Now that Chopper lost a way to get equipment from Kureha. Chopper needed to be creative with the resources they have to help Luffy and Nami recover quickly.

Chopper devised an everyday routine for everyone to follow. In the morning, he would take Luffy and Nami out on the lawn deck to sunbathe. During that time, everyone is not limited to greet them but are required to wear masks. Still, Luffy is not satisfied as it is hard to understand the muffled talks.

After a few minutes, Chopper will take them back inside and will turn on the air diffuser, a device made by Usopp, with peppermint oil for better air quality since they don't have oxygen tanks. However, Kureha doubted that this method will work as an alternative.

The breakfast is delivered through the dumbwaiter and their meals are partnered with herbal teas like turmeric and green tea. After feeding Nami, Chopper will check their vitals and have them drink vitamins. Then he will leave them for him to eat and go back to his research for the cure.

When Chopper leaves the two of them, Luffy would always make faces to entertain Nami but she wouldn't respond to his jokes. Luffy had seen this before. All she does is heave and sweat. The only difference now is that he carried the virus. If only he did not have the meat hallucinations and if only he convinced Zoro to go back, none of this would have happened.

Holding her hand, Luffy remembered how Sanji had those raging eyes when Chopper transferred Nami to the bar. It hurts when Sanji slammed his fist to the door on his way out instead of forwardly blaming them. Though Zoro is taking the responsibility, Luffy couldn't help but feel guilty.

Lunch came. Chopper entered the room, pushing a cart of platters for the first time. Seeing his friend's fur thinning from scrubbing, Luffy couldn't keep the tears from forming.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Luffy said; his body trembling.

"Get a hold of yourself! Here, Sanji cooked your favorites."

Then Chopper pushed the cart beside Luffy and took a tray meant for Nami.

"Is Sanji still mad at me? I haven't seen him since."

"Lately, he's been making lots of excuses to enter the room. I'm just not allowing it. He's worried for you too, you know."

Luffy stared blankly for a while, remembering Sanji's silent rage, before he started grabbing food when he heard knocking from a glass. Upon seeing Sanji, swimming in the tank beside them and smiling, Luffy's tears were forming again. Luffy took a deep breath and shouted, "Sanji! These are delicious!".

Sanji nodded as if he understood Luffy and waved goodbye before going up to the opening of the fish tank. There, he found Zoro swinging a gigantic dumbbell up and down like a sword.

"Don't worry. He knows how to survive unlike you." Sanji said while putting a dry towel around the neck.

"huh?"

"Aren't you here to hear the good news?"

"I'm doing my training like always."

"Right. Your food is waiting inside."

"I know."

"I don't know what's going in your head. I'm telling you, it's not entirely your fault."

"I know."

"If you know then what are you doing?"

"None of your business."

"Suit yourself, idiot. Don't go crying for help when you can't move a muscle"

Just as Sanji walked away, Usopp called everyone's attention from the crow's nest and informed them of an abandoned land nearby.

Thousand Sunny came ashore with no worries of threat from marines or townsmen. Chopper and Zoro left the ship in search of herbal medicines and it did not take them long to return. They came back empty handed but two men were following them.

"Chopper, behind you!!!" Usopp warned.

Sanji rushed beside Usopp to check the situation and aid them but the two men were familiar.

Sanji beat Usopp, saying "Have you gone blind?"

"Stealth black-ya"

"Don't call me that!!! It's soba mask! so-ba mask!" Sanji argued.

"I'm only excited to tell that Law is behind them." Usopp murmured.

Sanji turned his head back to Usopp and grabbed Usopp's collar.

"You!!!"

"Lively as ever" Law remarked.

Jinbei, who joined them minutes ago, laughed. Usopp and Sanji were surprised as they did not notice him.

"So this is where you've been hiding. You people are fast." Jinbei said.

"No, the right question is what took you so long?"
