened his eyes, he watched as his father injected his younger self with Titan serum. He nodded at the sight, satisfied with what he saw.
Eren closed his eyes once more and when he opened them, he stood once again in Paths.
He took steps towards the tree of light.
Finally...
The reign of the Titans will come to an end.
