10. Chapter 10

Chapter 10: First Training

I'm in the training center every single tribute is already there. I get eye contact with the district 2 boy seems like he's laughing already thinking about killing me. I ignore his antics. I go where the head trainer is like the other tributes. The head trainer explains how the training works and how these weeks will be important to survive the arena. I ignore her because this is stuff I know for sure since Haymitch talks about it tons during the meals. I try different stations with deadly weapons like Haymitch would've wanted I'm bad at every single one but I guess I'm better with a sword than any other but not better enough. I go to other stations like the plants one and I'm pretty good at it and I knew almost every plant already, that means that the arena will probably be in the forest. Then I go to the knot and traps training stand I think I learn pretty well so far. Then by the time I succeed at making my first knot the day is over for training. At least I learn a couple of practical skills even if I don't master them yet I will tomorrow, I hope.
