The first world to take in a war-torn world as Abathur spoke. "Planet Cruxas III. New Babylon. Essence found in Dominion territory." Her vision zoomed in and it looked like some local carrion bugs had nested into the outskirts with some of the Terran corpse their feast as Abathur continued. "Native insectoid species, essence contains sequences for swarm host strand. Acquire essence from nest. Will allow swarm host to produce flying locust." Kerrigan looked about through the eyes of her overlords and saw the perfect use for said flying locust.

"And the Dominion's provided the perfect targets." Nuclear Silos, once in full use during the First Great War and during the Brood War, were set up to store and launch nukes before the Terrans had developed a more suitable location for nukes, being the same place where Ghosts and... maybe Spectres could launch their nukes from at the Shadow Ops/ Ghost Academy structure, whichever is which to be honest.

That didn't phase out the Silos as they could still store nuclear armaments, just the more older method of it as Swarm Host landed and took care of the Dominion that blocked the way before moving on the nest and its guardians before destroying it to Abathur's speech. "Augmenting swarm host sequences." While a bit greener than the regular Swarm Hosts, the Carrion Hosts made it clear that it was time for the Locust to take to the skies as Kerrigan commanded.

"Begin the assault. Root here, and lay waste to the nuclear silo." While the bridge was out for regular troops, the Carrions launched airborne locusts that would terminate the ground forces there, not battign an eye as the silo went up in a explosion while mentally, she sweat dropped.

'Thank Valhalla that Terrans don't use silos nowadays, that one had a primed nuke for operation and was not kept in suitable conditions.' She pushed out it as she commanded. "One silo down. Move forward, we're going after the second." The second one was blocked by Dominion forces and, while Carrions were good in pressing the attack from the air, Abathur used unmodified Swarm Hosts for the mutations so no full burrowing there as the force was cleared out and the Carrions went after the second Silo before blasting it to pieces as Abathur spoke.

"Nuclear silos destroyed. Swarm invasion will continue unhindered. Preparing for next test."

The next planet was volcanic in nature, but it was a bit worse than that as Abathur explained. "Planet Ignus. Broodmother recently killed. Brood in danger." Kerrigan extended and felt the minds of Terrans on the ground, not enough for a base, but more like hit squads as Abathur directed her attention to a menace on the currently endangered Swarm planetside. "Local organism, ash worm. Destroying Swarm brood."

It did so in the form of frying Zerglings with a pyroclastic breath before it burrowed away. "Tunnels through crust. Escapes quickly. Elusive. Essence useful for Swarm Host augmentation. Take sequences." The Swarm Host went to work attacking the emergent ash worm before it ran for it, but it was not enough as it fell to the Swarm giving chase and Abathur took the DNA sequences to spin them into the Swarm Hosts.

"Essence collected. Spinning trait into Swarm Host strand." What emerged from the chrysalises were a bit more spiky than Swarm Hosts should be as Abathur explained. "Creeper strain: tunnels through planet's crust. Appears at location of choice."

It was then that the Terrans decided to try and kill off the bases of the Zerg. "Hatchery under attack. Swarm host must deep tunnel, defend hive cluster." Using the new-mutated ability, the Creeper Hosts burrowed underground and tunnel right quick to the Hatchery to stay rooted in place and to unleash their locust for the fight as the first band was destroyed before Abathur alerted Kerrigan to the second Hatchery in danger. "Secondary hive cluster under attack. Defend." It was nice to see the Hosts burrow back down and appear at the second base with ease, setting up a quick defense for budding clusters, but Kerrigan wasn't sold on the Creeper as the task was completed.

"Hive clusters defended successfully. Dominion dead. Must prepare swarm host sequences for integration. Returning to evolution pit."

Kerrigan pulled herself out and took in the two variants, the Carrion Host sported capable airborne Locusts that could really do some damage, given the chance, while the Creeper Host would be a perfect mobile defense before Spine and Spore Crawlers could be set up to further defense as Abathur asked. "Sequences ready for integration. Await decision." Kerrigan rested a hand to her jaw before she made her chance.

"Ready the Carrions for the Swarm, I expect the Creeper strain to have some use, but not for the battle that is to come." The gene-weaver nodded soon, the battle was to began before Kerrigan stopped as Alice and Skorch approached her.

"My Queen, are you well?"

"If I say yes, you would believe me, Alice, Skorch would not." She shook her head as she spoke. "No, I am not well in the sense that I thought, I thought I left my past behind, but it now haunts me like a plague, there is one more link that must be severed before I can focus on the true foe."

"This Emperor Mengsk, he is danger, he is chaos, he is paranoia."

"My thoughts exactly, Skorch." Kerrigan walked past them as they followed. "Mengsk will do EVERYTHING to keep the Zerg out of Korhal, he will do anything to keep his Dominion from falling, but the final hours of the Dominion that wrestled command from the old guard is now coming to an end, after four years of its ruling..."

"Her Emperor shall die..."
