Mum's back:

George and Luis were still being shot at from the rest of Birch's death.

"Jeez how many men does Birch have?!" Luis groaned.

"The same amount of gangster would have," George cursed. As he peered into the mirror again, he saw the men in the front get kicked and wiped out. He heard a buzz and then 'whoosh'. Hope appeared in the back seats.

"Good job sis," George shared a fist bump with him.

"Let's get to Scott. Hopefully he got Alison and the lab back,"

They drew closer to the dock. The closer they came the more they gaped from the sight of a giant man in a red suit.

"Holy Scott," Luis breathed.

"Oh my,"

"I…I got the lab…" Scott's booming voice breathed. He stumped forward carrying the small lab in his hand. He sounded like he was out of breath.

"Oh god. He's goanna collapse," Hope shot out the car. Her twin and Luis followed after her.

"Guys!" they turned and saw Alison run to them.

George pulled her into his arms. "Are you alright?"

"I'm fine,"

"I got the lab," Scott's voice was growing weaker. "Get out of the way!" he waved his giant arms and scared away the exclaiming crows but accidently dropped the suitcase which went rolling across the wooden decks.

"Get that lab out of here! Scott's air won't last!" Hope took off and dove into the sea.

Luis, George and Alison rushed to the lab, Luis carrying the remote.

"Out of the way!" George shouted as they clambered on all sides from screaming people. Suddenly Ghost appeared out of nowhere and kicked them backwards, snatching the remote from Luis. She pressed it.

Whoosh. The lab enlarged.

George covered Alison with his body to shield her from a likely impact but all he felt was dust in his face.

"Oh my goodness!" Luis screamed.

"Guys! Ghost got the remote and she enlarged the lab!" George bawled through the com. "We're going inside to stop her!"

"Okay. We're on our way!" Hope called.

The Trio stood up only to be met with Birch and his two men with guns.

"Where's the remote?!" Birch demanded.

"We're not telling you anything!" George retorted.

"Then I guess we have no use for you. Such a pity George," Birch sighed. "We were on such good terms,"

"You tricked me into working for your own cause. I'm glad I turned down on being your sidekick,"

The two men aimed their guns at them. George stood in front of both Luis and Alision.

Just then, the two men were taser in the face, collapsed to the ground. The stunners were Dave and Kurt.

"Thanks guys," George breathed in release.

When Birch turned around, he was instantly met with a punch to the face by Alison. He fell to floor. "No kidnaps me or steal stuff that doesn't belong to them,"

"Who's your girlfriend?" Dave asked George.

"She's not my girlfriend," George said. "We're just friends. I've gotta stop Ghost. Do not let those men out of your sight boys," He rushed off with Alison after him.

Emma and Bill had managed to make their way through the crowd. Bill gasped when he saw the giant lab. Emma rushed inside to find Ava. "Ava!"

"Emma!" Ava's voice rung.

Emma rushed to her.

"Almost ready for extraction!"

"Ava…will you please slow down? There are people out there who are frightened and getting hurt!"

"Everything hurts! And why do you care? You helped me kidnap George's girl,"

"Ava please listen?" Bill implored, trailing after her as she walked out to the extraction chamber to connect it to the tunnel. "What is this process kills Janet?"

"You're worried about her?!" Ava's tone was bitter; she felt betrayed.

"Ava, please listen. Janet's a brilliant scientist. Maybe she might know something," Bill refused to have his foster daughter kill her. "Let her live so she can help you!"

"She is helping me! And if she dies, then she dies!" Ava attempted to enter the chamber. But Emma blocked her way and shut the machine down.

"I won't be a part of this anymore!" she shook her head. "I don't know why I ever agree to do harm for your sake Ava, but I won't let you kill a woman who had nothing to do with your pain,"

"You care about her? Compared to how you cared about Hope?!"

Her words seemed to make Emma shiver. For the first time in her life, she felt guilty for breaking off her friendship with Hope.

"After all this time you're goanna place your loyalty to those people?!"

"Ava stop!" Bill shouted. "We have to find another way!"

But Ava would not stop. Instead, she shot her foster family backwards with a punch in the chests. "This is the way," she sneered. "I have waited too long to be cured and I will not wait any longer!"

George and Alison rushed into the halls, only to freeze when they saw Ava inside the chamber, absorb waves of golden energy.

"Oh no. She's goanna kill mum!" George rushed to the chamber and tried shutting it down. "Pull the cable out,"

"Okay," Alison found the cable which had golden energy flowing through and pull it out.

"No!" she heard Ava's voice shrieked. When she turned around, she was met with a punch in the face from her phrasing hand.

Ava lunged at George. George headbutted but she phased before his head could collide with hers. She kicked him in the gronk-nuts and hauled him across the track. She lunged at him again and sneered. "I'm going to finish you off in front of your girl's eyes,"

Alison groaned with pain. "No," she begged.

Suddenly before George could feel Ava's phasing hand reaching through his chest, her hand was grabbed.

"Nobody messes with my friends like that,"

Ava was punched aside.

George looked up and saw that it was Scott. He pulled him up. "Thanks,"

"George duck!" he shouted.

Quickly he defected Ava's attacks giving George a chance to get to Alison and help her. They watched as Hope and Scott battled Ava working perfectly as a team.

"Uhh George," Alison poked George's shoulders.

He turned and saw the Quantum Realm Pod coming out of the tunnel, enlarging.

"Incoming!" he shouted. He pulled Alison to the crowd and watched as Scott saved Hope in the nick of time.

There was a sudden crash behind them a cloud of dust filled the air.

"Are you alright?" he heard Scott ask his sister.

"Yes," she breathed.

George pulled Alison up and they joined Hope and Scott near the pod. From out of the pod appeared a woman in her sixties with grey hair and dark eyes. George and Hope recognised her.

"Mum?" Hope breathed.

"Is that really you?" George asked.

"It's me," Janet gasped. "It's me,"

Instantly the tearful Van Dyne Twins were pulled into her arms, shedding tears of relief.

"Mum!" Hope cried. "We can't believe you're here!"

"We found you!" snivelled George. "We've misted you so much,"

"I missed you too Jellybean and Jellybear," Janet cried, thrilled to be reunited with her children for the first time in thirty years,"

They struggled to speak properly as their tears and feelings took their faces.

"Its okay. I'm here. We all have time,"

"No more last-minute business trips okay?" Hope asked.

"I promise," Janet said.

"I'm okay!" Hank's voice called from the other side of the pod.

"Dad!" George cried, rushing over him, Hope following him.

Janet looked at Scott and Alison.

"Scott…"

"Hi Miss Van Dyne," Alison waved her hand. "I'm Alison,"

"It's a pleasure to…I guess we've met," Scott said.

"I guess we have. Thank you so much Scott…for helping my family find me,'

Scott shrugged his shoulders. "It was nothing really,"

"How'd you…" Alison started to ask.

"It's a long story," Scott said.

Gasping erupted in the room and everyone realised Ghost was still there, standing up from clustered metal boxes.

Hope prepared to fire at her.

"Wait," Janet stopped her. She stepped carefully towards Ghost. "Your pain. I can feel it.

"It hurst. It always hurts,"

"I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Let me help you,"

"She doesn't deserve any help!" George snapped, pulling Janet away from her.

"George…"

"But mum, she tried to kill you!"

Janet was shocked.

"She knew that extracting quantum energy from your body might kill you!"

"Please Miss Van Dyne, please help her," Emma from across implored.

Janet looked at her and Bill's desperate faces. She drew closer to Ava again. She touched her head sides. Her fingertips glowed gold and it transferred into Ava. Janet pressed it tightly into her head until Ava was no longer phasing in and out of existence. She pulled back. Ava tested her hand and realised she had been briefly cured. "Thank you," she said.

"Did you know she could do that?" George asked Hank.

"Nope,"

Suddenly Luis burst into the room. "Guys, the cops are coming!"

"We've gotta go," Hank said.

"What about them?" Hope gestured to the Fosters and Ava.

"Why should we help them? They kidnapped me. They kidnapped Alison. Ava tried to kill mum!" George snapped.

"And I was a master thief," Scott reminded him. "Yet you still trusted me,"

"But you never threatened or harmed anyone," George was somewhat admirable of how Scott had committed crimes for the right reason and never got anyone killed.

"Don't be mad at Bill or Emma. They tried to stop me," Ava's eyes were filled with pity and regret.

The Pym Family shared glances at each other. Without words, the choice was decided.
