Chapter 24 I'll Never Leave You
Marluxia's POV
"Do you ever miss being human? I mean, have you ever thought about...changing back?"
"Yeah. I've thought about it."
I couldn't believe my ears.
However, before I could give Nita and Kenai a piece of my mind...Koda walked up to them.
"I knew it", he stated.
"Koda", Kenai said in shock.
"You're going back with her!"
With that...Koda ran off into the mountains!
"Koda", I yelled out.
Then, I turned around and glared at Kenai in anger.
"How could you", I asked angrily. "How could you even think about abandoning your brother?!"
I didn't give Kenai a chance to answer before I switched my glare to Nita.
"And you", I started angrily. "You are the most selfish person I gave ever met! First, you talk about a gift Kenai gave to you as it is trash! Then, you force him to go on a journey he never asked to partake in, and now, now you're trying to spilt him and his brother up!"
I didn't give Nita a chance to say anything either. I turned around and bolted off in the direction Koda took off in.
Ten Minutes Later
I was looking around for Koda...when I heard something.
I turned around...and saw...an avalanche!
I looked closer at it...and my heart stopped in my chest.
Koda and Nita...were in the avalanche!
I could only watch in horror as they were buried under the snow.
"Koda", I yelled out. "Nita!"
With that...I tried to fly to Koda and Nita, only to remember that I didn't have that power anymore.
I quickly turned around and began scaling down the mountain.
Ten Minutes Later
I had finally managed to get to the spot Koda and Nita were buried under.
When I got there, I saw Kenai frantically trying to dig them out.
"Kenai", I yelled out getting said person to notice me.
"Lauriam", he yelled out. "Koda and Nita are buried under here! Help me get them out!"
With that I summoned my Keyblade and used Firaga to melt the snow and help Kenai get to Koda and Nita.
We got to them and pulled them out.
Thankfully, they were alright, and now that Kenai knew this, he was looking at Koda with a disappointed look.
"Koda", he started sternly. "What would I have done if anything happened to you?"
"You're gonna leave me", Koda reminded Kenai as he cried. "You said you missed being on of them. You're going back with here, aren't you?"
"I do miss things", Kenai revealed. "But you're my brother. I'll never leave you."
With that...Koda ran into Kenai's arms.
I turned around and looked at Nita, who had walked away and was looking at her amulet.
I walked up to and kneeled down beside her.
"Nita", I started.
"I'm sorry", she apologized. "You were right. I was being selfish. I was only thinking about what I want and not about anybody else."
