Sakura
The expecting mother had a smile on her face. Sasuke left training early to accompany at her recent appointment. He had been especially sweet to her since it was her twenty-third birthday today, and they found out the sex of the baby. She chuckled remembering the look on his face at learning they will be having a girl. He then sent her to off to get a pedicure and medicare knowing she couldn't really have her nails done once she began clinical next year. Afterwards he sent the electronic ticket to a pool class at a spa for pregnant ladies and the water took the weight of her growing child off her body. She was now parked in their driveway at home basking at how amazing she felt especially after the heated floors shower at the Spa. The former Harano couldn't get in the sauna or hot tubs but that was an amazing shower. She put on the sexiest red dress she could find for a pregnant woman. A thin strapped red silk dress that came before her knees. It wasn't the most comfortable, but she wanted to look great on her birthday. Opening the car door as she shimmies out of the vehicle made her feel for the first time huge. She would get stuck on the wheel one day.
Since her hair was still wet she just added mouse to her pink tresses to give her dragon beard colored hair the wet look. Her green shining eyes clad with light mascara, and she wore lip gloss on her small but plumed lips. She wore silver sandals with her outfit and took a deep breath hoping Sasuke likes it. With school and the baby she doesn't get to look great always. Sometimes sweats and her husbands T-shirts were all she wore but seeing how hot her and Sasuke were at Shion's baby shower she dressed a bit more than casual for made her realized he probably noticed her attire as of lately wasn't as sexy. She walked to her front door pressing in her key turning it before opening the door. The sweet smell of the earth hit her nose as she sees roses down her hallways surrounded by candles leading down into the kitchen where bouquets were seen everywhere. She felt her heart fill with love and appreciation. How did she get so lucky?. Tears already in her eye before she found him.
"Sasuke ?" She calls then walks to the living room which is surrounding in candles and flowers too. The back door was open, and she saw him there smiling at her. She walked straight to him to go for a hug but ishaulted when she sees a red four-door sedan with a huge red bow on the top. She gasps and screamed at it.
Sasuke
He smiled at her cute reaction and walked forward to hug her and kiss her forehead. Her arms were around him and held him tightly.
"Happy birthday Sakura"
"Thank you." She said with tears.
His finger poked her forehead before sliding down his hand to wipe her tears with this thumb.
She looked very beautiful so beautiful. Their so comfortable around each other that her natural appearance leave him stunned, but he had almost forgotten just how a done up Sakura is dangerous and the thoughts of other men looking at her made him jealous.
"Beautiful" leaves from his lips as he digs in his pockets and give her the keys. She squeals and hops in looking at her new car. When she got in she noticed the case pulling out the sliver bangles.
"Push present" he says, and she looks up at him getting out the car and kissing his lips.
"Lets eat"
Sakura
Sasuke made pasta, bread and order a cake. She hadn't even noticed the food as she was consumed by the flower shop in her home. After they ate he played music and asked her to dance. She laid her head on his chest as he held the small of her back. They both look down at the bump keeping them from closing in.
She laughed as he chuckled and grabbed each side of her belly with bis forehead on hers.
"My daughter" he says. "Your mother saved me. Today's a special day so you take care of your mom okay".
Her eyes soften, and she smashed her lips on to his. Straight to tongue. Her whole body was melting from the time she came home. He kissed her back just as passionately as tears slid out her eyes. He pulled away to look at her.
"I'm not done eating Sakura" he tells her and takes her hand pulling her to their bedroom.
She gulped with a red face.
April
Naruto
He was having his first week on the campaign. Voting starts in 7 months, and they had that long to convince the citizen of Konoha to vote for Yamato Kamu his father-in-law. He sat at the desk of his new office placing framed pictures on it. He had Kawaki and Shion. Sakura, Kakashi and Sasuke. Neji Shikamaru Kiba Ino and Shino. Lastly he placed one of Hinata. He sighed and sat back staring at her face. They were younger and she had that pixie cut.
She said she was bored.
He closed his eye his grinding his teeth. He was and apparently is willing to risk so much to be with her, and she was just bored! He would've put his family on the line for her because she was just bored, or... she's lying. Hinata was single and in college some people may get off on destroying families but that didn't seem like Hinata. She liked him, he knows it because she didn't look disgusted at his kiss only sad.
She told him to save her
She pulled off his ring.
Naruto kun she moaned into his mouth
Her fingers pulled him into her encouraging him pulling him in to grind against her.
He pulled himself from those overwhelming thoughts he already had enough on his mind with his emotions. He thought back to when Hinata was there in his home holding his son close to her. The adoration in her pearl eyes. Her hair matching Kawaki's patch of dark hair. The moment was so serene.
How could he not kiss her. Kawaki looked like he could've been their child.
He shakes his head.
Hinata may have lied about her feelings, but she was right Shion didn't deserve this. Could he put them on scale and weight which one means more to him ? He loved Shion he did, but he had fallen in love with Hinata, and he thinks she likes him too. The proof was at the cabin. At that restraunt At her studio. Also the proof is she had that breakdown that night at his engagement announcement party. He remembered being so drunk and woke up almost forgetting what happen Shion told him and when he went to the hospital, and she was gone. He gave her some space but a week of uncertainty had him running across campus to her room.
She was gone.
Sakura had picked Sasuke and Hinata had left school. Shion had begun to consume all his time. Everything happened so quick with Shion. Hooking up. Girlfriend. Engagement. . It hurt knowing how he is hurting his wife but what hurt more was Hinata had a cellphone again. He has been wrapped up in her presence and seeing her at his home holding his son he hadn't had a chance to confront her about it. Damn it.
Maybe she wasn't lying, but he's sure she was lying to him.
It's like she's fighting him on purpose. All of his stability is gone when Hinata is around she's lying to protect him he bet. Or maybe she never liked him. Naruto noticed that Toneri bastard tagged her in a photo of some coffee. Naruto took down the address of her new place of work. Wasn't she working for a safe sex ad? When did that change ? Why does Toneri know and not him? She's pushing him away. He just wants to be with her and make her tell him all her real feelings. She wasn't bored it's all in her eyes even in her words. Furthermore, how could he get back close with her if she's ignoring him. Pushing him away. She didn't want to kiss him the last two times they met, but she wanted him all over at her place begging him to do it. Had she led him on? It's like he could hear her heart and body even though her lips refuse to say it. So many signs. He wanted her just as much as he thinks she wanted him. He wanted to be more than friends. couldn't be that if she closes him out her life though. Shion was too important for him to leave just because Hinata was bored. He also was deep in the family business. Running off into the sunset with Hinata is a fantasy, but he knows if she's with him he could make it real. He wouldn't be a bad father and Shion could find a less selfish man. He had to be around Hinata again. He couldn't just leave it alone his heart was restless.
He pulls out his cellphone and calls her home.
There's No answer and the disappointment has come.

Hinata
She wiped a table cleaning up after the afternoon rush as her second shift began.
She's been working doubles and keeps losing her cellphone in the cracks of her blue beetle vehicle. Vehicles made in the 90s sure didn't take into account that cellphones might get lost under the seats. Sometimes she doesn't find it for days which kind of works in her favor of ignoring Toneri constant calls and texts. She gets up makes breakfast, goes to work, work a double, closes the shop, cleans the shop, goes to a drive through and go home take a shower hit her sheets eyes close. Her life has become a 1 track Compact disk for the last 3 weeks. She had wished Sakura Happy birthday and gave her an electronic gift card to a fancy resort. Sakura had thanked her and Hinata also found out the Uchiha's are having a girl. She smiled to herself. A boy and a girl this year's cute little additions to their group. Naruto happen to kiss her in front of one of those additions while his wife was unloading his underwear, and she didn't hate it or pull away in fact she wanted to kiss him back but forced herself not to because the thought of being caught by Shion is terrifying. Naruto remembers everything she said to him. I'm sorry to do this to you now ? What had she been thinking confessing that to him? He's now even thinking he's started this. She hopes her lie of boredom has given him peace. Just because she's been strong the past two times he tried to kiss her doesn't erase how weak in the knees she showed him she is for him when he came over.
She sighed as she finished up the last inside table then went outside. To her surprises she sees the tousled white hair, white clothes and gray eyes staring at her.
She walks to his table out of her job obligation.
"What would you like ?"
"What do you recommend"
"A liars' latte" she spits at him and turns to walk away.
He jumps up and grab her arm turning around to him.
"Hinata it wasn't like that"
She frowns and pulls her arm from him and steps to him while looking up into his eyes.
"Those were my words Toneri MINE! You took my most intimate moments and put a price tag on them. Those poems belong to the ears of the 1 pm listener's of Sand University town. Not to you. Not to some big wig. To me and to those who listened".
"I know Hinata. I'm sorry Angel."
She's surprised that her eyes are watering "You're going to use me ? For my poems ? For my inheritance ? Just tell me the truth!"
She could see him taken back by her words. "I of all people couldn't care less about an inheritance. I blew through almost all mines without a second thought on an ex-girlfriend. With starting my own company I started to get concern Hinata that couldn't produce something great. When I met you I was smitten with you but then I heared your talent. You have a following Hinata let me show you"
He pulled out his phone to show her a fan page with 7,000 followers.
Her eyes widen as she saw quotes from herself.
He was on the verge of tears with such honesty in his voice and eyes she almost felt bad she also couldn't believe she had fans. Everything he was telling her made her brain slow to process it.
"I know how it looks Hinata and I do need your help but you have something and I want to take it to the next level. You heard how my father talks to me I don't want another cent from him".
In an instant her pearl eyes turn from fire to confused to sympathy. "I understand" she says to him with shaky eyes.
He wrapped his arms around her, and she hugged him back tightly as he shook but didn't cry.
He pulled away to look at her in the eyes. "I saw you hovering behind Ino. I was just helping Sai with bringing back a car he let her borrow but when I saw you for the first time." He brought his hands to her face. She could feel all ten fingers caressing her cheeks tenderly with a gentle index fixing her brow. "I saw everything I ever wanted"
Hinata eyes widen in fear and untrusting pain. She closed her eyes and could feel his face getting closer to hers. He kissed her right between her eyebrows like Naruto use to and still does. She couldn't comprehend why she let one tear escape as Toneri lips swiped against her forehead where the man she only loved kisses. Her eyes fluttered open.
"I don't want to ask my father for another cent either "..." I can't trust you Toneri" she said pulling his hands off her face.
He looks frighten like a child.
"I also don't want to brew coffee for forever. "
"Angel" he whispers
"If Toneri Otsutsuki publishing company believes in me then I want to work with that company"
Toneri eyes shook before he closed them

He would earn her trust again. She forgave him. Thank goodness.
Her understanding makes his heart slow.
He opened his eyes with conviction.
"Business Partners" he says knowing he would spend every last day he has left trying to be more.
Sakura
Sakura: I'm not sure if we should do anything nothing has changed.
Tenten: should we even bring it to her attention?
Sakura: she probably doesn't want her friends to know.
Tenten: we already do and Kiba. I don't think Naruto should know. She was very descriptive giving the leading male the tick of saying ya know. She gave him ginger red hair knowing it's a hair color dominate in the Uzumaki's and birthmarks on his face. Blue eyes it's totally Naruto
Sakura: I know, and she was very clever giving the female lead's gray eyes and purple hair but her mannerisms and physic. To the naked eye someone wouldn't but to us that's Naruto and Hinata to the T.
Tenten sighs as Sakura is still puzzled
about all of this. It was better than reality TV.
Tenten: She gives me hope.
Sakura: oh ?
Tenten: she gives me hope my heart will belong to Neji forever.
Toneri
He watched from across the street at her close up the shop and get in her vintage vehicle. His worry grew at that deathtrap she called a car. However, she took pride in it. He was only going to keep a safe distance from her but seeing how he almost lost her he felt the need to make sure she got home safely.
He followed her through the streets as one hand was on the wheel and the other on his phone. Toneri couldn't risk almost losing her again it was deeper than his company or her family. She was the one for him. He knew what he wanted out of life and It is a must that she is by his side. Hinata not answering his text or calls had led him to go mad. He had visions of kidnapping her to get her to listen to understand. So being had her landline installed under his name. He decided to check her call log. He requested it from the telephone company. Checking his email. Toneri didn't see any number that stood out to him, but he saw one with a Konoha area code. He is frowning thinking of one blonde male friend of hers. He had threatened him and Sai to be decent with his friends. The nerve of him to tell him how to treat his woman. It had calmed him when Hinata told Toneri that her friend was married. What was his name Naruto! What kind of name was that ? Her friends were not the best influence. Ino was nice, and he liked her as Sai play thing but as Hinata's friend he didn't like it. This Naruto had recently followed him on insta and that move gave Toneri a hint there's more to the story about this Naruto. He checked both of Hinata's and Naruto's insta and saw the same picture of them eating what looked like instant ramen. He had grimace in disgust at the nerve of this clown to have his Hinata on the floor eating cheap ramen.
Toneri dialed the number from a private dial.
Naruto: Hello ?
He hung up and frowned immediately. Why was this man who's married leaving long voicemails for his woman ? Toneri would have this number blocked immediately. He sent the request and smiled to himself as Hinata made it home safe and sound.
Hinata
She came to fall in love with the idea of getting a deal for her poems. They were written in her darkest years. They meant something to her. Her segment did, and she gave it up it made her realize she'll be okay. With the poems she was able to put her love for Naruto somewhere safe. She wanted to see where this thing goes. She told Toneri she wants to interact with her fans, so she gave him her Insta login for a PR to take over. She'll have control over it again soon but so will her public relations agent. Hinata decided to wear a blouse and pin striped skirt. She had met Toneri in the lobby. He told her the PR said she could post in her insta stories but run other post by her. They nervously rode the elevator of a tall Skyscraper in the heart of Suna. She took a deep breath as the numbers rose. She felt a tap on her shoulder and saw Toneri smiling at her.
"You got this" he reassured and she nodded. Hinata had a feeling she should've. Brought her own lawyer but that would cost way more than what she has. Toneri lawyers were enough. Her Toneri and five lawyers stormed the building's the highest meeting room.
Nikki Takumi was trying to sell her project. It didn't even have a name yet when some old fat big wig laughed at this fact. After debating and renegotiating over and over. They shook hands and the big wigs left with Nikki remaining.
She looked over at us and smiled.
"30 million yen for a 2 season show deal"
Hinata eyes widen as Toneri spoke.
"We want half of the creative control and it will be presented by Toneri Otsutsuki company"
He stays and Nikki nods.
Toneri smiles. "My lawyers will go over this with me and Hinata on our own"
Nikki smiled. " Meet us again next week"
Toneri turned to Hinata and she was still dazed. They wanted to pay her 30 million yen? She was being hugged by Toneri, and she smiled at him.
"Come to Toneri O publication's tomorrow, so we can go over the contract.
"I can't Hanabi's prom"
"Okay the day after ?
She nods and smiles again.
The drive home was surreal. She had the windows down and radio blasting. She smiled and laughed to herself all the way home until the thought of her not speaking with Naruto in four weeks since the kiss at his house dawned on her.
She had silently given him all of her for years. She wished she hadn't been so one-sided in love. Naruto didn't know how to handle it. She's sure he sometimes knows but it might be all in her head. He hadn't contacted her since p she told him she seduced him because she was bored. She smiled to herself sadly. It was working. Naruto Uzumaki refused to be anyone's tool. Sometimes things get hard but she has herself to blame. She lost him, but she found herself and still her heart still stings at the thought of him no longer speaking to her.
Friday
Hinata drove out to her father's house. She smiled to herself as she saw that white rover in her driveway she honked at Ino, and they both got out as Ino's laughs filled the air.
"Your driving one of Shino's pets ?" Ino asked as she came closer.
"Ha ha laugh it up" Hinata retorted and wrapped the blonde in her arms. Ino hugged her back. Hinata knew what it's like that conversation about a missing parent, and she didn't want to burden Ino.
"Nice Tan" Hinata complimented and Ino laughed.
"Thanks Sai made sure to get me the most revealing bikini's"
"How's that's going ?"
"Great for what it is" Ino says with a shrug. "Now let's go see the prom queen"

Ino had been at Hanabi's face giving her a classic look to match her purple dress. When Konohamru arrived he awkwardly chatted with father.
Hiashi had been sizing the kid up as soon as he walked "nice truck kid"
Konohamaru seemingly was sweating under his gaze. "It's my big bro's Naruto's"
Hiashi eyes squinted. "That damn brat! I just can't get rid of him !"
Ino laughed as Hanabi grew embarrassed.
"We will be leaving"
"Wait I need pictures" Hinata screamed. She couldn't help but notice Konohamaru uncomfortable demeanor.
Ino stood by the door as we waved them goodbye.
"I got to get going too"
"So soon ?" Hinata asked. She missed Ino.
Ino nodded. "Sakura has this whole stupid thing planned for us"
Hanabi
She sat at the table as Konohamaru wasn't in the mood for anything. Not dancing eating or talking. She couldn't explain the feeling in her chest. Insecurities were high and her feelings were hurt. At his prom she had been the perfect date. All his friends high-fived him, Moegi liked her, and she saw her old classmates. "Let's just ditch the prom." She says, and he looks at her giving her a look before standing up, and she ran after him. They hurried to Naruto's truck and found themselves driving to Naruto's old apartment.
Konohamaru.
He felt down and depressed by how high maintenance she is. She's going to Suna state University while he's going to Konoha University. There's no way they would work with the distance and social standings. They have been texting nonstop since the baby shower, and he really likes her, but she already had everything she'll ever need and doesn't know what it is like to lose it all.
"What did I do?"
He heard her still voice asks from the sofa.
He peeked over at her she stared straight ahead not looking at him.
"Nothing" he says.
"It's my dad ? It's my school ?"
She stood up and walked closer to him.
"Tell me" she whispered.
He closed his eyes as he felt hands on his shirt. They shot open to see her untying his bow tie.
"If you won't talk to me would you make love to me ?"
Her coldhearted face hadn't crack as tears slipped out.
His hands reached for pulling her closer and let himself go with her.

Hanabi eyes were widened and she cried holding him close.
Hanabi
They sat outside her house in the wee hours of the morning. She could feel the pain throbbing below the waist but it was worth it. He was worth it. Her sister had been right all along. Love makes you crazy. She smiled and looked at him.
"Konoha sent me scholarships too"
"Why would you go there?" He asked.
Her eyes blinked as they moisten. "To be with you"
He leaned against the window not looking at her. " Too bad I don't want to be with you"
Her eyebrow rose as blood rushed to the face.
"What ?"
"I had fun I did but fun is over real life is calling"
She felt her eyes burning with tears as anger and pain consumed her. She started sobbing weakly.
She felt a hand on her thigh and she freaked
"DON'T TOUCH ME" she cried while getting out the truck. "Don't fucking touch me ever again."
She cried and ran inside her home
Ino
She didn't know what to make of her and Sai relationship anymore, but he had good sex and money. He had been there for her when she shut everyone out taking her to new beaches every couple of weeks and buying her stuff. Out of everything though it has to be the sex that's captivated her. She couldn't be without it now. In fact, she's missing him right now.
Vacationing with Sai had been great coming back home was the hard part. She just dropped a rose on her father's casket and left. That's all she could handle. She knew there was a storm waiting for her one her best friend was brewing. When She arrived at the Uchiha's a few hours ago the pregnant woman attacked her and hauled her to their bedroom. Sasuke for one ran a muck but complied and left for the couch.
Ino was now feeling the taps of the baby girl Sakura's belly.
"So what is it again ?"

Sakura rolled her eyes. "A support group !" She corrected.
Ino scoffs at the idea.
Sakura
She was unsure how to tell Ino. Kakashi got back to Sasuke about Sai. He was an abused child who became famous for slaying his abusive adopted father and using his blood to paint an image of a mother. Kakashi's ex partner Guy is the one who saved this Sai and his brother. Sukura of course did research of it on her own and could see this guy's most recent paintings were very detailed, classy, and intimate. The most recent article she found about him was sculpting mannequins to hold a billion dollars jewelry pieces. This guy has pull in the arts world and that fact made Sakura worried. He could hang it over Ino's head. What Ino needed was grieving not pampering that helped her run away from her problems.
Ino
Her and Sakura parked before the trees before the river and walked both afraid for their safety until they saw a group of women taking of their shoes and stepping into hallow water. There was a few eccentric women there. Dread locks, wide brim hates, beaded hair, and bright fabrics. Ino's first thought was discomfort but seeing the woman stand in the water had her in awe.
"Who's running this joint again ?"
"Choji's girlfriend Karui she's from the land of earth"
"Iwaga ?" Ino pipped in interested and Sakura nodded.
" Karui's is in town on tour. She's a Douala, mid wife and life coach."
Ino saw Sakura kick off her sandals, and she followed suit. Her feet hit the cool water as her knee-length skirt blew in the wind. Sakura and belly standing right next to her as the woman chatted among themselves before the teacher of the class came and stood before them. She had honey eyes, tanned skin and ginger hair. Ino was impressed. Go Choji. There was the start of conga drums going as someone was soft humming.
"There's a story that a group of enslaved women marched into the ocean hand in hand with arms raised together for freedom. These women were strangers but died sisters."..." Hold your sister's hand".
Ino noticed the woman in front of them and behind them were grabbing hands. She and Sakura shyly took each others and raised both their hand while theirs, Ino's right and Sakura's left, was intertwined.
"March in" Karui said while walking around. She passed by Sakura as she spoke and moved in the water.
"March in !" The class repeated.
"Free yourself. Free your sisters".
Ino felt an over whelming feeling in her chest. The waters brushing against her ankles, the beat of the conga, the warmth of Sakura's hand, and the words were all too much.
"You are in Pain" Karui said and Ino eyes closed as Sakura's hand held her tighter.
A scream ripped out from Karui's mouth. "Let it out !"
The woman started screaming around her and Ino felt her lips open in a scream.
"Hold your hearts" she dropped one hand and held her chest taking a peek at Sakura who was just as moved as she is holding her chest but their laced hand never let go.
"Your pain! Matters you matter !"
Ino had her eyes closed with tears rolling out holding her heart and Sakura's hand as the sunset.
Sakura
Afterward her and Ino had red faces and were sniffling as they waited to say hi to Karui. To her surprised Ino stepped forward and took her hand first. "Hi you were amazing" Ino breathed and Sakura chuckled. She knew what she meant as her baby had been kicking her none stop during the class. She had to acknowledge what Sasuke put her through, and she finally had it face to face today the pain. She also had to acknowledge because of her Naruto couldn't see Hinata for so long and now that he could it was too late. It wasn't on purpose she swears. It's just Naruto and her have a bond. A special one they both cherish. Naruto and Hinata have special bond too something more intimate but is stopped by his rushed marriage. Lastly she and to face she hadn't been the greatest friend to Ino when Sasuke came back around.
"Thank you welcome. Hello Sakura".
"Hi Karui I'm glad you invited us. This is Ino Choji's and Shikamaru's really good friend. They all had Asuma sensei class together for five years straight."
Karui smiled and looked back at Ino.
"Oh hello Ino ! I've heard so much about you. Choji misses you".
Ino laughed. " I miss that guy too. How is he ?"
Karui smiled. "He's working on his own restaurant right now he just got his 3rd Michelin star so things are always exciting. You have to come to the grand opening you both".
"We will" Sakura assured.
"I better be off. Catching a flight to Europe in four hours. He's there being a critic for some cooking competitions show. They're starting to call him the Terror taster".
Ino and Sakura laughed as they said Their goodbyes

Sitting in Sakura's car after dinner at a restaurant. They took comfort in the silence and Sakura waited for Ino to talk.
"Sakura today. I needed today but you can't help and gou shouldn't have to help me".
"It's the guy your with Ino I'm worried, and we haven't even talked about"
"Dad's gone Sakura there's nothing to say"
Sakura pouted.
"And Sai he's great don't worry"
"It's obvious the nature of your relationship" Sakura said knowing she'll regret it.
Ino's eyes were closed. "Not everyone gets the things you do Sakura. Sai makes beautiful love to me and that's enough".
Sakura sighed. "But you could find"
"He's all I have !" Ino cried "to myself"
"Ino" Sakura says softly.
"Let me have him" Ino whispers
Sakura closed her eyes. "If he makes you happy I'm happy" she swallows and accept it amd grabs Ino hand.
"Will you stay another night ?"
"Are you kidding me ? After all this emotional shit I need some Sai"!
Sakura rolled her eyes and chuckled. "Fine let's get you back to your car for your Dick appointment".

He was a sharp shooter. That's were his popularity comes from and the fact that he was reformed from gang banger to police officer made kids like him relate. It started out as a simple blog that turned into a vlog of his shots. He has gotten a lot of shit from the trainers at the academy, but he kept his cool and studied hard with the help of Sakura being there for him the whole journey and now graduation was in two weeks. He turned on his TV from his bed and saw an ad for the campaign with Naruto,Shion and Kawaki as Naruto's father-in-law spoke. His friend had been burying himself in work. Sakura had thought it was okay for him to want some space but that wasn't like Naruto at all. He comes by at least once week to raid their fridge or to have a beer. Sakura waddled to the bed while rubbing cream on her arms and chest his eyes traveled to the way her ringed finger moved to rub in the lotion.
"Sakura what's going on ? With you ? And Naruto ?"
His wife green eyes looked at the commercial of their friend's then she closed her eyes.
"It's Hinata honey"
"What about her ?" He asked hoping for not the worst news.
"I don't think Naruto knows but Hinata she's written short poems about him"
Sasuke took that in. He remembers Naruto telling him how confusing things got with Hinata. Blurred lines as he put it.

Sasuke couldn't finish it. He heard the first ten and felt his face flush. He closed his eyes. He was thoroughly engrossed at the situation at hand. Naruto fumbled the ball. Academy's Graduation

He had been desperate to speak with her. She didn't answer him and her DMs were now being moderated. Posting promotional things for some project of hers and Toneri. His heart rate sped up at the thought of her and that guy working together. She hadn't responded to the job offer.
Even if, She was just bored. He was still painfully and uncontrollably in love with her.

"I surprised him with a hunting trip you're going" Sakura stated.
Naruto sighed. Maybe sometime with the guys could help him.
Sakura turned to Kakashi. "Are you sure you can't make it ?"
Kakashi smiled at her. " I can't. I'm being transferred back on land".
This surprised all three of them.

Sasuke
He wore his camo as he looked over at the oddly pale man. His wife could talk him into anything. Somehow Ino's boyfriend ended up getting invited to the trip and Sakura offered for Sasuke to drive them in her sedan.
"Sai is it ?"

They drove in silence going deeper into the rural part of Konoha district 1.

Sasuke could see Naruto's and Rock Lee's trucks. They were dressed in camo jackets and pants holding their hunters rifles. Naruto wore an orange baseball cap. Sasuke wore a blue bandana around his forehead that pushed his hair out his face. Rock lee was sporting sunglasses and warpaint. Shikamaru had a red bandana around his forehead while Kiba had on a boat hat.
Sasuke looked over at Sai. He wore black pants and a camo crop top that looks lile it belonged to Ino. His weapon of choice a crossbow. He sent a text to his wife.

He parked turned off the engine and got out. Sai followed suit as they walked to the group. Sasuke could see Naruto's mind going one hundred miles per hour. He hoped Naruto didn't do anything idiotic that could hurt himself, Hinata and Shion.

It's him. That bastards that's dating Ino and knows that other fucker Toneri. He was growing pissed by the minute then. He realized. He could get information out of him. If he's going to be around. He had been looking between Naruto and Sai with an amused smirk and glint in his eyes. He then looked at Shikamaru who was frowning at Sai's back. Kiba chuckled. He knew what Naruto was doing.

Naruto watched as Shikamaru eyes looked away from him and taking a swig of his own beer. He didn't like this conversation. He couldn't help but see himself in Shikamaru and Toneri in Sai. It would kill him.
"So what are you painting ?" Kiba asked amused.

Morning
They loaded up the vehicles and Kiba still had that ironic air around him. Rock lee and Shikamaru left at day break. Naruto would catch Kiba staring at him. Sai waited in the car for Sasuke.
"You got a problem ?" Naruto huskily barks at him.
"Hinata and this Toneri are getting close"
Naruto gritted his teeth.

The bright lights were in his eye as he stood behind the podium as his opponent speaks

Naruto cleared his throat. "The Tobirama campaign has been responsible for the system racism and extinction of our other founders. The Uchiha's. Remember them! The Kamu campaign remembers never forget under the Tobirama campaign we lost one of our own founding clans. Don't forget".
The respected debaters retired to their chambers as the votes were being counted.

After celebrating Naruto and his family went home. He laid in bed with Shion. They had made love and for the first time in months. He had no control over things.

He smiled sitting on his carpet in his deck out parlor clad in glam and pink gender decor. Kawaki was on his hands and knees at the starting line he just didn't move. Naruto clapped and called his name.

He frowns and stands up.

He nods and goes through their parlor, living room and Kitchen to the small backyard. He picked up the rake and took it to the small shed back there before head back inside. His doorbell rang.
"I'll get it !" He yells and runs to it excitedly. Opening it he saw His godfather's ex-girlfriend Tsunadae. She was holding a gift, and she smiled at him walking up to him and kissing his cheek.

He watches as his home filled with the Uchiha's guest and their friends. Shion floated around easily hosting it keeping Sakura surprised and impressed. It wasn't until late i to the party did he get a moment alone with Sakura. Ino and Tenten both didn't know why Hinata hadn't showed yet.

Shion and him had been fighting. She said his mood should be better on his birthday. It's hard to celebrate the day when you killed your mother is what he used to say until his shy friend had brought him a strawberry cupcake to school. He explained the same thing to her telling her why should he celebrate today when it's the day his mother died. Hinata explained that she never thinks of Hanabi's Birthday as her mother's death date. It gave Naruto perspective he never had about his birthday and the next year when she did the same thing bringing him sweets he hadn't complained in fact he looked forward to it each year.

Knowing his track record of harming the ones he cares about he wasn't worried in the least. He looked over at his wife damp hair and tired eyes. Sakura would keep him on the right path. For his girls he would move the mountains.
Sakura
She was feeding her little Mikoto when Ino came to see her with gifts and flowers. The aunt had been smitten with the child and had somehow gotten Sasuke to let her hold her after sterilizing her. It wasn't until the baby was sleep when a certain Hyuuga reared her head in the door. Sakura took in her appearance. Her hair grew past her shoulders and the bang was back. She wore a sweater and jeans while holding balloons, cards and followers. Hinata smiled and sat the things down before hugging Sakura and looking at the baby next to her.
"Aww she's so beautiful Sakura !"
"Thanks Hinata"
Sakura knew she couldn't say much in front of Hanabi when they visited her home last month but now they could talk.
"How's school ? How's the series ?"
Hinata smiled." Schools well School but the series is still filming. I had to return for my last year but Toneri kun is overlooking everything he knows my vision and is with the writers and directors on set".
Sakura nodded. "We sure had a great time at the shower. We missed you there. Some more than others".
Hinata smiled sadly but content while looking at her shoes and twiddling her thumbs.
"You don't have to avoid him Hinata. He was happy you commented on Shions birthday shout out you know".
Hinata eyes looked up at hers and she smiled. "I'm glad"
" I heard your poems"
A blush hits her face and Sakura smiles at her. "Why don't you give him a call he would like that" she continued?
"Naruto Kun is vice mayor of Konoha I'm sure he's very busy"
Sakura signed and let it go. She didn't want to push Hinata away more. She stayed for two hours with Sakura, Sasuke and the baby before she left back home.
The next day
Naruto
He had burst through the doors like a mad man. Sakura laid in bed holding her child. She was beautiful little Uchiha girl. Black hair like her father and jade eyes like her mother perfect mix. Sasuke held her and named her Mikoto Uchiha after his mother. Naruto had been away on business but flew in immediately to meet his niece. The baby girl was precious, and he knew he would be the best uncle and the Uchiha's will be the best parent's. Sasuke wouldn't let anyone hold her and that made Naruto laugh.
He had tried to be more discreet this time around and asked the couple who had come by because he was jealous he didn't get to meet their new addition first.
"Ino, Kiba, Karui, Kakashi, Sakura parents, Rose, Shion and Hinata" Sakura told him.
He held his breath at her name. Holding his composure but knew his eyes were saddened in front of them.
Novemeber
Hinata
She understood why Naruto kun didn't call her anymore. He has to be thinking she almost ruined his family because she was bored. She had no right to feel hurt by his sudden quiet because she did it to herself. Hinata told her lie this is what she wanted. For Shion sake. For Kawaki's sake. For her own sake. For Naruto's sake. Her plan worked. She got him to stop. He's back focused and made himself vice mayor of the country he loved. Of our country. She had driven to Konoha one day to go vote Kamu before the voting date. She still had her citizenship. She watched all his debates and saw all his ads with his family on TV. Hinata never really been into politics until he was. She could secretly root for him without him talking to her. Her resolve was strong, but she still coward out and didn't go to the baby shower and it was by luck they weren't visiting Mikoto at the same time. She wasn't ready to see him. His face would look at her with angry eyes for playing with him. She sighed as she thought about her life.
Her schedule had been hectic. Classes, filming, and studying had consumed her seemingly soon as she made it back to Konoha. Japan had been great she enjoyed traveling with Toneri and meeting the show runners of The Last. That was what she named it after a memory of herself answering Iruka's question of whom the class would want to spend their last day on earth with.
Toneri had been a great friend and business partner to her. She also wasn't naive he wanted more, but she always gave him a warning of her not being ready. He promised he would knock her walls down. She blushed at that conversation. She found herself comparing him to Naruto in every way in the beginning but now she doesn't do that anymore. Toneri was his own man. A new man in her life who wanted her only her, and she didn't know how to respond, so she kept him at bay. She didn't know how long that would last. Toneri was making it hard for her to fight it. She had found him attractive and charming. He also went at her pace if one day he decided to go faster she doesn't know if she could resist.
Ino
Sai had helped her get a flower shop. He kept encouraging her to ask him for something, so she doesn't feel used when they end things. She told him about her ancestors starting a flower shop in Konoha half a century ago, and he couldn't help but find the art of the story. She kept herself ready for their inevitable end but it never comes. He never breaks things off like he promises he would, and she was happy as she had fallen in love with him and didn't want to lose him.
December
Hinata
She spent the holidays with her family and her birthday. Toneri came to give her gifts. He had his friend install snow tires on her beetle. Her father had come outside and met him for the first time. Her friends all wished her a happy birthday and posted throwbacks. Everyone but Naruto. Shion did though on their families behalf. Hinata had thanked her and grew surprised when Shion invited her to their New Year's Eve party. She only agreed to go because she missed everyone, she missed the kids, and Shion asked her. Hinata had asked Hanabi and Toneri to go with her. Her sister seemed less than thrilled to go but agreed so Hinata could stop asking. Toneri had been buying her clothes. He said he liked the way she dressed but her clothes were a bit revealing. He had given her a white turtleneck and a gray long ankle length overall dress and black boots with a white coat. They drove with the quiet Hanabi in the back seat.
"I know you're a newb but Hinata remember not to eat anything your unsure is red meat. It's a plant base diet so go for the veggies".
"Basically a vegetarian" Hanabi says a bit rude.
"Fundamentally yes, but we eat meat from the ocean" he says as they turn on the Uzumaki's street.
"Darn it nowhere to park. I'll walk you to the door then go down further".
It dawns on her that Naruto Kuns in the there right now and the last time she saw him his lips were on hers in this very house.
There was a shaking in her bones as her feet walked up the concrete stairs. Hanabi and Toneri faded from her mind as she rang the doorbell.
Sakura had opened the door and step forward to hug her. Sakura looked good for having a baby two months ago. They hugged and Hinata somehow manages to introduce Toneri to her before he rushes to go park her car. Their coats somehow ended on the gold coat rack by the front door doors console. Her body is floating in the house crawling with childhood friend's. She's being shuffled along folks hugging Shion, Kiba, and Choji. She was by the mid century buffet table when she was high-fiving Shikadai and was pulled into the parlor by the now walking toddler and sees a head of blonde among the rest. Hinata's feet somehow ended up tripping over Akumaru and falling forward but was caught by tan firm hands. Looking up her eyes met blue ones that were on her as a firm hand held her up making sure she's on her feet before dropping that hand. She realized she's right in the spot where he kissed her before and there's a lingering mistletoe above them.
She could feel her face heat up as she straightens her dress.
"Long time no see Hinata" he says low a d huskily filled with some longing and desire.
Hinata ears are burning and her heart is a hammer.
His eyes lower just a bit. "You look well"
The small lowering of his glowing eyes causes her head to spin. He looked so damn good.
Naruto
She looked beautiful as ever. All of his senses tuned into her. A woman never spoke about him the way she had. He was enamored. His fingers could still feel the brush of her arm as he steady her clumsy body. His tongue could still taste the inside of her mouth from their heated passionate moment at her studio. His nose took in gallons of sniffs of her natural scent and the perfume she wore. His ears twitch picking up enhanced breathing and her throat swallows. His eyes God his eyes taking in that perfect face, longer hair and small frame with her curves hidden in that dress. It didn't stop there. His heart beat almost out of his chest taking in its chosen one heating in a cycle like earth's core breaking the molten crust of numbness that protected his facade. His whole chest was overflowing like hot magma. His love stood before him once more. The gifts in her hands shaking as she looks at them then back up to him. It wasn't just his love but his passion as well sizzled. He lost count how many times he listened to her voice on audio saying what she wanted him to do to her and what she wanted to do to him.
"I bought gifts" she tells him handing them over still shaking. His larger hand grabs hers steadying the packages making sure to rubbing the back of her hand with an index finger before he absolutely had to let go.
"Let's put them under the tree" he says grabbing her hand and pulling her to the living room were a white tree stood lite up. He walked her to it and fell to his knees pulling her down with him. He could see her pearl eyes look under the tree at the sole present there.
"To Hinata happy birthmas" she reads then smiles up at him.
He smiles at her, and she's smiles back before snatching up her gift holding it to her chest.
They stood back up and Shion walked in with their son. Hinata eyes widen then grew teary looking at Kawaki then to Naruto.
"He's gotten so big"
Pain lashes at his heart. She wanted his children. He knows that love. She wanted to have a product of them mingling of their DNA as she had called in one of her poems.
Hinata takes him from Shion and holds him close to her.
His pain eases at the pure interaction between her and his son. She held no ill will towards the baby. Just adoration.
"Hi Kawaki. Hi big guy !" She gushes and the sight amazes him. She tickles the boy and his giggles fill the living room.
"Da da" the boy says asking to be saved from the tickle assault in between giggles
"Don't worry son Dad's got your back" he rushes to them as Hinata pauses growing fearful as Naruto's hand lounges for her side.
Hinata
Naruto is digging his hand in her side, and she's laughing loudly and controllably as her tickler grabs Kawaki from her hand. She jumps away and laughs up at him. Her face is flushed. As Shion scowled her husband.
"A big kid ! Is all he is !" Shion jokes.
She laughs in agreement. "Yeah"
Before she could talk again a hand is on hers. "I found a parking spot" Toneri tells her.
Naruto
The fleshy burning feeling of his blood quickly turned into inflamed inferno at the sight of Toneri stinky hands on her. Lacing their fingers together. Their good mood is gone and reality has set back in.
"Toneri kun this is Shion and Naruto Uzumaki" Hinata says
His gray eyes looked from Hianta to them, and he smiled.
"Yeah from the cabin. Congratulations on the win." He held out his hand. Naruto took it.
"Thank you"
"This Angel drove all the way here to vote" Toneri says and Hinata face is flushed.
Naruto couldn't help his smile.
"And who did you vote for Hinata?"
"Kamu" she told him.
Shion laughs. "Thanks for your support"
There's an awkward silence and Hinata eyes are looking around the room.
"Where's Mikoto ?"
"She's upstairs with Sasuke"
Hinata nods and turns to go up.
Toneri
He watches her climb the stairs and decided to give her time to get acquainted with her friends. It's just for one night. He looked at the couple in front him. To his surprise this Naruto guy was really into his family and had become the vice mayor of Konoha. The Kamu family was respected his wife seemed decent. Perhaps he has been worried about nothing. He decided to hang with Sai and Ino and wait for her.
Hinata
She saw a dim room and could only assume this to be the nursery. A plush rocking chair and crib confirmed it. Sasuke sat in the chair burping his baby gently.
Hinata smiled at the scene.
"Sasuke she's so beautiful"
"She gets it from her mother and grandmother"
The two socially awkward adults sat in a comforting silence until another baby coos are heard.
Naruto Kawaki and Sakura have joined them.
"Sasuke let Hinata hold her" the pinkette scolded, and he slowly handed the baby over to her.
Hinata held her close to her chest. Her mothers matching eyes blinking up at her.
"You guys made the cutest kids" she says almost sadly. She's happy, and she loved the babies of her friends but that dream lingered of her happily ever after that would never happen.
"Kawaki and Mikoto. They'll be good friends like their parents" she says and hands Mikoto back to her father.
She turned to softly grab Kawakis cheek.
"I'm going back down. I left Hanabi".
"Hinata! Stay" Sakura yelled.
Sakura
As soon as Hinata turned her back Naruto began to quietly panic, and they exchanged looks as Sasuke had the bridge of his nose pitched.
"Hinata stay" she said while grabbing Kawaki and walking to the Hyuuga.
"You take Kawaki. Sasuke give Naruto Mikoto. Sasuke and I are going to have sex. Today is the first time in weeks we're both off".
Sasuke handed the girl to Naruto as Sakura pulled him out of the room leaving two blushing adults.

Sakura marched away while closing the door and looked back at her husband.
"They need to talk" Sakura says
"That's none of our concern right now. It's been weeks since we both been off remember".
Sakura blushed as he pulled her to a closet.
"Sasuke it's a party !" She says as his hands on her breast raising up her skirt. She arched at hos touches knowing she was going to let him have his way, and she wanted it.
Naruto
Thank you Sakura!
Hinata had become full on red as the Uchiha's left while holding Kawaki. Naruto smiled contently to himself and looked down a t Mikoto.
"Your parents are embarrassing Miss Hinata me I'm used to it. How do you think you got here".
"I've never seen Sakura like that !" Hinata says still flushed.
Naruto eyes looked into hers while bouncing Mikoto. His blue eyes darken as his jaw tighten "Love makes you do crazy things" he said and walked closer to her.
"We should go back down. Toneri kun gets worried when I'm gone too long" she says walking a bit away from him taking his son.
His still darken eyes watched her walking ahead of him as he followed.
He didn't give a shit what worried Toneri Kun.
Hinata
She had to get away from him. She didn't know how to be around him anymore. She couldn't tell what he was thinking, and she truly had to get back to Toneri. Her eyes looked around for him, and she finally saw him with Sai and Ino. Hinata could breathe again and smiled as she walked up to him with Kawaki. She rested her head on his shoulder and her brain was clear again.
Konohamaru.
He had begun to follow here as she wandered around the house looking at pictures and rooms. Eventually making her way down to the basement. He sighed and followed down after her.
She stood in the laundry room texting.
"Hanabi"
She jumps at the sound of his voice.
"What are you doing ?" She asked.
"I- Just"
"You're realizing how hot I look and how you made a big mistake letting this go?" She asked.
As he swallows. "I-"
"You -?"
He couldn't say anything and just closed his lips.
"Thought so" she says and storms away he grabs her wrist and pulls her into his chest bringing his lips to her ear.
"I think about you every day and night"
She pushed him away. "I told you not to touch me ever again" she cried and ran away.
Hinata
Shion came and took her son and for the rest of the night she stayed by Toneri. Clinging to him and avoiding Naruto.
Toneri
She had been wanting to go slow but Tonight her little touches of affection made his blood boil. The way she hid her face in his shoulder or squeezes his hand for support. He closed his eyes. Tonight was the night. To think he didn't want to come to this party. She will be his. The best part of the night was how they got to speak about the series together. Finishing each others sentences and telling everyone about Tokyo.

Everyone put back on their coats and headed to the backyard for the count down.
Hinata held a sparkler that's fizzled and popped as she was shivering next to Hanabi and Toneri. She had begun to drink the Champaign that was being served on an empty stomach and her mind was dizzy.

Happy new year's!
Hinata screamed while looking at her sister before she's engulf in arms and lip land on hers. Toneri Kun was kissing her. Her eyes widen to catch a glimpse of all the kissing couples, and she closed them kissing him back. Wrapping her arms around his neck.
Naruto
He had watched this disturbing display as Shion kissed him, and he felt his heart crack at the sight. Naruto frowned in disgust as Toneri kissed her lips.
The woman he loved was being kissed by another man and there was nothing he could do about because he was married.
Hinata
Toneri pulled away taking deeps breaths with his forehead and hair on hers. Hinata could see his chest rise and fall with such passion knowing he was forcing himself to hold back out of respect for him.
"Hinata" he breathes. "I'm in love you with. Every day, I harbor these feelings and stop myself. I don't want to do that anymore. Please be my girlfriend Hinata".
Her pearls eye blinked up and spilling over as her heart thudded in her chest.
A man has never said that to her before.
The swelling of her heart surprising even her made her own breathing slow.
Her mind on instinct goes back to that kid who was made of fun in elementary who stood up for her. Who grew into a man. A man that wasn't hers. A man that didn't love her. A man who didn't find her attractive. A man she loved more than she loved herself.
And that man was not in front of her.
Toneri Otsutsuki was
Declaring his love to her.
This unfolding developmental discovery had started a Genesis of a something she never thought she could feel for another. What Hinata was feeling was the fundamental seams and beginnings of her heart yearning for someone else for the first time in her entire life. Her wide tear stained eyes nodded to him, and he stole her lips again pulling her closer into his chest.
