Sorry for the delay, I have been quite busy recently.

[by drinking do you mean your thirsty or getting wasted?] ask the suspicious josef until he saw the golden vase filled with divine wines. [holy schnitzel! You're actually getting wasted! Is that even legal?!] scream josef.

[yea.. No, we were not doing that] replied Josef as he ripped the controle from Illya and dismissed the alcohol in a burst of golden dusts.

[there got to be a better way to deal with this.] said Josef and they walked out of the cave into the forest.

[sigh…. I was planning to do something productive today, but Zeltretch has to ruin everything! Now because of his bloody prank our plans have been completely thrown off chores!] ramble Josef as they walked out of the front gate of the einzbern property.

{where are we going?} ask illya as they walk downhill toward the mountain.

Just as this is happening a small dome shaped electric car drives past them.

[see? there's already something worth our attention!] said Josef. As they stare are the electric cars that zoom around the roads.

[yes! But you see they aren't just any cars, they're electric cars!] said Josef excitedly as they rushed toward one of the car parks on the sidewalk and peeked into the window of the car.

[you see? Look at the driving seat, there are no pedals or wheels on it. This means that the cars are self driving. I can't believe it! They manage to perfect self driving technology!] scream Josef in an extremely excited tone.

When this is happening passersby stare at Emilya with an incredibly confused expression. Why is this forenge girl staring at the car as if she has never seen one before?

{stop, Josef! You're causing a scene!} berate illya as she ripped back the control from him and took a few steps back from the car.

[wait what are you doing.] panic Josef as Emilya starts to run toward a crowd of people.

{saving us from embarrassment, that's what we're doing.} counter illya as they dash into an alley while the C.H.R.S cloak with lights to make them invisible.

[sorry about that.] apologize Josef after they made sure that no one was seeing them.

{it's fine, after all i was like that when i first went to fuyuki city.} explain illya as they both suddenly freeze.

[someone is coming] said Josef as suddenly a 11 year old boy with golden colored walkout from behind the large dumpster.

{is..is he looking at us?} panic illya as they saw the boy staring at their general direction.

[wait! That eyes.] realize Josef as they saw the boy's golden colored eyes. [he has Crystal Eyes! Illya, i don't think that we can hide from him using C.H.R.S.]

{why? Aren't we completely invisible? And I made sure to hide the leaking prana very well.} ask illya in confusion.

[Crystal Eyes user can see anything magical, he could quite literally see our magic circuit. Our ridiculously large parna reserve made this even worse.] explain illya.

{then what do we do?}ask Illya to finally realize that they were caught by an elementary school boy.

[let me deal with this.] propose Josef as he opens the mobile controle menu for C.H.R.S. on their watch.

Pov change: the boy.

Today was a regular day for Eita. he woke up in the abandoned temple, first he harvested food from his makeshift garden and the forest around the temple. He even managed to find some warabi to cook. It is surprising how much food you can find when you can see the magical energy it emits. Then he went down the mountain to grab some food from the homeless shelter where he usually spent most of his days. But it was when he saw something that shouldn't be possible, usually he can tell the difference between normal people and magicians by seeing their magical energy. Believe it or not regular people have magical energy inside their body, it is just not enough to leak out of their body. Magicians however have an aura of magical energy around their body. But soon in an alley he saw an incredibly dense human shape magical energy just standing in the alley doing nothing . It is most likely just some extremely old and powerful spirit wandering around, however it is acting like it is hiding from something. Then the spirit starts to glow brightly then right after that an old man with long silver hair with a white round beard coupled with a 5 foot wooden cane that looks like it is made straight from a tree branch.

"Umm ?" he asked with caution at the spirit that was staring at him.

"Oh? My apologies, I didn't notice that you were there." apologize spirit after a few seconds.

"Um, what are you doing?" asks Eita awkwardly as the spirit looks around the alley in wonder.

"Me? Don't mind me, I'm just looking around, after all there are so many new things to explore!" said the spirit in wonder with a hint of nervousness.

"New? Most of the stuff here is at least a decade old!" repulsed the boy as he stared at these outdated streetlights and shops.

"For you? Of course, but after all this time it still fascinates me fow fast humanity evolved." commented the spirit. "Just imagine, less than a century ago electric cars and functioning Ai doesn't even exist yet, and before a 33 hour flight across the Atlantic now probably takes even less than an hour! In the years that i'm gone, technology continues to develop, and now i'm back to experience all of it. Declare the spirit like a mad scientist while spreading his arm wide and tilt his head up into the air.

"As for you little one, why are you here?" asked the spirit after turning himself back to the boy.

"I was going to the homeless shelter until I met you." the boy realizes that the spirit start to frown the moment he hears the word "homeless", does he have some sort of bad experience with being homeless?

"I… see…." grunt out the spirit. "And why are you going there? You're probably aren't from the homeless shelter, so why are you going there?" ask the spirit. How did he know that I'm not from the homeless shelter?

"How did you know?" ask the surprise kid.

"Ummm...uggg….." mumble the spirit as if and answering the question will result in a disaster of some kind. Should I press him about this? He seems extremely uncomfortable.

Pov change: Emliya

[Shit! What do we say?!] panic Josef. {We say that we cast structural analyst on his clothing.}

[no we cant! That will be exposing magecraft!] {who said so? Remember the mage association does not exist here and magecraft is widespread knowledge in this world.} [oh.. Good point.] said Josef bashfully.

[here we go] breath out Josef in an attempt to calm himself down.

"Magic" speaks out Emliya using the voice of an old man.

{seriously? That's the best you can think of ?!} ask illya in a disbelieving tone.

[what do you expect me to answer?!] scream back Josef.

{god works in mysterious ways, or something! That lest something cool and mysterious} said illya.

[that's only gonna cause more problems than it will solve! We aren't even christian ] scream back Josef.

{what do you suggest we do with it then? Just roll with it}argue illya.

[no we do something that is most widely used in politics, we change the topic. Just watch.} propose Josef as the hologram of the old man started talking.

"Never mind that my boy! How about we go to this place you were going to, after all I don't have anything to do right now and the place seems very interesting."
