Hey, King Spike Rules here and here is the next chapter to Kengan Ashure: Next Gen. The next fight will have a tough setting as the match will lead to Shibo's fight.
Chapter 24: Cold Fury
The crowd was still stunned, processing the result of the last match as Miyuki walked out, smiling and waving at them. Seeing they were still shocked, she spoke to get their attention.
"Okay, last fight had an unexpected end, but there are more fights before the first round is over. So, let's call out our next match." The crowd yelled with newfound excitement. Satisfied, she began the introductions "First, a special fighter is making his debut while fighting for his own freedom. Standing at 5'5 and weighting 143 pounds, representing the Seoul Chaebol, "Mount Baektu's Vengeance" Cho Jung-Hwa!" Rock music plays while smoke filled the area. Cho walked out with his handler, still chained. The crowd roared when they saw his chains.
"All these people are here to watch us fight?" Cho asked, stopping in the center while his handler turned to unlock his chains, allowing him in to loosen his wrists while scoffing at the crowd. "Millions starve while they stuff their slobbish faces."
"Yeah, well, you're going to have to fix that." the handler said, stepping back and allowing Cho to do a few strikes from the center to warm up a bit. His handler smiled, walking towards to the tunnel to allow the match to take place.
"His opponent is coming all the way from Mexico City and is wanting to show his power with his new form of fighting never before seen to the world. Standing at 5'9 and weighting 190 pounds, representing La Family Travel Agency, "The Devil's Son." Juan Mernandes." Loud rock plays as a figure came out of the smoke, showing a youngman with short hair and tattoos covering his whole body, looking at Cho.
"Huh, so this is the puta that will be my first victim?" he asked, watching Cho do a few stretches before he turned to look at him.
"Insults won't help you." Cho said, putting his hands up and looking at him ready to fight as Juan scoffs, putting his own arms into a fighting stance.
The referee looked at both of them for a while "FIGHTERS READY?" he asked before he threw his hand down yelling, "FIGHT!" Juan moved only for Cho's fist to strike him hard in the face, but Juan took this as his chance. Grabbing his opponent's arm, Juan punched Cho in the face. Juan noticed Cho staring at him while his hand was still on his face, seemingly unfazed. Cho struck Juan with his other hand and then added an elbow to force Juan onto the ground. Juan rolled out of the away and climbed to his feet looking at Cho, who stared daggers at the young man.
"This is not a game." Cho spat out moving towards him. Juan glared back at him as he threw a fist, Cho ducked under the punch and went for one of his own to Juan's throat, only for Juan to throw his chin down to force the punch into his chest. It was weaker than what it would have normally have been. Juan punched him a few more times in the face, but Cho was unaffected. He stared at Juan for a moment before his hand took hold of his head and slammed it into his knee, following up with a kick to the solar plexus, knocking the wind out of him. Juan fell to his knees trying to collect his breath. Cho just watched him with a few scratches on his face, but aside from that, he was unharmed. "You should have learned your place." Cho said, turning towards the tunnel and walking away.
"Hey!" Juan yelled out loud, gaining Cho's attention. He turned to see him still on his knees before forcing himself to his feet, breathing weakly with each movement, "Who told you the match was fucking over?!" Cho put his hand out in front of him, glaring at the young man.
"You asked for this." Cho said. Moving like lightning, he threw his fist out, but Juan moved to the side and slammed his own fist into Cho's face. Cho was caught off guard and moved away from the young man with a serious look on his face. After blinking he saw Juan mere inches from him, throwing him off for a moment allowing Juan to land a punch on his stomach. The young man put all his strength in that blow, but he winced, feeling his attack had no real effect on Cho.
"I'm not done yet!" Juan threw another punch, only for Cho to strike him with a kidney punch, follow by a punch to the throat, causing Juan to cough up blood while he held his throat as he fell to the ground.
"Now, you are done." Cho turned around and started to walk away again. The crowd started to cheer even louder than before.
"N-not finished yet." Juan's voice echoed through the area and Cho stopped in his tracks, slowly turning to see blood pouring from Juan's mouth. The young man's body could barely keep on his feet. His breath was short and he glared at Cho with a bloody smile plastered on his face, "Come on." Cho took a deep breath and got back in a fighting stance before suddenly appearing in front of Juan, his hand quickly jabbed Juan in the chest. The young man gasped, stopping for a moment before falling onto his back.
"I stopped his heart, end the match and you might save him." Cho told the referee and headed towards the tunnel. The referee checked Juan's body and gasped when he confirmed Cho's statement. He motioned for help.
"Your winner by knock out, Cho Jung-Hwa!" he yelled while EMT's ran past Cho and began to look over Juan as Cho arrived into the tunnel, staring at his handler.
"What?" Cho asked, seeing a smug smile on his face while putting his hands up for the cuffs to be put on him.
"You went soft on him, you could have made his heart explode." He stated, Cho scoffed at the thought watching the handler place the cuffs on his hands and ankles, allowing him to lead him back while the EMT's started to rush Juan out of the area, towards the med bay. Seth watched the scene unfold, and shortly before the EMTs left the area, he walked towards Cho's handler.
"I got it, none will die so long as I can help it." he said and began to calmly walk towards the med bay, leaving them both confused about what he meant. Seth walked into the room and watched the doctors struggle to get Juan to answer them, trying to get his heart to work. "Step aside." Seth said and pushed past them, looking over the young fighter for a few moments before striking him in the chest. This action shocked the other doctors before Juan's eyes shot open and he sat up coughing, leaving the group shocked.
"T-t-the hell happened?!" Juan asked holding his bruised chest and wincing from the pain.
"They can explain." Seth answered, walking out of the room and letting the other doctors do their job, looking him over for any more damage while Seth stood in the hall, smiling "One more match, and there will be more fun."
Seto walked down the hall to a private room where a pair of guards stood watch and saluted him, allowing him to enter. Seto saw Shibo in a bed with several naked females surrounding him.
"Your match has come." Seto told him. Shibo showed off a large smile, standing up from the bed, leaving his female companions behind. He headed towards his closet where he pulled out clothes in search of what he will wear for the match.
"Finally!, the fans won't have to wait any longer." Shibo said, putting his fighting gear on and walking up to Seto, who was giving him a serious look.
"Remember, your job is to keep us in power." Seto stated, poking Shibo's chest. The fighter glared at him wondering what had gotten in his head.
"I know my place as your family's attack dog." Shibo said, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him against the wall, "But I can bite the hand that feeds me. If you touch me again, I'll show you my special moves."
"U-understood." Seto replied, feeling the pressure on his neck weaken as Shibo let him fall to the floor, walking past him and heading towards the elevator that will bring him to the area. Seto coughed to relieve the pain on his neck and he turned to watch Shibo enter the elevator, "You will pay for laying your hands on me, sooner or later, you will face punishment for that action."
TBC.
That is it for this chapter and I hope you all enjoyed it, and the next fight will have Shibo in it as they get ready for the next round with even more mysteries.
