None of the young agents were exactly pleased about their new assignment but with Stark threatening them to close them down, they couldn't disagree too much. Even though they agreed to go on the mission, they stood apart from each other. Rose, Carrie and Oscar stood to the left and Dan, Tom and Aneisha stood to the right. Keri was left alone in the middle.

"Great!" Keri whispered under her breath.

"So, your mission is to find the scientists and find out exactly what SKUL are up to." Frank answered before Stark could infuriate the agents further.

"Sounds good enough." Dan nodded.

"Yeah." Oscar said after just to make sure Dan didn't get another mission over them.

Dan looked over to Oscar but then quickly turned back when Oscar stared back at him. Keri became more and more awkward in the middle of the two teams and didn't exactly know which one she would side with for the mission.

"Right you'd better go now." Stark shrugged.

"Gadgets?" Tom asked, thinking Stark had completely lost what he had left of his mind.

"I don't care for those. Frank." Stark hissed at being challenged.

"Right agents." Frank beckoned.

Tom, Aneisha and Dan walked over bumping into the others as they went past. The others soon joined them. Keri wanted to join them but stayed back so she didn't get into another argument.

"Something wrong Keri?" Stark asked.

Keri sighed. Stark never called her agent like the others. It bothered her more when she started but had now got used to it.

"I don't like gadgets." Keri lied.

"No agent doesn't like gadgets. Don't want to be on the mission?" Stark sneered.

"Course I do."

"Then act like it!"

Keri straightened. She hated Stark as much as the next man but he got on her nerves more easily than the others.

"Listen here….." Keri went for Stark.

"Ready Keri?" Rose asked joining her again.

"Yeah. Where are we going?" Keri smiled.

The others joined Keri. Dan bumped into Keri on purpose but Tom and Aneisha just ignored her instead. Keri looked back at them but had no eye contact. She had been cast out and didn't the other three show it!

Edward had been discharged from hospital. He couldn't wait to get back to the job. Even though he didn't think it would be for a while, it would be great just to get out of hospital.

"Agent Halliday." A voice came from the door.

Edward turned to find his boss at the door. He was a little bit taken aback by this. He stopped packing his bag and faced her.

"Ma'am." Edward invited her in.

"I heard you were being discharged." She smiled.

"Yes Ma'am."

"I hope the hospital hasn't tretan you too badly." She looked around the room.

"Not too bad." Edward chuckled.

"I came by to tell you your work for the next few weeks."

"I'm sure I'm not going to like it."

"Office work I'm afraid."

Edward sighed. Even if he was suspecting this it didn't mean he was looking forward to it!

"Can't wait!" Edward said sarcastically.

"It would be, if I didn't have a say in it." The boss crossed her arms.

"Ma'am?"

"I need a new secretary and I can't trust the ones the office sends me. I wondered if you would like the job."

Edward was shocked. Office job in the MI9 was going to be hard enough on an injured agent but secretary work?!

"Of course Ma'am." Edward smiled accepting it.

The boss of MI9 smiled as she shook hands with Edward. Even though she hadn't completely trusted him since he came back, it would be nice to have someone else to talk to other than Stark.

Oscar, Rose and Carrie were still at HQ. Tom, Dan and Aneisha had lessons to go to. Even if they were agents, they still had to go to class. Keri had stayed with her new team. She hadn't really wanted to go against her old one again but enjoyed it a lot more with the new one.

"Don't look so worried Keri." Oscar smiled looking at her pace on the floor in front of the lift.

"How am I supposed to look?" Keri smiled back.

"Maybe like you want to be here." Oscar suggested.

Keri looked once more at the lift and then walked over to the others. Her old team could do without her for one more day.

"So the last known whereabouts were somewhere around here." Rose pointed out of the computer.

"Why would SKUL want them?" Keri asked.

"I don't know but whatever it is it seems important." Oscar backed her.

"Did the other team find anything?" Carrie asked Frank.

"No. You were the only ones to find anything." Frank sighed.

Stark had left. Some important business at HQ apparently. Yeah right, more stationary to sort out.

"Well we'll have to wait." Rose said.

"What? Why?" Carrie asked with a big smile.

"Because the others aren't here." Rose said.

"So…" Carrie continued.

"We said to Stark we would go together." Rose backed up her statement.

"Suppose." Carrie came back down with a bump.

Before the agents could discuss anything further, Oscar's phone rang out. He quickly got the phone in his hands. He smiled when he saw the name on it. He then answered it.

"Dad." Oscar smiled.

"Hi Oscar." Edward's voice answered him.

Oscar smiled as he put the phone on speaker. Frank looked down at the phone and then backed away.

"What's this about?" Rose said into the phone.

"I'm out of hospital."

"That's great!" Carrie's smile came back.

"Thanks Carrie." Edward's chuckle came back.

"So when are we getting back to work?" Rose asked excitedly.

The team heard a sigh come from Edward's side. Their smiles all dropped again at this. Keri's smile also dropped but was a bit more happier that her new team was staying for a bit.

"I'm afraid another job has to come first." Edward finally answered.

"Office work." The team sighed.

"Something like that."

"What do you mean 'something'?" Oscar asked further.

"Well, the boss needed a new secretary and guess who she asked."

"No way!" Carrie guessed first.

The rest of the team smiled as Carrie went all red because of this.

"I think I'll be doing it a while." Edward said with rumbling in the background.

"What's that sound?" Oscar asked, a bit concerned.

"I have to go. The boss needs me." Edward said, rushed.

"Alright be safe." Oscar told his father.

"I will. You to agents. Keep me informed as well." Edward said.

"Course." The whole team said in unison.

The call then ended. Oscar put his phone back in his pocket as Rose and Carrie hugged. They all missed Edward even if they liked being back.

"Sounds like he's doing something at least." Keri smiled.

The others smiled back at her. Even though they missed their old job, it was nice to have Keri as well.

"I suppose when we go back, you'll have to stay here." Carrie said to her.

"I suppose so." Keri shrugged.

"Maybe you should come and join us." Carrie suggested.

Oscar and Rose showed their agreement.

"Maybe I should." Keri smiled. She kind of liked the idea of a new challenge.

However, Frank was listening to the whole thing. He didn't want to lose Keri and he knew her team didn't want to lose her either. Maybe it was a good idea for her to change. Maybe it wasn't. He didn't know anymore.
