Avada Kedavra!
Hermione awakens in surprise like she almost heard the words out loud. She's a light sleeper so when she looks around the room to nothing something feels troubling. The only source of light is the moon from the windows, the light only gives her a glimpse of her surroundings. Sitting up more she sees Aurora in a twin size bed twitching and thrashing her hands against the sheets.
Getting out of bed Hermione quietly walks toward her sister for Ginny is still fast asleep in her own bed. It's one of the few times Aurora stayed in the girl's room for the night. It's just another night on their summer break, Arthur is still at headquarters, has been for almost a month now, but besides that nothing is out of the ordinary. Getting closer to her older sister Hermione begins to see her sweating as she whimpers out.
"Cedric- Cedric-" With a jolt, Aurora starts shouting and awakens Ginny, "No!"
"Cedric!" Aurora screams in agony, "Cedric!"
Everyone in the stadium is cheering and clapping, they don't stop as if they can't do anything more than that. Aurora's trampling down students in her way, they just get back up and continue to clap as nothing had happened. She's running to the center of the stadium, in the patch of grass Cedric is on his back lifeless. A few feet behind him Lord Voldemort watched her through the crowd with a predator gaze. Harry is caged behind the dark lord in a statue yelling Aurora's name.
Aurora trips and tumbles to the last step when she sits up she sees Voldemort holding a gaze that petrified her. It's as if he's looking into her soul and knows everything he already needs to know from her. The crowds cheering begins to slow down in her mind as Harry's shouts get louder from behind Voldemort.
"Aurora!"
"Aurora..." Voldemort smiling while stepping over Cedric repeats Harry's words, "Aurora."
Her spin shivers as if he's defining what the word means instead of calling her by it. As he comes closer to her the cheering begins to form into screams as they fill her mind. Her surroundings slowly turn to darkness as the last words are spoken from the Dark Lord.
"Your soul will fall."
"Darling, wake up! Wake up-"
"Move!"
Pouring a glass of cold water on Aurora's face Ron watches her bolt up coughing and screaming. Ron smiles only to be shoved by Ginny out of the room. He leaves confused wondering what's the problem knowing it always worked on him. Ginny leaves with him to try and explain to him why when the twins do it, it's for a different reason. Fred and George are on either side of her on her bed now, George is pushing her wet hair out of her face. Hermione's sitting at the end of the bed saying, "She hasn't had one in a month. She was calling out Cedric this time too, not Harry, do you think it-"
"Could be Harry again…Yeah." Fred mumbles while wrapping a blanket around Aurora as she tries to cough out the last of the water Ron poured, George looks to Hermione explaining, "Her own nightmares are only Harry's-"
He stops talking when Aurora gets up from the bed then, she seems to have adjusted to her surroundings as she walks to grab her boots. The three all look at her like she has two heads as she also grabs her jacket. When she puts it on Aurora turns to them tiredly saying, "I need some space, I'll be back."
"Are you okay?" Hermione stands up a little angry; she's brushing this off without any communication. Her little sister had to wake up the twins because Aurora wouldn't wake up. When they finally do, Aurora wants to leave and it only makes Hermione fear more from it. Rubbing her eyes exhausted from the time of night Aurora answers in a snap, "It's nothing I haven't seen before."
"Aurora, love." Fred stands up and goes around the bed to catch Aurora's eyes, "We're only concerned, we thought you were getting better."
"I am. The dreams are always the same memory but not mine." Aurora sighs while grabbing her wand and heading to the door babbling, "It's always warped between Harry and my memory of what happened… I wasn't actually there in person, I was there in spirit or magic. So between my warped memory and what Harry actually saw… what I see in dreams are different but yet similar and it- it… Hurts my mind and I keep reliving revealing Cedric's death from a memory I don't remember! Every time I dream what happened it makes me believe more than I already do that I was actually there with Harry the whole time and each time I never save him-"
"Aurora!" Hermione yells making her sister self-aware that she's yelling as well, it's silent for a moment before George speaks up worried at how she's acting, "Cedric is not your fault. You did all you could that night, you know that."
"I… I know. I'm fine. I just need to clear my head." Aurora looks at her friends in utter defeat, knowing these nightmares were entwined to the guilt Harry and herself share for Cedric's death. The more they relive the night in their dreams Aurora wakes up realizing she could have prevented it from happening. Her friends wouldn't understand and she couldn't explain what had happened to her the night everything had gone wrong. However, the more she has this nightmare the more she knows she could have saved Cedric if she just rests the signs Harry had sent her through their bond. The mistake of not understanding it cost the two to lose a friend that they mentally get over together. If they weren't connected Aurora wouldn't be dreaming as vividly as she does but it's because of her lets it continues to happen. From her own guilt. When Aurora leaves the three are left looking at each other disturbed at what's to come.
"Oh… No... no, lord. Where are Aurora and you're brothers?"
"Probably still outside, will be all day. They're helping Aurora ride a broom, I can't believe she still has never ridden one, you'd think they make her know how to ride in her first year. Why?"
Molly looks up from the letter she was just given in panic, she drops it on the table and runs outside. Ron and Hermione meet each other's gaze in confusion before quickly going over to the letter. Ron quickly picks up the letter his Mother was just given by their owl, knowing she'll murder him if he catches him reading it. Hermione is on her tiptoes beside him reading it as well. Two lines in and Hermione grabs the letter from him and puts it in front of her face as she clearly reads;
Reports have informed us that Voldemort has been looking for something known as Aurora. For precaution please come to headquarters immediately with the whole family.
One line had Hermione's expression break as she runs out the door following Molly. Hermione sees the Weasley's Mother running further away shouting her son's names. Just from how Arthur said it in his letter, Hermione knows the Order doesn't think Voldemort wants Aurora specifically but she knows better. She knows the only possible Aurora he'd want is her older sister is because of Harry, because of Hermione's best friend. Ron reads it until the end before looking up at the front door that's left open, Ginny runs down the stairs when hearing Hermione and Molly yelling names outside. When she sees Ron she asks like she can sense something wrong, "What's happening, Ron?"
"You know who is looking for someone known as Aurora." Ron looks away from the front door and to Ginny realizing why his mother is panicking, "They'll check here. No matter if it's not who they're looking for."
The two then run out the door and see Hermione and their mother far away from each other. Ginny looks around them before running back inside, Ron looks at her confused. Ginny runs back out of the house with two broomsticks for them to ride. Throwing one at him Ginny gets on hers explaining, "We'll find them faster. Aren't they still showing Aurora how to ride one?"
"Yeah..."
Ron looks at the broom then at his little sister impressed before getting on, they both take off flying through the field. They don't fly near the clouds knowing it should rain soon, the clouds were gloomy but the sun still shines thinly through it. Hermione's yelling her sister's name knowing this is bigger than Molly knows. Running faster in the field Hermione feels her magic stirring inside her, like its awakening and leaving her body for another in need.
Her body begins to feel heaving as if Aurora is using her magic in a wild and distraught manner. Hermione stops running and falls to her knees, her whole body feels like it's trying to drag itself to Aurora. Closing her eyes Hermione focuses her mind like Aurora's taught her. Her older sister told her if she focused her mind on the feeling of Aurora for long enough her mind could join hers and see the same thing she does. Opening her eyes she sees Dementors swarming around her, Fred and George are running with broken broomsticks toward her. Behind them is a forest Hermione has to guess is the one in front of her. Blinking Hermione's back on her knees in a field with Molly. Smiling knowing her sister will never be considered the genius she really is for teaching her that, standing up Hermione yells to Ron on the broom near her in the air, "Ron! Ron! I know where they are-"
He flies down and grabs her in one motion, she squeals as steadies herself on the broomstick in front of him. Ron has his arms around her to hold the broom under them as they fly in the direction Hermione was pointing at only a second ago. She sees Ginny following behind them on her own broomstick before looking back down to the ground. Hermione then yells out in the sky around them for Weasleys to hear.
"They're past the forest on the ground!"
"The storm is about to start." Ginny yells while looking up at the clouds darkening, "Let's hurry up! Ron!"
"It's not the storm!"
Hermione yells through the storm above them getting louder as her fears grow for her sister. When they get to the edge of the forest they see a clear path with a dozen Dementors and three figures with wands. As they get closer they become certain it's who they've been looking for. Hermione finds Aurora's face in the gray smoke and bodies, she's sweating as she defends them off. Aurora's waving her wand steering her lion into each cloaked soul coming her way. Rain begins to fall but all she sees is Aurora fall forward from a Dementor attacking from behind her. The Dementors come swarming her as her lion disappears into nothing.
Hermione couldn't find her anymore in the smoke and spirits as Ron lowered them to the clearing. She slides off the broomstick and drops to the ground yards away from the dementors attacking her big sister. Pulling herself up she sprints to the creatures sucking Aurora's soul out of her body, she can see Ron and Ginny running to their brothers. One of them falls to their knees before hitting the ground completely. Pulling out her wand Hermione while running she yells in the direction of her sister, "Expecto Patronum!"
Nothing sparks out of her wand, she doesn't feel the slightest sense of magic within her. In the next second Fred falls to his knees and the Dementors glob onto him. He's about to disappear from her view too when light seeps through the smoke of Dementors and wind pushes everything back away from Aurora including her friends. They all fall back as they see the dementors disappearing back into the storm from the charm, the charm shrieking out a white transparent fire as it begins to take a form and spread its wings to fly. Hermione begins to see Aurora sitting up with her wand as a full-grown dragon soars above her and after the last of the Dementors. It disappears into the storm and everyone hears a loud sketch in the distance.
Dazed and confused Aurora looks around her surroundings to see everyone around her in the clearing. When all the dark smoke fades around, the kids all get up and run to each other in the clear path yelling at one another hysterically. Ron runs to his brothers while Ginny and Hermione run to Aurora, everyone is soaked to the bone but don't have the slightest idea. Grabbing Hermione by the shoulders Aurora shakes her while saying in terror, "It's not my fault. We were just flying and they came out of nowhere-"
"Aurora. Arthur sent a letter." Hermione interrupts her as tries not to cry when saying, "You know who has issued an order to find someone or something called Aurora. W-We don't know why-" Hermione sees Aurora's panicked expression like she's reading her mind, "We don't know if he knows yet-"
"Knows what exactly?" Ron looks to Hermione with caution all over his face, "Am I missing something here that you care to share?"
"Don't you see it doesn't matter now?" Fred comes up to the girls in disbelief while wiping his wet face with an also drenched hand, "He has a name, Aurora, that's all a bloke like him bloody needs. Look at what had just transpired because of a single name. It's only a matter of time until he finds out what she is."
"That doesn't give us reason to tell anyone, Fred! Think!" Hermione snaps at him knowing they have to be smarter than this no matter if they could have all died just then, "That will only put more people at risk."
"Someone please help me understand this." Ron blurts out, realizing Aurora might be the Aurora you know who is looking for from how serious Hermione is yelling at his older brother. Ginny quietly watches one another feeling out of place while trying to put the pieces together in her mind. She keeps coming short making her ask Aurora, "How does the Dark Lord know who you even are?"
"She… She-" Hermione begins to stutter from honestly not knowing either. Aurora's mind wanders to the night she's truly seen, Lord Voldemort. It's become a haze of nightmares, Harry's memories, and thought of her own instead of a real pure memory from the eyes. One thing that was always the same in any version in her mind is that Harry had shouted her name that night. He had yelled in person, making him turn to look in her direction that night. Aurora learned from Dumbledore's books that no one but Harry could see or hear her from that night but they could hear Harry. Looking at Fred and George then back to Hermione while shaking her head Aurora grabs her broomstick she flew off when the dementors came for her, "He heard my name from Harry. Odds are he's been trying to figure out why Harry said it and who I am… And because of those Demenoters I bet that he knows that I'm who he's been looking for."
"...And why would he want you again?" Ron asks, still not getting it, but Ginny is beginning to be able to process it without needing to know the reason for wanting Aurora which makes her state, "Dementors are under the Ministry's control."
"Have you seen the rubbish the Ministry has been writing?" George blurts out while his brother continues for him, "The Ministry is losing control-"
"Aurora! Ginny! Children, Lord give me strength, come here!"
All the students turn and see Molly running rather slowly towards them, she seems to be exhausted from walking around the forest. She's now with an umbrella and is using a charm to keep the water away from her person. All the kids look around each other and realize they've been out of breath and drenched in water. Ron goes to Hermione then and begins whispering in her ear as they head toward his mother. Ginny sprints to her yelling about what has happened causing Molly to pick up her pace to reach her daughter. George then grabs his own broom before going to where his brother and Aurora are standing. The three walks alongside each other in no hurry to reach Molly, they were too physically and mentally drained to want to go any faster because of some rain now.
The three of them were having a blast flying around with Aurora, she didn't need to be taught much because of the years of hearing about the subject from the boys. Rather she just needed to actually get one, after the first ten minutes it was clear she enjoys flying when she's not pressured by playing in a game with it. They were high in the sky when one of the dementors appeared, it only took one to have a storm of them following her tail. They followed her down to the ground and latched onto Fred and George. Harry had told Aurora about his experience with them. This wasn't an accident or a mess up, this happened for a reason. If she's learned anything from Harry it's that.
"And you... You must be… Aurora... Granger?"
"Yes. It's nice to meet you, Sirius. Harry spoke a lot of you."
"I'm sure he has... You… You..." Sirius slowly repeats his words with eyes that she hasn't yet seen blink, he's looking directly into her eyes making her think he might notice the blue swimming in them. She glances down at the ground before meeting his gaze, noticing her discomfort Sirius glances at Hermione before turning back to her with a still stiff expression, "I'm sorry, forgive me for staring but... Harry never mentions your appearance... and you look… Exactly- "
"Why… It's getting late, why don't the Children go off to bed? I'll show you where you'll be staying from this night forth."
Molly announces while opening a door and sending Sirius a look Aurora knows too well by now. Everyone's in the dining room of Sirius Black's family home. It's the Order of the Phoenix headquarters for the time being and where Arthur's been at for the past week now. It wasn't too late when they arrived, Molly didn't want to spend another night alone with the children after hearing from Ginny what had happened this afternoon. When they arrived they were greeted by Remus and Arthur, who then introduced them to Sirius. Aurora noticed all the men in the room who seem to have deep expressions of their own all the kids are heading out of the room. The men all exchanged glances between one another she couldn't understand.
Remus is sitting on a chair by the fire, Arthur stands beside a bookcase and Sirius is leaning back on the dining table facing her. It's the first time she's seen Remus and Arthur, they both seemed happy to see her but couldn't hold eye contact with her. Sirius, however, keeps his eyes steady on her. She can tell he's smiling at her sincerely but his eyes look like he's searching for something. Turning back around Aurora feels Molly's hand on her back as she walks out the door. Aurora senses Molly scowl at the men in the room before following her out. Molly then walks past her and heads up the stairs babbling about what room is what. Aurora stays planted in front of the closed door as everyone heads upstairs.
"She looks like something out of my family photo book."
"I know what you mean… The first day with her in my class I thought I went back in time."
Aurora's ears chirp up instantly to the faint words behind her as the ones in front of her get softer.
"Aurora has always looked like her; it just didn't accrue to me."
"Do you think… That plays a part..."
"I couldn't say… Albus has refused to tell me why they're after her."
"She's only a muggle-born student-"
"Aurora? Where's Aurora-"
"I'm coming!" Aurora shouts before whispering "Fuck," and runs up the stairs to reach them. Molly would kill her knowing she's eavesdropping, she knows the whole point to them leaving the dining room was for them to get away from the conversation she's listening in on. When she reaches where everyone is on the top floor she hears Molly say in a tone like she doesn't like what she's saying.
"I'm going to give you three the bigger rooms to share… it wouldn't matter how small a room is, you three seem to stick together." Opening up the door in the hall Molly points at her boys, "No funny business, you hear me." The twins walk in and turn on the light as Aurora goes in Molly smiles saying, "If you want to sleep with the girls they'll be behind this door, it has the king-size bed."
With a wink, Molly motions Ron to follow her to another door in the small hall. Shutting the door behind her Aurora turns around and sees the boys settling nicely into their new home for the time being. They secretly were thankful their mother wasn't mad they've been sleeping in the same room, they've been waiting for the argument for months now. They had arguments to defend why but haven't been wanting to admit to their mother that Aurora gets bad nightmares every so often. Looking around the room she instantly feels the urge to write to her parents and tell them what has happened but they haven't written to her either yet. Which means nothing terribly has gone wrong. Yet everything slowly felt like it would be within a matter of time. Everything just seemed like it's hanging on a thin thread of knowledge.
"Did you see pop?"
"Yeah, looks like hell… What do you think is happening?"
"Who bloody hell knows anymore." Aurora growls storming to the closet and throwing her bag in without unpacking it, "No one is telling us anything."
"Well, neither are we, darling…" Fred perks up thinking about their bonds, "Let's say we tell them-"
"You know what Dumbledore said." Aurora sends him a look before kicking off her shoes and waving her wand to start a fire in their fireplace, "Besides, if he wanted them to know he'd tell them…" Aurora says in dread while rolling her eyes before jumping on the other free bed in the room. The room does seem spacious for the three of them in it together, most of the time Aurora felt a little cramped. Laying on the bed for a moment Aurora blurts out curiously, "Did anyone pack the extendable ears?"
"Of course," Freddie hovers over her on the bed with a mischief smile while leaning both of his hands on either side of her, "Along with our U-No-Poo's, wildfire Wiz-bangs-"
"Get it, you're going to need it." Aurora sends him an upside-down smile which only makes him raise an eyebrow and ask in a slow manner, " Now… Aurora... What in heaven are you thinking of doing?"
"Surely you know... I plan on doing something I shouldn't." Aurora's smile drops a little before smiling a little bigger than before. Fred hums a laugh while moving lower to her to kiss the side of her neck whispering, "I know that, love... I'm just wondering if that something is me."
Aurora turns around on her back and sits up on the bed, she feels the heat between them rise with only his words. She's biting her bottom lip as Fred stands back up so they are facing one another. Aurora watches him watching her, he stares at her in a way that makes her feel on display. His eyes are on her and Aurora feels as if it's harder to breathe from his gaze, it's becoming hard for her to resist the desire he or George stir in her with little things like these. The more Fred or George teased her the more she knew wanted to be with them in ways she hasn't before. Keeping her eyes connected with Fred she slides to the end of the bed where he's standing and more to get up in front of him.
Fred tilts his head and raises his eyebrows with eyes that wander her body curiously. His hands itch to touch her from the small distance between them. Getting on her tiptoes Aurora then to get closer to the side of his face, his shoulders unconsciously dip forward to get closer to her. She opens her mouth to whisper but holds her words at the sight of George. He's unpacking their books while glancing at them with an expression that matches the one Fred's wearing. Her soul twists inside feeling torn between Fred and George in a way of wanting to stay separately loyal to each of them. Aurora pulls back and rethinks what to say, she doesn't want to explore what she desires if it chances another getting hurt by it. Instead, she simply says to Fred with tilts of her head to mirror him, "Get the ears, Freddie…"
Fred stares at her for a second before shakes his head mumbling tease in her direction. Laughing lightly Aurora skips to the door as he turns to grab their inventory bag for the shop. She looks at George as she cracks open the door, he looks at her the same way he did before but now he seems intrigued why she insists on snooping around now and instead just waiting till morning. Checking to see if anyone is out in the hall Aurora turns to look back at Fred and George. She winks through a curl that has fallen in front of her face before turning back around and shrinking into a Siamese cat. She's learned how to transform just as Mcgonagall does, perhaps better from her knowledge of her certain sorcery. Most of her knowledge is Fallen Sorcery now, she has to be reminded there's simpler magic.
Fred and George meet Aurora's feline gaze and watch her strut out of the room, her tail sliding against the door as she leaves them. The boys turn back to face each other before grabbing the ears they quietly follow her out. They follow her down the steps, she turns back to check and see they're behind her. Walking down the stairs they notice a few doors cracked open but only one shines light out of it, they walk swiftly past it hoping Molly's not on the other side. Fred and George stop walking when they reach the second floor but Aurora goes down to the main floor. Glancing up at them she sees their long hair hang in front of them to look down at her. Reminding herself she still needs to cut their hair shorter Aurora's pointy ear turns from a sound behind the dining door.
"She's a good student… When she wants to-"
"We have knowledge he's been looking for someone named Aurora this entire time. Only until recently did he suspect it to be a child."
"Which is why the dementors came so quickly for her."
"Well... what do we have here?"
Aurora turns from the sound of Sirius's voice behind her, she assumed he was with everyone inside the dining room. Sirius has a small crooked smile with his hands in his pockets, Aurora stares at him waiting to see what he'll do to a cat in his home. She notices near the staircase an ear being lifted up by string slowly. Kneeling down, Sirius looked into her eyes like he had done when they first met making her want to look away. His gaze keeps her in a place like a father's gaze would on his child. After a moment of staring Sirius glances up at the door behind the cat before standing back up and whispering, "Us strays need to stick together, huh?"
Aurora lets out a quiet squeak before standing up and leaning on the door. Sirius tries to hide a smile as he opens the door for them to walk in, Aurora goes in first without making a sound. She doesn't know if he can tell it's her but she's sure he has a feeling. His expression on his face matches the one from earlier, and a part of him wants to talk to her about Voldemort even if Molly wishes against it. Looking around she sees all the adults sitting and standing around the room and begins to feel like she just walked into the belly of the beast.
Remus and a woman with purple hair are sitting beside each other at the dining hall. Arthur is sitting across from them as Molly is getting him a drink from across the room. Moody is standing in the corner of the room watching everyone, he's the first one to notice Aurora in front of Sirius but doesn't mention it, just keeps his glass eye on her. Sirius walks over to his chair near the fireplace just as Molly speaks up in warning, "The Dementors are going to come after Harry next, you know this Sirius. They found Aurora this fast. We must get him-"
"We can't, not yet." Sirius mumbles tiredly while slowly leaning into his chair, "Voldemort's waiting for us to show ourselves and then attack."
"So what do you call what happened to Aurora this afternoon?" Molly defends while handing a mug to her husband, "You didn't see the kids this morning. Harry is all alone and it will be-"
"We have to wait. Patience is key." Moony watches the cat before turning to Sirius skeptical, "Now, what to do with Aurora…"
"We'll protect her the same as Harry, no matter if reasons are unclear, the Dark Lord has any reason he wants to want someone during these times..." Sirius turns and winks at Aurora walking in the shadows of the room, he then looks to Moony again, "I've... I've talked to Dumbledore and he agrees that both of the children should be under the protection of the order, for now, for Harry… It just will have to take time. "
"Sirius, we need to discuss the reality of what's possible for his reasoning to want Aurora Granger. It can't be ignored…" Moony growls at the man before looking at Aurora and says as if he's saying it directly to her, "Not anymore, not if the possibility I believe to be true."
"What possibility would that be?" Molly frowns, "Moony?"
"The possibility that she's the daughter of Bellatrix."
"Freddie! Georgie! You won't believe it." Aurora bursts into their bedroom door full of energy no matter the hour it is, "The order suspects I'm Bellatrix and you know who's daughter… A few of them are really considering a possibility. Can you believe that?"
When she finds her two best friends passed out she stops moving for a second before jumping on one of the beds whispering, "Did you hear me? Well... Only Moony, Remus, and Sirius think it's a possibility… I could be a daughter of Bellatrix, they don't think I'm Tom Riddle's but... I know the truth of why he wants me."
It's so late at night that only in a few hours the sun will rise. Aurora notices her friends had long gone back into their room knowing Aurora got to hear everything. Going under the cover Aurora melts closer to who she suspects is George by how he's still sleeping even when she's tugging at his forearm. When she feels him stretch more into her touch she relaxes and thinks out loud curiously to herself, "I need to see a picture of this woman… They only think I'm her daughter from my looks and you know who is wanting someone named Aurora."
The feeling of George's hand sliding around her lower waist causes Aurora to dip her head more toward him. She's looking up at the ceiling as she replays what has happened in the last 24 hours. Aurora kept repeating to herself what she's learned in her head. Moony mentioned that if Aurora is Bellatrix's odds are she's Voldemort's too which is a reason why they're looking for her but Molly kept the argument alive that she has parents to prove she's not. However, it's Moony and he'll keep nudging the idea, Aurora knows he will even if she knows it couldn't be possible. The dementors this afternoon was a clear sign the Ministry doesn't have as much control as it once did. Harry also now makes her a target, she didn't think a problem like this would happen but she also didn't think she would see Voldemort alive either.
"And… Sirius, Sirius is everything Harry has talked about."
Aurora whispers with a smile while trying to give off the feeling to Harry, her smile grows when her emotions of Sirius get bigger. Knowing it's Harry's combination with hers she glances beside her to see George still asleep. Aurora scooted in closer before putting her cold toes on his ankles to wake him.
"Have you seen Bellatrix's?"
"Aurora, love," George mumbles as he stretches a little before sinking around her with his head in her hair, "What are you going on about?"
"Bellatrix…" Aurora whispers while wrapping her leg around his for comfort, "Do you know what she looks like? George?"
Looking up in his arms to see if he's still awake Aurora finds him blinking a few times to adjust to the darkness. His hand on her waist moves to her jaw to move her face directly at him. With one more blink he stares at her closely before scrunching his face tiredly, "She does resemble you in the dark... Called it, Slytherin." George whispers with a smile forming onto his sleepy face, she rolls her eyes but doesn't say a thing. He kisses the corner of her mouth before curling around her like he's her source of heat mumbling as if he's already in mid-sleep, "May we rest now? We have a busy day tomorrow."
Aurora sighs stumped before closing her eyes and allowing her body to go limp in his. He's right she needs to rest, she doesn't know how she's able to stay awake for this long. After a second goes by and the room is completely silent with no movement before her eyes pop back open.
"Why will we be busy?"
"You tell me, princess."
